Combating Manipulation and Encouraging Destructive Behavior as an Element of Political and Legal Culture

Negative spiritual and moral impact can be one of the manifestations of information confrontation within the framework of a hybrid war and can become a threat to the national security of modern Russia. This can be an impact on the political and legal culture of Russians through manipulation and encouragement of destructive behavior. The purpose of the study is to propose a system of measures to counter the threat of negative spiritual and moral impact. The axiological method was chosen as the main research method. Manipulation is considered as part of the strategy of opponents of modern Russia represented by the collective West, the encouragement of destructive behavior is a recognizable element of the policy of Westernization of culture, under the influence of which Russia has been for several decades. Counteraction to this threat should be comprehensive and based on both political and legal measures. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of measures to overcome the consequences of manipulation and encouragement of destructive behavior among Russians. Political measures and legal initiatives of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation are separately highlighted. The degradation of culture will inevitably lead to the degeneration of the nation, the loss of its national image, self-identity, sovereignty and support in life. Only joint efforts and responsibility of the state and society can lead to a positive result in the fight against manipulation and the encouragement of destructive behavior and form a developed and mature political and legal culture.

Are Good Deeds Rewarded?—The Impact of Traditional Morality and Modern Responsibility on Green Innovation

The essence of intergenerational sustainability emphasizes the necessity of incorporating altruistic thinking and culture. While prior studies primarily examined corporate innovation strategies from a self-interested lens, this paper aims to investigate the drivers of corporate green innovation from an altruistic perspective. Analyzing a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2019, we employ both the OLS model and the mediation effect model to explore how traditional morality and modern responsibility impact corporate green innovation, as well as the mechanisms underlying this relationship. Our findings reveal that both traditional morality and modern responsibility significantly enhance corporate green management innovation, with social trust serving as a key mediating factor. Furthermore, traditional morality and modern responsibility play distinctive roles depending on the stage of economic development: traditional morality primarily influences green innovation in the early stages of economic development, whereas modern responsibility becomes more influential as development progresses. This study provides meaningful insights for research and practice in corporate sustainability, business ethics, and innovation strategy.

This research aims to analyze the impact of supply chain risk management on project performance in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia, by studying SABIC. The researcher used an analytical descriptive and questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from a sample of 30 respondents from SABIC staff and engineers. The questionnaire has been divided into three main axes: sources and types of supply chain risk, and the effect of supply chain risk management on project performance, practices, challenges and success factors for supply chain risk management. The data has been analyzed using descriptive, graded, broken and unit statistics. The study concluded that there was a positive and moral impact on the management of the chain of supply chain to perform the project in the construction and construction sector in Saudi Arabia. The study recommended that the concept and methodology for the risk management of supply chain at all stages of projects, and to benefit from technology and innovation in improving and developing the supply chain, communication and cooperation with all parties concerned with the supply chain, and commitment to standards Environmental, health and safety laws and safety related to the supply chain.

Human Morality and Sustainability: Insights from The Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri

In this paper it is argued that the root cause of the environmental crisis is the moral condition of mankind. Over-indulgence, over-consumption and a desire for material wealth and possessions, far in excess of what is needed for survival and comfort, callous use of technology to overexploit the land and seas for profit, lack of diligence in addressing threats to the environment, and the tendency towards aggressive conflict, all contribute towards the decimation of natural eco-systems. Moral improvement is therefore considered as a possible pathway towards sustainability. The impact of human morality upon the environment is examined using the system of capital vices and virtues. Particular reference is given to The Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri, which provides profound insight into the human condition. The capital vices are shown to play a significant part in the decline of the environment by driving mankind's overconsumption and overindulgence, while cultivation of the capital virtues is shown to provide a pathway of moral improvement allowing human beings to live responsibly and in greater harmony with the planet. Embracing these moral virtues can provide a necessary course correction for human beings today so that we can build upon the successes of our past and thrive as one species sharing the planet with other species and securing a sustainable future. Enlightened marketing and its role in promoting sustainable marketing: A survey of the opinions of a sample of department managers in a number of commercial companies in the independent Zakho administration

The research aimed to understand and know the relationship between enlightened marketing and its role in promoting and its impact on sustainable marketing, by applying it to trade companies in the city of Zakho. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of 85 commercial companies, and the marketing, warehouse and purchasing managers in these companies were surveyed. Using probability equations, standard deviations, and the 25 SPSS program to test the correlation and effect, the study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of enlightened marketing and the dimensions of sustainable marketing for the aforementioned trading companies. The results of the statistical analysis also showed that there is a positive and significant effect of the dimensions of sustainable marketing on the dimensions of enlightened marketing. There are additional benefits. It is important for sustainable marketing, in addition to its positive and moral impact on the company’s reputation. In conclusion, according to the results of the study, the researchers reached several important and fundamental conclusions and proposals. Supporting and enhancing the role of informed marketing can play a decisive role in promoting sustainable marketing.

Understanding Tax Compliance: The Interplay between Tax Morale, Tax Rates, and Mediating Intentions

Small, and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) play a crucial role in the national economy. The stability of the economy can be maintained through the tax compliance, which contributes significantly to economic stability. This study aims to examine the impact of tax morale and tax rates on tax compliance. Additionally, it investigates the role of taxpayer intention as a mediator between tax morale and tax rates on tax compliance. The research involved 100 SMEs respondents in the DKI Jakarta area and employed quantitative analysis using Smart-PLS as the analytical tool. The results show that tax morale significantly influences both tax intention and tax compliance. However, tax rates do not have a significant impact on tax intention or tax compliance. The role of intention as a mediating variable partially mediates the effect of tax morale on tax compliance, while intention does not mediate the effect of tax rates on tax compliance. This study contributes additional literature on tax compliance and provides practical insights for tax authorities, emphasizing the need to enhance tax morale through effective tax education to motivate taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations.

Determinants of Indonesian fifth graders' learning motivation: A survey study

Motivation serves as a powerful catalyst for positive change, influencing various aspects of life such as health, employment, and societal well-being, particularly in the context of learning and academic achievement. This study aimed to describe the impact of school environment and teacher morale on the learning motivation of fifth graders in the elementary schools of Buleleng District, Bali, Indonesia. A quantitative research approach using a survey research design was employed to attain this objective. Research data were obtained from a total of 219 fifth graders at the elementary schools in the surveyed area. Obtained data were subjected to a rigorous statistical analysis using simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques utilizing the SPSS software version 21. The results of the data analysis indicate that both the school environment and teacher morale have a significant and positive impact on the learning motivation of fifth graders in the surveyed elementary schools, whether considered individually or together. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a positive school environment and strong teacher-student relationships to enhance student motivation and academic success. This study contributes to the existing literature by emphasizing the crucial role that teacher-student relationships play in creating a supportive and motivating learning environment. Therefore, strengthening these relationships is essential for improving student motivation and academic performance.

“Working within broken systems”: Social workers bridge the fractures of U.S. healthcare: A qualitative inquiry on moral injury

Healthcare social workers (HSWs) in the United States are integral to interdisciplinary teams and health services. HSWs have a unique role in healthcare, as they care for their patients' psychosocial needs, through case management and clinical services. There is a gap in understanding how HSWs are impacted by their healthcare work. This study aims to understand the experience of moral injury, a marker of well-being, amongst HSWs in one state in the United States. Moral injury is the moral transgression (or boundary breaking) by oneself or someone in a position of power in high stakes situations and the negative outcomes of those experiences. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 24 HSWs in August of 2022. Thematic analysis was used to understand the lived experience of moral injury for HSWs. Three themes emerged: 1) HSWs’ definition and examples of moral injury; 2) HSWs situated in the “in-between” of policy and practice; and 3) upholding social work values within the medical model. These findings impact healthcare practice and policy, in delineating what falls within the bounds of social work, changing the workflow of health services, and creating further opportunities for interdisciplinary training, well-being initiatives, and systems-level changes. The findings from this work highlight the importance of understanding the moral impact of healthcare work on social workers, which should be further examined in depth not only amongst HSWs but also across the healthcare workforce.

Exploring the Impact of Sustainability Trade-Offs: The Role of Product and Sustainability Types in Consumer Purchases Mediated by Moral Regulation.

The attitude-behavior gap in sustainable product purchasing persists despite prior attempts to address it, thus indicating a need for more research. This study examines contextual factors in sustainable consumption, particularly the sustainability trade-offs (STOs) faced by consumers during product purchases and the impact of conditional morality. We investigate STOs in terms of sustainability type and attribute type and indicate that moral regulation enhances the impact of sustainability trade-offs on purchase intention. Four experiments were conducted with 457 participants in South Korea, focusing on STOs in terms of sustainability type (social vs. environmental) and attribute type (utilitarian vs. hedonic). The findings indicate that attitudes towards sustainability have a positive influence on purchase intention, though sustainability- and attribute-type STOs do not significantly affect this relationship. However, the combination of STOs in environmental sustainability with utilitarian attributes does have a significant impact on the relationship between attitude and purchase intention. Furthermore, while moral regulation mediates this relationship, morality does not have an impact. This research highlights the moderating role of sustainability trade-offs in the relationship between attitudes towards sustainability and purchase intention, underscoring the importance of contextual factors in sustainable product purchasing. Firms can leverage sustainability trade-offs in their marketing strategies, incorporating product features and advertising messages.

The Impact of Digital Financial Innovation on Entrepreneurial Financial Performance through Digital Financial Knowledge: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a sample of Workers of Iraqi Private Banks in -AL Najaf AL-Ashraf

The study aims to measure and analyze the impact of digital financial innovation on entrepreneurial financial performance through digital financial knowledge. The study community was represented by employees of Iraqi private banks, a sample of this community was selected, the sample size was (91) individuals, the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, the method of modeling small squares (Partial Least Squares) was used in statistical analysis, using the (Smart-PLS) program, and after conducting the data analysis process and obtaining results, several conclusions were reached, including digital financial innovation has a positive moral impact on entrepreneurial financial performance. Based on the conclusions reached, a number of recommendations were formulated, most notably the need for banks to use the internet and mobile phone to provide banking services, as the use of these methods leads to customers receiving banking services in a timely manner and with minimal effort and cost.

Unlocking Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Management: Causal Factor Perspective

This study sought to ascertain the impact of person morality, compensation suitability, village apparatus competency, and accountability on the partial prevention of fraudulent village fund administration. The methodology employed in the research is a quantitative research method and uses primary data, namely in the village in Babelan District, Bekasi, West Java. The sample used was 50 respondents in the 2022 period through purposive sampling method. The With a significance threshold of 5%, the multiple linear regression analysis methodology is employed. The study's findings partially indicate that while accountability has a significant negative impact on preventing fraud in village fund management, village apparatus competence, compensation suitability, and individual morality have positive and significant effects on this variable. Implications for managers in this research All village fund management procedures, including the creation of financial reports and reporting on the usage of funds, must be carried out honestly, according to management funds, Conduct periodic performance evaluations to ensure that village officials have adequate and continuously improving capabilities, Establish a fair compensation scheme and in accordance with the responsibilities and workload of village officials.

The Role and Place of Art in Waldorf School

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to analyse the humanistic Waldorf experience and insufficient coverage of the issues of teaching painting in Waldorf school in Ukrainian scientific sources. The purpose of the study is to reveal the role and place of art in Waldorf school. The research tasks are the following: to highlight R. Steiner’s views on the role and place of art in the education of the younger generation; to characterize the process of teaching painting to schoolchildren at different levels of Waldorf education. The characteristic features of 12-year Waldorf art education are highlighted. They are: increasing the role of subjects of the artistic and aesthetic cycle to the level of academic (general education) and craft-applied branches; a wide range of arts (painting, drawing, sculpting, declamation, recitation, eurhythmy, singing, playing musical instruments, participation in the choir and orchestra, dramatic performances, etc.); art integration into the academic cycle (especially at the initial stage); artistic and aesthetic design of the entire educational space and school environment (in particular, school architectonics, premises interior, etc.). It has been found that teaching painting covers all children and is aimed at forming abilities, which promotes child’s harmonious development and revelation of their natural talents. Painting classes correspond to schoolchildren’s age characteristics and are connected with other subjects (native language, mathematics, zoology, botany, history, geography, physics). The content of teaching painting is characterized: from drawing, based on colour, and understanding the emotional and moral impact of colours through the search for colour forms for the mineral, plant, animal and human worlds, the transformation of a “black and white” image into a colour one, copying masterpieces of painting art, to implementation of significant artistic projects, in particular, in wall painting, painting scenery for theatrical performances, etc.). The various types (watercolour painting, oil and pastel painting) and techniques (liquid paints, lasering) of artistic activity are highlighted. The authors reveal the pedagogical expediency of studying, creatively comprehending and using Waldorf school experience to solve the current problems of the modern national school – person’s holistic development, their mental, volitional, emotional and sensual abilities, moral and social qualities, overcoming age-related and individual problems.

Audience Perception on the Impact of Television Reality Shows on the Moral Lives of Adolescents in Taraba State

This study titled “Audience perception on the impact of television reality show on the moral lives of adolescents in Taraba State, Nigeria,” aims to examine audience’s perceived view about the moral impact of the show(s) on adolescents in Taraba State especially on those in their developmental stage. The study was anchored on the Perception theory to provide support for ongoing discussion. The study was contingent on a dual research method, utilizing survey (quantitative) and In-depth interview (qualitative) research designs. The study’s population comprises of respondents resident in Taraba State who are audiences of television reality show(s). A sample size of 384 respondents was determined using the Taro Yamane’s determinism sampling technique. Multi stage sampling method was employed to select three Local Governments in the strata from the three senatorial district of the State, while simple random sampling was used to select the wards as well as the proportional sampling method was utilized to get numbers of respondents who are audience of television reality show in the three stratums. Findings from the study shows that adolescents in Taraba State have access to television reality show and can form a reasonable opinion about the show. Findings also indicate that, the Big Brother Naija, the Nigerian Idol, and the Voice Nigeria among others are the various television reality shows that adolescents in Taraba State have access to. The study concludes that since television reality shows has the potency to influence and sway ideas, programme packaging and design of the show should be tilted towards building learning and promoting excellence instead of obscenity, nudity and materialism. It is therefore recommended, among others, that content creators, stakeholders and government parastaltas in liaison with the ministry of Arts and Entertainment should work together, prioritize television reality shows, develop and broadcast a TV show that reflects the true nature of the Nigerian society and that are value oriented.

The Influence Of Independence, Professionalism, Individual Morality And The Effectiveness Of Internal Control On Fraud Detection

Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of independence, professionalism, individual morality, and internal control effectiveness on fraud detection. Methodology/approach – The research method employed in this study is purposive sampling. It adopts a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used in this research includes testing data quality, testing classical assumptions, testing the structural model using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 22. Result – the results of the research show that (1) independence has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection, (2) professionalism has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection, (3) individual morality has no positive and insignificant effect on fraud detection, and (4) control internal has a significant positive effect on fraud detection. Structural Equation Modeling: Taxpayer Compliance of Msmes in Kediri City

Purpose: The importance of SMEs in bolstering tax revenue streams, emphasizing their significance in the fiscal landscape of developing economies. The Objective to explore the relationships between tax incentives, tax services, tax sanctions, and tax morale on the tax compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) taxpayers in Kediri City Method: This study is designed to address the formulated issues and employs a causal research design. The analysis used for testing the model and hypotheses is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS program. Parameter estimation within SEM-PLS is obtained through the following three stages of the iteration process: First Stage; determining weight estimate used to assign scores to latent variables, Second Stage; determining path estimate connecting latent variables and estimating loading between latent variables and their indicators, Third Stage; determining average estimates and parameter locations (regression constant values, intercept) for indicators and latent variables. Results and conclusions: The tax incentives, tax services, and tax sanctions had a significant and positive impact on tax compliance, but tax morale has a positive but not significant impact on tax compliance of MSMEs taxpayers in Kediri City. Research implications: The government-regulated tax incentives should be maintained. The measurable tax policy, specific socio-economic and cultural, strategies like educational campaigns, awareness initiatives, and the provision of quality public services should be considered to enhance the impact of tax morale on tax compliance. Business sustainability should be considered as well. Originality/value: Tax morale, as a critical aspect in achieving tax compliance, exhibits a less favorable response from MSMEs business actors in Kediri, Indonesia. Consequently, this necessitates further research design regarding tax morale to obtain better insights into the behaviors and beliefs of MSMEs business actors towards taxation.

Exploring the Simultaneous Impact of Parental Support, School Environment, Teacher Morale, and Student Learning Motivation on Student Academic Performance

This study aimed to describe the simultaneous impact of parental support, school environment, teacher morale, and student learning motivation on student academic performance within the context of elementary schools of Buleleng Sub-district, Bali, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative survey research design, data related to parental support, school environment, teacher morale, and student learning motivation were gathered from 199 elementary school students through meticulously designed survey questionnaires. The focus encompassed understanding the simultaneous impact of these four independent variables on student academic performance, evaluated through the analysis of academic transcripts obtained from the surveyed students. The findings reveal a compelling simultaneous positive impact of all the independent variables on student academic performance. Parental support emerged as a pivotal factor, illustrating its significance in fostering a conducive learning environment. The study further highlights the influential role of the school environment in shaping student academic outcomes, emphasizing the importance of a nurturing educational setting. Additionally, the morale of teachers surfaced as a contributing element, demonstrating its correlation with enhanced student performance. Moreover, student learning motivation emerged as a critical determinant, showcasing its direct link to academic achievement. The implications of these findings underscore the need for a holistic approach to education, emphasizing collaboration among parents, teachers, and educational institutions to optimize student learning environments and support mechanisms. The outcomes of this study contribute to the existing body of knowledge, offering a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted dynamics that impact student academic success.

Measuring and Analyzing the Impact of ICT Applications on GDP using ARDL Methodology: Iraq Case Study

The fourth digital revolution is one of the most prominent events of the current century. One of the most prominent manifestations of this revolution is the progress made in ICT applications. ICT has a direct impact on human life, and the current study aims to clarify what ICT is by studying and analyzing some applications directly related to ICT and its impact on the composition of Iraq's GDP during the period. (2010-2022), as the study relied on a time-series analysis of ICT components (Number of personal computers used per 100 people, Internet usage density per 100 people, and finally number of mobile and wireless telephone lines activated). The study examined the time series of GDP at constant prices for the period in question. The study used the methodology of slowing down time gaps. (ARDL) to analyze the effects of ICT applications on the composition of GDP. The study showed a long-term moral impact relationship between the number of mobile and wireless lines and GDP. Between the Internet intensity index per 100 people and GDP. In the short term, measurement and analysis results showed that the independent variable (GDP) was only affected by the variable number of personal computers per 100 people and the effect was negative according to the results.

The research aims to demonstrate the extent to which future disclosure contributes to influencing the transparency of the governance system, the business model, and the rules for preparing and presenting integrated reports. A questionnaire was conducted to clarify the extent to which future information can enhance the transparency of integrated reports. The form was distributed to a group of beneficiaries of future information in the Iraqi stock market, including investors for the most part, and some auditors. The most important conclusions that were reached are that the relationship is positive and has a moral impact between future disclosure, the governance system, and the business model. And the rules for preparing and presenting integrated reports. The most important recommendations are the need for all economic units to hold awareness sessions that expand the awareness of management and its employees about what future disclosure is, the mechanism for preparing such information, how to include it in integrated reports, and its importance
