Our aim is to study the pointwise time-asymptotic behavior ofsolutions for the scalar conservation laws with relaxation inmulti-dimensions. We construct the Green's function for the Cauchyproblem of the relaxation system which satisfies the dissipativecondition. Based on the estimate for the Green's function, we getthe pointwise estimate for the solution. It is shown that thesolution exhibits some weak Huygens principle where thecharacteristic 'cone' is the envelope of planes.
