The design of a procurement and expenditure information system is a system created to facilitate school administrators, especially the infrastructure section in carrying out the supply and expenditure of goods for all purposes in supporting learning activities. The process of procuring and dispensing equipment that is currently running at SMK Al Amah Cimanggung is still being done by hand in a book, so this process is quite time-consuming as well as the possibility of loss or damage to data on procurement and expenditure of equipment can be said to be quite likely to be lost or damaged. This research uses the OOAD (Object oriented analysis design) method with the RUP model consisting of stages: Inception, elaboration, construction, transition. UML (Unified Modeling Language) devices use Use Case, Flow of Event, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. The results showed that this information system can make it easier for schools, especially the facilities department that manages the procurement and expenditure of equipment to be optimal when carrying out their duties.

Transformasi Digital Sistem Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Keterangan di Desa Cileunyi Wetan

The Cileunyi Wetan Village Office is a village service center in activities such as governance, empowerment, development and counseling. The Certificate Making Service System in Cileunyi Wetan Village is currently still done manually, that is, people have to come directly to the village office on working days and hours. A system like this is not only very inconvenient for officers because they have to input data every time an application is made, it is also inconvenient for residents because they have to queue and wait for a long time. Moreover, if on the day in question the village head is unable to attend/is away on duty, then the service will be delayed. The digital transformation of the certificate making service system is carried out using the object oriented analysis design model Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. This system was built using website-based PHP language so that it is easily accessed by village residents from wherever they are provided there is internet access. This digital transformation of the certificate making service system was carried out with the aim of optimizing the village service system for the community in the Cileunyi Wetan Village environment who need a certificate from the village according to the requirements mentioned above. The results showed that with this digital system, apart from being able to help make the work of village officials more effective, it can also increase effectiveness and make it easier for the community to submit the certificates they need.

PT XYZ is a food and beverage trading company, in its business process it has implemented SIA for purchasing, sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank cash, inventory and general ledger modules. The company has 200 employees, while the payroll system is still done manually, which can increase the risk of errors and fraud. The accounting cycle related to payroll is the HR/Payroll cycle. This study aims to determine the extent to which the current payroll system procedures are effective in terms of internal controls, identify weaknesses in internal control of payroll procedures and provide alternative solutions to correct existing weaknesses. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis as standard for the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) framework, then creates a new development plan for the payroll module in an integrated SIA based on COSO standards. This research uses an experimental method, its development uses the Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) method, which is oriented towards model development using the Unified Model Language (UML) facility. The results of the study indicate that there are weaknesses in the form of errors in reporting, reporting takes a long time and payroll controls are still weak. Solving the problem to overcome these weaknesses requires improving the payroll system and developing a new computer-based payroll system that is integrated with the existing SIA, so that the developed system can be used efficiently and effectively.

The application is tested using black box method and User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 23 respondents. The UAT results show a satisfaction rate of 85.30%, indicating that the application meets expectations. The OOAD method is well implemented, and the application is well-received and able to adapt to changes in business requirements without significant modifications to the system.

There are times when devices and systems do not work correctly, such as internet disturbances and computer software and hardware problems handled by technicians. Technicians not only manage information technology infrastructure at the West Java Regional Secretariat but also manage information technology infrastructure in three (3) official houses. Technicians are also faced with an organizational structure with many bureaus and sections. There is yet to be a definite procedure in the complaint reporting process. There is no helpdesk system as a reporting medium. With the many bureaus, the number of information technology facilities served so that technicians find it difficult to determine the priority of the work that must be served first. Given these problems, a Decision Support System approach uses the Simple Additive Weight method by using determining criteria and weights. The criteria used include Work Units, Positions, Types of Complaints, and Official Notes. The system development method used is Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). This system is expected to assist technicians in determining services that match their needs and situations.

Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) is an analysis method that examines requirements from the perspective of classes and objects encountered within the scope of the problem that directs software architecture based on the manipulation of system or subsystem objects. OOAD is a new way of thinking about a problem by using models created according to concepts around the real world. The basis for creation is an object which is a combination of data structure and behavior in one entity.

Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK has supply chain problems such as changing levels of consumer demand that affect the amount of raw materials needed, warehouse problems, data errors, and communication which form the basis for the need for e-SCM development to improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain management process at this company. . The design of e-SCM at PT. In this research, Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK uses a literature study with Object Oriented Analysis Design Steps from the results of the company's readiness to implement e-SCM according to Ross, namely Energize the Organization, Enterprise Vision, Supply Chain Value Assessment, Opportunity Identification, and Strategy Decision. In this design, the researchers designed a rich picture, use case diagram, activity diagram, and user interface in the e-SCM application. The designed e-SCM application is able to integrate data and information in the process of delivering raw materials to finished products involving seven actors, namely procurement, suppliers, material warehouse admins, production, product admins, distributors, and consumers, so as to increase the overall effectiveness of the SCM process. on the company.

This study designed a decision support system for evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia. The purpose of this system is to help speed up the process of evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia. The decision-making method used in this decision support system uses the 360-degree method, which is an evaluation method that combines feedback from the employees themselves, co-workers, direct supervisors, subordinates and customers. To apply the 360-degree method into the decision support system for evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia, the author conducted interviews with the management of PT Cakrawala Asia to obtain the value of the assessment criteria, sub-criteria assessment and the weight of the assessment criteria in order to obtain an alternative as an employee performance appraisal. The design of this system uses the Object Oriented Analysis Design method with Unified Modeling Language modeling and the system implementation uses the MYSQL database management system and PHP programming language. This system can provide an alternative employee performance appraisal as a management tool in making decisions.

The problems in inventory management that occur in this agency are that it takes a long time to find data on the facilities of the desireditem, the resulting report is unsatisfactory, and errors often occur in data input. Therefore, to solve some of the problemsthat occur, an office facility inventory management information system is needed, which can make it easier to input data,easy to search for data and also produce good and accurate reports. The analysis and design stages of this system use the Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) technique, the system development method uses the waterfall method and the system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram. The final result of this practical work is in the form of an information system that can provide facilities for agencies in the process of managing inventory data so that it makes it easier for agencies to manage inventory data for the offices of the Riau Province Manpower and Transmigration Office.

This research aims to design a website-based geographic information system (WebGIS) for mapping privately owned Islamic higher education in the region of Riau and Riau Islands. The phenomena underlying the research is WebGIS has been used to easily inform community about privately-owned Islamic higher education (PTAIS)’ in the region of both Riau Province and Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. KOPERTAIS region XII is the coordinator for the private Islamic colleges. KOPERTAIS is the governing, supervisory institutions, and construction of the PTAIS. WebGIS is designed using the method of Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) tools and Unified Modelling Language (UML). The systems development model is Prototyping. Engineering testing system using the technique Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of this research is a map of geographic information system of Islamic higher-education in the region of both Riau Province and Riau Islands Province. This system can help prospecting candidates know the information and spread of location of the Islamic higher-education in the region.

The experimentation used workflow engine in IoT, network product manufacture from product development to product design. The result of this research innovation factor of the paper, apply workflow engine to product design flow for network products in Industrial Science Park. Use the customized business process management system function to adjust business’ ability to speed up product development time and meet user requirements, and to reduce the product development cost.
