The relationship between employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity is an important research focus in the field of business management and organizational behavior. By combining existing research, this paper explores how motivation drives productivity through the bridge of job satisfaction. Studies have shown that fair compensation and career development support can significantly motivate employees, while job satisfaction translates this motivation into concrete work outcomes by improving employees' perceptions of the work environment, task challenges, and teamwork. At the same time, personalized and contextualized motivation strategies are crucial in meeting the needs of different industries and cultural backgrounds. However, issues regarding the long-term effects of financial incentives, the complexity of managing multicultural teams, and the adaptability of traditional motivation theories in telecommuting environments still need to be further explored. The purpose of this paper is to provide valuable suggestions for companies to optimize incentives and job satisfaction management, and to help employees and organizations grow together in the rapidly changing workplace environment.
