The influence of social support, perception, and maternal behavior in preventing stunting cases in Indonesia

The research aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of social support, perception and maternal behaviour in preventing stunting cases in Indonesia. The research adopts the quantitative cross-sectional approach to provide an explanatory survey. The sample was taken based on proportional random sampling. A sample size of 220 pregnant women in the second and third trimesters participated in this study. The research instrument employed was a questionnaire, which underwent validation by 12 experts using Aiken's V content validity index. The collected data were analyzed utilizing the Lisrel program, employing multiple linear regression tests and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The findings of this study revealed that the perception, social support, and behavior of pregnant women were reasonably categorized. Social support has a significant positive influence on perception. Social support and perception simultaneously have a significant positive influence on the behaviour of pregnant women. In conclusion, the behavior of pregnant women can be recommended as the solution in the primary prevention of stunting.

Adversity Quotient: Fenomena Fatherless Involvement dan Kecerdasan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini

This article is the result of research that examines the influence of fatherless involvement and social-emotional development on the adversity quotient of early childhood. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. This research was conducted among the people of Purwawinangun sub-district, Kuningan, West Java. The research results show that fatherlessness positively affects the adversity quotient. Social emotions positively impact the Adversity Quotient, and fatherless and Social emotional influence the Adversity Quotient. Lack of positive interaction with the father can result in children experiencing difficulties in developing life skills and social abilities, this can hurt the child's ability to survive and find solutions to every problem.

Depression, anxiety, and help-seeking among Slovenian postsecondary students during the COVID-19 pandemic

IntroductionThe COVID-19 pandemic has faced students with many challenges, contributing to their mental distress. This article explores the role of demographic characteristics, psychological status, year of study, and social support during the COVID-19 pandemic in explaining Slovenian university students’ mental health problems and help-seeking behavior.MethodsIn February and March 2021, data were collected on 5,234 full-time Slovenian postsecondary students who were enrolled in public and concessionary independent higher education institutions. Participants completed a questionnaire, which included The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), General Anxiety Disorder questionnaire (GAD-7), Oslo Social Support Scale (OSSS-3), and items measuring psychological status, help-seeking behavior and demographics. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing for differences.ResultsFactors, such as gender, age, psychological status and social support, contributed to experiencing anxiety and depression among Slovenian students during the COVID-19 pandemic, with year of study additionally contributing to experiencing depression. Similarly, gender, age, psychological status and social support contributed to help-seeking behavior. Higher levels of depression and anxiety were reported by female students, students with prior mental disorders, and students with lower social support levels. Female students and students with lower social support levels reported more frequent help-seeking behaviors.ConclusionThe results provide insight into the mental state of the Slovenian student population in the context of imposed public health measures at the end of the second COVID-19 wave in Slovenia. The findings can help identify vulnerable groups within the student population to whom we must be particularly attentive in times of crisis.

The Role of Spirituality, Marital Satisfaction and Socio-Economic Status on Attitudes Toward Childbearing Among Married Women Without the Intention and History of Pregnancy: A Cross-Sectional Study

Background: Iran has experienced a sharp decline in childbearing rates over the past three decades, and the extent to which attitudes toward childbearing are influenced by marital satisfaction, socio-economic status, and spiritual health remains unclear. Additionally, past research has largely focused on women who already have children. This study, however, examines all women who, after five years of marriage, have not yet decided to have children. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the role of spirituality, marital satisfaction, and socio-economic status in shaping attitudes toward childbearing among married women in Semnan City in 2023, specifically those without a history of pregnancy or intention to conceive. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 235 married women who had neither the intention nor history of pregnancy, with a minimum marriage duration of five years. Participants were purposefully selected during visits to the family health center in Semnan City in 2023. Data were collected using the Childbearing Attitudes Questionnaire, the Spiritual Health Questionnaire, the Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, and the Socio-Economic Status Questionnaire. Statistical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests in SPSS software version 24. Results: The largest proportion of participants belonged to the age group of 26-32 years (31.35%). A majority (137 individuals, 58.3%) had either an associate or bachelor’s degree, and most participants (58.3%) were employed. The results demonstrated that spirituality (41%), socio-economic status (56%), and marital satisfaction (65%) were significant predictors of attitudes toward childbearing (P < 0.01). Conclusions: As marital satisfaction emerged as the strongest predictor of attitudes toward childbearing, it is recommended that health centers offer courses to improve and enhance marital satisfaction among women.

THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL, DIGITAL PAYMENTS, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY ON MSME INCOME IN JIMBARAN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE

In Bali Province, there are 412,265 MSME units which continue to increase every year. The government provides assistance to help MSMEs develop their businesses in the form of capital assistance and loan rate relief. However, MSME players have not implemented much financial management and there is still a lack of good use of digital payments. The small amount of capital owned, the low level of financial literacy and the use of digital payment for MSMEs in Jimbaran Traditional Village can make the income earned from the business undirected. The purpose of this study was to calculate and analyze the effect of capital, digital payment, and financial literacy on MSME income in Jimbaran Village both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method and 50 MSMEs were obtained. The independent variables in this study are capital, digital payment, and financial literacy, while the dependent variable in this study is income. The results showed that capital, digital payment and financial literacy partially had a positive and significant effect on MSME income in the traditional village of Jimbaran and there was a positive and significant effect between capital, digital payment, and financial literacy simultaneously on MSME income in the traditional village of Jimbaran.

Pengaruh Promosi Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Honda Beat Pada PT Tunas Honda Natar

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat at PT Tunas Honda Natar. The data used in this research is primary data, namely data collected by the researcher himself directly from the first source or place where the research object was carried out, namely the results of interviews and questionnaires distributed to consumers at PT Tunas Honda Natar. As well as secondary data, namely data collected from other parties, namely books, articles and journals related to this research. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially Promotion and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and simultaneously Promotion and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. MARINATAMA GEMANUSA

This study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT Marinatama Gemanusa. The population in this study were all employees of PT Marinatama Gemanusa, totality 46 people. The sampling technique with non-probability sampling using saturated sampling technique, where the total population is made entirely into research samples, namely 46 respondents. The research uses a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data. Researchers process data using statistical software. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that partially organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance; work environment and compensation partially have no significant effect on employee performance.

Factors affecting social technologies driven knowledge sharing among Pakistani university librarians and its impact on library service innovation

This study explores the factors influencing knowledge sharing (KS) via social technologies (STs) among Pakistani university librarians and its effect on library service innovation. The research employed an expanded version of the theory of planned behavior as its theoretical framework. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire to 281 university librarians of Pakistan using the convenience sampling technique. Descriptive statistics and a multiple linear regression test were used to analyze the collected data. The study found prevalent use of platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. All nine hypotheses suggesting positive correlations among factors were supported. Key factors found to be shaping librarians’ KS behavior include trust, attitude, enjoyment in helping others, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms. Additionally, individual behavior intention, perceived reciprocal benefits, and management support were also found to be crucial in fostering KS. On the whole, the study showed a positive impact in knowledge sharing through social platforms on library service innovation. This study will be useful for librarians around the world by providing evidence-based strategies and insights into fostering effective knowledge sharing through social technologies, which can lead to enhanced library services and innovation in diverse library settings globally.

Analisis Likuiditas, Tax Avoidance, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Pertumbuhan Laba Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Studi Keuangan pada Perusahaan Subsektor Tekstil dan Garmen yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2022

The aim of this research is to find out how the influence of Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth and Profit Growth on Company Value is described. The population in this research is textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022 period. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. With a total sample of 19 with saturated sampling. Using secondary data collection techniques and descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests with normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f). The statistical results of the f test (Simultaneous Test) show that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the variables Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth, Profit Growth on Company Value. Based on the statistical results of the t test (partial test), liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Meanwhile, Tax Avoidance has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value. Furthermore, Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. And Profit Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on Company Value.

Pengaruh Kredit Macet, Tingkat Efisiensi dan Likuiditas Terhadap Profitabilitas: Studi pada Perbankan Umum Konvensional yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2022

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Bad Debt, Efficiency Level and Liquidity on Profitability both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statement data on conventional public banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The research methods used are descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that from the partial test (t test) Bad Credit (NPL) shows a result of 0.294 where tcount 1.065 < t table 2.024 with a significance value of 0.294, then the Efficiency Level shows a result of 0.000 where tcount 22.440 < t table 2.024 with a significance value of 0. 000, then Liquidity shows a result of 0.002 where tcount 3.396 < ttable 2.024 with a significance value of 0.002. the conclusion is that Bad Debt partially has no effect on Profitability while the Efficiency Level, Liquidity partially has an effect on Profitability.

Analisis Non Performing Loan, Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional, dan Free Cash Flow Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

The research was aimed at determining the influence of Non Performing Loan, operating expenses to operating income, and free cash flow on firm value conducted in the banking sektor listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2018-2022. The object of the research were Non Performing Loan (X1), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (X3), free cash flow (X3), and Firm Value (Y). the research used descriptive and associative methods with quantitative approach. The technique of sampling deployed in the research was non probability sampling approach, namely the purposive sampling technique. The techniques of analysing data applied were test of coefficient of multiple correlation and coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (f test). Based on the result of the research show that there is a relationship of Non Performing Loan, operating expenses to operating income, and free cash flow toward firm value which is aggregated to 0,659, indicating that the relationship of Non Performing Loan, operating expenses to operating income, and free cash flow toward firm value is included to a strong relationship criteria. Moreover, the result of partial test show that Non Performing Loan negative and significant influence toward firm value, operating expenses to operating income negative and significant influence toward firm value, and free cash flow has positive and insignificant influence toward firm value.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi dalam Pengambilan Sertifikasi Akuntansi

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing accounting students' interest in obtaining accounting certification. This type of research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire method in the form of statements distributed using Google Forms with a 5-point Likert scale measurement. The population of this study includes accounting students in the odd semester of 2023 at Universitas Internasional Batam, Universitas Universal, and Universitas Riau Kepulauan, totaling 981 students. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 91 respondents. The software used for data testing in this study is SPSS version 25. The tests in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and determination coefficient tests (R²). The results of this study indicate that career motivation partially influences accounting students' interest in obtaining accounting certification (Chartered Accountant), the level of understanding does not partially influence accounting students' interest in obtaining accounting certification (Chartered Accountant), and cost perception partially influences accounting students' interest in obtaining accounting certification (Chartered Accountant). Additionally, career motivation, level of understanding, and cost perception simultaneously influence accounting students' interest in obtaining accounting certification (Chartered Accountant).

Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Perputaran Modal Kerja Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Studi Keuangan pada Sub Sektor Asuransi yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018-2023

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Capital Structure, Institutional Ownership and Working Capital Turnover have on Company Value in the Insurance Sub-Sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2023 Period. The objects in this study are Capital Structure (X1), Institutional Ownership (X2), Working Capital Turnover (X3) and Company Value (Y). This research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis techniques used are correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a variable relationship between Capital Structure, Institutional Ownership, and Working Capital Turnover on Firm Value of 0.472 which means that the level of relationship between Capital Structure, Institutional Ownership, and Working Capital Turnover on Firm Value includes moderate relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that Capital Structure has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value, Institutional Ownership has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, and Working Capital Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Religiusitas dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berkarir di Bank Syariah Dengan Memoderasi Motivasi

One of the careers that can be an option for students of Islamic Economics is a career in Islamic Banking. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Islamic bank knowledge, religiosity, and family environment on interest in a career in Islamic banks, with motivation as a variable of moderation. The population in this study comprised 164 students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, with a sample of 116 students selected using a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis techniques performed in this study included instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing included multiple linear regression tests and MRA tests. The results of the analysis using the SPSS 26 program showed that knowledge of Islamic banks, religiosity, and family environment significantly influence career interest in Islamic banks. However, the motivation variable could not moderate the influence of Islamic bank knowledge, religiosity, and family environment on career interest in Islamic banks. This indicates that while these factors are important, motivation alone does not strengthen their impact on career interest in this field.

Analisis Pengaruh desain Produk dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Honda Beat di Kabupaten Karawang

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Karawang Regency. Using a quantitative research design, this study involved 100 respondents from prospective consumers of Honda Beat motorcycles. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that product design had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.322. Product quality was also shown to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.348. Multiple linear regression tests revealed that product design and product quality simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient value (R²) of 71.9%, indicating that 71.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these two variables. This study contributes to the understanding of how motorcycle product design and quality can influence consumer purchasing decisions in the Indonesian automotive market. These findings are expected to provide guidance for motorcycle manufacturers, especially Astra Honda Motor, in designing better products to meet consumer expectations and win the competition in the market.

Pengaruh Absensi Online “Talenta” dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan PT Kia Karawang

This study was made to determine the extent of the attendance technology system and work motivation provided by PT KIA Karawang to its employees in improving employee discipline in it. The analysis used in this study is to use independent variables, namely the "Talent" attendance system and work motivation, and the dependent variable, namely work discipline. This research included 85 employees from PT KIA Karawang and utilized multiple linear regression testing, alongside validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing techniques. The findings revealed that the Talent attendance system and work motivation together significantly and positively affect work discipline. However, when examined individually, the Talent Attendance System did not impact Work Discipline, whereas work motivation did have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.

Research results: Partially Job Stress is positive and significant to Turnover intention, partially Compensation has an effect on Turnover Intentuon, partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, simultaneously Job Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

The Influence of Product Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty in Online Muslim Fashion Retail: A Quantitative Study on Liah Hijab’s Online Shop

Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty in Liah Hijab's online shop, both partially and simultaneously. Study Design: This type of research is quantitative associative, which is intended to determine the relationship between product quality and price to customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Place and Duration of Study: Liah Hijab's online shop, Makassar, between July and September 2024 Methodology: The population in this study were Liah Hijab consumers who made purchases in 2024. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents, who have made purchases at least 2 times a month. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software and then analyzed through instrument tests and multiple linear regression tests. Results: Based on the results of the F test, it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between product quality and price on customer loyalty at Liah Hijab’s Online Shop. The t test results show that both product quality and price variables each have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Conclusion: Liah Hijab’s online shop must continue to maintain and improve the quality of the products they have. Furthermore, product pricing also needs to be considered in order to maintain customer loyalty.

The Effect of Audit Quality and Financial Performance on Audit Delay (Empirical Study on LQ45 Companies in 2021-2023)

The financial report is an information medium that is very useful for stakeholders. The financial statements owned by the company can be used for stakeholders to make decisions. Financial statements presented by companies must be audited because audited financial statements can increase the confidence of financial statement users. One of the important factors in financial statements is timeliness. Financial statements can be very useful if financial statements are presented on time, therefore the financial statements presented must be timely so that decision-making can also be taken appropriately. The purpose of this study is to see what factors can affect audit delays. Audit delay is the time difference between the closing date of the book and the date of signing the auditor's report. The sample in this study is companies with the LQ45 index, because LQ45 index companies are companies that have a healthy financial condition. Data will be taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for 3 years. Data analysis will be carried out using SPSS by performing the Classical Assumption Test and the Multiple Linear Regression Test.
