Financial problems often come unexpectedly. Applying adequate financial management is the primary key to facing future financial challenges. Therefore, sufficient knowledge is needed to build proper habits for managing money. Community service activities provided to TK Petra 9 Surabaya students involved three kindergarten classes, each consisting of 22 to 23 students. This program aims to introduce proper money management habits early on as a preparation for a stable future financial condition. In its implementation, the method used is service learning, which can directly cultivate awareness of problem-solving. The application of this method included watching puppet shows, coloring pictures of professions, ice-breaking, and making piggy banks. Puppet show activities positively influence students' character development, while coloring and making piggy banks help sharpen children's motor skills. Therefore, community service activity has been proven to have a constructive impact on the early childhood development of good habits.

Family-Resourced Early Intervention Program for Motor Development in Cerebral Palsy Children

This research was conducted to determine the results of implementing an early intervention program Family resource for children's motor development applied to cerebral children palsy aged 4 years. The research method used in this research is research. The experiment takes the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with data collection techniques including GMFM and GMFCS tests, interviews, and observations. The results of this research, this program has successfully demonstrated significant progress in control development better head in children. Methods of Fine Motor Development in 5-6 Year Old Children at TK Tunas Cahaya Kubu Raya

This research aims to describe how Tunas Cahaya Kubu Raya Kindergarten teachers help children aged five to six years develop their fine motor skills.This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were the head of the kindergarten and the Group B teacher at the Tunas Cahaya Kubu Raya Kindergarten. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis carried out data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking data validity is triangulation. The findings of the study demonstrate: 1. How to use resources, media, and procedures to support children's fine motor skill development while they carry out learning activities in order to ensure their success. The technique of assigning homework that helps kids improve their fine motor abilities is to provide them solo and group tasks that test their skills. Play techniques: Individual and group play activities using media and instruments like plasticine, ring cones, balls, etc. help kids improve their fine motor abilities. A learning activity carried out by teachers to develop fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years. The suggestions in this research are that in delivering the material teachers use words that are easy for children to understand and that teachers can give tasks to children that can be done at home so that children's fine motor development can develop optimally.

Enhancing Kinesthetic Intelligence in Children Between The Ages of 5-6 Through Yapong Traditional Dance

Kinesthetic Intelligence is one of the Multiple intelligences related to children's motor development. In group B class, Bintang Mulia Kindergarten, Bintaro, South Jakarta, still many children not being able to jump on alternate legs, spin or somersault, swing, walk with various variations, or stand on tiptoes with one or two legs. This research aimed to improve kinesthetic intelligence in 12 children aged 5-6 years through traditional Yapong dance. Traditional dance is a form of activity that involves the motor development of early childhood. Yapong dance is a traditional Betawi dance which involves walking with various variations, varying on tiptoes on one and two feet, making turns, and eye and hand coordination. The research method used classroom action research, by the Kemmis & McTaggart model. The results of the research showed that the kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years were not initially developed in the pre-cycle with an achievement of only 30%. After getting action in cycle I, it started to grow to 41%. There was an increase to develop according to expectations at 62% in cycle II, and develop very well at 85% in cycle III. There was a significant increasing in the kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years after took Yapong Traditional Dance activities for 3 weeks in 10 meetings.

The Effect of Zig-Zag Running Games on Gross Motor Skills of Early Childhood Group B at Paud IT Auladuna 1 Bengkulu City

Finding out how zigzag running games affect young children's gross motor abilities is the goal of this study. Researchers employed quantitative research, or pseudo-experimental methodology. The youngsters in group B at PAUD IT Auladuna 1 Bengkulu City comprised the study population. Using random sampling, 36 children from classes B2 and B5 made up the research sample. There was testing done on the data gathering method. This data analysis method applied the t test. As expected, during the teaching and learning process, the control class learning with body exercise center games had an average value of 70.00, but the zig-zag running game had an average value of 85.56.At a significance level of 0.05, the hypothesis test results indicate that tcount> ttable is 3.909> 1.691. This indicates that, in comparison to the control class, the experimental class receiving the treatment experiences a notable change in value. The findings indicate that group B early childhood students at PAUD IT Auladuna 1 Bengkulu City had improved gross motor abilities as a result of playing zigzag running games. It is recommended that (1) educators utilize it as a substitute for instruction to help early childhood students' gross motor abilities grow and (2) future researchers use it as an inspiration to conduct research and play other games to help kids improve their gross motor skills.

Effective Learning Guidance Program in Improving the Calistung Ability of Children Aged 5-10 Years in Sudipayung Village

Calistung is a learning activity carried out by children by writing or drawing on layers of paper orother media spread on the floor. The calistung method aims to develop children's fine motor skills, such as the ability to write, draw, and recognize letters or numbers. CaLisTung can also help children develop cognitive and social skills, such as recognizing colors and shapes and interacting with peers. This service was carried out in Sudipayung Village, Ngampel District, and Kendal Regency. Parti cipants in this program are child renat the elementary school evelin Tanjung Asri Village, with a total of 25 children. The results of the implementation of this service show that the use of the method Calistung students have literacy skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic. This kind of activitycan create beneficial changes by improving their literacy skills. increases student engagement inlearning and has a positive impacton their emotional as pects, knowledge, and behavior.

Every child needs physical activity for their physical development later on, the factors that affect physical development in children are gross motor physical development where children are not yet able to perform body movement activities in coordination, lack of body flexibility and balance in the strength of the child's leg muscles. Children's motor development can be said to be mature if children have body skills and a healthy way of life, with this can support strong, healthy and skillful physical growth. However, many young children abuse the use of smartphones without parental supervision, which ultimately has negative impacts, one of which can endanger children's motor skills and endanger children's activities and lives. This research aims to find out how mobile phones influence the social emotional development of early childhood. In this research the author also uses qualitative methods with a literature approach. The results of the research show that the influence of these gadgets is very influential on children's emotional development because this includes mental disturbances, emotional instability. So, children's use of smartphones should be accompanied by strict supervision by parents.

Neonatal Hypoglycemia and Neurocognitive Function at School Age: A Prospective Cohort Study

To determine the relationship between transient neonatal hypoglycemia in at-risk infants and neurocognitive function at 6-7years of corrected age. The pre-hPOD Study involved children born with at least 1 risk factor for neonatal hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia was defined as ≥1 consecutive blood glucose concentrations <47mg/dl (2.6mmol/L), severe as <36mg/dl (2.0mmol/L), mild as 36 to <47mg/dL (2.0 to <2.6mmol/L), brief as 1-2 episodes, and recurrent as ≥3 episodes. At 6-7years children were assessed for cognitive and motor function (NIH-Toolbox), learning, visual perception and behavior. The primary outcome was neurocognitive impairment, defined as >1 SD below the normative mean in ≥1 Toolbox tests. The 8 secondary outcomes covered children's cognitive, motor, language, emotional-behavioral, and visual perceptual development. Primary and secondary outcomes were compared between children who did and did not experience neonatal hypoglycemia, adjusting for potential confounding by gestation, birthweight, sex and receipt of prophylactic dextrose gel (pre-hPOD intervention). Secondary analysis included assessment by severity and frequency of hypoglycemia. Of 392 eligible children, 315 (80%) were assessed at school age (primary outcome, n=308); 47% experienced hypoglycemia. Neurocognitive impairment was similar between exposure groups (hypoglycemia 51% vs 50% no hypoglycemia; aRD -4%, 95% CI -15%, 7%). Children with severe or recurrent hypoglycemia had worse visual motion perception and increased risk of emotional-behavioral difficulty. Exposure to neonatal hypoglycemia was not associated with risk of neurocognitive impairment at school-age in at-risk infants, but severe and recurrent episodes may have adverse impacts. Early childhood education plays a crucial role in preparing children with foundational knowledge for further education at the primary level. Within Early Childhood Education (ECE), children are nurtured to become independent individuals, fostering social interaction, strong self-confidence, a keen interest in exploring knowledge, the ability to adopt positive ideas, develop their own thoughts, adapt to new environments, demonstrate high enthusiasm for learning, and exhibit high levels of creativity. Early childhood education, including preschool education, aids in the physical and mental development of children, covering various aspects such as religious and moral values, social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and motor skills. This education can be conducted through various pathways, including formal, informal, and non-formal, with one form being the Integrated Early Childhood Education (IECE) program. The collage method serves as an effective approach to enhance children's fine motor skills, optimally implemented in several IECE institutions like RA Yaa Bunayya in Mompang Julu Village. Qualitative methods are employed in this research, utilizing triangulation data collection techniques comprising observation, interviews, and documentation. Collage activities at RA Yaa Bunayya are planned according to the children's needs, utilizing safe and diverse natural materials, providing valuable experiences for children to explore textures and shapes. Collage activities also offer advantages in improving concentration, recognizing colors, and identifying shapes, which are crucial aspects of children's development.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Playmat Interaktif Audio Visual sebagai Stimulasi Motorik Kasar pada Anak Usia Dini TK Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang

This study develops an interactive audio-visual playmat as a learning medium designed to stimulate gross motor skills in early childhood at the Kindergarten Laboratory of Universitas Negeri Malang. The methodology applied follows an educational system development model that includes needs analysis, product design and creation, as well as evaluation and revision. This medium aims to create an enjoyable learning experience that simultaneously stimulates the development of gross motor skills through a combination of audio and visual elements. These elements are strategically designed to activate gross motor responses such as jumping, running, and moving according to instructions. The interactive features of this playmat are designed to provide immediate feedback on children's physical movements, reinforcing the connection between sensory stimuli and motor response. Through a quantitative approach, this study makes a significant contribution to early childhood education, presenting a learning medium that is not only engaging but also effective in supporting the essential development of gross motor skills critical for children's physical growth and future motor skills.

Concept of Child Development Theory Based on Perceptional and Motor Domains

Children's motor development is very important because children are confident in their environment, including when playing with their friends, children who grow and develop without motor skills will become inferior in carrying out tasks related to their skills. The aim of this research is to provide illustrated abilities in completing certain motor tasks, to provide the ability to be able to train children's body movements during motor development and to hone children's fine and gross motor skills. The method used by the author is a literature review analysis. In the process of motor perception, environmental stimuli that are relevant to movement are recognized, appropriate movement information is sent in the form of output to the muscles to produce various types of movement. Up to the fine and gross motoric stages, perceptual motor skills are also very important in improving children's motor skills and academic abilities.

The Role of Parents in Shaping the Character of the Alpha Generation of Elementary School Age in the Digital Era

This research theoretically analyzes parents' role in shaping Generation Alpha's character at primary school age in the digital era. This research method uses qualitative methods of literature study. Research data sources are obtained from literature relevant to the research theme, such as books, scientific articles, or journals accessed from Google Scholar. Data analysis techniques use content analysis techniques. Furthermore, the results of the content analysis are concluded in accordance with the research objectives. The results showed that the role of parents in shaping the character of the alpha generation with the following details: (1) teach children to access various information through the internet correctly and be able to communicate civilly; (2) control or supervise the impressions accessed by the child; (3) limit the duration of time children play mobile phones; (4) invite children to play in open spaces to develop socially; (5) invite children to exercise or play that can develop children's physical motor. In addition to the five roles performed above, parents also need to fortify children with strong aqidah and ahklak and bring children closer to the Quran so that children's character is quickly developed and formed.

Game Model to Improve the Motor Abilities of Primary School Students

This research aims to produce a learning model to improve children's motor skills through traditional games which are prepared based on the curriculum and characteristics of elementary school students. Research development procedures use Research and Development. The results of the development research obtained five game models, namely: bicycle wheel racing, rubber band throwing, rubber band unclang, mineral water bottle toss, and bicycle wheel rim target balls which were arranged in the form of a guidebook. The manual for motor skills game models for elementary school students was declared suitable for use based on the assessment of material experts and elementary school teachers. The results of the experts' assessments are as follows: 1) the bicycle wheel racing game is included in the "very good" category with an average rating of 4.8, which means X &gt; 4.2; 2) the mineral water bottle gandon game is included in the "very good" category with an average rating of 4.9, which means X &gt; 4.2; 3) the rubber band throwing game is included in the "very good" criteria with a mean rating of 4.86, which means X &gt; 4.2; 4) the rubber band unclang game is included in the "very good" criteria with a mean rating of 4.9, which means X &gt; 4.2; and 5) the bicycle wheel target ball game is included in the "very good" criteria with an average rating of 4.9, which means X &gt; 4.2

Motor development-focused exercise training enhances gross motor skills more effectively than ordinary physical activity in healthy preschool children: an updated meta-analysis.

The growth of certain human brain structures peaks at early ages, and complex motor interventions could positively facilitate this process. This study aims to offer an updated meta-analysis regarding the effectiveness of motor development-focused exercise training on gross motor skills in preschool children. We searched English- and Chinese-language electronic databases as of March 2024. The main eligibility criteria were as follows: participants were healthy children aged 3 to 6 years old, and the experimental design was a randomized controlled trial, with the control arm participating in either free play or ordinary physical education curriculum. We conducted a Hartung-Knapp random-effects meta-analysis of the standardized mean difference for locomotor, object control, or gross motor quotient. The search identified 23 eligible studies, of which approximately 75% were considered to have a low risk of bias. Compared with active control, exercise training showed a large to very large effect size. Cohen's d values were 1.13, 1.55, and 1.53 for locomotor, object control, and gross motor quotient, respectively. From a probabilistic viewpoint, these effect sizes correspond to events that are "very likely to occur" and "almost sure to occur." Due to variations in intervention programs, all outcome measures showed high heterogeneity. This updated meta-analysis offers a realistic synthesis of the current evidence, leading to the conclusion that targeted motor skill exercise training can almost certainly enhance preschool children's gross motor skills. Practical implications are discussed regarding the refinement of the instructional framework and the dissemination of these findings in preschool settings.

The Role of Teachers in Fostering Children's Motivation for Learning in the New Normal Era Through Affective Learning

This study aims to describe teachers' efforts in fostering children's learning motivation in the new normal era through affective learning for early childhood. Teachers are required to master the teaching materials that will be taught to children by providing learning enthusiasm through affective learning in the hope that children can instill interest, attitudes, self-concepts, and values. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method where the study examines the object naturally according to the situation in the field and describes it in words. The research was conducted at Islamic Kindergarten in Cigombong, Bogor. The subjects of this study were the headmaster and teachers. The findings of this study are the efforts of teachers to increase children's learning motivation through affective learning in the new normal era, including instilling attitudes and having good personalities with the aim of ensuring that the attitudes built in children are following expectations, thus encouraging the formation of children's attitudes from an early age.

Research by scientists shows that the modern way of life in the family and the organization of the educational process at school does not provide the biological need for the school body to move. The daily motor activity of elementary school students decreases by 50 percent compared to preschoolers, and high school students - by 75 percent. The lack of motor activity of schoolchildren leads to a decrease in the level of physical fitness. The reform of general education and vocational schools has set new tasks for the entire education system to improve the educational process and educate the younger generation.The article examines the motor mode of secondary school students. When conducting pedagogical observations and a questionnaire survey, the characteristic features of the manifestation of children's motor activity during the day, changes in the volume of activity against the background of daily activities, the proportion of dynamic and static loads coming to the body and background energy consumption of children were taken into account. The physical fitness of the students was determined during physical education lessons based on the results of the test tasks: running speed for various distances and strength exercises. The indicators of height, weight, dynamometry, motor and strength indicators were studied. Based on the results of the research, methodological recommendations have been developed for physical education teachers and parents. The purpose of these recommendations is to provide the most accessible, physiological substantiation material for the preparation of a training program.

The influence of rhythmic gymnastics on the mobile readiness of older preschool children

Preschool age is the most favorable period for the development of a child's personality, physical and motor qualities. One of the tasks of working with children of older preschool age is to prepare them for a successful transition to systematic, organized schooling. Children's readiness for schooling determines the set of morphophysiological and psychological characteristics of children of older preschool age. Children's physical and motor readiness for learning characterizes their functional capabilities and state of health. One of the main indicators of children's physical and motor readiness for learning is the level of development of physical qualities and the technique of performing motor actions. The goal is to determine the influence of artistic gymnastics on the level of motor readiness of children 5-6 years old. Material and methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and Internet resources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The study was conducted on the basis of preschool education institutions No. 355 and No. 123. 80 children of the control and experimental groups, 40 each, took part in the study. Research results. The initial level of motor readiness of almost half of the children in both the control and experimental groups was at a low level. After the experiment, the percentage increase in motor readiness was significantly better (p&lt;0.05) in the experimental group (13.9%) than in the control group (5.6%). Thus, the indicators in the experimental group increased from a low level to the average in 10.0% of children, and in the control group this indicator was 12.5%. On the other hand, 12.5% of children from the experimental group increased their indicators from average to high levels, while only 5.0% of children from the control group.

Perceived Paternal and Maternal Parenting Attributes of Primary Students' Learning Motivation

Family parenting has an important influence on children's learning motivation, especially the difference between paternal parenting and maternal parenting. This paper investigates the influence of paternal parenting style and maternal parenting style on children's learning motivation through questionnaire survey. The results show that different ways of paternal parenting and maternal parenting have different effects on promoting children's learning motivation. Paternal parenting style is simpler and more direct, but it has a significant impact on children's learning motivation, while children under maternal parenting style are more optimistic. We think this is closely linked with the three learning theories. The information here provides readers with a comparison of the influence of paternal parenting and maternal parenting on children's learning motivation, and shows that the parenting style suitable for children is the best parenting style.

Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar melalui Strategi Ice Breaking pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di PAUD Baitul Ilmi Sadar Sriwijaya

Every child is unique and diverse in the way they learn and interact. A teacher needs to understand these differences and be able to adapt Ice Breaking activities according to students' needs and interests. This research aims to see students' concentration and learning motivation by using Ice Breaking. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), the research data collection instruments are observation and interview techniques. The subjects of this research were children aged 4-5 years in Class B at PAUD Baitul Ilmi for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 20 students. The approach taken in this research is a descriptive approach. Based on the results of research on increasing children's learning motivation through the Ice Breaking technique, it is described as follows: The implementation of learning increased learning motivation through the Ice Breaking strategy in cycle I Meeting 2 10% was at the BSH point, in cycle II Meeting 2 it increased to 85%. The results of the research show that the solution that is considered appropriate is to include Ice Breaking in the process of teaching and learning activities, because students' concentration and learning motivation with Ice Breaking techniques in the learning process can increase.
