We calculate a temperature versus coverage phase diagram of a coadsorbate system on the square lattice net with nearest-neighbor (nn) and next-nearest-neighbor (nnn) interactions. In the calculation, we use the pair approximation of the cluster variation method (CVM). It is shown that in the case of repulsive nn and attractive nnn interactions, there exist three stable phases, namely the disordered phase, high-temperature ordered phase and low-temperature ordered phase, depending on temperature and coverages. The features of the phase diagram calculated for the present model are discussed.
