Teacher Inpassing is the process of equalizing positions, ranks, and classes for teachers who are not civil servants (PNS) to have positions, ranks, and classes comparable to civil servant teachers. Non-civil servant teachers who are eligible to apply for inpassing are teachers who already have an Educator Certificate. Inpassing teachers have a disadvantage, namely that the salary they get is not every month, especially private MI and MTS teachers, this makes their economy disrupted. Bank Syariah Indonesia provides a solution with the existence of a special blessing mitraguna financing for inpasing teachers with financing that can be done every 3 (three) or 4 (four) months. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of mitraguna blessing financing in improving the economy of inpassing teachers. This research uses Qualitative method with descriptive approach. Based on the results of the research, Mitraguna Blessing financing has considerable potential to build the economy of inpassing teachers.

Eksplorasi faktor-faktor penentu kompetensi profesional guru MTs: Perspektif supervisi, pengalaman, dan disiplin kerja

Purpose − The purpose of this research was to determine (1) the contribution of principals academic supervision, teaching experience, and work discipline on the professional competencies of MTs teachers. 2) the contribution of school principals' academic supervision to the professional competence of MTs teachers. (3) the contribution of teaching experience to the professional competencies of MTs teachers. (4) the contribution of work discipline to the professional competence of MTs teachers.
 Method − This study was correlative descriptive study with quantitative approach followed. The population of this study were 220 MTs teachers in Buleleng regency. The samples of this research were taken by proportional cluster random sampling of 135 MTs teacher. Data collection used questionnaire for the school supervisor’s academic supervision variables, teaching experience, work discipline and teacher professional competence. In this study, validity testing of the instrument was using person’s product moment correlation while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis used by the researcher was multiple regression analysis..
 Findings − Based on the result of the study, it has shown that: 1) There was a significant contribution between of headmaster academic supervision variables, teaching experience and work dicipline simultaneous to the professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 2) There was a significant positive contribution between the principals academic supervision on the teacher’s professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 3) There was a significant positive contribution between teaching experience on the teacher professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency. 4) There was a significan positive contribution between work discipline on teacher professional competence of MTs teachers in Buleleng Regency.

Training on Creating Digital ILAU Based on Local Cultural CharacterBima for Middle MTS Teachers in Bima Regency

The method used was focus group discussion (FGD) and a questionnaire. The aim of conducting an FGD is to seek in-depth information regarding the implementation of the training that has been carried out. Meanwhile, the questionnaire given aims to determine the level of understanding felt by the training participants. The final results will determine the success of the activities that have been carried out. The method for implementing this service activity is UKBM development training based on local cultural characters. At the end of the mentoring activities, an evaluation is carried out to determine the achievements of the implementation of the community partnership program. Implementation achievements can be seen from several indicators: (1) understanding of UKBM (2) skills in creating digital UKBM based on local cultural characteristics (3) ability in developing UKBM, with an increase of more than 60%. From the results of the questionnaire analysis, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in teachers' understanding of the importance of using technology in learning by 52%, an increase in skills in making digital UKBM based on local cultural characters by 55%, and an increase in the ability to make learning tools by 63%. This is in accordance with the goal to be achieved, namely an increase of more than 50%. Apart from that, the team also provided a questionnaire on the level of teacher satisfaction with the implementation of the training. The questionnaire contains 6 closed questions using 4 Likert scales, namely disagree, agree, strongly agree and very much agree. The results of the teacher satisfaction level questionnaire regarding the implementation of the training showed that 75% of teachers agreed that the material was easy to understand, 10% said they strongly agreed, 10% said they strongly agreed, and 5% disagreed. Some teachers are new to and know how to use the Ispring suite. Meanwhile, 80% agreed that they wanted to apply the results of this training to learning, 10% said they strongly agreed, and 10% strongly agreed.

Pembuatan Produk Fermentasi Yogurt Sebagai Pangan Sehat Bagi Guru MTs Arifah Gowa

The training activity for making fermented yogurt products, conducted at MTS Arifah Gowa, aims to empower MTS teachers and enhance the knowledge of training participants regarding the production of fermented yogurt products as a healthy, convenient, and cost-effective food item with economic value. This activity was conducted in three stages: firstly, providing materials and facilitating discussions with participants; secondly, instructing them in the proper and correct yogurt-making practices; and finally, conducting an evaluation and administering a questionnaire to assess the participants' responses to the training activities provided. Based on the results of the questionnaire evaluation, all training participants expressed satisfaction with this activity, achieving a score of (3.64), indicating that the evaluation results fall within the "very good" category.

Academic Supervision of Madrasah Heads and Supervisors for PAI Cluster Teachers at State MTs throughout Boyolali Regency in 2022/2023

This study aims to analyze the supervision carried out by madrasa heads and supervisors in order to maximize the potential of PAI subject teachers in MTs throughout Boyolali Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey method using a questionnaire. This research was conducted at MTs N in Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all school principals, school supervisors and teachers at MTs Negeri throughout the district. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires is related to the academic supervision of madrasah heads and supervisors of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MTs N throughout Boyolali. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this study are the supervision of the madrasa head in assisting teachers in planning and implementing learning, assisting in analyzing students' needs in learning and assisting teachers in overcoming difficulties in implementing learning. while the supervision of supervisors of supervising madrasas is to provide consulting services to teachers individually or in groups to improve the learning process from the teacher and the learning outcomes. The impact on teacher performance is to increase the competency and professionalism of Islamic education teachers in MTs N throughout Boyolali Regency.

SOSIALISASI MENINGKATKAN BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS BERBASIS ENGLISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES (ESP) DI MADRASAH MTs JANWARY NW BOROK LOTIM

The aim of this Community Service (PKM) is to add insight and new experiences for teachers, especially for English teachers in MTs. Janwary NW Borok, East Lombok. The stages carried out in this PKM are: Managing all the completeness of the PKM, Identification of problems, Providing Assistance and Guidance, Monitoring and Evaluation of Implementation. The Community Service Program conducted by MTs. Janwary NW Borok Lombok Timur NTB obtained very satisfactory results as monitoring and evaluation had been carried out several times according to the set time. With the socialization and coaching through this PKM, students feel more confident in pronouncing English even though there are still many vocabulary words that have not been mastered, but students feel motivated and excited to develop their English skills.

PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP DAN MTs DI KECAMATAN SUBAH DAN PECALUNGAN KABUPATEN BATANG

The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) is there any effect of academic supervision on the performance of SMP and MTs teachers in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency, 2) is there an effect of work motivation on the performance of SMP and MTs teachers in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency, 3) is there any effect of academic supervision and work motivation on the performance of teachers in SMP and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency.This study uses a quantitative correlation approach. Data mining using a questionnaire instrument. The research locations were public junior high schools and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan sub-districts. Test Instrument is a test of validity and reliability. Prerequisite test using normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, homogeneity test. Data analysis used correlation test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test.The results of the study (1) the effect of academic supervision on the performance of SMP and MTs teachers in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency. Based on the Fcount value of 134.127 > Ftable 3.93 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The hypothesis which reads "there is an influence of academic supervision on teacher performance in SMP and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency" is accepted. (2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of SMP and MTs teachers in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency. Based on the Fcount value of 148.330 > Ftable 3.93 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The hypothesis which reads "there is an influence of work motivation on teacher performance in SMP and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency" is accepted. (3) the effect of academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance in SMP and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency. Based on the Fcount value of 81.128 > Ftable 3.08 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, the hypothesis that reads "there is an influence of academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance in SMP and MTs in Subah and Pecalungan Districts, Batang Regency" is accepted.

Socialization Of Stem Learning Models For Teachers

The role of the teacher in every learning activity in schools is very important. The teacher is responsible for the success of each learning activity that has been designed. There is a tendency for teachers who are not optimal in preparing measurable designs and lesson plans that will have an impact on learning activities that are not optimal and tend not to be in accordance with learning outcomes. So that in providing socialization material for this service, we are a Collaborative Team of Lecturers and Students who have conducted Tripmen and equipped the teacher council with materials and direct practice in designing learning materials and we have also provided assistance in implementing the STEM learning model for teachers with the aim of providing education to MTS teachers regarding STEM learning. STEM learning model socialization activities for teachers are carried out by presenting material presentations and practicing designing learning materials. After following the material carefully, teachers generally and measurably already have and have acquired new knowledge related to the STEM learning model. That way, for future sustainability, the motivation of the teacher council will emerge by itself to prepare well in advance related to the learning material to be discussed, this can provide the best knowledge and insight for students, especially when interacting with students of higher quality. than before.

Pengaruh Etos Kerja Islam dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru MTS Melalui Variabel Motivasi

This study aims to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables, a case study of MTs teachers in NTT. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The study population was all MTs teachers in NTT, totaling 1,324 teachers. The sample used was 133 teachers using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant impact on performance; leadership style has a significant effect on motivation; leadership style has a significant effect on performance; motivation has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on performance through motivation; leadership style influences performance through motivation. In conclusion, there is an influence of Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables

THE INFLUENCE OF THE LEADERSHIP STYLE OF THE HEAD OF THE MADRASAH AND MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS IN THE TSANAWIYAH MADRASAH FOUNDATION OF THE TAHFIDZUL QUR'AN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL MATHLAUL HUDA (MTS. YPPTQMH) AMBARAWA SUB-DISTRICT

Teachers must have competencies that are in accordance with national learning standards in order to be able to carry out their duties and positions with good competency standards that create students to become knowledgeable humans and have certain skills. This study aims to examine the influence partially or simultaneously of variables of Leadership Style of the Head of Madrasah and Motivation on Teacher Performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Mathlaul Huda (MTs. YPPTQMH) Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency. This study took 35 respondents as a sample. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The tests carried out are with classical assumption tests, F tests, and t tests. The results of this study explain that: the leadership style of the head of the madrasah (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the performance of MTs. YPPTQMH Ambarawa teachers. The motivation variable (X2) has a significant and negative effect on the performance of MTs. YPPTQMH Ambarawa teachers. The leadership style variable of the head of the madrasah (X1) and the motivation variable (X2) have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the performance of MTs teachers. YPPTQMH Ambarawa.

Conducting Training in Developing the Creativity of Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) MI and MTs Teachers

Pendidikan kesenian masih mendapat porsi yang minim dalam pembelajaran, baik pada jenjang pendidikan dasar maupun menengah. Sebaliknya, pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini seni justru menjadi fokus utama. Pada sisi yang lain, materi yang diajarkan selama ini lebih bersifat teoretis. Sedangkan fakta di lapangan lebih membutuhkan dalam bentuk praktik seperti pada setiap acara resmi dan upacara hari-hari besar nasional. Untuk itulah pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan conducting/dirigen diperlukan bagi pengembangan kreatifitas guru PIAUD, MI dan MTs. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode; ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik. Hasil Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu para guru PIAUD, guru Kesenian MI dan MTs dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas pada bidang seni antara lain dengan tahapan kegiatan yang dijalankan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta bekerjasama dengan HIMPAUDI, IGRA dan Kepala Sekolah PIAUD, MI dan MTs se Kecamata Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Materi yang dirsampaikan yaitu: Teori Musik, Birama, dan Teknik Conducting. Praktik dan latihan yang berulang pada para peserta serta mulai berkembangnya pemahaman akan teori musik dan tanda birama, dapat di tarik satu kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan conducting ini dapat lebih mengembangkan kreatifitas para guru PIAUD dan Guru Kesenian MI dan MTs di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember.

Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia Bagi Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nuril Huda dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Nuril Huda Tarub - Grobogan

The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and training in making multimedia-based learning media as a good online digital-based learning tool, understand the manufacture of multimedia-based learning media, be able to apply the knowledge gained and be involved in managing multimedia-based learning for MTs teachers and MA Nuril Huda Grobokan.

Pengaruh Tata Ruang Kantor terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Pembangunan

This study aims to determine the effect of office layout on teacher performance at Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative with a linear regression analysis approach. This study uses probability sampling where the population is MP UIN Jakarta teachers. Of the total 165 sample teachers used in this study were 63 teachers from all levels with specifications, 34 MI teachers, 19 MTs teachers, and 10 MA teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, document study, and interviews. The questionnaire was used as the main data collection which was distributed to the research subjects, while document study and interviews were used as complementary techniques to obtain data. The research result states that there is a significant influence between the influence of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta. This can be seen from the data processing results of the calculation of SPSS ver 23, through statistical testing of the T-test. The results of the T-test value are 6.140 and T-table is 1.999 with a significance of 0.000. Using the test criteria T-count T-table and if the significance α (0.05), then H0 is rejected, then in the calculation of the coefficient of determination it is known that the effect of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta is 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not examined. However, it can be suggested for a madrasah to pay more attention to the arrangement and area of office space for the freedom of teachers to move. As well as paying attention to what needs are needed by teachers to improve the quality and performance of their teaching.

Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan budaya kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru

Leadership is a way of doing something to achieve certain goals, as well as the leadership of the principal which is carried out in order to achieve educational goals. In line with leadership that shapes work culture, ultimately leadership and work culture are believed to be able to shape the characteristics of optimal work discipline. The study was conducted to determine the effect of the madrasa principal's leadership style and work culture on teacher’s work discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed through simple and multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study stated that 1) there was a significant influence of the madrasa principal's leadership style on the work discipline of MTs teachers in Pangkalan Lampam District; 2) there is a significant influence of work culture on the work discipline of MTs teachers in Pangkalan Lampam District; 3) there is a significant influence on the leadership style of the madrasa principal and work culture together on the work discipline of MTs teachers in Pangkalan Lampam District.

Quality Development of Policy Model for MTs Teachers

Quality is an absolute image that must be owned by every educational institution. In general, quality can be seen from the accreditation of educational institutions and academic services. Likewise, graduates are a reflection of the quality of educational institutions. One of the absolute factors to produce quality graduates is to support the development of teacher quality. This study aims to describe the policy model for developing the quality of MTs teachers in Central Tapanuli. The research approach is a qualitative type, with a descriptive study method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and document study techniques. Furthermore, data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification (to draw conclusions). Test the validity of research data using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that teachers have an important role in the progress of madrasas, the quality of teachers can be seen from the model of teacher quality development policies implemented in madrasas. The leadership of MTsN 1 and MTsN 2 in Central Tapanuli Regency implemented policies in the form of teacher quality improvement models according to needs, teacher quality development policies according to government policies, and instilling teacher discipline. Teachers are required to have high academic qualifications, and meet (four) competency standards, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies. The teacher quality development policy at MTsN 1 and MTsN 2 Tapanuli Tengah has been implemented well, this can be seen from the ability of the madrasa principal to regulate all madrasa policies and programs so that the quality of education in Central Tapanuli can continue to improve.

SOSIALISASI KURIKULUM PROTOTIPE DAN DINAMIKA PENDIDIKAN PADA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI ERA 5.0 DI YAYASAN AR RAHMAH KECAMATAN JABUNG KABUPATEN MALANG

Community service activities carried out by IKIP Lecturer Budi Utomo aim to provide an understanding of the socialization of the prototype curriculum and the dynamics of education in the 5.0 era industrial revolution at the Ar-Rahmah Foundation. This foundation is located at Jl. Sidodadi No. 28 Bando Hamlet, Sukolilo, Jabung, Malang Regency, East Java. The Ar-Rahmah Foundation has several institutions under its auspices, MI and MTS. The implementation method used in this activity is the method of discussion and project based learning. This method is in accordance with the purpose of the prototype curriculum as a substitute for the previous curriculum. The prototype curriculum aims to change learning in Indonesia. Curriculum development helps efforts to recover learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The service activity was carried out for three days which was attended by all MI and MTS teachers at the Ar-Rahmah Foundation. The results of this service activity, namely providing socialization and application of the prototype curriculum at the MI and MTS levels.

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU RUMPUN PAI DI MTS. MU’ALLIMINISLAMIYAH KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN

This study was to analyze the Pedagogical Competency Development Strategy for PAI Cluster Teachers in MTs. Mu'allimin Islamiyah, Musi Banyuasin Regency, includes strategies for developing pedagogic competence and what factors influence it.The type of qualitative research is to inform the principal, and teacher of the PAI family. The method of collecting data is an interviews, observation, and documentation. Non-statistical qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis as data presentation are collection, reduction, display, verification, and triangulation.The results of this study indicate the development of the pedagogic competence of PAI cluster teachers in MTs. Mu'allimin Islamiyah Musi Banyuasin Regency on aspect 1). Understanding, mastering students, teachers developing dialogical communication between students, recognizing the stages of development and individual differences both morally, intellectually and the potential of students. 2). By mastering theories and principles, and learning, teachers develop varied teaching techniques and motivate students with reciprocal responses and stimuli. 3). In curriculum development, teachers can formulate, compile, organize, and design learning planning programs, and use media and learning models by utilizing information and communication technology media. 4). The development of the potential of student teachers can direct students to take part in extracurricular activities, OSIS. Amtrak, arts and culture, social services with the aim of activity and creativity, thinking skills, identifying interests and talents facilitate students to develop academic and non-academic potential. 5). In the development of educational learning activities, teachers have been able to pay attention to the level of needs, environment, opportunity, intellectuality, spirituality, psychological and emotional students by applying skills.

The Effect of Principal Transformational Leadership, School Culture, and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of State MTS Teachers in Balangan Regency

This study aims to describe the effect of a principal's transformational leadership on school culture; the principal's transformational leadership on organizational commitment; the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance; school culture on teacher performance; organizational commitment to teacher performance, principal transformational leadership on teacher performance through school culture; the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance through organizational commitment. The population of this study was 152 teachers. The research sample was 110 people taken by proportional random sampling. The researchers collected the data using an instrument consisting of the principal's transformational leadership (46), school culture (30), and organizational commitment (15), which have been tested for validity and reliability. Teacher performance data is taken from PKG. The research data were analyzed descriptively and path analysis. The study results showed that the principal's transformational leadership affected school culture. Moreover, the principal's transformational leadership affects organizational commitment. Then, the principal's transformational leadership affects teacher performance as a school culture affects teacher performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment affects teacher performance; principal transformational leadership affects teacher performance through school culture; The principal's transformational leadership influences teacher performance through organizational commitment.
