Welcome to the April 2023 issue of IEEE Microwave Magazine</i> . This month’s theme has a very similar theme to several issues in the first quarter of 2022: research by women in microwaves. This month, we focus on more contributions to microwave technology by several women researchers from the United States, Europe, and China. Several years ago, I recall having conversations with several AdCom and other members of the Microwave Theory and Technology (MTT) community about a focus issue for IEEE Microwave Magazine</i> that highlights research performed by women in the microwave engineering field. Last year’s focus issues were the result of these conversations, and this month’s issue continues this hopefully new tradition for the magazine. I would like to thank our guest editor, Jasmin Grosinger, for this month’s issue and for writing a technical article for the focus issue as well as for working with the other authors, to give us a total of four technical features.
