Pembentukan Karakter Siswa melalui Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal

Character education is an important issue nowadays. This is due to the occurrence of moral degradation among adolescents, especially among students, which are increasingly apprehensive. The moral degradation that occurs can be seen in the character of students who lack discipline, do not respect teachers, cases of bullying, and even pornography. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education extracurricular activities at MT's Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal, analyze the values of character education, and analyze the impact of Islamic religious education extracurricular activities in shaping the character of MT's Negeri 4 Mandailing Natal students. This study used a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with selected informants with purposive sampling. The research findings are as follows: PAI extracurricular activities such as Tahfidz Al- Qur'an, Congregational Duha Prayers, Congregational Zuhur Prayers, Yasinan, calligraphy, and others. The purpose of carrying out these activities is to foster and develop the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students under the PAI extracurricular guidelines issued by the Directorate of Islamic Religious Education and the Ministry of Religion. Character education values formed through PAI extracurricular activities such as religious, disciplined, peace-loving, responsible, social care, and honesty. The conclusion is that the implementation of PAI extracurricular activities both directly and indirectly can have a positive impact on shaping student character and these activities need to be carried out repeatedly and continuously.

Media Gerak dan Lagu dalam Menanamkan Nilai-nilai Agama dan Moral pada Anak Usia Dini

This research is motivated by the importance of instilling religious and moral values in children to protect them from the threat of moral degradation that occurs along with modernization. To achieve this goal, one of the approaches used is learning to use motion media and songs. This study aims to discover the stages passed and the benefits of using motion media and songs in learning to instill religious and moral values in early childhood. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The location of this research is in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten and Al-Quds Kindergarten, Samarinda City. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a single-site analysis by condensing data, making data displays, and verifying and drawing conclusions. The results showed that at TK Al-Hikmah, the planning stage was carried out by recruiting teachers who were competent and had a strong Islamic background. The implementation stage is carried out by singing songs about getting to know angels, getting to know the 25 Prophets, and getting to know the obligatory nature of Allah. The results obtained in the kindergarten are forming new positive behaviors or habits in children. As for the Al-Quds Kindergarten, the planning stage is carried out by strictly selecting teachers and preparing songs to be sung with children. The implementation stage is carried out by singing songs that recognize body parts and prepositions in Arabic and clap ablution. The perceived benefits are that it can stimulate children's motor movements and help to introduce religious and moral aspects to children.

Facing The Challenges of Youth Moral Degradation In The Digital Age

In this digital era, technological developments are developing very rapidly. People find it very easy to get the things they like, so negative and positive effects appear. Seeing these developments can have negative impacts that are no less than positive ones. The generation that is vulnerable to negative influences is youth and results in moral degradation. This very rapid technological development can trigger loopholes to do things that harm other people and things that are criminal. This moral degradation is very difficult if you only rely on certain theories. In Islam there are teachings of aqidah morals which are expected to be able to provide solutions to the problem of moral degradation. This strategy can be in the form of an understanding of adolescents about moral beliefs and guidance in solving self-problems.

Pentingnya Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Kehidupan Masyarakat Islam

Colonialism as a Profession: A Precursor of Moral Degradation in Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness

This paper examines the negative effects of colonialism as a profession on the European colonizers, particularly Mr Kurtz in the novella Heart of Darkness. The present study intends to analyze the idea that not only the African wilderness is responsible for the moral corruption of Mr Kurtz and his companions, but his profession is also a reasonable cause. The paper also explores how the narrator of the story, Marlow, who is also a part of the colonial system, distorts reality and blames only the African environment for the mental degradation of Mr Kurtz. In this regard, Frantz Fanon’s concept of violence is used to illustrate these problems in the given novella. The study concludes that although Marlow only reprehends the African wilderness for the moral collapse of Mr Kurtz, colonialism as a violent profession is also a substantial factor responsible for his extreme behaviour.

Habituation Activities to Strengthen the Character of Students in Islamic Elementary Schools

In this contemporary digital era, there have been considerable changes in the community in terms of social aspects as well as a moral degradation. Those phenomena occur not only in adults but also in children. Therefore, it is urgently needed to strengthen character education, of which one is through the activity of habituation on children, particularly on students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Character is a distinctive identity depicting the behavior, nature, and attitude of each person or individual. The strengthening of character education is an educational movement in madrasah to develop students' character through the harmonisation of exercises involving the heart, feeling, mind, and body that is supported by the public and cooperation among school, family, and community. The aim of this article is to depict generally the habituation activity on the strengthening of the students' character education in MI Darwata Karangasem so that it can be used as a reference for the reader, notably teachers who are implementing the strengthening of character education program in their own madrasah. The kind of this research is a qualitative research. The technique used is interpretative-descriptive. The research object is the habituation activity that is participated in by students in MI Darwata Karangasem, Sampang District, Cilacap Regency. According to the research, it can be concluded that the habituation activity is significantly affecting the process of strengthening the character education of students in madrasah.

Adultery as a Complaint Offense in Overcoming Free Sex Behavior

Globalization has a global meaning which is likened to freedom. Many foreign cultures have entered, even though these cultures are not in accordance with our Eastern culture. For example, the culture of free sex behavior that is widespread in Western culture is not to our culture and is contrary to the foundation of our country, Pancasila. Indonesia has six officially recognized religions, namely Islam, Protestant Christianity, Catholic Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The majority of official religions in Indonesia give the view that free sex is a deviant behavior. The opening of the 1945 Constitution in the third paragraph states that it is the grace of God Almighty and so on. That is, this view has juridical consequences for all laws and regulations which must refer to and originate from theological values, namely the value of Belief in the One and Only God. With the expansion of the offense of adultery in the new Criminal Code that "adultery for men and women who are not married (not legally married) can also be punished", meaning that the new Criminal Code has referred to and sourced theological values ??as a basis for expanding the meaning of adultery, namely by the principle of Belief in the One and Only God in Pancasila. However, the formulation of complaint offenses in the new Criminal Code which limits only family members who can complain needs to be reviewed again for a criminal law policy in the context of tackling free sex behavior which is currently engulfing Indonesian society. Because by being limited to only the family who can complain, this is of course the same as opening up the family's disgrace, so there is a possibility that there will be no complaints. In addition, it is not right to limit only family members who can make complaints because they are considered the victims who are most affected. So actually it can also be assessed that the most affected by this free-sex behavior is not only the family but it must be interpreted that there is a "society" (or "community morals") as victims. When viewed in the context of collective morality, society suffers greatly because the quality of life together has decreased in quality or is referred to as moral degradation.

TEORI DAN PRAKTIK PENDIDIKAN DALAM ISLAM

PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS MELALUI BUDAYA SEKOLAH DI SD SUPRIYADI KOTA SEMARANG

This research is motivated by the scarcity of religious school culture in several schools which serves to prevent moral degradation. However, Supriyadi Elementary School in Semarang City is one of the schools that has a special program of Islamic education and school culture in the religious field which aims to improve students' religious character. This study aims to describe the school culture in SD Supriyadi Semarang City, as well as describe the formation of religious character through school culture in SD Supriyadi Semarang City. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and field notes with PPL teachers and school principals. The results showed that the school culture at Supriyadi Elementary School, Semarang, in general, included 5S habituation (smile, greet, greet, be polite, and polite), pray and read the asmaul husna before learning activities begin, pray dhuha in congregation, midday prayer, Friday prayer. 'at congregation at the mosque for male teachers and male students, tahfidzul qur'an, memorizing daily prayers, as well as commemoration of Islamic holidays. The formation of religious character at SD Supriyadi has been carried out well through the school culture that has been implemented properly and regularly by all students and teachers at SD Supriyadi, Semarang.

PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN PAI DAN PKN TERHADAP PENGUATAN KARAKTER PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA PESERTA DIDIK

Our young generation is currently experiencing moral degradation, therefore proper handling is needed, one of which is through strengthening the character of the Pancasila student profile which is applied in every learning activity.This study aims to determine the effect of PAI and Civics learning on strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The type of research used is quantitative. The approach used in this research is descriptive. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Sawah Besar, Gayamsari District, Semarang City. The population in this study were all students of SDN 01 Sawah Besar. The researchers took samples in grade 5, which consisted of 24 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. There are 3 variables in this study which include: The Effect of PAI Learning (X1), The Effect of Citizenship Education Learning (X2), and Strengthening the Character Profile of Pancasila Students (Y1). The results of this study are that there is an influence given by PAI Learning and Civics Learning by 0.398 or 39.8% on Strengthening the Characteristics of Pancasila Student Profiles (Y) of students, while 60.2% is influenced by other aspects. Based on the value of Fcount = 6.946 and Ftable = 5.780. So, Fcount > Ftable, 6.946 > 5.780 which means that there is a significant influence between PAI and Civics Learning on Strengthening the Characteristics of Pancasila Student Profiles.

Implementation of the brainstorming method in implementing Islamic religious education learning for high school students in Bukittinggi

The background of this research is because students are still lacking in the learning process, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. The purpose of this research is to find out how successful the implementation of the Brainstorming method is in Islamic Religious Education subject matter Syaja'ah and its relation to the problem of moral degradation today in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive type approach using key informants, namely Islamic Religious Education subject teachers and supporting informants were class X students. In collecting data the authors used observation and interview data to test the accuracy of the data. Based on the results of the study there are obstacles in the application of the Brainstorming method to learning Islamic Religious Education, the use of the Brainstorming method cannot be applied optimally, in practice it is not in accordance with the steps of the Brainstorming method

Analysis of Civics Subjects in Preventing Cyberbullying Behavior Due to Moral Decadence in the Digital Age

This study aims to find out the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) taught by Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers at SMK Negri 1 Majalaya in overcoming the phenomenon of cyberbullying. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants consisted of 35 students and 2 Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Majalaya. This study uses structuration theory from Anthony Giddens which states that globalization has changed most of the ways of human life which have certain consequences, including the moral degradation of students as a result of advances in information and communication technology, namely the phenomenon of cyberbullying. The data analysis technique used is Data Tabulation, Data Description and Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are still many students at SMKN 1 Majalaya who experience cyberbullying both through social media and online games. As well as Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers at SMKN 1 Majalaya have been aware of this cyberbullying phenomenon and are trying to teach and instill Pancasila values to their students to be able to provide prevention of cyberbullying by making students at SMKN 1 Majalaya wiser in using the internet, bearing in mind that Pancasila Education and Citizenship is also very important in the formation of a nation and character building that forms citizens who are able to think critically and act responsibly.

Peran Guru PAI dalam Mengatasi Degradasi Moral Siswa di SMA Takhassus Al-Qur’an Kalibeber Wonosobo

This study aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in overcoming the moral degradation of students at SMA Takhassus Al-Qur'an Kalibeber Wonosobo. Moral degradation is a phenomenon of moral decline in the character of a person or group. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Respondents in this study were PAI teachers, school principals and students at SMA Takhassus Al-Qur'an Kalibeber Wonosobo. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Milews and Huberman interactive model, which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results showed that: The role of PAI teachers in overcoming student moral degradation is going well. Supporting factors for PAI teachers in overcoming student moral degradation are: co-workers who are compact, adequate facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are: co-workers are not compact, lack of guidance and religious education in the family, lack of self-awareness in students. The role of the PAI teacher in overcoming the moral degradation of students is classified as being effective, for example changing the attitude of students who over time have begun to comply with existing rules at school and actively participate in religious activities, although not all of them.
 

THEY ARE SHAPING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY BASED ON INCLUSIVENESS

A characteristic feature of the last century was humanity’s desire to ensure economic and technological development, which was considered the basis for achieving well-being and improving the standard of living. However, this progress was accompanied by using natural resources and environmental pollution, and the economy, environment, and social institutions functioned in isolation from each other. Global environmental problems, hunger, impoverishment of a large part of the population, moral degradation, and other challenges that the world faced at the beginning of the 21st century prompted the progressive international community and non-governmental organizations to start a new approach – the concept of sustainable development. This concept, which arose as a continuation of V. Vernadskyi’s concept of the noosphere, envisages the coordinated development of the economy, ecology, and social sphere to ensure the quality of people’s lives, the preservation of the environment, and social progress. The purpose of the article is to discuss the process of forming the sustainable development of the national economy based on inclusiveness. The words “sustainable” and “inclusive” have been combined into the term “sustainable, inclusive development”, which reflects an attempt to combine two essential aspects of development: environmental sustainability and social inclusion. It has been determined that sustainable development is defined as development that meets the current needs of people without impairing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Accordingly, it is designed to balance economic, social, and ecological aspects of development, ensuring the preservation of natural resources and environmental protection. An assessment of Ukraine’s sustainable, inclusive development was carried out, during which it was determined that the term “sustainable inclusive development” reflects an attempt to combine two essential aspects of development: environmental sustainability and social inclusion. Such development reflects the importance of ensuring the harmonious development of society, which considers both the needs of current generations and the needs of future generations, as well as the inclusion of all members of society. The main principles of sustainable, inclusive development are defined: as non-discrimination, equal opportunities, and access to education, health care, and social services.

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA

The blurring of identity is an interesting phenomenon in itself for the world of education, it is not easy to filter out negative culture, moral degradation, corruption, discrimination, violence, religious conflict is increasingly prevalent, this is caused by undefined characters in the world of education, so it is a strong reason for research. . This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Collecting data with interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis with triangulation. The findings are organizing counseling and coaching programs, conditioning students, providing student services, recording students who violate the code of ethics, monitoring and making student MOUs with school. The implementation process is to divide student council job descriptions, always control religious activities, set a good example, and create a positive climate, involve students in religious activities and condition and inform parents of students regarding student development. The implication of this research activity is that the management of religious character formation is important to get serious attention for education managers, because religious character will produce students who are honest, tenacious and creative so that they become qualified and if they become leaders, they will become good leaders. Honest, Trustworthy and persistent in work.

Pembentukan Nilai-nilai Karakter Islami Siswa Melalui Metode Pembiasaan (Studi Kasus di SDN Babakan Sirna Kota Sukabumi)

The education is the important actor to ensure national live continuity. Many of criminal case, student fight, underage rapes, drugs disseminating, and corruptions case was the indicator of moral degradation. Therefore, character and personality building by including religion values have to be applied. Refraction method in character and personal building is the important act to prevent those morals degradation. Children’s characteristic values will grow and develop positively appropriate with Islamic education teach, if school’s environment and children’s live domain espouse children growth with any goodness. This paper aims to reveal students Islamic characteristic values establishment by refraction method in SDN Babakan Sirna Sukabumi, by including sub focus in: (1) Aims of Islamic characteristic values establishment by refraction method in SDN Babakan Sirna Kota Sukabumi. (2) How is refraction form to establish Islamic characteristic values in SDN Babakan Sirna Sukabumi. (3) How is the evaluation system, and what character shaped in student’s personality by refraction method in SDN Babakan Sirna Sukabumi. (4) What is endorsement and obstacle factor to establish student’s Islamic characteristic values by refraction method in SDN Babakan Sirna Sukabumi.

Penerapan Teori Donald S. Whitney Dalam Pembinaan Spritualitas Remaja Kristen di PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung

Based on the results of a survey which shows that Christian youths view church and spiritual activities as no longer attractive, such as prayer, worship, quiet time, reading the Bible and other spiritual activities. This causes Christian youth to experience an identity crisis, moral degradation and is easily influenced by today's juvenile delinquency. Even though they are important assets for the church, nation and state. This also happens to Christian youth at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung and the reason is because they do not have a good spiritual life and even underestimate their spiritual development. This study used a qualitative field method with an observation and direct observation approach. So that the results of direct observation and observation can describe about attainment an overview of the research objectives, namely to provide a series and presentation of authentic data on the implementation of the application of Christian youth spirituality development at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung using Donald S. Whitney's theory of Spirituality Development.

Analisis Pendidikan Moral Dari Perspektif Agama, Filsafat, Psikologi Dan Sosiologi

Indonesia has a diversity of cultures, hospitality, and people with good ethics. Moral problems still occur, namely corruption, collusion, nepotism, promiscuity and drug abuse, sexual harassment, theft, and murder. The Indonesian nation experienced moral degradation. Moral Education refers to the concept of Moral Behavior. Ethical behavior is grouped into three parts: Moral Attitudes, Moral Feelings, and Moral Thoughts. Moral education is very dependent on how to educate parents, associations, and the community environment. This study aims to analyze moral education from the perspective of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. This study uses the literature review method. The process is carried out by analyzing statements, opinions, and arguments in various literature. The results of the analysis are mapped to the theme of moral education, study aspects include religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology, as well as discussions in the form of attitudes, feelings, and thoughts. The research results show that moral education from a religious perspective plays a role in the formation of individual moral feelings. The philosophical perspective plays a role in the way of thinking that puts forward moral values. The psychological perspective plays a role in the aspects of feeling and thinking. The sociological perspective interacts with moral behavior.

Internalisasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Min 1 Lebong

Abstract: Moral degradation has occurred and has become a serious threat to world civilization, so it is a challenge that Islamic religious education must be able to solve. One of the efforts being made is strengthening and internalizing character education in the Islamic education curriculum. Character education is an inseparable part of the implementation of Islamic religious education. Thus character education can be internalized in the PAI curriculum and learning. This study aims to determine the efforts made by MIN 1 Lebong to improve the morals of the nation's children by internalizing character education in the PAI curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. The result of the research is the design of the RPP design that includes the values ​​of the nation's character and in the process always instills character education values ​​such as religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, enthusiasm. nationality, love for the homeland, appreciate achievements, friendly/communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care about social and responsibility. Apart from intra-curricular activities, character education is also applied to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities such as tahsin, khatil and muhadharah as well as PHBI, activities tahfizh and scouts.

Revitalizing Religious Programs in Elementary Schools Post Covid-19

Religious programs cannot be carried out due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, after the repeal of PPKM, the school resumed carrying out the religious program. This study aims to analyze the school's efforts to revitalize religious programs when schools are allowed to hold face-to-face learning in line with the decline in the spread of Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research informants are school principals, PAI teachers, and students. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the revitalization of religious programs was carried out after the program was not implemented optimally or even could not be implemented due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This revitalization is essential as a form of school responsibility in strengthening character education, one of which is the religious program. The revitalized programs are 1) Quran recitation at the 0th hour, 2) commemoration of Islamic holidays, and 3) Yasin recitation. On the other hand, the school also revitalizes the teachers' understanding of the importance of religious education, teacher professionalism, and moral degradation as a challenge. Revitalizing religious programs can be done after the end of Covid-19 by revitalizing the program and teacher's understanding so that it can educate students' character through religious education in schools.
