Modern tendencies of rapid economic growth, demand-driven market, highly uncertain economic environment with various disruption sources simultaneously with targets for sustainable development explains the increased interest to advanced solutions in supply chain management. The research paper presents a multi-level efficiency control model presenting analytical sequences and integral method of factor analysis for logistics performance indicators planning, controlling and analyzing. The numerical example has demonstrated that the proposed approach works for real economic processes and provides agile options of efficiency control. The designed approach assumes customization for a particular company’ requirements and provides at least 59 options of analytical models sets. This allows claiming the new approach toward decision support enhancement in supply chains.
