Experiment of works organization on assessment and certifi cation of municipal educational institutions heads in the Surgut Center of assessment and certifi cation of personnel in the course of certifi cation on adequacy for the job is presented in this article. Assessment procedure and a base of test tasks, diagnostic exercises, scenarios of group discussion carrying out are developed in the Center. The author of article analyzes the problems of organization of assessment and certifi cation of municipal educational institutions heads and invites the persons concerned to discussion.
