DeLone and McLean Model Testing upon The Information System Implementation of New Student Enrolment at Junior High school Level in Pekalongan City

The information technology based Information System in education has been used in responding the change and as a tool in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness, especially for the online system of new student admission (<em>PPDB</em>). The Pekalongan City Education, since 2014, has developed an online junior high school New Student Admission application. This system was built to handle the process of admitting new students, from registration, selection to announcement of selection result. Even though it has been implemented for 6 years, the measurement of the success of implementing PPDB online has not been carried out. The purpose of researching is to determine the success of implementing the PPDB online information system for junior high school level. The modified DeLone and McLean model was used to measure the success of online <em>PPDB. </em>Research respondents were all admin and operators of the online PPDB system as many as 92 respondents. The data analysis method for processing variables used linear regression statistical analysis. The test results show that system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction have a significant and significant effect on net benefits, so that users benefit from the online PPDB information system.

Evaluation Information System Success of the PPDB Information System in SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda using DeLone and McLean’s Model

Information System Success Analysis is a structured process of objects, with certain tools, with the aim of knowing whether the information system is successful or not in its application and getting the desired results from the object of research. In this study the data collection methods to be used were questionnaires, interviews, and literature study which were the theoretical foundations to be used. The model to be used is DeLone and McLean with SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda as a case study. With this research using the DeLone and McLean models, it aims to find out how successful the New Student Admissions (PPDB) information system is from the user's point of view, where the users are prospective students and the PPDB committee and whether the PPDB Online information system is very useful or not.

Comparison of Energy Production Between Fixed-Mount and Tracking Systems of Solar PV Systems in Jakarta, Indonesia

Most of the electrical energy demand is consumed by urban activities. One of the renewable sources that can be used by urban communities is solar energy through photovoltaic (PV) systems. The amount of energy produced by a PV system is directly affected by the level of irradiation received by PV modules. Conventional PV systems are commonly installed with a fixed-mount system where the angle of incidence of radiation on solar modules changes over time. Solar irradiation would be optimum received by solar modules if the angle of incidence is kept at zero degrees, i.e., radiation is perpendicular to the surface of the modules. This condition can be achieved by employing a solar tracker system for solar modules. This paper studies the comparison of the energy output of PV systems between fixed-mount and without solar tracking in the urban area of Jakarta, Indonesia. The studies are carried out using Photovoltaic Geographical Information System (PVGIS) online simulation tools. The objective of the study is to compare and figure out the specific energy output between the optimized fixed-mount installation (without a tracking system) with solar tracking. In general, the results showed that the specific energy output PV system of a fixed-mount PV system in Jakarta is about 1379 kWh/kWp per year, while for the system with a solar tracking system, the specific energy production is about 1672 kWh/kWp. The information found is expected to be a useful reference for the development and promotion of solar energy, particularly in Indonesia.

FACTORS THAT MAKE EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING DIFFICULT

Objective: to identify in the scientific literature factors that hinder exclusive breastfeeding. Development: This is an integrative literature review, which took place between June and July in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and in the databases: Latin American Literature of the Caribbean in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Bases de nursing data (BDENF); in LATINDEX (Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal), and Red Iberoamericana (REDIB), through the Virtual Health Library (VHL). Results: It showed the main factors that hinder the practice of exclusive breastfeeding, among them are: pain, the appearance of fissures, mastitis, the mother’s return to work, difficulty in “handling”, lack of guidance, little experience of mom. Conclusion: The study becomes essential in conducting practices to encourage exclusive breastfeeding in the prevention of early weaning.

The Effect of Service Information System Quality on the Intensity of Use of Digital Learning Service Systems

Information systems are used by organizations to help the organization's operations become more efficient in their role as a tool to win the competition. Data processing has become an important part of the Management Information System that will affect every organization's activities. Universitas Hasanuddin's management information system has developed an online information system through the website, namely the Learning Management System. The Universitas Hasanuddin Learning Management System is prepared to support and expedite the learning process. However, the current learning management system has not been understood by lecturers and students due to poorly understood features, slow system access, and a lack of socialization of the use of the learning management system at the department or study program level, so that it does not encourage lecturers and students to use it more often. Learning Management System. This study aims to determine how the system's quality significantly affects the intensity of use. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses a survey approach in this study. The respondents in this study were adjusted for lecturers with a sample of 100 people and students with a sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques included Questionnaires and Document Studies. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling will be processed using AMOS software version 24.00. This study found that the effect of system quality on the intensity of use resulted in a cr value of 0.328 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.74 > 0.05, so there was no significant effect of system quality on the intensity of use. This answers the hypothesis in the study. Namely, H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted.

Conceptual structure of on-line information and control system toward stabilization of ore flow quality

Underground mineral mining operations in the Norilsk Regions currently involve some essential changes connected with the requirement to maintain the production output at the wanted level and at demandable safety. In the meanwhile, the quality characteristics of minerals produced gradually worsen. In such situation, it is necessary to find a cardinally new approach to improving the crude ore quality by stabilizing composition of ore flow in the course of mining. The article discusses stabilization of ore composition in underground mines via modernization of information and control systems as a case-study of copper–nickel ore deposits in the Norilsk Region. The conceptual structure of the information and control system aimed at the ore flow quality stabilization is described. Such information and control system structure for the ore flow quality stabilization should provide all production control units with prompt and reliable data on the ore quality and its stability both for ore in situ and produced. The flowchart of the information acquisition, transfer and processing with the subsequent elaboration of a plan of strategic and tactical actions is critical and can, in the long view, become a mighty ore flow stabilizer capable effectively and considerably reduce variability of produced ore composition in the overall ore flow in a mine. The developed package of managerial, engineering and production activities makes the ore flow quality stabilization a controllable process. Its implementation allows enhancing technological efficiency not less than by 2 times, which can greatly improve performance in the whole mining and metallurgy sector.

For the programming language used is PHP by using the Framework. Applications created in trials with unit testing using blackbox testing as an evaluation of the application is successful or not.

Implementation of government regulations in the implementation of child protection in Rokan Hilir Regency of Indonesia

One of the important issues that are currently happening is that violations of children's rights are increasing all the time. Based on data from the Online Information System for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA Symphony), it was recorded that 5,463 children in Indonesia had experienced violence throughout 2020 and in 2021 there was an almost two-fold increase, namely, there were 10,832 cases of violence against children, and around 59.70 percent of the violence was sexual violence against children. One of the protective measures taken by the Government to realize the welfare of children is to provide guarantees for the fulfillment of their rights without discriminatory treatment, namely the issuance of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Physical and sexual violence are important issues to be discussed. One of the efforts made by the Rokan Hilir Regency Government to handle child cases that occurred is the Rokan Hilir Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Child Protection. This study uses qualitative methods with the type of research included in field research, with the research design using descriptive analysis methods.

Web-based asset management needs to be developed to facilitate data collection of goods and documents in higher education because it is related to data security. It is necessary to develop an online information system that is accurate and easy. This research is in the form of software development research which aims to develop a web-based SIMAset application and test the quality of the application based on the ISO25010 quality standard which consists of aspects of Functionality, Reliability, Portability and Usability. The method used is R & D. The development model used in this research is Prototype. Based on the results of the research, a web-based application is produced that can be used in online college inventory management. The results of the validation test from the expert team showed that the SIMaset developed was very suitable to be used as an information system for managing goods and inventory documents. For further research, this system will develop certain menus that are tailored to the needs of asset and document archiving.

The application of e-office information technology to support e-government has a positive impact on improving employee performance in the Polytechnic of STIA LAN Bandung environment in Bandung. Chinese Innovative Practices for Transparency in Judicial System

Transparency and openness are necessary things in order to develop a fair judicial system that can protect people’s rights and uphold rule of law in the society. Over the past forty years, China has been undertaking massive reforms in judicial sector for turning it into an open, transparent and fair system. Various online mechanisms have been developed with the deployment of information technology into the judicial system, which have effectively turned the Chinese Judicial system into transparent one. Significant improvements have been made by Chinese People’s Courts for making convenience in the cases management system, development of a system of public hearings, disclosure of information related to parole and Commutation, and development of a public information system online containing documents related to cases i.e. hearing notices, orders, judgements and other necessary information. This research paper focuses on the innovative mechanisms developed by the Chinese Government and People’s Courts to showcase those steps as learning experiences for other jurisdiction.
