THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING INTEREST ON THE WRITING SKILLS OF PROCEDURE TEXTS FOR GRADE XI

Abstract This study aims to prove whether there is an influence of learning interest on the ability to write procedural texts. The hypothesis tested is that there is an influence of interest in learning Bahasa Indonesia on the ability to write procedural texts. This study uses a quantitative description method because the research data is in the form of numbers, analyzed using statistics and describes the relationship between variables. The number of samples was 62 students of class XI SMK PP Negeri Sumedang. The instruments used in this research are test and non-test. The test instrument is in the form of a procedure text writing skill test result. Meanwhile, the non-test instrument was in the form of a questionnaire containing 20 indicators of interest including attention, enthusiasm, great desire, and interest in learning bahasa Indonesia. The results of the correlation analysis is 0.689, it indicates that there is a strong relationship between the interest in learning Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to write procedural texts. The regression value (r) square is 0.839, it indicates the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Test the significance or significance of the regression coefficient obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount = 17.665. There is a significant effect of interest in learning bahasa Indonesia on the ability to write procedural texts.

Kesesuaian Teori Perkembangan Kognitif Piaget Pada Peserta Didik Kelas I Dan II Dalam Memahami Hukum Kekekalan

This study aims to determine the suitability of cognitive development of class I and II students in understanding the law of conservation of numbers, conservation of material and long conservation with Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development. This type of research is quantitative with a qualitative-descriptive approach. This study population was 52 students in grades I and II at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhtariyah Foundation Al-Islamiyah Mamben Daya Academic Year 2020/2021 with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. Based on this technique, 14 research samples were obtained, six samples from class I and eight samples from class II. The instrument used was a test in the form of a brief description of the law of conservation of numbers, conservation of matter and conservation of length. The non-test instrument is an interview combined with a simple experiment. Interviews and simple experiments in this study use coins to the conservation of numbers, water and glass for the conservation of matter, and finally the rope for the conservation of length. Based on the results of the data analysis on the answers to the students' test questions, it is known that 50% of students already understand the law of conservation of numbers, the law of conservation of matter and the law of long conservation. Meanwhile, based on the results of interviews and simple experiments, it is known that 7 students have understood the law of conservation of numbers, conservation of matter and conservation of long, 2 students have understood the law of conservation of numbers and conservation of matter, 2 students have understood the law of conservation of numbers and conservation of length, 2 participants students understand the law of the conservation of numbers and 1 student who does not understand the three conservation laws. For further researchers, they can research the causes of students who have entered the concrete thinking stage and do not understand the law of eternity.&#x0D;

Profil keterampilan kolaborasi siswa SMA pada praktikum maya sistem ekskresi

This study aims to analyze high school students’ collaboration skills in an excretion system virtual lab work about detection of sugar in urine. This study also revealed students’ responses regarding virtual lab work learning. Research method used here is descriptive method. The study was conducted on 35 students in one class of 11th science grade from a public senior high school in Bandung city, that obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected with non-test instruments in form of observation sheet as the main data source and worksheet, peer assessment sheet, and questionnaire as supporting data sources. Research data were analyzed in addition to getting overview of the overall collaboration skills, but also to get an overview of the collaboration skills within each indicator. The average of overall students’ collaboration skills indicator is 88.9% (very good category). Indicators of Work productively, Contribute actively, Committed to completing group goals, Able to responsible, Appreciate other’s contributions, Able to control emotions, Participate respectfully in discussions, debates, and differences, Trust each group member’s strengths are in very good category, respectively: 90%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 100%, 100%, 99.1% and 98.3%. Meanwhile, indicators of Balance in listening and speaking, and indicators of Able to make group decisions are in good category with percentages of 73.7% and 78.5%. The best collaboration skills indicator in this study is Appreciate other’s contributions and Able to control emotions. Highschool students’ collaboration skills profile in excretion system virtual lab work is generally in very good category, where students able to work productively; many of them contribute actively; able to balance in listening and speaking; they commited to completing group goals; able to responsible; appreciate other’s contributions; able to control emotions; participate respectfully; able to trust each group member’s strengths; and able to make decisions together. In addition, the virtual lab work learning method received a positive response from students, almost all students can feel the benefits in learning, especially to practice their collaboration skills.

Pelatihan Penyusunan Alat Evaluasi Non Tes bagi Guru Madrasah di Mataram

Evaluation of the learning process (through non-test) is often ignored by madrasah teachers in Mataram, at least getting less attention than learning outcomes (tests) as it is known that education is oriented to results and the process. Evaluation of learning outcomes and learning processes must be carried out in a balanced and simultaneous manner. Non-test evaluation tools are an essential part that must be considered by teachers, in addition, to test evaluation tools. If the teacher does not develop a non-test evaluation, it will impact the acquisition of student learning outcomes that do not describe the actual ability of a subject. Based on this consideration, training in the preparation of non-test evaluation tools is urgently needed so that teachers can carry out comprehensive evaluations using test and non-test tools. This service activity is in the form of training in preparing non-test evaluation tools in the madrasa environment. The method of implementing this activity follows the stages of preparation, observation of partner madrasas, training in the preparation of non-test evaluation tools, and follow-up. The activity results indicate that all stages of the activity went well and produced the product as determined. In addition, there has been an increase in participants' understanding and skills in preparing non-test evaluation instruments. It is evidenced by the average posttest score (75.00) is better than the pretest (32.12). This positive change is the answer to teacher problems in developing learning evaluations in madrasas.

PENGARUH PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL ENGKLEK TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN FISIK MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

This research aimed to know the influence of traditional game engklek on children’s rude motoric physic development in 5 -6 years old at Puri air dingin resident RT. 03 Pekanbaru. This research used experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design, quantitative approach. The population in this research took 11 children in 5 – 6 years old at Puri air dingin resident RT. 03 Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used a non-test instrument or performance test. The data analysis technique in this research used a non-parametric statistical method with Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The hypothesis result in this research could be seen from Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) in score 0.03. in case, 0.03 &lt; 0.05, it could be concluded that Ha was accepted. Also, it could be stated that average of the children’s rude motoric physis development in 5 – years old by using engklek traditional game gave influence in it. Therefore, traditional game engklek gave influence of children’s rude motoric physic development in 5 -6 years old at Puri Air Dingin Resident RT.

Profil Sikap Ilmiah Peserta Didik Dalam Pembelajaran Fisika di SMA YPPK Teruna Bakti Jayapura

Physics learning aims to provide provision experience and skill process, increase the creativity and scientific attitude of students. A scientific attitude is needed in learning science, including physics, because when students have a high scientific attitude, understanding of the concept and learning outcomes will increase. The purpose of this article is to look at the profile of students' scientific attitudes on the dimensions of attitudes, critical attitudes to facts, critical thinking, respect for data / facts, open thinking and cooperation in learning physics. This study aims to describe the scientific attitude profile of the XII grade students of SMA YPPK Teruna Bakti. The method used in this research is quantitative quantitative. The data was collected through a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire based on four of the six dimensions of scientific attitudes according to Harlen. The test was conducted on 35 students. The test results showed that the total average level of mastery was 73%. Scientific attitude per dimension, for curiosity dimension 75%, critical thinking dimension 72%, critical thinking dimension to data / facts 67%, open thinking dimension 77% and cooperation 74%.Keywords: Scientific Attitude, Assessment, Physics

The profession of guidance and counseling teacher or school counselor is substantial because the guidance and counseling teacher serves as a helper and the assistance process is called helping. other helpful professions. Science and technology are the basis for guidance and counseling teachers for the implementation of professional professional services and are maintained by a code of ethics that is specifically formulated for the profession. The method in this study uses the library research method. The results of this study are professional guidance and counseling teachers, namely: able to develop non-test instruments for the purposes of counseling services; can apply non-test instruments to reveal the actual conditions of students related to the environment; can describe the assessment used in guidance and counseling services according to the needs of students; can choose the type of assessment according to the needs of guidance and counseling services; can administer the assessment; can administer assessments to reveal student problems; and can display professional responsibilities in accordance with the principles of guidance and counseling in the practice of assessment

Analisis Minat Belajar Siswa Menggunakan Media Pembelajaran E-comic Aritmatika Sosial Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a trending topic of conversation for the past year until now, this pandemic has changed various aspects of human life today, especially in the world of education. This causes students' failure to understand mathematical concepts and students' lack of interest in learning. This study aims to describe students' learning interest in the use of E-comic media in social arithmetic material during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample of the research was the seventh grade students of SMP which consisted of 15 students who were taken randomly. The instrument used in this study is a non-test instrument in the form of a student learning interest questionnaire distributed using Google Form in social arithmetic learning using E-comic which consists of 20 statements as a reference to determine students' interest in learning in the use of E-comic media. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of E-comic learning media is effective on student learning interest during the Covid-19 pandemic with the percentage results80.67% classified as very high criteria. So that the E-comic learning media is very effectively used as a medium for learning mathematics to increase student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: analysis, E-comic, social arithmetic, covid-1 pandemicÂ

Penerapan Permainan Ular Tangga dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Geometri Bangun Ruang di Kelas v SD 006 Rambah Samo

Abstract This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through learning media for the game of snakes and ladders. The subjects of this study were 15 students of grade V SD 006 Rambah Samo, which amounted to 15 people in the 2020/2021 school year. This study consisted of 2 cycles consisting of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used to measure the improvement of student learning outcomes are test instruments and non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive research, namely data in the form of numbers and can be expressed in units of count. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in class V SD 006 Rambah Samo, after applying the playing method using snake and ladder medis by 26,67%. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 of 6,66% and in cycle 2 amounted to 33,33%. The small percentage of student learning outcomes who reach the KKM is due to constraints in online learning that were less effective during the Covid-19 pandemic.

HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN NUMERIK DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS SISWA SMP

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of numerical intelligence on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, to determine the effect of interest in learning on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, to determine the influence of numerical intelligence and interest in learning on students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The method used in this study is quantitative with a correlation approach. The sample in this study were students of SMPN 13 Pesawaran class VIII who were randomly selected as many as 28 students. The instruments in this study were test and non-test instruments. The test instrument was used to measure students' numerical intelligence and mathematical reasoning in the form of 5 questions. The non-test instrument was used to measure students' interest in learning which consisted of 24 statements adopted from the research of Bagas Saputro (2017). Data were analyzed using simple correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that; 1) There is no significant relationship between interest in learning and students' mathematical reasoning; 2) there is a significant relationship between numerical intelligence and students' mathematical reasoning; 3) there is a simultaneous relationship between interest in learning mathematics and numerical intelligence on mathematical reasoning, with a contribution of 68.4%.Keywords: Numerical intelligence, interest in learning, mathematical reasoning ability

Pengaruh Metode Bercerita Terhadap Kemampuan Berbicara Pada Anak Usia Dini Di TK Babunnajah

The purpose of this research is the effect of storytelling method on speaking ability in early childhood in Babunajah Kindergarten. This research was conducted to determine how storytelling method affects speaking ability in early childhood. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were all early childhood participants in Babunnajah Kindergarten. To obtain data in this study used research instruments consisting of two types, namely test and non-test. The type of test instrument is a test of understanding storytelling and a non-test instrument in the form of a speaking ability questionnaire in the influence of the storytelling method on speaking skills in early childhood in Babunnajah Kindergarten. Analysis of understanding data using instruments. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the analysis of the significance of the regression coefficient with the t-test obtained: &gt; 35.29 &gt; 2.09, this is quantitative information to make the conclusion that: there is a significant effect of storytelling method on speaking ability of early childhood in Babunnajah Kindergarten.

The design of mathematics learning using didactical engineering to develop the mathematical comprehension ability and self-confidence of elementary students

This research was based learning obstacles experienced by the students of elementary school. The obstacles were categorized into three learning obstacles namely epistemological, ontological, and didactical. The focuses of this research were to analyze the learning obstacles in addition, arrange the hypothetical learning trajectory, and design a learning material suitable to the students’ characteristics using didactical engineering. The design was considered to be able to set a learning environment setting which would minimize learning obstacles. The research used qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The subject was 27 first-grade students of an elementary school in Bandung. The data were collected using test instrument which was essay problems and non-test instruments which were observation sheets, interview, documents study, and both audio and audio-visual documentations. The research results showed that there were development of mathematical comprehension ability and self confidence in the majority of students following learning design implementation based on the learning environment setting involving situation of action, formulation, validation, and institutionalization.

MANIPULATIVE LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON STEM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS) TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

This study aimed to develop manipulative learning media based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) called Magic Hours on Clock and Corner material. Research and development model used by using the procedure of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). The population of this study was all 4th grade students from elementary school in Kediri. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic situation and study from home policy, manipulative media was tested on 13 fourth grade elementary school students in Kediri who came from the same village to reduce students' mobility from one place to another. Data collection techniques are collecting through expert validation, teacher questionnaires, student questionnaires, test, observation, and interviews. The instruments are test (description questions) and non-test instruments (material validation sheets, design validation sheets, practicality assessment sheets, questionnaire validation sheet, and questionnaires). The result shows that the learning media are valid, practical, and effective. Learning media have feasible criteria with an assessment score of 88.46% from media experts and 86.67% from material experts. In the practicality test, learning media obtained a percentage of 86.67% with practical criteria. The result of a one-sample t-test on student test scores indicates that the average mathematics score test is significantly more than Minimum Completeness Criteria.

ANALISIS SOAL KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS (KPS) PADA MATERI BIOLOGI DI SMA KOTA PALEMBANG

Science process skills is the ability of students to apply scientific methods in understanding, developing science and discovering knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of questions for each Science process skills indicator on biology material in Senior High School at Palembang. The research method was used descriptive was qualitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample used was the odd semester final exam questions in Senior Hight School Palembang. The instruments was used in the study were tests and non-tests. Non-test instruments in the form of interview sheets, questionnaire sheets, observation sheets and documentation. The test instrument was used the class X odd semester final exam question instrument made by the teacher. The technique for analyzing the data was used percentage technique. The results obtained from the analysis of semester final exam odd questions for the 2019/2020 year school in Palembang High School, there were 4 Science process skills indicators that were applied to the question instrument with a deficient category consisting of observing indicators (6.32%), grouping indicators (18.02 %), the indicators predict / predict (3.75%) and the indicators plan the experiment (2.50%), while the indicators interpret, ask questions, hypothesize, apply concepts and communicating (0%) in the poor category. The analysis of Science process skills questions on biology material in Senior High School in Palembang was categorized as lacking because the school had not fully made the Science process skills based question instrument and the questions made on average were still at the cognitive limit.

The Effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning on Advanced Reading Comprehension Skill in Online Arabic Language Teaching

Reading proficiency is considered as one of the language skills that must be mastered by prospective Arabic educators or practitioners. Besides, in the era of industry 4.0, students not only require core competencies from the field of study they are studying but also have a lifelong character of a learner. The conditions found in the field, as well as in previous studies, showed that learning in higher education currently tends to be centred on lecturers rather than on the students. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of a student-centred learning method in the form of a problem-based learning method with seven-jumps (seven-steps) approach in increasing the reading proficiency in Arabic. The subjects of this research were 50 people of Muthala’ah Mukatsafah class, and the test and non-test were employed as instruments. The reading proficiency test prepared by the researcher was used to figure out the subjects’ reading ability. Meanwhile, the subjects’ characters or soft skills were measured through a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The design applied in this study was a group design (one group pretest-posttest design). The data analysis was performed through a significance test before and after treatment. The results show that there are differences in the subjects’ advanced reading proficiency level as well as an increase in empathy soft skill before and after the implementation of the learning method.

PEMANFAATAN YOUTUBE CHANNEL COCOMELON SEBAGAI MEDIA PENGENALAN KOSA KATA BAHASA INGGRIS ANAK

The purpose of this study is to explain the use of YouTube channel Cocomelon as a medium for mastery of vocabulary for children aged 4-6 years in Karang Tengah village. This study uses a mixed method, the type of Explanatory Design. The subjects in this study were children aged 4-6 years who live in Karang Tengah Village, Tangerang and their parents who accompany their children to watch YouTube Cocomelon. The sampling technique was nonprobabillity sampling, using purposive sampling type. Collecting data using interview instruments, documentation and non-test instruments. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model and descriptive statistics. Based on the results of a questionnaire calculation related to the use of the Cocomelon YouTube Channel as a medium for introducing English vocabulary for children aged 4-6 years in Karang Tengah District, Tangerang, they are included in the "Developing according to expectations" category. This can be seen from the results of the research which states that the average value of children's vocabulary recognition, namely 87.7%, is in the very good category.

THE PROJECT-BASED ASSESSMENT LEARNING MODEL THAT IMPACTS LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AND NATIONALISM ATTITUDES

Globalization gives a negative influence on children’s nationalism. This is exacerbated by the low students’ learning achievement in the social studies education (SSE), despite the fact that one of the objectives of the SSE learning is to develop students’ potentials to be sensitive to social problems in the person, the society, the nation, and the state. This study is aimed at describing the effectiveness of the project-based assessment learning model with national insight- oriented activities on the SSE learning achievement and nationalism attitudes of primary school students. The study is quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent pre-test post test control group design. The research population consisted of all fourth-grade students totaling to 231 in number. Sampling was done by the random sampling technique, resulting in 46 students. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. The test instrument was a multiple-choice test and the non-test instrument was a five-scale questionnaire. Both instruments were subjected to validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used the MANOVA statistic with the help of the SPSS computer software. The results showed that the significance level of the MANOVA test was .000 (&lt; .0). This means that there are significant differences both partially and simultaneously in the SSE learning achievement and nationalism attitudes between students who learn by applying the project assessment learning model and students who learn ny applying the conventional learning model. In other words, there is a positive significant effect of learning using the project-based assessment learning model oriented on nationalism-insight activities towards the students’ SSE learning achievement and nationalism attitudes.

The analysis of exploratory factors on the development of data, technology, and human literacy assessment instrument

This study focused on constructing data providers, technology, and human factors based on the interaction of items using factor analysis. The research instruments developed using the 4-D model are defined, design, develop, and disseminate. The research subjects were 115 students of the tenth grade of SMK Texmaco Semarang. The instruments that were tested were instruments form; they are multiple-choice and non-test instruments, they are observation sheets and scales. Data analysis was carried out through a construct validity test using factor analysis. Based on the results of the construct validity, it was found that all indicators in the test and nontest instruments were effectively involved in measuring data, technology, and human literacy. This result is shown from the effective proportion of each literacy indicator which reaches more than 30%. The results of the analysis factors showed that the test instrument contains literacy, technology, and human data according to the provisions of Education 4.0. The results on the nontest instrument found that human literacy skills can be assessed through openness, communication, collaboration and innovation, technological literacy skills through concepts and technology development.

The measurement of self-efficacy students in mathematics lesson tenth students of senior high school

Self-efficacy can be defined as a person’s assessment of abilities that the individual has in achieving something that has been targeted. The study aims to describe self-efficacy on students at mathematics lessons. The population in this study is the fifth annual public high school class in 2019/2020. The sample in this study is the 10th X Science class at the state high school of 5 Semarang using the simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is a non-test instrument of self-efficacy of 20 statements and observations. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive data analysis. The research shows that the average of the score on the overall scale of self-efficacy belongs to a positive category. The probability of self-efficacy in the study of mathematics consists of students with high selfefficacy by 16.67%, students with medium self-efficacy are 63.44%, and students with low selfefficacy are at 20%.

Effectiveness of group counseling services using self management techniques on aggressive student behavior

Aggressive behavior is behavior that aims to hurt and injure others physically and psychologically. The factors that influence the occurrence of aggressive behavior are the influence of the student's environment and violent broadcasts on television and social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and so on). So that efforts are needed to reduce aggressive behavior in students. The aggressive behavior that occurs is physical aggressive behavior, verbal aggressive behavior, excessive angry excessive hostile behavior and behavior. One of the efforts made to reduce students' aggressive behavior at school is to carry out group counseling services with self-management techniques, where the sample in this study was 15 people divided into an experimental group of 8 students and 7 students in the control group. using a non-test instrument, namely a questionnaire. this study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling services using self-management techniques to reduce aggressive behavior. The findings of this study are: (1) there is a significant difference in the aggressive behavior of the experimental group before and after following self-management techniques (2) there is a significant difference in the aggressive behavior of the control group before and after being given group counseling services about aggressive behavior without special treatment, (3) ) There is a difference in the aggressive behavior of the experimental group students who were given group self-management techniques with the control group who were given group counseling services about aggressive behavior without special treatment, this can be seen in the post-test average score of the experimental group falling higher than the average postest score. control group.
