Conditions for training future computer science teachers based on a systems approach

The article deals with the issues of training future teachers of computer science at the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov. The requirements for Hard-skills, Soft-skills of future teachers of computer science as specialists who own modern pedagogical and information technologies in accordance with the requirements of innovative socially-oriented development of Kazakhstan are highlighted. The content of educational programs, the catalogue of elective bachelor's degree courses «6B01505-Computer Science», «6B01506-Computer Science, ICT and Robotics» developed on the basis of a system and competency based approachs in collaboration with employers, are analysed. The purposeful work on preparing future informatics teachers for professional activities, owning digital technologies, is described, which contributes to their active life and professional adaptation, further personal and professional self-realization. Some aspects of the introduction of innovative approaches to the training of teaching staff are highlighted with an emphasis on improving the education content, the formation of a high level of information culture among future informatics teachers. The authors concluded that the logic of the disciplines’ sequence studied, the optimization of the content of educational programs in collaboration with teachers of schools, will lead to the formation of professional Hard-skills and personal Soft-skills competencies of future computer science teachers.

Additive Optimization Method for Choosing CNC Machines for Technological Preparation of Machine-Building Production

The introduction of Industry 4.0 into the technological preparation of production leads to the optimization of processes, including the processes of selecting equipment and tools, reducing cycle time, and reducing costs. Technological preparation of production involves a set of works that make it possible to start manufacturing a new product in a given volume. Features of technological preparation of production when using CNC machines follow from the fact that a significant part of the work from the sphere of direct production is transferred to the area of its technological preparation. Technological preparation of production plays an important role in the successful functioning of a machine-building enterprise. Optimization of equipment selection allows you to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality. The use of modern optimization methods and information technology allows you to make this process more efficient and accurate. The article provides a methodology for calculating the additive criterion for optimizing the selection of the best option for CNC machines.

Information technologies in the mining industry

In the mining industry, a company’s level of competitiveness is primarily determined by productivity and operational excellence. Digitalization is becoming an important factor for mining companies to remain competitive in the production market. It is obvious that modern technologies are opening up new directions for increasing productivity. Mining companies invest huge amounts of money in the development and application of modern information technologies, energy and drilling systems to increase the production level and improve environmental efficiency. The study aims to analyze advantages and disadvantages of modern information technologies implemented at mining enterprises and to assess the prospects for using them in training occupational safety experts. It was established that in training occupational safety specialists, it is advisable to use domestic software. Examples of software products used by Irkutsk National Research Technical University are provided.

Introduction. Due to the active introduction of digital technologies into human activity, there is a change in the way of work organisation, changes in the content of processes, including the profession of translator. Inclusion of the study of the peculiarities of the use of digital economy technologies in the educational process allows preparing future specialists for their professional activities. The aim of the work is to identify the main features of digital economy technologies, to determine the possibilities and directions of their use in the activity of a translator, as well as to identify the content of digital competences and ways of forming them in linguistics students in the educational process. Materials and methods. The methodology is determined by analytical approaches to identifying the features of digital economy technologies, the comparative method allowed us to form approaches to the content of digital competence in translation activity. The method of point-rating assessment allowed us to identify the level of formed designated knowledge, skills, abilities and competences. The survey method allowed to get feedback from the 4th year students of the direction “Linguistics” participating in the sample. As a theoretical basis we used scientific works devoted to the issues of digital competences of translators, as well as digital technologies in their professional activities. The results of the study and their discussion. The introduction of the issue of the use of technologies of the digital economy into the educational process of training future translators allows us to define the content of the discipline “Information Technologies in Translation”, the components of the translator's digital competence determine the directions of competence formation and the content of the current control. The policy of import substitution and sanctions has imposed requirements on the relevance of the applications and services used, which poses difficulties for the technical organization of the learning process and allows us to formulate new criteria for the selection of software. The results of the interim control showed an increase in the efficiency and quality indicators of the learning process in the discipline. Conclusion. A properly organized digital environment, modern information technologies selected on the basis of scientific criteria, an educational process aimed at motivating professional work and assessing the formation of both digital and translation competence allow to increase the efficiency of learning and its quality in the training of translation specialists.

5G Communication Network and Federated Learning for College Accounting Informatization Teaching

At present, the social economy is entering the information age represented by computer, communication technology and network technology as the core, and the continuous development of modern information technology will certainly have a great impact on the teaching mode, content and methods of traditional accounting computerization. We aim to improve the existing higher vocational accounting teaching mode by building a multi-integrated teaching mode through federated learning based on 5G communication network as an environment for efficient information transfer. In addition, we develop a joint optimization strategy for priority-dependent task offloading, wireless bandwidth, and computational power in a distributed machine learning approach to ensure that more resources are allocated to users with higher priority while protecting user data privacy and reducing learning overhead. We have conducted extensive simulation experiments for both environments, and these simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed solutions for different problems from different perspectives.

Exploration of the Application of Modern Information Technology in the Teaching of Criminal Law

With the arrival of the information age, modern information technology is more and more widely used in the teaching of criminal law, injecting fresh blood into it and revitalizing the discipline of criminal law. However, the use of modern information technology by criminal law teachers in the practical teaching of criminal law often fails to achieve the expected results, which indicates that the level of modern information technology mastered by criminal law teachers needs to be improved. In order to stimulate students' interest in learning criminal law in the new era, teachers of criminal law need to give full play to the advantages of modern information technology, and not only reasonably use cell phone APP function, micro classes and short videos and other skills to improve the level of modern information skills of their own teachers in the teaching of criminal law, but also pay attention to the organic fusion of the teaching method and modern information technology, highlighting the key points of the teaching, and focusing on the teaching effect.

The article examines the relationship between marketing and financial and economic security in the context of the development of information technologies, as their convergence is an integral part of modern business. Digital transformations significantly change the landscape of marketing and financial and economic security, in order to work successfully in new conditions, enterprises must invest in digital technologies, protect customer data and systems from cyber attacks and fraudulent actions, constantly adapt to new technologies and market conditions. In today's conditions, economy, rationality and maximum efficiency based on the use of modern information and multimedia technologies are a guarantee not only of quality management, but also of the company's overall competitiveness in the markets. Marketing plays a key role in ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise, i.e. constant monitoring of the market, analysis of competitors and study of customer needs allow timely detection of potential threats and development of effective strategies to neutralize them. Thanks to a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, marketing contributes to the development of effective strategies that allow the enterprise to adapt to changes and maintain its competitiveness, optimize its costs, improve product quality and strengthen its position in the market. In the conditions of growing global competition, companies must understand the development trends of international markets, cultural characteristics and take into account legislative norms in their activities. In this case, marketing helps to adapt business to new conditions, and economic security provides protection from external threats. The rapid development of digital technologies is changing the rules of the game in the market, while marketing allows effective use of digital channels to interact with customers, and economic security provides protection against cyber threats and other risks related to digital technologies. Consumers increasingly expect a personalized approach and high quality products and services, so marketing helps to understand the needs of customers and develop appropriate offers, and financial and economic security ensures that these offers will be fulfilled with quality and time. New players are constantly entering the market, which complicates competition, so there is a need to stand out among competitors, determine the company's competitive advantages, build a positive image and effectively manage crisis situations. In this case, economic security protects against unfair competition, ensures business stability in conditions of uncertainty, helps protect company data from cyber attacks and fraudulent actions, and prevents financial losses. Therefore, ensuring financial and economic security during marketing operations is a complex task that requires a complex approach. The convergence of marketing and financial and economic security allows you to minimize risks, ensure sustainable business development and effective promotion of goods and services, and protect the reputation of the company and its assets. The interaction of marketing and economic security helps prevent crisis situations related to security breaches that can negatively affect the company's image, as well as avoid ineffective spending on marketing campaigns related to unsafe or unethical practices

Improving the accuracy of weighing systems in motion using dynamic neural networks

The paper is devoted to solving the problem of weighing vehicles in motion as part of modern information technologies and automated intelligent systems for managing urban resources and infrastructure. The aim of the work is to improve the accuracy of measurements in systems for weighing vehicles in motion in heavy traffic as part of intelligent urban infrastructure management systems, thereby contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of urban processes. The scientific novelty is the use of models in the form of neural networks with time delays to process data from weighing sensors. The application of this approach makes it possible to improve the accuracy of mass measurement in weighing systems in motion under conditions of intense traffic by taking into account the dynamic and nonlinear properties of the weighing process. The practical usefulness of the developed method lies in the development of new innovative weighing systems as part of modern information technologies and automated intelligent systems for managing urban resources and infrastructure. Testing the method on a simulation model of the WIM process demonstrated advantages in weighing accuracy compared to traditional methods using static and linear models. Experimental data showed a reduction in the root mean square error compared to the traditional method based on Kalman filters, which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Ecolinguistic Thinking on the Application of Information Technology in International Chinese Education

The existing education system cannot meet the Chinese learning needs of social groups well. There are certain problems in ecological, balanced and benign development. Since the new century, information technology has developed rapidly, and Internet technology has been widely used in cross-cultural education. Starting from the current development status of international Chinese education in the new era, this paper takes its healthy development as the guiding principle, explores the feasible ideas of promoting educational development through interdisciplinary studies from the perspective of ecolinguistics, proposes some development strategies for international Chinese education, strengthens the construction of international Chinese education response mechanism for emergencies, promotes the effective allocation of international Chinese education resources, and especially strengthens the in-depth application of modern information technology in all aspects and fields of international Chinese education.

Information Technology Assisting Ideological and Political Education for Exchange Students

In the context of globalization and informatization, how to enhance ideological and political education for exchange students abroad through modern information technology has become a significant issue. This study aims to explore effective informatization methods for the ideological and political education of exchange students. A questionnaire survey found that online learning platforms for ideological and political education are popular among exchange students. Using Chang’an University’s Dublin College exchange students as a case study, an online platform for ideological and political education was designed and tested. The platform provides flexible and convenient learning methods, rich resources, personalized content, and strong interactivity, achieving efficient, extensive, and low-cost ideological and political education. The results show that informatization tools have great potential in ideological and political education for exchange students.

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Informatization Teaching Level of College Teachers in the “Internet +” Era

Under the background of the “Internet +” era, the teaching concept and method of higher education are undergoing significant changes. The integration of modern information technology has far-reaching significance in improving the level of information education, which puts forward higher standards for teachers’ ability in information teaching. This paper discusses various factors that affect the level of information-based teaching of college teachers in the era of “Internet +”, as well as the ability that teachers need to have in information-based teaching, and also explores various strategies to improve the level of information-based teaching of college teachers, to further optimize the teaching quality of colleges and universities.

Impacts and mechanisms of digital village construction on agricultural green total factor productivity

Green is the foundation of agricultural development. By leveraging modern information technology, digital village construction injects new momentum into the green growth of agriculture. Using balanced panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022, this paper employs the entropy approach and SBM-GML index to measure the indicators of digital village construction and agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP). The impacts and mechanisms of digital village construction on AGTFP are examined through fixed effect, mediating effect, and threshold models. The findings are as follows: (1) AGTFP in China shows an overall increasing trend from 2011 to 2022, with significant growth in the western region compared to the eastern and central regions. (2) Digital village construction significantly accelerates the improvement of AGTFP, a conclusion supported by robustness tests. (3) Mechanism analysis indicates that digital village construction advances AGTFP by fostering agricultural technology innovation, enhancing agricultural human capital, and improving agricultural productive services. (4) Digital village construction has a more significant impact on major grain-producing areas, economically underdeveloped areas, and northern region compared to other regions. (5) Environmental regulation acts as a threshold effect on the impact of digital village construction on AGTFP. Digital village construction substantially impacts AGTFP when environmental regulation is below the threshold, with the positive effect continuing beyond this point but at a reduced intensity.

Анализ технологических процессов погрузочно-разгрузочных, транспортных, перегрузочных и складских операций на основе контейнерных перевозок

The article discusses key technological operations, including loading and unloading, transportation, transshipment and storage of goods in containers, as well as analyzes modern approaches to managing and optimizing these processes. The main attention is paid to the automation and mechanization of loading and unloading operations, the use of multimodal transportation to improve the efficiency of transport processes, the development of strategies for optimizing routes and logistics schemes, as well as the use of modern information technologies for cargo tracking and inventory management. The authors of the article emphasize the importance of integrating logistics operations and creating a unified information system for coordinating all stages of container transportation. As a result of the analysis, ways to improve technological processes aimed at reducing costs, increasing the speed of cargo delivery and increasing the overall efficiency of logistics chains are proposed. The article contains recommendations on the introduction of innovative solutions and technologies that can help optimize the work of enterprises engaged in container transportation. The research is based on the analysis of real data, including statistics on the operation of ports, transport companies and warehouse complexes, as well as on the study of best practices in this area. The article provides examples of successful implementation of the proposed approaches in practice, which makes it useful for specialists in the field of logistics, supply chain management and transportation.

Innovative teaching methods for developing basic skills in higher education students through real professional contexts

Introduction: The intensification of the significance of educational activity as an indicator of active social development under the conditions of global digitalisation creates prerequisites for actualising the issues of its informational support.Objective: The research is dedicated to analysing the functional capabilities of digitalisation in the context of forming critical competencies of students in conditions close to the realities of professional activity.Methods: The article outlines the functionality of innovative educational systems within the educational institution's information educational environment.Results: The study found that today's students at various levels are ready to implement elements of e-learning, artificial intelligence technologies, and immersive tools. It is proven that the introduction of innovative technological solutions into the educational environment creates learning conditions close to the realities of professional activity, increasing the motivation of students for an effective learning process, stimulating the involvement of reserves in the organisation of the continuous self-education process, and intensifying responsibility and self-organisation. Identified within modern information systems are tools and services that diversify the learning process and increase the effectiveness of the educational process, contributing to the formation of key competencies of higher education students.Conclusions: The research indicates a trend towards increasing the efficiency of student training based on the organisation of independent educational work with the implementation of innovative pedagogical opportunities in the educational process. The study's practical significance lies in determining the potential for improving the quality of education at the national level through modern information technologies

On the issue of digitalization of banking services

In this article, we will identify and analyze banking services provided during the use of modern information technologies in remote customer service of the bank. The author highlights the features, issues, and prospects of the digitalization process in Ukraine. Today, dozens of banks offer their clients, both legal entities and individuals, as well as individual entrepreneurs, remote servicing systems and Internet banking, providing full banking services through the «Internet» from anywhere on the globe. Internet banking is a service that allows managing one’s bank account over the internet, offering great convenience and speed, the ability to carry out operations with one’s account, opened in one’s bank, without visiting the bank’s office and forgetting about queues at the cash desks and settlement departments of other organizations. On the other hand, internet banking is a general term for remote servicing technologies, as well as access to accounts and operations (on them), provided at any time from any computer with internet access. The article notes the lack of a unified approach to defining retail banking services, as well as a universally accepted interpretation of the concept of a «banking service.» A definition of a banking service is proposed, namely, a banking service is the result of a set of banking operations aimed at satisfying the client’s needs, bringing certain benefits to the consumer, related to the movement of financial assets or providing financial information. Accordingly, the provision of banking services is the main activity of any bank. In order to make a profit, a banking institution must create a service necessary for the client, determine its price, enter the market with it, implement it, and also ensure proper legal regulation. As a result of the study, conclusions were made that the range of banking services provided to individuals is constantly expanding. This will allow banks in the future to create various types of service packages.

Sport and physical activities: actual Ukraine’s strategic narrative (in terms of encyclopedias)

Background and purpose Outline the importance of sports encyclopedias as a form of spreading and promoting a healthy lifestyle and popularizing high-achieving sports for the social and humanitarian development of Ukraine. Material and methods In the article, the primary used research methods are overview and descriptive analysis (an overview of academic publications indexed in Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and National Library of Ukraine, as well as data on Ukrainian encyclopedias from the Corpus of Ukrainian Encyclopedias). This is a basis for descriptive analysis the capability of sports activities to improve the physical and mental (emotional, moral-volitional) resilience of the Ukraine’s population during wartime difficulty, the overall health level of the nation, and the demographic and accordingly economic situation in the country. Additionally, based on descriptive analysis, the potential of encyclopedias on sports and athletes in promoting a healthy lifestyle and physical activities among the population is examined). Reflection method is also used: authors offer a vision of how encyclopedic knowledge about sports and athletes should be structured to help improve the nation’s health, demographic, and economic situations, and thus resistance to Russian aggression). Results The war in Ukraine significantly damages the population’s health, adversely affecting the demographic and economic situation in the country. As a result, state humanitarian policy must focus on finding ways to counter these threats and emerging from this crisis. The article emphasizes that targeted, systematic development of sports and physical culture should be among the state policy priorities, as sports and physical activities improve population health. Authors show that promoting physical culture and a healthy lifestyle is crucial in this process, necessitating the studying of various information sources that can disseminate sports relevant knowledge and identifying the most effective ones. Conclusions Based on extensive justifications, the article proposes the idea of creating a Ukrainian sports encyclopedia as a means of promoting a healthy lifestyle among the Ukrainians, particularly essential in the post-war period. This would contribute to Ukraine's restoration by improving its demographic, socio-economic situation, and encouraging the return of Ukrainian refugees. The potential of a sports encyclopedia lies in highlighting and popularizing distinguished athletes who have achieved success and are respected globally, serving as role models, especially for the young generation of the country. The encyclopedic promotion of famous Ukrainian athletes is considered an effective mechanism for fostering a healthy lifestyle and patriotic feelings among Ukrainian citizens. The preparation of such a publication should rely on global encyclopedic-biographical experience, modern information technologies, and academic knowledge.

Use of Digital Technologies for the Conduct of Work in the Government System Based on the Demans of the Current Times

This article deals with the issues of ensuring the safety of the population in the residences of citizens. It is planned to implement an electronic platform that allows for quick collection and analysis of information on the technical and social condition of residential areas. These strategies focus on digital transformation in the national economy, industry, and society. In Uzbekistan, significant steps have been taken to implement modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in public administration, education, healthcare, and agriculture. One notable challenge addressed in this study is the management of carbon monoxide poisoning, fire hazards, and explosions during the heating season. The research highlights the limitations of manual data collection, including the risk of data loss, difficulty in locating information, and inefficiencies in processing critical safety data. The program processes data in less than a minute, facilitating more efficient emergency management and preventive measures. This system exemplifies the role of digital technology in enhancing public safety and optimizing government operations.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLVING SOCIAL PROBLEMS

The use of modern digital technologies, such as paperless document management, automated information systems, blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), etc., allows you to create high-performance decision-making systems. In the course of the development of modern information technologies, intensive digitalization is taking place in almost all spheres of human activity and the introduction of artificial intelligence, which affects social problems within society. In addition to the obvious advantages of using human intelligence in the new digital world, there may be various situations, primarily related to the digital society and the management decision-making process. Social problems are investigated using artificial intelligence technologies in a digital society. The article discusses the main aspects of social problems related to artificial intelligence technologies, in addition, in order to solve social problems and identify semantic features of the knowledge base, an algorithm has been developed that provides a clear picture of social aspects in the process of filling in the database, taking into account the purpose of forming a thesaurus for a system of questions and answers.

Designing an Entrepreneurial Model of Remote Communication Technologies in Clinical Medicine: A Qualitative Study

Background: Today, information technology has permeated all fields, transforming numerous aspects of our lives, while entrepreneurship has become increasingly essential. In medicine, the integration of this technology is becoming crucial. Objectives: This research focuses on designing an entrepreneurial model that leverages modern communication and information technologies in the health sector. By capitalizing on created opportunities, entrepreneurs can drive innovation, leading to cost savings, time efficiency, and greater access to health and medical services for people everywhere. Methods: In this qualitative study, the sample included faculty members from Iran University of Medical Sciences, selected through purposive sampling. Following this, the sample was expanded using snowball sampling, introduced through key experts, to include additional informed individuals. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with faculty members, experts, and knowledgeable individuals who were willing to participate. The interviews continued until data saturation was reached. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis, with coding performed using MAXQDA10 software. Results: After coding and identifying the main and sub-themes, content analysis was completed, resulting in 10 main themes and 57 sub-themes. All interviewees highlighted sub-themes such as "infrastructure and hardware," "internet bandwidth," "access to electronic health records," "equipment and supplies," "data privacy," "qualified physicians," and "counseling." Conclusions: When designing an entrepreneurial model in any region or country, it is essential to consider the existing needs and conditions, environmental demands, population characteristics, culture, habits, preferences of service recipients, infrastructural capabilities, governing laws, and security issues. Additionally, the model must incorporate specific leadership, management, and oversight to ensure it becomes a responsive and effective system.

An ML-Based Solution in the Transformation towards a Sustainable Smart City

The rapid development of modern information technology (IT), power supply, communication and traffic information systems and so on is resulting in progress in the area of distributed and energy-efficient (if possible, powered by renewable energy sources) smart grid components securely connected to entire smart city management systems. This enables a wide range of applications such as distributed energy management, system health forecasting and cybersecurity based on huge volumes of data that automate and improve the performance of the smart grid, but also require analysis, inference and prediction using artificial intelligence. Data management strategies, but also the sharing of data by consumers, institutions, organisations and industries, can be supported by edge clouds, thus protecting privacy and improving performance. This article presents and develops the authors’ own concept in this area, which is planned for research in the coming years. The paper aims to develop and initially test a conceptual framework that takes into account the aspects discussed above, emphasising the practical aspects and use cases of the Social Internet of Things (SIoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) in the everyday lives of smart sustainable city (SSC) residents. We present an approach consisting of seven algorithms for the integration of large data sets for machine learning processing to be applied in optimisation in the context of smart cities.
