This research endeavors to investigate the relationship between wage and salary management practices and the performance levels of Information Technology (IT) employees in the vibrant city of Hyderabad. As compensation is a critical factor influencing employee motivation and productivity, understanding its impact on the performance of IT professionals becomes crucial for organizations operating in the technology sector. Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews, the study aims to examine the various aspects of wage and salary management, including fairness, transparency, and competitive benchmarks, and their influence on employee performance.
