Mengatasi Kesulitan Siswa Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar dalam Menulis Permulaan

This article discusses efforts to overcome the difficulties faced by first-grade elementary school students in their initial writing. Writing is an essential foundational skill in the learning process, but first-grade students often encounter challenges in developing their writing abilities. Some common obstacles they face include difficulties in understanding letter concepts and using appropriate vocabulary. This research aims to find effective methods and strategies to assist first-grade students in overcoming difficulties in their initial writing. This was carried out at SD Negeri 182/1 Muara Bulian Protected Forest. The research methodology involves classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and qualitative analysis of student writing outcomes. The research results demonstrate that an approach focused on playful learning activities, the use of images or visual aids, and involving social interactions can enhance students' interest and motivation to write. Furthermore, providing positive and constructive feedback and introducing diverse reading materials also help improve students' writing skills. By implementing suitable approaches and strategies, it is expected that first-grade elementary school students can overcome their difficulties in initial writing and develop their writing abilities more effectively.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Etika Bisnis Islam Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Karyawan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Muara Bulian

The influence of work motivation and Islamic business ethics on the quality of employee service at Bank Syariah Mandiri Muara Bulian, Journal, Islamic Economics/Banking and Sharia Financial Institutions, The establishment of services based on relationships with customer satisfaction is the key to retaining customers and includes providing benefits financial and social as well as structural ties with customers. A service must decide how much relationship-based service it should perform to each market segment and customer, from casual, relative, responsible, proactive to full partnership. Administrative information contains so many meanings, has various functions, raises so many expectations. The method used in this study is a survey method, which was carried out at Bank Syariah Mandiri Muara Bulian using a probability sampling technique with a total sample of 52 employees. The hypothesis in the study 1) there is an influence between work motivation on the quality of employee service of 0.7553. 2) there is an influence between Islamic business ethics on employee service quality of 0.535. 3) there is an influence between work motivation and Islamic business ethics on the quality of employee service of 0.945. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with a significant level of a = 0.05. Based on the findings of this study, the better the work motivation and Islamic business ethics, the better the quality of employee service.

Improving Fun Learning in Science Subjects by Using Monopoly Game Media

Purpose of the study: To find out the increase in fun learning in science subjects using monopoly game media in class IV SD Negeri 13/1 Muara Bulian.
 Methodology: This research method is classroom action research. In this study there were three cycles, in one cycle carrying out two meetings. There are four procedures of this study, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection.
 Main Findings: The results of this study are that the use of monopoly games can increase fun learning in Science class IV SD Negeri 13/1 Muara Bulian. The monopoly game used in science learning is different from the monopoly game in general, namely giving quizzes in the form of questions from the material students have studied. It makes students relax, students' attention is devoted, enthusiastic, happy, high concentration and safe when learning takes place.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: Increase knowledge about the use of monopoly game media as a learning medium to increase fun learning.

EFFECT OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY ON MICRO-BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY FINANCIAL INCLUSION (CASE STUDY OF MICRO-BUSINESSES IN MUARA BULIAN DISTRICT)

This study aims to the Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on business performance through Financial Inclusion mediation in the subdistrict Muara Bulian. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary. The sample is in the subdistrict Muara Bulian, totalling 93 actors. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data testing techniques use the Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square test and Hypothesis Test with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion had a positive significant effect on Bussiness Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation.

Penggunaan Metode STAD untuk Meningkatkan Konsentrasi Siswa Materi Bangun Datar melalui Aplikasi Canva pada Kelas I SDN 64/I Muara Bulian

The reduced level of student concentration and too much teacher dominance in learning results in low student learning outcomes. Analysis of the use of the STAD (Student Temas Achiefment Division) learning model through the canva application is to find out the extent to which student’s learning concentration in class I SDN 64/I Muara Bulian has increased in flat shape learning. In this study using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) type. The research was carried out in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. Then the cubjects of this study were 27 students, consisting of 13 boys and 14 girls of class 1 SDN 64/I Muara Bulian. The data collection used is observation sheets, interviews, and document studies. Learning concentration and learning outcomes were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the percentage technique. The results of student concentration increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely from the percentage of student completeness by 55% to 88%. It can be seen that the STAD learning model through the Canva application can increase student learning concentration in learning flat shapes.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PROFESIONALITAS KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP BUDAYA SEKOLAH DI SD IT AULIA MUARA BULIAN

This Study aims to determine the influence of the style of leadership on the school culture, the influence of headmaster professionalism of the school culture, The influence of the style of leadership and the headmaster professionalism of the school culture at SD IT AULIA Muara Bulian.
 This research uses a quantitative approach by determining the sample using survey technique. Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity, linearity and path analysis. 
 The result of research shows that shows that the influence of the style of leadership (X1) on the school culture (Y) is 68,7%, The result of headmaster professionalism (X2) of the school culture (Y) is 9,07%, Then the influence of the style of leadership (X1) and the headmaster professionalism (X2) of the school culture (Y) is 64,4%. This shows that the influence of style leadership (X1) and headmaster professionalism (X2) school culture (Y) have a positive effect. Because of the influence of exogenous variables (the style of leadership and headmaster professionalism of the school culture) is almost close to100% only 35,5 % influenced by other variables not investigated in this study.

Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita tentang Denah Berskala dengan Metode Tutor Sebaya di Kelas V SDN 34/I Teratai

Education is an important factor in the development of a country. One of the goals of education is to develop students' intellectual abilities and understanding in various fields. In the process of learning mathematics, students' understanding of solving word problems is very important. Word problems provide a real context for students in applying mathematical concepts to everyday life. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of students' understanding in solving word problems about scale plans in Grade V SD. The research was conducted at SDN 34/I Teratai, Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari District. When the research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year. This research was used in Mathematics Class V semester 1 with the material for solving story problems about Scaled Plans. This research cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection which is done repeatedly until the achievement indicators for this CAR can be achieved. As subjects in this classroom action research were students of Class V SD 34/I Teratai. The number of students who were used as research subjects was 23 people, consisting of 10 men and 13 women. The object of this study was the application of the Peer Tutor Method. Data collection techniques are observation, tests, interviews and documentation. This research was carried out in cycles with each cycle consisting of four components, namely: planning, action and observation, and reflection. After the cycle has been implemented, especially after reflection, it is then followed by re-planning which is carried out in the form of a separate cycle.

Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Materi dalam Muatan Bahasa Indonesia Menggunakan Video Interaktif di Kelas II SDN 64/ 1 Muara Bulian

Indonesian language learning should involve the active role of students directly, so that students will interact using the media that has been presented by the teacher. Observations made in the field found a problem, namely students lack of focus and lack of understanding of the concept of material in Indonesian language content. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze related efforts to improve understanding of material concepts in Indonesian content by using interactive videos in class II SDN 64/1 Muara Bulian. The type of research used is PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 34/I Teratai, in class II to be precise. The results obtained are that students are still confused when using interactive videos, and are more comfortable when the teaching process is carried out using traditional methods, namely by using a blackboard that is devoted to providing subject matter related to how to write cursive in stories by paying attention to the use of capital letters. The conclusion is that the use of interactive videos in increasing students' understanding of concepts in Indonesian language subjects with non-continuous writing material in stories with attention to the use of capital letters is effective at the elementary school level.

Relationship Between Parenting and Social Emotional Development of Children Aged 3-4 Years in Tenam Village, Muara Bulian District

This research is motivated by the low social emotional development of children. This is evident from the fact that there are still a lot of kids who can't cooperate with friends, who don't want to share with friends, who want to win at all costs, and who are less receptive to their environment. This investigation will: 1) Take a look at the explanation of parental care for kids between the ages of 3-4 years. 2) See a summary of the social and emotional growth of kids between the ages of 3-4 years. 3) Seeing the relationship between parenting and social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years. This study's methodology is a quantitative, correlational technique. In this study, a total of 60 women with children in the age range of 3 to 4 years lived in Tenam Village, Muara Bulian District. Researchers frequently employ cluster random sampling. Strategies for gathering data in the form of a questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis use Product Moment and percentage calculations. The results of the study show that: 1) The description of parental care for children in Tenam Village is categorized as good. 2) The description of the social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years in Tenam Village is categorized as not good. 3) There is a relationship between parenting and social emotional development of children aged 3-4 years in Tenam Village.

Quantitative Analysis Of Elementary School Students' Curiosity and Web-Based Assessment Responses

The use of web-based assessment at the elementary school level is a novelty in this research. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of the character of curiosity and the comparison of student responses to the use of web-based assessment. In addition, it is also to determine the effect of the character of curiosity on student responses in using web-based assessments. This research is quantitative research with associative and comparative research types. The sample used in this study were high school elementary school students at 64 Muara Bulian elementary school and 80 Muara Bulian elementary school. The sam-pling technique in this study was random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantita-tive analysis technique using data processing assistance. The results of the t test with sig. (2-tailed) less than 0.05, it can be seen that there are differences in the character of students' curiosity and there are differences in student responses to the use of web-based assessments. The results of the regression test with a signifi-cance value of 0.009 which means less than 0.05 so that the character of curiosity influences student re-sponses in using web-based assessments. The significant influence here means that students who have a good character of curiosity will also respond well to the use of web-based assessment.

Improve the Ability to Solve Mathematical Problems through Creative Problem-Solving Models

The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to solve mathematical problems in fifth grade students at SDN No. 64/I Muara Bulian through the application of the creative problem-solving model, which is seen in the results of observations of the activities of teachers and students in the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 71,42% learning implementation and the first cycle of the second meeting with a learning implementation percentage of 92.85%. Cycle II meetings I and II got a percentage of 100% implementation of learning. The results of the ability to solve mathematical problems in the first meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 45,45% the first cycle of the second meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 59,09%, the second cycle, the fi r st meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 72,72%, and the second cycle, the second meeting, the percentage classical completeness of 85.71%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the creative problem-solving model can improve the ability to solve mathematical problems in fifth grade students at SDN No. 64/I Muara Bulian.

THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY, PRICE, AND LOCATION ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALIB CAR WASH IN MUARA BULIAN

Customer satisfaction is the level of satisfaction or satisfaction felt by customers after they use a company's product or service. It reflects a customer's subjective evaluation of their experience and the degree to which their expectations were met. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact on business success. Therefore, companies often try to increase customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs and expectations, improving product or service quality, providing good customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction at the Alibdi Muara Bulian Car Wash. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study resulted in the results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of the price variable on customer satisfaction that the value of Tcount (5,993) > Ttable (1.986) based on the comparison of Tcount and Ttable face H2 accepted means the price (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The results of testing the hypothesis on the influence of service quality, price, and location variables on customer satisfaction show that the value of f is obtained by a ftable value of 2.71 while the value of fcount is 91.267 and the significance value is > 0.05, so H4 being accepted means that it is proven that there is a joint and significant influence of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. R2 determination test shows that the combination of service quality, price, and location variables together contributes 74.4% to customer satisfaction while the remaining 25.6% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this study

BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian branch is one of the companies engaged in insurance. In an effort to increase its sales, the insurance policy in Muara Bulian City generally uses several marketing strategies. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection used using interviews, documentation studies and observations. The study in this study is to find out “Agent Marketing Strategies in Maintaining Customer Loyalty at PT.BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian branch with aspects of the research are: about insurance products, Premium Prices, Promotions, Places, People and Physical Facilities.The results show that the Branch of PT.BRILife Syariah Muara Bulian.

E-Assessment: Character of Students in Elementary School

This study aims to determine the teacher's response to the use of e-assessment of character in elementary school students; knowing the results of the assessment of the character of love for the homeland, tolerance, and discipline; comparing the results of character assessment in three schools, knowing the validity and feasibility of e-character assessment. This research is a research & development research using quantitative data and qualitative data. The research sample consisted of 55 students at SD Negeri 034/I Teratai, 58 students at SD Negeri 045I Sridadi, and 61 students at SD Negeri 064/I Muara Bulian obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a love of the homeland, tolerance, and discipline questionnaire. Analysis of quantitative data using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in the form of one way ANOVA test, post-hoc further test in the form of Tukey HSD test and qualitative data using the Miles and Huberman technique. The results showed that teachers have a very good response to the use of e-assessment. The developed e-assessment product is in the very good category so it is feasible to use

The Influence of Parenting Patterns on Children's Creativity

Purpose of the study: To measure the effect of parenting styles on children's creativity in group B state kindergartens, Muara Bulian district, Batanghari district.
 Methodology: The type of research used is a type of quantitative research using a posttest group design. The sample used in this study was 133 students.
 Main Findings: Based on the results of data analysis for parenting pattern data with a sample of 133 children, an average value of 48.79 was obtained, and a standard deviation of 11.29. For data on children's creativity with a sample size of 73, the average deviation is 49.21, the deviation is 9.44. For parenting style Lo (0.0900) < Ltable (0.1036), children's creativity data (0.1015) < Ltable (0.1036). So it can be concluded that both data come from normally distributed populations.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: This study examines the influence of parental patterns on early childhood creativity.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN BATIK JAMBI DI MUARA BULIAN (STUDI KASUS KONSUMEN BATIK JAMBI MARYANA MUARA BULIAN)

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Jambi batik (Case Study of Jambi Batik Maryana Muara Bulian). The population of this research is all consumers of Jambi Maryana batik. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results obtained tcount>ttable (2,884 > 1,666). This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Prices have a significant effect on tcount>ttable (7,765 > 1,666). This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This partially there is an influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions. By looking at the results of the coefficient of determination (r square) of 0.606 which means the magnitude of the role or contribution of product quality and price variables that can increase purchasing decisions by 60.6% and 0.394 or 39.4 is a residual variable that has not been studied in research this.

Team Assisted Individualization: Improving Number Competency Students' Understanding of Mathematical Concepts

Purpose of the study: This research aims to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts in number competency by using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model in class IV B SDN No. 64/1 Muara Bulian.
 Methodology: This research is a study that consists of 2 cycles. This type of research uses a mixed method, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research subjects were students of class IV B at SD Negeri 64/1 Muara Bulian. The data obtained are quantitative data and qualitative data. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation and interviews. Then the data were analyzed based on the type of data obtained.
 Main Findings: The study's findings showed that students' understanding of concepts increased from 60.35% in cycle I to 84.86% in cycle II. So that the use of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model can help improve students' conceptual understanding of number competence in class IV B SDN NO. 64/1 Muara Bulian.
 Novelty/Originality of this study: The update in this research is contained in the results of this research, where the studies in this article are the latest results in the field of science, especially mathematics education. With this research, readers and other researchers can determine the impact of using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in elementary schools, especially in number competency material.

PELATIHAN DAN PEMBINAAN KOMERSIALISASI PRODUK USAHA MIKRO AGRIBISNIS UNTUK MENGHADAPI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 PADA KELOMPOK TANI MEKAR KEMBALI SERENTAK DESA RAMBAHAN BATANGHARI JAMBI

Community service based on the Study Program proposed by the Agrotechnology Study Program, Agribusiness Study Program and Management Study Program of Graha Karya Muara Bulian University is Training and Coaching the Commercialization of Agribusiness Micro Business Products of the Farmer Group Mekar Kembali Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province to Face the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This service activity was carried out because the Mekar Kembali Farmer Group is an area close to the Graha Karya Muara Bulian University Campus. On this occasion, the service that will be carried out is training and coaching the commercialization of products to agribusiness micro-enterprises in the Mekar Kembali Farmer Group, Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. This is done because the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought changes to product commercialization methods, so in an effort to capture these good enough commercialization opportunities so that they are not inferior to similar products domestically and abroad, this community service activity is carried out. So that in the end it can expand market share, increase income, and open up new jobs. After this activity was carried out, training participants (agribusiness micro-enterprises) gained additional knowledge about good products and production, commercial products, new marketing networks and product commercialization mechanisms in the digital era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Service activities will continue to the coaching stage of packaging improvement, so that products can be marketed digitally

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (STUDI DESA RAMBAHAN, BATANGHARI, JAMBI)

This study aims to determine whether the village government of Rambahan is economical, and to build infrastructure for community economic empowerment. This research method uses a qualitative method which is sourced from the village office of the Rambahan village government, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi. The results of the research carried out concluded that (1) The planning stage of the Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan was in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Rambahan village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget so that there are some parties who have different opinions. (2) The application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate in the view of Islamic economics, because it has implemented quite well the principles of ta'awun and the principle of shura according to the principles of an Islamic perspective. (3) The use of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District can be seen from the success of the financial performance of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village in 2019-2021 in the category like this based on the category and percentage of each statement on average being in the good category andpercentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

Peran Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SD Negeri 34/I Muara Bulian

Education is a conscious effort to grow the potential of human resources through teaching activities. Even in elementary school, student motivation in learning is one of the keys to achieving success in learning. Currently, many students are less motivated to learn. In this research, research was conducted on the teacher's role in increasing the learning motivation of students at SD N 34/I Muara Bulian. In this study researchers used qualitative research. This research was conducted by obtaining data sources as complete as possible in real terms, then researchers obtained information related to the teacher's role in increasing students' motivation to learn. The focus of this research is related to the teacher's role in increasing learning motivation. This study uses a phenomenological design where the phenomenological research design reveals things through phenomena that occur directly. The research location is located at SD Negeri 34/I Muara Bulian. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the role played by the teacher in increasing student learning motivation at SDN 34/I Muara Bulian is the teacher as a demonstrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator, motivator, and evaluator.
