In the era of globalization as it is today, the development of industry has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, meaning 4.0 itself is the industrial revolution has reached the 4th wave of the development of the previous industrial revolution. After the Covid 19 pandemic VUCA phenomenon (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) became a scourge for companies that are not ready in the face of business dynamics at this time, the industrial revolution 4.0 itself triggered the occurrence of Quantum Leap where almost all companies are forced to change business processes from initially information technology systems / manuals to be spurred to develop IOT (Internet Of Thing) (Sheridan, 2005).based information technology systems PT. Perkebunan Nusantara as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) optimizing their Company Value Chain by developed information systems on web-based Office administration through the OA Application (Office Automation). The design of OA itself aims to make the company's performance in this case office administration more efficient, agile and flexible because it makes more easier to be accessed by all users of the application, made it easier to convey Information both top down in the form of company policy instructions and bottom up such as licensing process etc. This Information System design replaces the archive system and administration of the correspondence that is still done manually, as well as an effort in improving the Company's Competitive Advantages. Innovación organizacional en la estrategia de internacionalización en pymes vitivinícolas: El caso chileno

This investigation aims to determine the components of the organizational innovation in Chilean bottled wine SMEs, to strengthen the internationalization strategy in global markets, concerning the leading countries with international recognition. These results should help enhance competitiveness in cosmopolitan markets with wine tradition. In operational terms, it includes five stages: data collection from wine SMEs, instrument design (questionnaire), application of this instrument in companies through personalized field work, processing, analysis, and systematization of the collected data through office automation instruments—mainly the SPSS statistical program for a validation—and delivery of these results to each of the participant companies. As one of the primary outcomes, wine SMEs are gaining legitimacy through organization innovation as a corporate strategy to have opportunities to stay in national and international markets.

New urban spaces under Modi’s digital India – digitization of urban governance and state-citizen relationship

Few studies have examined how Indian ULBs have responded to the government’s informationization agenda, particularly the use of geospatial technologies for urban governance. Drawing upon insights from Critical GIS, neoliberalization and governmentality studies, this article addresses this gap by examining the case of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) and the evolution of their modernization efforts that have progressed from office automation practices to active use of GIS technology for urban governance. SMC’s regional and political environment have favored their modernization efforts. However, as ULBs are expected to manage a diverse urban population and shoulder responsibilities with fewer resources they must adapt. Surat Municipal Corporation has adapted by aligning local political agenda with national agenda and adopting a strategy that echoes the dominant political discourse of utilizing technology to govern from a distance and as a modality of biopolitics. Use of geospatial technologies serves as an important tool for the ULB to introduce new modes of bureaucratic governmentality.

Development of hots-based cognitive assessment instruments: ADDIE model

Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are an important element in facing the challenges of the 21 st-century. Difficulty in solving problems systematically, facing challenges in an organized manner, and being unable to design original solutions are due to the low HOTS that students have. HOTS ability can improve students who low-level thinking skills in several ways, for example, through learning integrated with media, practice, and assessment or HOTS-based cognitive assessment. The purpose of this study was to develop and implement a HOTS-based cognitive assessment to assess students' HOTS abilities. The device development model used is an adaptation of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model. The research sample consisted of 30 students in class 11 of the Governance and Office Automation Competency Program of Vocational High School 1 Kudus. The result is that 11 students have the HOTS ability with very good criteria, 17 well criteria, and 2 enough criteria. This study suggests that a test instrument for further research is to measure students' HOTS ability. The Experts conclude that HOTS-based cognitive assessment can be used as an approach to improve students' HOTS to actively think selectively and supported by logical argumentation.

Scene text recognition with context-aware autonomous bidirectional iterative models

This research focuses on Scene Text Recognition (STR), a crucial component in various applications of artificial intelligence such as image retrieval, office automation, and intelligent traffic systems. Recent studies have shown that semantic-aware approaches significantly improve the performance of STR tasks, with context-aware STR methods becoming mainstream. Among these, the fusion of visual and language models has shown remarkable effectiveness. We propose a novel method (PABINet) that incorporates three key components: a Visual-Language Decoder, a Language Model, and a Fusion Model. First, during training, the Visual-Language Decoder masks the original labels in the Transformer decoder using permutation masks, with each mask being unique. This enhances word memorization and learning through contextual semantic information, resulting in robust semantic knowledge. During the inference stage, the Visual-Language Decoder employs autonomous Autoregressive model (AR) inference to generate results. Subsequently, the Language Model scrutinizes and corrects the output of the Visual-Language Encoder using a cloze mask approach, achieving context-aware, autonomous, bidirectional inference. Finally, the Fusion Model concatenates and refines the outputs of both models through iterative layers.Experimental results demonstrate that our PABINet performs exceptionally well when handling various quality images. When trained with synthetic data, PABINet achieves a new STR benchmark (average accuracy of 92.41%), and when trained with real data, it establishes new state-of-the-art results (average accuracy of 96.28%).

Recently, the technology of information and search systems for facial recognition for the purpose of identifying a person has become widespread. Personal identification subsystems using image and speech recognition technology can be used in automated securitysystems for the purpose of identifying wanted persons with the simultaneous transmission of relevant operational information to identity identification services. The purpose of this work is to develop a system for recognizing the robot image and speech of a person in the Python software environment. Moreover, the word «recognition» has two meanings. The first is the word-by-word conversion of spoken speech into the corresponding written text, as well as the selection of the person's face, eyes and converting it to a shade of gray. The second is the correct reaction to a statement containing a request or a reference from the speaker and the drawing of rectangular shapes on the contour of the face and eyes. By combining speech recognition with speech synthesis, you can build a system of communication between a person and a machine. The motive for intensive research on speech and image recognition in the fields of industry, science, and defense arose in connection with the rapid development of the information industry, covering computers, office automation, communications, defense and robotics.

Future applications of generative large language models: A data-driven case study on ChatGPT

This study delves into the evolving role of generative Large Language Models (LLMs). We develop a data-driven approach to collect and analyse tasks that users are asking to generative LLMs. Thanks to the focus on tasks this paper contributes to give a quantitative and granular understanding of the potential influence of LLMs in different business areas. Utilizing a dataset comprising over 3.8 million tweets, we identify and cluster 31,747 unique tasks, with a specific case study on ChatGPT. To reach this goal, the proposed method combines two Natural Language Processing (NLP) Techniques, Named Entity Recognition (NER) and BERTopic. The combination makes it possible to collect granular tasks of LLMs (NER) and clusters them in business areas (BERTopic). Our findings reveal a wide spectrum of applications, from programming assistance to creative content generation, highlighting LLM's versatility. The analysis highlighted six emerging areas of application for ChatGPT: human resources, programming, social media, office automation, search engines, education. The study also examines the implications of these findings for innovation management, proposing a research agenda to explore the intersection of the identified areas, with four stages of the innovation process: idea generation, screening/idea selection, development, and diffusion/sales/marketing.

Evaluation of the Implementation of Field Work Practices Using the CIPP Model

Based on initial observations carried out at I, the results showed that as many as 70% of students did not understand the Field Work Practice procedures, where the Field Work Practice activity schedule was not immediately socialized at the beginning of the semester. Job on training program (PKL) are an important part of the process in implementing education at vocational schools. The aim of the PKL is to increase the competency of vocational school students in accordance with the needs of the industrial world. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of PKL to determine the suitability of implementing the PKL with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Researchers used qualitative methods, data was obtained from interview data with relevant respondents at SMKN 1 Rejotangan and SMKN 2 Tulungagung and also through literature study and documentation that supports this research. Evaluation of the Context of the On job training program for Vocational School Students Competency in Office Automation and Management Skills, the relevance of the PKL Program to the school curriculum and the needs and opportunities as a Program follow-up from street vendors has been carried out well. Evaluation of Inputs which includes the readiness of students. Evaluation of the process which includes student participation, utilization of time for implementing PKL. Evaluation of the implementation which includes increasing student competency after carrying out PKL and the impact of this PKL activity on the student's job placement after graduating from school has been achieved with Good.

Design of Computer Information Management System Based on Machine Learning Algorithms

In order to improve the efficiency of office automation, regulate work frequency, and improve office efficiency, this paper presents a computer information management system design based on machine learning technology. Firstly, the basic design principles of computer information management systems are analyzed, and secondly, risk prediction is studied. The risk of computer information management systems is caused by the cross influence of different risk factor indicators, and has linear and nonlinear characteristics. Using a single prediction model cannot obtain accurate prediction results. Therefore, the risk prediction method for computer information management based on machine learning technology. The risk prediction method is established by using Analytic Hierarchy Method in machine learning algorithms, and the historical data is collected according to the index system. The weight of the initial prediction is determined by the combination of subjective and objective weight; In machine learning algorithms, risk prediction and benefit prediction are used as input and output methods for cloud machine learning. Through training and training, a risk prediction model is established to obtain higher prediction efficiency. The simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is 95.5%, which can estimate the hazard existing in computer information management and improve the method.

Automated office infrastructures and the valuation of work

Popular and academic analyses of automation in work predominantly focus on paid labour, sometimes forecasting how many jobs may be lost or investigating how new types of jobs are being created through such technological change. This article takes a different approach by considering what automation implies for the valuation of work. The starting point is that contemporary office automation is not exclusively aimed at working activities themselves but rather is increasingly directed at the infrastructure that allows work. Two infrastructural elements are identified where office automation is occurring: “tenant experience applications” that aid in the flexible occupation of office buildings, and “productivity tools” that support the organisation of office tasks regardless of location. This shift from automation targeting what work is done to how that work is done raises the question of work valuation. Plural regimes of valuation are at play in contemporary office automation, through which a myriad of interested actors emerge, extending beyond the employer and the worker. The value of flexibility thus occurs not singularly nor even primarily in the production process, but rather is achieved in the financial valuation of various aspects of office performance as well as in the social (re)definition of work.

Content Dimensions in Academic Decision-Making: Exploring Threats and Opportunities among Oxford College Undergraduates

This study explores the critical role of information in shaping decision-making processes within the academic sphere, with a specific emphasis on the content dimensions of information. It endeavors to comprehensively examine the threats and opportunities inherent in the content dimensions of information and their impact on academic decision-making. This research adopted a random sampling approach, resulting in the inclusion of two hundred and twenty participants drawn from the student cohorts enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) programmes at the esteemed Oxford College of Engineering and Management. Data collection was executed through meticulously designed questionnaires, and the subsequent analysis of the acquired data was conducted using descriptive statistical tools. The findings of this research reveal a substantial prevalence of office automation systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) in the resource of tools employed by students during their academic decision-making processes. Furthermore, this research investigation has unearthed noteworthy gender-based distinctions within the content dimensions, elucidating variations in the perceived accuracy and relevance of information among the study’s respondents. Additionally, this research has scrutinized the diverse perspectives surrounding improved learning outcomes and enhanced understanding, specifically concerning opportunities associated with the content dimensions of information. The collective results of this study underscore a consensus among the student body at Oxford College of Engineering and Management. A significant majority of respondents have expressed agreement, and in many cases, strong agreement, regarding the paramount importance of both threats and opportunities inherent in the content dimensions of information within the context of academic decision-making processes. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics at play in the academic realm, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of information’s influence on decision-making processes in this specific educational context.

Result of Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Mediation Customer Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze and explain the result of 1) customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) purchasing decision over product quality; 5) customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions; 6) digital marketing on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction; 7) purchasing decisions on product quality through customer satisfaction. A type approach used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The targeted people in this study are Makassar citizenship which has accounts and users of Shopee services. This study used purposive sampling with a type of judgment sampling is 95 samples. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to students of Office Automation Management. This study uses the Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. The study result found: 1) a significant result in customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) a significant result in customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) a significant result in purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) a significant result in purchasing decision over product quality; 5) a significant result on purchasing decisions customer satisfaction; 6) through customer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant impact on purchasing decisions due to product quality.

Pengaruh digital literacy dan self efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of (1) digital literacy on work readiness, (2) self-efficacy on work readiness, and (3) digital literacy and self-efficacy together on the work readiness of students majoring in Office Automation and Governance. This research is quantitative research with the correlational method. The population in this study was 107 students in class XII majoring in OTKP. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with 84 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques are the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of digital literacy on work readiness (t<sub>count </sub>2.52> t<sub>table</sub> 1.98) with a significance (0.01<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on work readiness (t<sub>count </sub>11.89> t<sub>table</sub> 1.98) with significance (0.00<0.05); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of digital literacy and self-efficacy simultaneously on work readiness (F<sub>count</sub> 148.80>F<sub>table </sub>3.10) with a significance (0.00<0.05). </em></p>

A Short Review for Handwritten Math Expression Recognition Techniques

Handwritten Math Expression recognition is an active area of research that aims to enable machines to automatically interpret handwritten mathematical notation. This technology has many potential applications in education, office automation, and assisting people with visual impairments. In this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of the current state-of-the-art in HME recognition. Specifically, we summarize key preprocessing techniques, feature extraction methods, classification models, benchmark datasets, and performance metrics that have been explored over the past decade. Preprocessing techniques covered include binarization, normalization, smoothing, and outlier removal. Both handcrafted features like gradients and angles as well as automatically learned features from neural networks are discussed. We review the use of Hidden Markov Models, Support Vector Machines, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks like LSTM, and more recently Transformer models for this task. Key benchmark datasets like CROHME 2014 and 2016 are analyzed. Performance metrics like symbol recognition rates, expression recognition rates, and expression structure prediction are compared across different techniques. We highlight strengths and limitations of the reviewed approaches. Finally, we outline important open challenges and promising directions for advancing HME recognition, such as larger datasets, multi-modal learning, and incorporation of syntactic and semantic context. This comprehensive review will serve as a valuable reference for researchers and developers working on interpreting handwritten mathematical expressions.

This research continues with the most important subject of the time, the history of the development of innovation, showing us different theories about innovation, how it has developed and how it has changed over time, continuing to the division of innovation.Part of the innovation is also the innovation in marketing, where different theories will be examined, including Ansuff's Matrix. Throughout this paper, we have also penetrated the information system, starting from the definition of the terminology of the system, to the types and development of the information system. Then the advantages and disadvantages of virtualization and office automation will be elaborated.

Investigating the Usability of the Integrated Research Automation System (SYAT): A Heuristic Evaluation

Objectives: Today, many hardware and software products, including office automation software, and web-based websites are used by employees, including professors and employees of different departments in offices. Websites are considered one of the main competitive advantages in any organization. This study aims to investigate the usability of the Integrated Research Automation System (SYAT): A Heuristic Evaluation.
 Methods: The present study was a descriptive- cross- sectional study with a heuristic evaluation performed on the integrated research system software (SYAT) by 3 evaluators. They then evaluated the intensity of each of the ten options and scored from 0 to 4. After each problem was classified as one of the 10 branches of Nielsen's evaluation by the evaluators, similar problems were eliminated and the average scores and the severity of the deterioration of the problems were calculated.
 Results: A total of 92 usability problems were identified in evaluating the usability of the web-based software (system) using the components provided by Nielsen. The majority of the issues were related to the detection instead of reminder with 16 problems (17.32%). The lowest number of problems was related to both compatibilities between the system and the real world, and the clarity of the system status with 6 cases (6.52%).
 Conclusion: The usability assessment method is inexpensive and simple and the problems caused by websites and applications can be evaluated as feedback to improve them. The more accurate the needs of SYAT system users are, the more effective the system will be and the more satisfied the users will be.

Its appearance is an innovation to the traditional enterprise office, and also creates the conditions for enterprises to realize highly efficient automated office.
