The Role of AI Technology in Constructing Digital English Classrooms in Underdeveloped Areas

As a key part of basic education, English education in primary schools is of great significance to the personal development of students and the construction of society and has received extensive attention from society. However, primary English education in underdeveloped regions of China is still relatively backward. In recent years, the rapid development of AI technology has realized information communication in education, which has become the key force in promoting the digital transformation of English classrooms in underdeveloped regions and the potential to bridge the education gap between areas. This paper is based on the teaching characteristics of the current primary school English subject, combined with the current development of AI technology applied to English teaching, for building the digital classroom of primary school English in underdeveloped areas puts forward the following relevant recommendations. China should accelerate the implementation of infrastructure construction and technology introduction in underdeveloped areas, and strengthen the training of digital literacy and media awareness for primary school English teachers. Primary schools in underdeveloped areas should use AI technology as a teaching aid to build a "double-teacher" English classroom teaching mode and a curriculum feedback platform based on this technology, to effectively promote the digital transformation of English classrooms in underdeveloped areas.

Research on the Innovation of English Teaching Mode Based on Artificial Intelligence

This article presents a research on innovative approaches in English language teaching through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The aim is to address the issues found in traditional English language teaching methods by utilizing AI technology. The article begins by identifying the problems in traditional English language teaching and exploring the current applications of AI in education. Then, it specifically discusses the application of AI technology in English language teaching, such as interactive listening training, intelligent error correction and personalized post-class guidance, and cloud-based intelligent English translation teaching. Subsequently, a proposal is put forward to construct a new English language teaching system based on AI technology, including modules for engaging explanations, interactive English assignments, and creating scenarios for cross-cultural communication oral training. Lastly, an evaluation method for assessing the innovation of English language teaching models based on AI is introduced, which includes feedback and perceptions from both teachers and students, as well as an assessment of teaching outcomes. The research findings of this article can provide a more intelligent, personalized, and effective English language teaching approach, thus positively impacting the quality of English language teaching and enhancing students’ interest in learning.

This article aims to explore the effectiveness of an AI based English translation teaching model and its impact on traditional teaching models. By analyzing the current application status of artificial intelligence in English translation teaching, this article summarizes the advantages of artificial intelligence in personalized learning, real-time feedback, language data processing, etc., while also pointing out its limitations in the teaching process. Finally, this article proposes the development direction and improvement suggestions of English translation teaching mode based on artificial intelligence, in order to provide useful reference for educators.

An Empirical Study on Online and Offline Blended Teaching Mode of College English Reading Teaching

Online and offline blended teaching mode is a new teaching mode which is in line with the needs of college English teaching reform and can effectively stimulate students’ interest in English learning. In college Engligh teaching, the improvement of reading ability is crucial for students to acquire knowledge. Moreover, English reading ability is the premise of developing other language skills. College English reading teaching has achieved a certain success at present, but there are still a lot of problems. For some students, their reading ability is still low, and their analytical ability is poor, which are not conducive to improve students’ listening, speaking, writing and translation abilities. Due to these problems, with the guidance of production-oriented approach (POA), this paper makes an empirical study on online and offline blended teaching mode of college English reading teaching for non-English majors in our university by means of data analysis and questionnaire survey. This paper tries to explore the following questions: 1) Whether online and offline blended teaching mode can improve English reading ability of non-English majors? 2) Does online and offline blended teaching mode affect students’ learning motivation, learning attitude and learning behavior? 3) What are the advantages of online and offline blended teaching mode? Through the study, it is found that online and offline blended teaching mode of college English reading teaching can effectively stimulate students’ interest in English learning and improve their English academic performance. On the other hand, it is also found that online and offline blended teaching mode has higher requirements for teachers’ teaching ability. This study has practical significance for improving online and offline blended teaching mode of college English reading teaching and enhancing the reading ability of non-English majors.

Optimization of English Teaching Model Based on Deep Learning Algorithm

With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology, especially in the field of deep learning, English education and teaching models are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to enable students to master English knowledge more efficiently and align with international standards, it is particularly important to study the optimization of English teaching models. This paper uses specific deep learning algorithms and techniques, such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), to model and optimize English teaching modes, aiming to solve many problems in English teaching and improve the quality of English teaching. Through deep learning algorithms, we can analyze students’ learning behavior, habits and grades, thereby providing them with personalized learning resources and teaching strategies. Deep learning technologies such as CNN and RNN are used to recognize keywords and phrases in text, as well as to process sequence data such as speech and text, helping teachers better understand students’ learning needs and interests, thereby adjusting teaching content and methods. In addition, the adaptive nature of deep learning algorithms allows automatic adjustment of teaching content and difficulty according to the actual situation of students, providing them with learning resources and support that better meet their learning needs. This study not only applies deep learning algorithms to optimize English teaching modes but also delves into how these algorithms affect the learning outcomes of students and the teaching efficiency of teachers. Through empirical research and case analysis, we hope to provide new ideas and methods for the future development of English education.

The Construction of an English Network Course Based on the Theory of Hybrid Real-Time Synchronization Algorithm

At present, the construction of online courses is an important content in the process of educational informatization. At present, there are two problems in the construction of online courses: from the teaching point of view, the design of teaching activities and teaching processes in online courses is not enough, and the teaching effect is not good. Technically, the development of most courses is basically one-off and cannot be updated quickly. Due to the small scale, limited access and strong pertinence of SPOC, it has obvious advantages to implement the online and offline mixed teaching mode of college English based on SPOC in college English teaching. This paper mainly studies the research and analysis of English online courses based on the hybrid real-time synchronization algorithm. This paper combines OFDM synchronization algorithm with SPOC hybrid algorithm teaching to analyze and study it. According to the research, the influence of English online teaching course is very great, and the effect is more obvious than that of traditional teaching.

Business English Teaching Reform Under the Background of Artificial Intelligence + Big Data

The level of information technology is increasing, and technology is developed. University English teaching has also changed under its influence. Different from the traditional teaching in the past, more and more students adopt the mode of “Internet + Smartphone” to learn English. This paper proposes a teaching mode evaluation method in the context of big data. Through the K-means algorithm based on it, the data clustering of business English teaching mode is completed. According to the data obtained from clustering, combined with the standardization of positive and negative indicators, the business English teaching mode system is constructed. Experiments show that when the clustering K value is 16, the clustering accuracy of this method is 99.2%, and it can effectively get the index weights, and the evaluation time is short, which is better than the other two comparison methods.

English is an important course in colleges, and students’ proficiency in the language can significantly affect their learning in multiple disciplines. At present, offline classroom teaching is still the primary mode of college English teaching, and online teaching has not been widely used. Under the background of new liberal arts, the teaching tasks and objectives of college English have changed, and it is imperative to carry out online-offline hybrid teaching mode. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the online-offline hybrid teaching mode of college English, summarizes its problems, and explores its implementation strategies in the context of the new liberal arts, to provide references for teachers.

Research on digital entertainment technology and gaming methods based on hidden Markov models in English e-learning classroom mode

The traditional English teaching mode often has the problems of students’ low interest in learning and lack of motivation in learning. The introduction of digital entertainment technology and game methods can increase the interest and interaction of learning, improve students’ participation and learning effect. Therefore, this study aims to explore the application of digital entertainment technology and game methods in English E-Learning classroom. By using hidden Markov model as a research tool and combining quantitative and qualitative empirical research methods, a series of English E-Learning classroom activities based on digital entertainment technology and game methods are designed. Using digital entertainment technologies and game methods to increase student engagement and interest, learning in an entertaining and educational environment to become more active and engaged in the classroom. The hidden Markov model provides targeted teaching strategies and suggestions by modeling and predicting students’ behavior. The analysis results of hidden Markov model also verify the positive impact of digital entertainment technology and game methods on English learning.

Under the background of “Internet plus”, the application of English multi-modal reading teaching mode is of great significance. With the continuous development of Internet technology, the field of education has also been deeply influenced, especially in English reading teaching. Therefore, this study aims to explore how to integrate multi-modal resources into English reading teaching under the background of “Internet plus”. Through literature review and case analysis, it is found that multi-modal reading teaching mode can improve students' reading interest and effectiveness. The results show that the use of images, audio, video and other forms of media resources in the teaching process can help students better understand and absorb English reading materials. The study conducted experiments evaluating the effectiveness of blended teaching methodologies in English education, with numerical scores ranging from 4.2 to 9.0 across different parameters. Results indicated that experiments with higher scores for traditional teaching effectiveness (ranging from 6.5 to 9.2) and deep learning integration (ranging from 3.9 to 9.1) tended to yield superior overall learning outcomes (ranging from 4.3 to 9.0). Furthermore, online resources received consistently high weighted scores (ranging from 7.2 to 9.5), underscoring their significant contribution to the overall teaching strategy.
