Pengaruh Inflasi Dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Dengan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Tahun 2018-2023)

This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship between 4 (four) variables, namely Inflation, education level, human development index and economic growth and test intervening variables as mediating variables between independent variables and dependent variables. This type of research is quantitative research. The data processed was obtained from the Mandailing Natal Regency Statistics Agency. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS IBM version 22. The results of this study indicate that the accepted hypothesis is a positive and significant relationship between the three independent variables on the dependent variable. It is obtained that the significance value of X1 is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded directly that there is a significant effect of X1 on Y, the significance value of X2 is 0.008 <0.05, so it can be concluded directly that there is a significant effect of X2 on Y, the significance value of X1 is 0.1>0.05, so it can be concluded directly that there is no significant effect of X1 on Z, the significance value of X2 is 0.5>0.05, so it can be concluded directly that there is no significant effect of X2 on Z, the significance value of Y on Z is 0.8>0.05, so it can be concluded directly that there is no significant effect of variable Y on Z.

Single nucleotide and copy number variants of cancer driver genes inform drug response in multiple cancers.

Due to the heterogeneity of cancer, precision medicine has been a major challenge for cancer treatment. Determining medication regimens based on patient genotypes has become a research hotspot in cancer genomics. In this study, we aim to identify key biomarkers for targeted therapies based on single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and copy number variants (CNVs) of genes. The experiment is carried out on 7 cancers on the Encyclopedia of Cancer Cell Lines (CCLE) dataset. Considering the high mutability of driver genes which result in abundant mutated samples, the effect of data sparsity can be eliminated to a large extent. Therefore, we focus on discovering the relationship between driver mutation patterns and three measures of drug response, namely area under the curve (AUC), half maximal effective concentration (EC50), and log2-fold change (LFC). First, multiple statistical methods are applied to assess the significance of difference in drug response between sample groups. Next, for each driver gene, we analyze the extent to which its mutations can affect drug response. Based on the results of multiple hypothesis tests and correlation analyses, our main findings include the validation of several known drug response biomarkers such as BRAF, NRAS, MAP2K1, MAP2K2, and CDKN2A, as well as genes with huge potential to infer drug responses. It is worth emphasizing that we identify a list of genes including SALL4, B2M, BAP1, CCDC6, ERBB4, FOXA1, GRIN2A, and PTPRT, whose impact on drug response spans multiple cancers and should be prioritized as key biomarkers for targeted therapies. Furthermore, based on the statistical p-values and correlation coefficients, we construct gene-drug sensitivity maps for cancer drug recommendation. In this work, we show that driver mutation patterns could be used to tailor therapeutics for precision medicine.

PENGARUH INFLUENCER MARKETING DAN BRAND AWARENESS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SCARLETT PADA MAHASISWI PRODI MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH BENGKULU

This research aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for scarlett products among management study program students at Muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research including influencer marketing and brand awareness. The object of this research was management students from muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu, totaling 102 people. In this research the author used data collection methods by ibservation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrument testing, multiple linier regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The result show that influencer marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, then brand awareness has a positive affect on purchasing decisions. So, from the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that influencer marketing and brand awareness have a partial or simultaneous influence on Scarlett purchasing decisions among management study program students at Muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu. PENGARUH CONTENT MARKETING DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN JAM TANGAN MEREK ALEXANDRE CHRISTIE (Studi Kasus Pada Toko Tickclock Kota Bengkulu)

This research aims to determine the influence of Content Marketing and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Alexandre Chritie Brand Watches (case study at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City), both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, including Content Marketing and Product Quality. The object of this research is consumers at the Tickclock watch shop, precisely located on Jl. Putri Gading Cempaka No. 6, Bawah, Ratu Samban District, Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non- probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this research was 140 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this research show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So, from the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that Content Marketing and Product Quality have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase Alexandre Chritie brand watches at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City Keywords: Content Marketing, Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions

Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Aneka Industri Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022

Stock returns are the results obtained from stock investments. Financial performance is said to have a big influence on stock returns, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to information and carry out an analysis of the condition of the company's financial statements using financial ratios. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Liquidity, Leverage, Activity and Profitability on stock returns both partially and simultaneously. The company population in this study was 15 companies and 65 samples, using secondary data and purposive sampling techniques with the results of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors listed on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests consisting of data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests consisting of t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the results of this research, it shows that liquidity and leverage have a significant effect on stock returns. Activity and profitability have no effect on stock returns. And Liquidity, Leverage, Activity and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns.

The Effect of Capital Assistance and Business Assistance on The Empowerment of Mustahik Zakat MSMEs DT Peduli North Sumatra

This study aims to determine the effect of capital assistance, and business assistance on increasing the empowerment of mustahik zakat Micro,Small,and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The method used in this research is quantitative research method with data collection techniques using primary data obtained from questionnaires with a Likert scale. Sampling in this study using non probability sampling technique (saturated sample) where the entire population is relatively small in this study to be the entire sample with a total of 30 samples. This research analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results in this study indicate that partially capital assistance and business assistance have a positive and significant effect on increasing the empowerment of mustahik MSME. Then, capital assistance and business assistance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the empowerment of mustahik MSMEs. The X1 and X2 variables affect the Y variable by 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Translation, cross-cultural adaptation, and psychometric validation of the Malay version of the Assessment of Quality of Life—6 Dimensions (Malay-AQoL-6D) instrument among Malaysians living with chronic heart failure

BackgroundThis study aimed to translate and culturally adapt the Assessment of Quality of Life (AQoL)-6D into Malay (Malay-AQoL-6D), and assesses the instrument’s acceptability, reliability, and validity among Malaysians living with chronic heart failure (HF).MethodsThe translation and cross-cultural adaptation process adhered to international guidelines. The Malay-AQoL-6D underwent content and face validity assessments via expert review, and pretesting among healthy individuals and patients with chronic conditions. Subsequent psychometric validation utilised clinico-sociodemographic data and paired AQoL-6D and EQ-5D-5L data from a health-related quality-of-life (HRQoL) survey involving Malay-speaking patients with HF, which encompassed assessments of Malay-AQoL-6D acceptability, internal consistency and test-retest reliability, as well as its construct, concurrent, convergent and divergent, and known-group validity.ResultsThe Malay-AQoL-6D was deemed acceptable among clinicians and local patients, achieving a 90.8% completion rate among 314 patients surveyed. The instrument demonstrated strong content validity (item-level content validity index [CVI]: 0.83–1.00, average CVI: 0.98), internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha: 0.72–0.89; MacDonald’s omega: 0.82–0.90, excluding the Senses dimension), and test-retest reliability (average intraclass correlation coefficients: 0.79–0.95). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the instrument’s two-level, six-factor structure (Satorra-Bentler [SB]-scaled χ2(df: 164): 283.67, p-value < 0.001; root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA]: 0.051; comparative fix index [CFI]: 0.945, Tucker-Lewis index [TLI]: 0.937; standardised root mean-squared error [SRMR]: 0.058). The Malay-AQoL-6D’s concurrent validity was evident through its good agreement with EQ-5D-5L. Multiple hypothesis tests further affirmed its construct and known-group validity. The Malay-AQoL-6D’s psychometric properties remained consistent across different missing data techniques.ConclusionThe findings suggest that Malay-AQoL-6D could be a culturally acceptable, reliable, and valid HRQoL measure for quantifying HRQoL among the local HF population. Future studies are necessary to further validate the instrument against other measures and confirm the instrument’s test-retest reliability and responsiveness, which are possible with the availability of the Malay-AQoL-6D.

The Impact of Tunneling Incentive Bonus Mechanism and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing

Transfer pricing decisions are influenced by several factors, one of which is tunneling incentives. This study aims to determine the influence of Tunneling Incentives, Bonus Mechanisms, and Debt Covenants on Transfer Pricing. This study analyzes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the input data comes from the company's annual report which is a research sample starting from 2018-2021 with criteria so that a total sample of 15 companies is obtained. Furthermore, the input data will be processed according to quantitative methods. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that the following variables: (1) Tunneling Incentive have a negative and significant influence on Transfer Pricing; (2) The Bonus Mechanism has a negative and significant effect on Transfer Pricing; (3) The Debt Covenant has a positive and significant effect on Transfer Pricing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Tunneling Incentive has a negative and significant influence on Transfer Pricing, which means that the higher the tunneling incentive, the lower the transfer pricing carried out by the company.

Association Between Hypothalamic Volume and Metabolism, Cognition, and Behavior in Patients With Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

Dysfunction of energy metabolism, cognition, and behavior are important nonmotor symptoms of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), negatively affecting survival and quality of life, but poorly understood. Neuroimaging is ideally suited to studying nonmotor neurodegeneration in ALS, but few studies have focused on the hypothalamus, a key region for regulating energy homeostasis, cognition, and behavior. We evaluated, therefore, hypothalamic neurodegeneration in ALS and explored the relationship between hypothalamic volumes and dysregulation of energy metabolism, cognitive and behavioral changes, disease progression, and survival. Patients with ALS and population-based controls were included for this cross-sectional and longitudinal MRI study. The hypothalamus was segmented into 5 subregions and their volumes were calculated. Linear (mixed) models, adjusted for age, sex, and total intracranial volume, were used to compare hypothalamic volumes between groups and to analyze associations with metabolism, cognition, behavior, and disease progression. Cox proportional hazard models were used to investigate the relationship of hypothalamic volumes with survival. Permutation-based corrections for multiple hypothesis testing were applied to all analyses to control the family-wise error rate. Data were available for 564 patients with ALS and 356 controls. The volume of the anterior superior subregion of the hypothalamus was smaller in patients with ALS than in controls (β = -0.70 [-1.15 to -0.25], p = 0.013). Weight loss, memory impairments, and behavioral disinhibition were associated with a smaller posterior hypothalamus (β = -4.79 [-8.39 to -2.49], p = 0.001, β = -10.14 [-15.88 to -4.39], p = 0.004, and β = -12.09 [-18.83 to -5.35], p = 0.003, respectively). Furthermore, the volume of this subregion decreased faster over time in patients than in controls (β = -0.25 [0.42 to -0.09], p = 0.013), and a smaller volume of this structure was correlated with shorter survival (hazard ratio = 0.36 [0.21-0.61], p = 0.029). We obtained evidence for hypothalamic involvement in ALS, specifically marked by atrophy of the anterior superior subregion. Moreover, we found that atrophy of the posterior hypothalamus was associated with weight loss, memory dysfunction, behavioral disinhibition, and survival, and that this subregion deteriorated faster in patients with ALS than in controls. These findings improve our understanding of nonmotor involvement in ALS and could contribute to the identification of new treatment targets for this devastating disease.

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Sikap Keuangan Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM (Studi Kasus UMKM Sektor Kuliner Di Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir)

The research aims to determine the influence of sharia financial literacy, financial attitudes and financial management on the performance of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach, the analytical methods used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing with the Eviews 12 program. This research data is primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sample in this research was 77 MSMEs in the culinary sector in Keritang District using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that the sharia financial literacy variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, the financial attitude variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs and the financial management variable has a significant effecton the performance of MSMEs, while simultaneous testing shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Sistem Blok dengan Pendekatan Project Based Learning Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Peserta Didik Program Keahlian Kuliner SMKN 9 Padang

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of block system learning with a project-based learning approach on the work readiness of students of the culinary skills program of SMKN 9 Padang. The population in this study is class XII students in 2024. The sample of this study is 55 respondents. Data collection in this study uses observation, interview and questionnaire techniques using a Likert scale. This study uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that block system learning (X1) did not have a significant effect with a calculation result of -5.324 on the work readiness of students (Y). Project-based learning (X2) had a positive and significant effect with a calculation result of 10,377 on students' work readiness (Y). Block system learning (X1) with significant project-based learning (X2) together (Silmutan) had a positive effect with an Fcal result of 55.140 with a sig of 0.00 on students' work readiness (Y)

Innovative strategies for managing hallucinations by exploring effects of tDCS on source monitoring abilities

This randomised, crossover, sham-controlled study explored the neural basis of source-monitoring, a crucial cognitive process implicated in schizophrenia. Left superior temporal gyrus (STG) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) were the key focus areas. Thirty participants without neurological or psychological disorders underwent offline sham and active tDCS sessions with specific electrode montage targeting the left STG and DLPFC. Source-monitoring tasks, reality monitoring (Hear-Imagine), internal source-monitoring (Say-Imagine), and external source monitoring (Virtual–Real) were administered. Paired t-test and estimation statistics was performed with Graphpad version 10.1.0. The Benjamini–Hochberg procedure was employed to control the false discovery rate in multiple hypothesis testing. A significant improvement in internal source monitoring tasks (p = 0.001, Cohen's d = 0.97) was observed, but reality monitoring tasks demonstrated moderate improvement (p = 0.02, Cohen's d = 0.44). The study provides insights into the neural mechanisms of source monitoring in healthy individuals and proposes tDCS as a therapeutic intervention, laying the foundation for future studies to refine tDCS protocols and develop individualized approaches to address source monitoring deficits in schizophrenia.

Dampak Gaya Kepemiminan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta

A leadership style that pays little attention to the fate of its members can lead to low employee performance. By understanding the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, steps can be taken to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This study aims to determine whether Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. This study used 51 respondents with quantitative methods. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. Sampling is done by non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. And partially Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Implementasi Kualitas Pelayanan, Kelengkapan Produk dan Harga Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Swalayan XYZ

The increasing growth of the industry now can cause competition in companies, one of which is the retail business. Where must be able to compete competitively to understand consumers. Companies need to implement more rigorous and innovative strategies in developing businesses, so as to meet the satisfaction of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product completeness, and product prices on customer satisfaction at Swalayan xyz. This study uses quantitative methods, and sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type where sampling is done using certain considerations. The sample taken was 100 respondents. The study used multiple liner regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing which were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. This study has independent variables and dependent variables. Where the independent variable is Service Quality (X1), Product Completeness (X2), and Product Price (X3), for the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Product Completeness, and Product Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Sektor Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2023)

This study aims to test the Influence of Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size on Company Value. The population in this study is all banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The variables used in this study are Company Value as a dependent variable; Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size as independent variables. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 140 data samples were obtained. The analysis methods used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study show that Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size have an effect on Company Value. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Profitability affects Company Value; 2) Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure affects Company Value; and 3) Company Size affects Company Value.

The influence of information technology and compensation on the employees performance of the regional revenue and financial management agency

The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of Information Technology on performance at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Tomohon City; 2) To determine the effect of Compensation on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Tomohon City; 3) To determine the effect of Information Technology and Compensation simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Tomohon City. The research method used is quantitative research method. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 70 employees as research samples. Research data testing techniques include using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression model tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that 1) There is a positive functional influence that contributes between Information Technology and employee performance; 2) There is a positive functional influence that contributes between compensation and employee performance; 3) There is a positive functional influence that contributes between Information Technology and Compensation together on Employee Performance.

Pengaruh Kredibilitas Daya Tarik dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat Pembelian Sunscreen Azarine di Kota Yogyakarta

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Credibility, Attractiveness and Trust on Interest in Purchasing Suncreen Azarine in Yogyakarta City. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is All Azarine Sunscreen Users in Yogyakarta City. The sample in the study was 198 respondents. The sample determination technique was taken using purposive sampling, a method of determining samples with the consideration of the researcher which was then processed using SPSS. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The instrument testing technique in this study uses validity and reliability. And the data analysis techniques in this study used classical assumptions, multiple linear regressions, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are as follows. Partially, Credibility has a significant effect on the interest in Purchasing Azarine Sunscreen by marking a t-count value of 2.206 greater than the t-table of 1.972. Partially, Attractiveness had a significant effect on the interest in Purchasing Sunscreen Azarine by marking the t-count value of 0.324 smaller than the t-table 1.972. Simultaneously, Credibility, Attractiveness and Trust have a significant effect on the interest in Purchasing Azarine Sunscreen. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Credibility, Attractiveness and Trust on Interest in Purchasing Azarine Sunscreen in Yogyakarta City.

The Influence of Career Development, Organizational Climate, And Motivation on Employee Performance at Sidenreng Rappang Regency Water Resources Management Office

The research aimed to examine the effect of career development, organizational climate, and work motivation on employee performance at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Water Resources Management Office. The process was through the application of a quantitative method by collecting data from two important sources. The primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents while secondary sources included official documents from related agencies. The data collected were analyzed using statistical methods to identify the relationship between the variables. The analysis was initiated through a Validity and Reliability test followed by Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test, and Partial t-test to evaluate the hypothesis proposed. The results showed that career development, a positive organizational climate, and high work motivation significantly influenced employee performance. This showed that the sustainable and structured combination of the three factors could increase collective employee performance and assist in achieving organizational goals.

A class of sequential multi-hypothesis tests

In this article, we deal with sequential testing of multiple hypotheses. In the general scheme of construction of optimal tests based on the backward induction, we propose a modification which provides a simplified (generally speaking, and suboptimal) version of the optimal test, for any particular criterion of optimization. We call this DBC version (the one with Dropped Backward Control) of the optimal test. In particular, for the case of two simple hypotheses, dropping backward control in the Bayesian test produces the classical sequential probability ratio test (SPRT). Similarly, dropping backward control in the modified Kiefer-Weiss solutions produces Lorden’s 2-SPRTs. In the case of more than two hypotheses, we obtain in this way new classes of sequential multi-hypothesis tests, and investigate their properties. The efficiency of the DBC-tests is evaluated with respect to the optimal Bayesian multi-hypothesis test and with respect to the matrix sequential probability ratio test (MSPRT) by Armitage. In a multihypothesis variant of the Kiefer-Weiss problem for binomial proportions the performance of the DBC-test is numerically compared with that of the exact solution. In a model of normal observations with a linear trend, the performance of the DBC-test is numerically compared with that of the MSPRT. Some other numerical examples are presented. In all the cases the proposed tests exhibit a very high efficiency with respect to the optimal tests (more than 99.3% when sampling from Bernoulli populations) and/or with respect to the MSPRT (even outperforming the latter in some scenarios).
