With the departure of foreign companies from Russia due to sanctions, the need arose to intensively develop our own production in many industries. The production of parking systems was no exception. The issue of equipping parking lots with Russian-made equipment became especially pressing last fall: in Vladivostok, Kaluga, Novosibirsk and other cities, parking meters installed by foreign manufacturers stopped working. The CleverPark company produces parking equipment and develops software for parking automation, successfully replacing departed foreign manufacturers in the market. Major projects include the supply of self-developed parking meters for the city parking space of Tyumen, the modernization of parking meters for the needs of the City Parking Management Center of St. Petersburg, as well as the modernization of equipment in parking lots for the State Central Management Center of St. Petersburg. The company also developed a central parking management system within the framework of the Unifi ed City Parking Space of St. Petersburg and equipped the parking space of the airports of Simferopol, Novy Urengoy and other facilities. Currently, CleverPark equipment has been installed or is being installed in 20 cities of Russia, including 8 airports. The article describes the experience of import substitution of foreign parking equipment and creating its own production, and also provides examples of projects implemented by the company.
