Hypercoordinated compounds, which belong to the group of ES-silanates, show biological activity. In the course of our work, an optimization of conditions for the determination of individual derivatives and separation of a mixture of homologs of ES-silanates by means of capillary isotachophoresis (ITP) was carried out. The investigations considered: 1-[(N,N-dimethyl)aminiomethyl]spirobi(1-sila-2,5-dioxacyclopentan-3-on)at and 1-[(N,N-dimethyl)aminiomethyl]spirobi(1-sila-2,5-dioxa-4-methylcyclopentan-3-on)at. A new terminating electrolyte was proposed: 4,4′-bis[1-{(N,N-dimethyl)aminiomethyl]spirobi(1-sila-2,5-dioxacyclopentan-3-on)at}. Optimum time of analysis did not exceed 7 min. Elaborated method of separation and determination of ES-silanates widens the possibility of research of biological activity of this group of compounds and its applications.
