The Correlations Between Economic Growth and Socio-Economic Indicators in Nagan Raya Regency

This study aims to examine the relationship between economic growth and poverty, income inequality, and the quality of human resources. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data over 15 years from 2007-2021. The results of the empirical research show that economic growth is weakly correlated with poverty, income inequality, and human resource quality. In addition, it does not show any causal relationship. However, it is interesting that there is a negative correlation between poverty and the human development index and a positive and negative correlation between poverty and inequality. Several policy implications are recommended to the government about the results of the study and empirical analysis.

Kajian Ulang Perencanaan Geometrik Simpang Simpang Tak Bersinyal Berdasarkan Highway Capacity Manual

Simpang Empat Jeuram Nagan Raya is often mentioned by local people as “Simpang Peut” is the main route of the city's arterial road serving traffic movement between districts or between provinces, which is located in Kuala District, Nagan Raya Regency. The intersection has four arms, serving the flow of 4 lanes of the main road with a median and 2 lanes of minor roads connecting the route for offices, residential residents, trade and as a route to the city center. The problem that is raised and also the purpose of research is how the performance of the intersection to traffic volume occurs in the four arms and distinguishes the difference between the current calculation and previous research. The limitations of the discussion are the research location at Simpang Empat Jeuram, the performance of the intersection based on the 1993 HCM method, side barriers and not predicting previous research. Based on the results, the current volume is 3,310 pcu/hour with a composition of 2,789 pcu/hour. The capacity of 4,009 pcu/hour is above the existing volume which is categorized as not jammed or not saturated. Side barriers 1,328 events are categorized as commercial areas and roadside market activity is very high. The degree of saturation is 0.70 < DS (DS < 0.80 - 0.90) with an average delay of 7.95 seconds/pcu and a queue length of 40% - 20% with a service level D where the current is unstable and sometimes has to slow down the speed of 43 km/hour. Previous research has shown significant results, because the increase in vehicles has continued to increase by 75% in the last 3 years.

Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam Pemeliharaan Bahasa Daerah Melalui Pendekatan Baru Revitalisasi Bahasa Daerah Model B di Kabupaten Nagan Raya

The phenomenon of regional language extinction, particularly in Indonesia, is clearly evident and experienced by the language users themselves. In order to prevent the extinction of regional languages, the government has long established a legal framework for regional languages in Indonesia. The Minister of Education has also introduced guidelines (Models A and B) for the revitalization of local languages, with the aim of preserving them in Indonesia. These guidelines are intended to support local governments in adopting strategies to maintain and preserve local languages. Consequently, researchers have shown interest in examining the role of the Regional Government of Nagan Raya Regency in preserving the local language. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The findings of this research indicate that 5 out of 6 approaches to regional language revitalization efforts have been implemented in line with the Language Development and Development Agency (2022). However, the Nagan Raya government has not yet implemented an immersion-based learning approach to language revitalization, as this program is still unfamiliar to them. Nevertheless, other approaches, such as one-day language practice, technology-based learning, religion, arts and culture, and creativity, have been successfully implemented.

Development strategy of Kuala Tadu Fish Landing, Tadu Raya District, Nagan Raya Regency

Kuala Tadu Fish Landing Base (FLB) is one of the fishing ports located in Kuala Tadu Village, Tadu Raya District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, which plays an important role in the local fishermen's economy, which is managed under the Maritime Fisheries and Food Service (MFFS) Nagan Raya. For now, the Kuala Tadu fish landing base is still not functioning properly, so there is a need for a development process for the fishing port. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing an appropriate Kuala Tadu fish landing base. This research uses observation and interview methods, using 15 samples, were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The strategy obtained for the development of PPI Kuala Tadu employs quadrant III (WO strategy), indicating that PPI Kuala Tadu has several opportunities but requires an approach to minimize internal issues. Therefore, the proposed strategy includes efforts to improve internal port infrastructure, such as refining the supply of clean water, upgrading sanitation facilities, enhancing drainage systems, and refurbishing administrative buildings. Additionally, initiatives can be taken to increase fishermen's knowledge of capture fisheries, expand PPI land areas, improve the functions of the Fish Marketing Place (TPI) and provide functional facilities such as ice factories or cold storage.

Investigating Fiscal Independence across Regencies and Cities in Aceh Province: A Sectoral Competitiveness Analysis

Fiscal independence is an essential aspect of assessing the economic stability of a region. Also, sectoral competitiveness is a vital benchmark in evaluating the superiority of a sector in the economy. The fiscal independence level of districts and cities in Aceh Province indicates that the budget management of all districts and cities in Aceh Province still depends on central government funds to finance regional development. Thus, through a sectoral competitiveness analysis, this study examines fiscal independence across regencies and cities in Aceh province. Using 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province during the 2014-2020 (quarterly data) of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), this study applies shift-share analysis. The results show significant variations in the competitiveness of certain economic sectors in different regions. Nagan Raya Regency leads the agriculture sector, while West Aceh Regency dominates the mining and quarrying sector. Aceh Tamiang district stands out in the manufacturing sector, while Aceh Besar district is the centre of competitiveness in the construction sector. Bireun district showed the best performance in the wholesale and retail trade and repair of cars and motorcycles, while Aceh Utara achieved excellence in the transportation sector. The city of Banda Aceh consistently performs best in the accommodation and food supply sector, the real estate sector, and the other services/tourism sector. In addition, the findings of this study also show that from the perspective of the dominance of the highest sectoral competitiveness value per region, there are 6 (six) dominating sectors out of a total of 9 (nine) sectors observed, namely the industrial sector, wholesale, and retail, trade sector repair of cars and motorcycles, mining and quarrying sector, construction sector and agricultural sector. However, this study's findings also show significant potential for economic diversification, which could significantly improve the region's fiscal independence.

Effects of vitamin C dosage levels on growth and survival rate of sidat fish (Anguilla bicolor, McClelland, 1844)

Eel is a species with high economic value, but its slow growth and low survival rate are problems that need to be addressed through the development of effective cultivation technology. This study aimed to investigate the effects of vitamin C dosage on the growth and survival of eels (Anguilla bicolor). This study was conducted at the UPR. Mina Mandiri, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, during the period August to October 2023. The method used was a completely randomized design with four treatment levels and three replications, namely 0, 200, 300, and 400 mg/kg feed. ANOVA results showed that the dose of vitamin C had a significant effect on the growth and survival of eels (P < 0.05). Further tests using Duncan's method showed significant differences between treatments in growth parameters, but there was no significant difference in survival. The 200 mg/kg feed dose showed the highest and optimal results in terms of increasing the growth and survival of eel fish.Keywords: Culture technology; eel; growth; vitamin C

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ketidaklengkapan Kunjungan Antenatal Care Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Beutong Kecamatan Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya Provinsi Aceh

Pregnancy is the result of the “dating” of sperm and egg. In the process, the sperm's journey to meet the egg (ovum) is really full of struggle. Of the approximately 20-40 million sperm released, only a few succeed in reaching the egg. Pregnancy care is important to ensure that the natural process of pregnancy runs normally and remains so at every antenatal visit after the first antenatal visit until delivery. Pregnancy visits were carried out as many as 6 KN. The aim was to examine the factors that influence the incompleteness of antenatal care visits at the Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. This research uses analytical observational research methods with the research design used by Cross Sectional. The sample in the research was 38 people using accidental sampling. The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi square Tabulation research results There is a relationship between knowledge and incomplete antenatal care visits at the Beutong Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. This can be seen from the p value = 0.034 > 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.143 (95% CI = 0.058 – 0.354). There is a relationship between family income and antenatal care visits, this can be seen from the p value = 0.049 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.214 (95% CI = 0.471 – 0.967). There is no relationship between parity and maternal knowledge about antenatal visits. This can be seen from the p value = 0.094> 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 1.222 (95% CI = 0.066 – 0.743). There is a relationship between work and incomplete antenatal care visits. This can be seen from the p value = 0.001 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio 0.77 (95% CI = 0.20 – 0.291). There is a relationship between education and incomplete antenatal visits, this can be seen from the p value = 0.049 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.214 (95% CI = 0.471 – 0.967) Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and income, employment and education and the incompleteness of antenatal care visits at Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. And there is no relationship between parity and mother's knowledge about antenatal care visits at Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Regency. Raya Aceh Province in 2022.

ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENCES IN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GIVING RED BEET JUICE (BETA VULGARIS L) AND CUCUMBER JUICE (CUCUMIS SATIVUS) ON REDUCING BLOOD PRESSURE IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS

Hypertension is a serious health issue worldwide, leading to cardiovascular diseases like heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and kidney disease. To prevent hypertension, a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods is necessary, including adopting a healthy lifestyle and consuming herbal plants. For instance, cucumber juice therapy and a mix of beetroot and pineapple juice are commonly used. This study aims to compare the effects of red beet juice and cucumber juice on the blood pressure of hypertensive patients in Drien Tujoh Village, Tripa Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency in 2023. The research involved 30 hypertensive patients over 35 years old, divided into two groups. The results showed a significant difference in blood pressure before and after the intervention with beetroot juice and cucumber juice. This indicates that both interventions can help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Relationship of Characteristics of Mothers and Nutritional Status of Tolls in Puskesmas Suka Mulia Nagan Raya District

The factors that influence the nutritional status of children under five are very substantial to be studied. This aims to find out what factors are related so that power action and efforts to improve nutrition can be taken in the community. Because health is a form of human right which is explicitly mandated by the 1945 Constitution. Education and time for mothers and the health of parents, especially mothers, are one of the causes of malnutrition in toddlers. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal characteristics and the nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Public Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency. The research procedure was by measuring body weight, mothers of children under five were given a nutritional status questionnaire. Data analysis using the Chi-square test showed that from 45 samples. The majority of children's nutritional status is good (77.8%). There was no relationship between maternal age and nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Public Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency (p=0.519). There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Public Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency (p = 0.001). There is a relationship between maternal education and the nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency (p = 0.005). There is no relationship between mother's work and the nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Public Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency (p=0.070). There is a relationship between maternal parity and the nutritional status of children under five at the Suka Mulia Public Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency (p=0.003). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that knowledge, occupation, education and parity of mothers are related to the nutritional status of children under five. It is recommended that all mothers continue to seek information about children's health, especially the procedure for providing nutritious food to toddlers. "

Strategi Komunikasi DISKOMINFOTIK dalam Menyukseskan Acara UMKM Rameune Nagan Raya Expo 2023

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises is one of the state opinions that the government really pays attention to because it is proven by the government's serious attention in developing micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. Naga Raya is a district in Aceh Province, Indonesia with the capital being Suka Makmue. Nagan Raya Regency Diskominfotik is one of the parties that takes part in managing the event and provides information about events that will take place as a form of implementing the work program. This research was studied based on the concept of communication strategy according to Porter (in Nila, 2014), namely planning, implementation and evaluation. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research, namely Diskominfotik, target information targets for the 2023 Rameune Nagan Raya Expo event, namely MSME actors, entrepreneurs and the general public. Dissemination of information about the 2023 MSME RNRE event by Diskominfotik, namely through news on the website, Instagram and Tiktok. In developing this message, Diskominfotik collaborated with the Instagram accounts @loennagan and @pemkabnara, tiktok @loennagan as well as local media websites, namely Antara Foto, Serambinews, Rakyat Welfare, National Elasi, Indo Satu, Aceh Express, Editorial and Nagan Raya Regency Government.

Reproduction characteristics of local female buffalo in Suka Makmue and Seunagan Districts, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province

This study aims to analyze the reproductive performance of local buffalo in Suka Makmue and Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency. The number of samples taken in this study included two districts, namely Suka Makmue and Seunagan. The data needed (1) age at first puberty, (2) first mating, (3) length of gestastion, (4) age at first calving, (5) service period and (6) calving interval. The data obtained from this study are Suka Makmue District, the average age of first puberty is 36.76±0.80 months, first mating occurs at 37.53±0.84 months, length of gestastion is 10.65± 0.20 months, age at first calving 49.48±7.17 months, and calving interval 5.73±0.38 months. Meanwhile, in Seunagan District, the first puberty was 37.46±0.72 months, first mating occurred at 37.67±0.54 months, length of gestastion was 10.73±0.15 months, age at first calving was 48.39±0.53 months, and calving interval 5.86±0.26 months. The data obtained showed that female local buffalo in the Suka Makmue and Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency, had bad characteristics.

Principal's Perception of the Performance of Teaching and Learning Teachers (Study in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency in 2022)

Penjasorkes is an educational process that utilizes physical activities that are planned sequentially to develop and improve individual physical fitness of students within the framework of the national education system. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in the teaching and learning process in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency in 2022. This type of research is classified as qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all 17 principals. Given the limited population, the entire population is used as a sample. The sampling technique with Total Sampling is that the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out questionnaires. The results of the research obtained in this study are the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in planning, implementing, evaluating and disciplined tasks in learning in Beutong District in the good category. This can be seen in general (88.24%) of teaching teachers make learning plans to be given to students and compile curriculum content standards as a reference or guideline in learning, formulate learning objectives, make teaching materials used relevant to learning objectives. In general (100%) Penjasorkes teachers conduct post tests to students. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers carry out learning evaluations according to a predetermined schedule, explain the material again and assign additional tasks to students as improvements, carry out teaching in the form of providing learning materials and carry out regular evaluations and provide grades to students objectively. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers come to school on time, carry out all the rules set by the school and complete the tasks given by the principal on time.

Length-Weight Relationship and Condition Factors of Keudawah (Rasbora sp., Family: Danionidae) in the Krueng Lanca Flows of Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, Indonesia

Keudawah (Rasbora sp.) is a native species found in freshwater, especially Krueng Lanca of Aceh Province, Indonesia. Length-weight relationships (L-WR) and condition factor studies are significant in fisheries, as they offer invaluable insights into fish growth, general welfare, and fitness, especially in freshwater habitats. This study aims to evaluate the fish’s length-weight relationship and condition factor, which can be used to establish monitoring and management systems for this species. Sampling was conducted purposively every month from January to June 2023 at six stations using gill and cast nets. Sampling results were then analyzed in the laboratory. 1118 individual fish (632 males and 486 females) were collected from Krueng Lanca, Aceh Province, with a length frequency of 34-112 mm for males and 46-135 mm for females. The results showed that keudawah had negative allometric growth (both males and females), with b values ranging from 2.307 to 2.962 (for males) and 1.731 to 2.669 (for females). The condition factor (Kn) fluctuated between 0.84 and 0.93 (for males) and 0.82 to 0.94 (for females), indicating less than optimal conditions for this species.

IMPLEMENTASI PUSAT PEMBELAJARAN KELUARGA (PUSPAGA) DALAM MEREALISASIKAN LINGKUNGAN RAMAH PEREMPUAN DAN PEDULI ANAK KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA

The increase in cases of violence against women and children in Nagan Raya Regency over the past few years has led to a mission to establish a women-friendly and child-caring environment through various efforts. One of them is through the implementation of the Family Learning Center Program (PUSPAGA) as a forum for the prevention and resolution of cases that occur within the family. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data on PUSPAGA at the district and village levels, which aims to see the obstacles and barriers to implementation that occur in the field. The results of the study show that implementation constraints lie in the aspects of insufficient budget and human resources, lack of promotion of program introduction to the community and overlapping responsibilities of the village PUSPAGA implementers. Follow-up on these obstacles can be resolved through determining the right priority management by the district and village PUSPAGA implementers in optimizing program implementation.

Application of water hyacinth flour (Eichhornia crassipes) in artificial feed on the feed quality and feed conversion ratio for bileh fish (Rasbora sp.)

This study aims to determine the effect of water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) powder application on artificial feed on feed quality and feed conversion ratio for bileh fish (Rasbora sp.) fry. This research was carried out from September to October 2022 at UPR Mina Mandiri Gampong Lhok Seumot, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency. This study used bile fish seeds measuring 2 - 2.25 cm in length as test fish. The experimental design used was a non-factorial, Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The level of treatment applied in the feed formulation was control feed without fermented water hyacinth flour substitution (P0), 5% fermented hyacinth flour substitution in feed (P1), 10% fermented water hyacinth flour substitution in feed (P2), water hyacinth flour substitution fermented 15% in feed (P3). Feed is given at satiation three times a day. The test parameters observed were the quality of the feed produced and the feed conversion ratio of the seeds of bileh fish (Rasbora sp.). The results showed that applying water hyacinth flour (Eichhornia crassipes) on artificial feed gave the same response to the quality of the feed produced but had a significant effect on the feed conversion ratio for bileh fish. The lowest (best) feed conversion ratio was obtained in the P3 treatment.Keywords: feed quality; feed conversion ratio; hyacinth flour; Rasbora sp.

THE ROLE OF FEMALE WORKERS IN OIL PALM PLANTATIONS (A CASE STUDY IN UJONG KRUENG VILLAGE, TRIPA MAKMUR SUB-DISTRICT, NAGAN RAYA REGENCY)

Oil palm is one of the plantation commodities that needs to increase its production as it is a major producer of vegetable oil. The expansion of oil palm plantations has been taking place in various regions, including Aceh, particularly in Ujong Krueng Village, Tripa Makmur sub-district, Nagan Raya regency. The purpose of this research is to explore the history of female labor in oil palm plantations and understand the lives of female workers in Ujong Krueng Village. The research methods employed include observation and interviews. The results indicate that female laborers are workers in oil palm plantations who earn wages from the landowners. The emergence of women as laborers in Ujong Krueng's oil palm plantations is due to the increasing number of plantations and their rapid growth, requiring a large labor force. This provides opportunities for women who want to contribute to their family's economy. The lives of female laborers in Ujong Krueng include: firstly, women have a dual role, working both in their homes and in public spacec; secondly, some women, especially those who are widowed or whose husband is are dealing with severe illness, take on the responsibility of being breadwinners; thirdly, the economic of the community is positively impacted by income generated from oil palm plantations, meeting the basic living needs; fourthly, women are now undertaking tasks that were traditionally performed by men, such as transporting harvested produce.

Kehidupan Keagamaan Anak Ulama (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya)

Ulama are people who are pious and have an important and strategic position in the historical trajectory of the people of Aceh. Every generation needs scholars as protectors and guides for the community in various aspects of life, especially in the field of religion, so it is necessary to have successors who will continue this role in each generation. And theoretically, the children of these scholars are seen as having a chance to continue this continuity. In the early decades of the 21st century in Seunagan District, Nagan Raya Regency, there were seven well-known scholars and they had 18 sons who were considered able to continue their father's roles in the past. However, in this study only 5 people (27.70%) were found to be scholars, while 13 people (62.30%) did not become scholars. This is caused by several factors; including family factors, education and environmental factors.

VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT BASED ON PERMENDAGRI 20/2018

This research aims to determine the process of preparing the RPJMG, RKPG, and Gampong Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBG) in Gampong Simpang Dua based on Permendagri number 20 of 2018. The interview method is used for this research, where questions are asked orally. Village officials who are responsible for managing village funds have been selected as respondents. Gampong Simpang Dua, Nagan Raya Regency, is where this research takes place. In order to use the interactivity of data analysis techniques such as APBDesa, RKPDesa, DPA, DPPA, DGKPL, and accountability reports, this research is conducted using a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The results of this analysis confirm that the village's financial management takes place in accordance with Minister for Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 based on planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability processes. As seen from the preparation of the Gampong RPJM for 6 years, it is reported through the Village Financial System (SISKUEDES) application, where this report is input when the Gampong treasurer inputs the Gampong cash receipts and expenditures

Qanun Number 9 of 2008 converning The Development of Customery and Traditional Life regulates domestic dispute that can be resolved through customary in Nagan Raya Regency takes into consideration the lack of information related to this matterPurposes of Devotion: The purpose of the research providing a legal understanding of dispute resolution in domestic affairs through customary court based on Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning The Development of Customery and Traditional LifeMethod of Devotion: The method used id legal counseling to the community of Gampong Bumi Sari, Nagan Raya Regency, through panel discussions where speakers present the material and then continue with question and answer session between the speakers and participantsResults of the Devotion: Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning The Development of Customery and Traditional Life regulates dispute within households that can be resolver through Indigenous Judiciary. Its implementation prioritizes peace and balance to achieve a sense of justice for all parties involved. The high number of disputes within household in Nagan Raya Regency is attributed to the lack of awareness many communities, especially in Gampong Bumi Sari, about this law, and the mistrust of the Indigenous Judiciary, which is feared to provide subjective decisions. Preventive efforts to reduce the number of disputes are being carried out, including legal education activities that must be conducted continuously.
