Flow boiling heat transfer in multi-stage enhanced open microchannels with micro/nano structures

In the realm of flow boiling research, open microchannels heat sink is garnering more attention due to its potential in enhancing heat transfer and mitigating flow instability. Nevertheless, growing heat dissipation needs necessitate further enhancement of the heat removing capability of flow boiling within open microchannels. In this paper, experimental research on flow boiling in open microchannels utilized a new environmentally friendly refrigerant SF-33 and presented a novel heat transfer enhancement strategy, specifically, a multi-region enhancement strategy for diverse flow pattern stages. A copper heat sink with 25 open microchannels was fabricated, and a layer of copper powder particles was sintered on the channel bottom to create a microporous structured surface in about 1/3 of the inlet region. Several layers of copper wire mesh with micropores were sintered in about 1/3 of the outlet region, and the nanostructures were grown on the wire mesh by chemical treatment, resulting in a micro-nanocomposite structure. The final product formed the multi-stage enhanced open microchannels (MSEOM). The heat transfer performance and pressure drop of SF-33 saturated flow boiling in MSEOM under different operating conditions were determined, and the transitions of flow patterns were visualized to analyze the mechanism of two-phase heat transfer. The study demonstrated that despite SF-33 having a low latent heat of vaporization, its flow boiling heat transfer coefficient in MSEOM was high. This was attributed to the enhanced effect of multi-region surface modifications on heat transfer. Additionally, a vapor plug breakup-dispersed bubble flow pattern was observed for the first time, which resulted from the combined influence of the low surface tension property of SF-33 and the boosted nucleate boiling triggered by the micro-nanostructures in the outlet region.

Construction of a superhydrophobic surface with long-term durability on 5052 Aluminium for corrosion protection

Superhydrophobic surfaces have been demonstrated to offer exceptional corrosion protection for metal surfaces. However, long-term stability issues have plagued superhydrophobic surfaces. In this study, a durable superhydrophobic surface on aluminum (SHC-Al) was created using etching combined with anodizing followed by polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) modification. To optimize the multi-scale rough structures, the optimal anodizing conditions were explored in detail. The superhydrophobic surfaces were analyzed using Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Confocal laser microscopy (CLSM), X-ray energy spectrometry (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), contact angle (CA) measurements, stability tests, and electrochemical analysis. The results reveal the successful preparation of a nest-like micro-nano composite structure on metal surface, and the contact and sliding angles of SHC-Al were measured at 157.6° and 6°, demonstrating the formation of excellent superhydrophobic surface. Electrochemical tests showed a corrosion current density of only 1.38 × 10–9 A∙cm-2 for SHC-Al, with a corrosion inhibition efficiency of 99.97 %, highlighting its outstanding anti-corrosion performance. Furthermore, stability tests demonstrated the SHC-Al surface had long-term durability. This study not only provides new evidence for the preparation of long-lasting superhydrophobic surfaces, but also provides a new solution for the practical application of superhydrophobic surfaces.

Enhanced pool boiling heat transfer by coupling multiscale structures and mixed wettability

With the extensive application of boiling heat transfer in engineering, enhanced boiling heat transfer has become a prominent research focus. Micro/nanostructures and surface wettability are pivotal factors affecting the pool boiling heat transfer performance. In this paper, the effects of the mini-pillar, micro-nano composite structure, and mixed wettability on boiling heat transfer performance were investigated. The experimental outcomes indicate that the critical heat flux (CHF) and the heat transfer coefficient (HTC) on the mini-pillar structured surface (S2) are improved significantly. Compared to S2, the boiling heat transfer performance near the CHF is further enhanced on the surface with micro/nanostructures atop mini-pillars (S3). Furthermore, the size of the hydrophobic spots atop the mini-pillars also profoundly influences the boiling performance, by decreasing the wall superheat significantly. A synergistic pool boiling heat transfer enhancement is achieved by constructing micro/nanostructures on the top of the mini-pillar and controlling the diameter of hydrophobic spots at 0.5 mm atop the mini-pillar (S5 surface), with the maximum HTC and CHF of 230.00 kW/(m2·K) and 2360.20 kW/m2, respectively. These values are 3.82 times and 1.88 times higher than those of the smooth copper surface, respectively.

Formation mechanism and properties of superhydrophobic surface of ship plate steel

Superhydrophobic surface of ship plate steel was constructed by chemical etching and low surface energy modification. Formation mechanism and properties of the superhydrophobic surface were investigated through SEM, FT-IR, electrochemical analysis and anti-icing evaluation. Corrosion and dissolution of ferrite creates a high-roughness surface with a micro-nano composite structure, and a monomolecular layer of low surface energy material covers steel surface through chelation coordination of stearic acid and Fe, which endows ship plate steel surface with superhydrophobicity. Compared with bare steel, the superhydrophobic surface shows high corrosion resistance, while 75.2% of surface icing is prevented, achieving the purpose of anti-water, anti-icing and corrosion resistance of ship plate steel. In addtion, the simple and cost-effective preparation technique is conducive to large-scale industrial applications in the future.

Lamellar sodium titanium silicate assembled by nanostrips decorated with N-rich 3D carbon for sodium dual-ion batteries

Sodium dual-ion batteries have received tremendous attention owing to their appealing operating voltage (i.e. >4.0 V) and eco-friendly features. However, the exploitation of efficient sodium ion storage anode materials is one of the keys for driving the application of sodium dual-ion batteries in the grid-scale energy storage. Herein, a lamellar sodium titanium silicate (NTSO) woven by plentiful nanostrips grown in situ on the surface of N-rich 3D carbon has been prepared via a convenient synthetic strategy. Based on the synergistic effect both micro-nano composite spatial structure and energy storage mechanism based on conversion reaction of material bulk phase, the NTSO/3DC-N composite as anode delivers a high special capacity of 540.6 mAh/g at 0.05 A/g and 163.1 mAh/g at 5.0 A/g in sodium ion half-cell. More impressively, the sodium dual-ion batteries built with NTSO/3DC-N as anode and a N-rich 3D carbon as cathode exhibits a high reversible capacity of about 123.6 mAh/g at 0.05 A/g. The elaborate designing an interconnecting framework composed of layered titanium silicate sodium and heterogeneous atom doping carbon substrate provides a generally applicable strategy for enhancing the anode performance of sodium dual-ion batteries.

Investigation on the Corrosion Resistance Properties of Cobalt-Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Artificial Human Body Components with Robust Biomimetic Superhydrophobic and Slippery Surfaces Based on Laser Texturing.

Cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy is used as a material for artificial human body components such as artificial hip joint and artificial denture and is often affected by electrochemical corrosion in human body fluids and saliva, which leads to inflammatory reactions and damage to the surrounding tissues as well as loosening and failure of the body components themselves. Few studies have been conducted to prepare corrosion-resistant coatings on the surface of Co28Cr6Mo. In this study, we used laser texturing to process a bionic 3D micronanocomposite structure on the surface of Co28Cr6Mo and quickly prepared a superhydrophobic and slippery surface coating with excellent corrosion resistance using polydimethylsiloxane solution and silicone oil modification. This surface had ultralow surface adhesion and good robustness of durability and abrasion resistance, reducing bacterial colonization or tissue adhesion and solving the problem of the lack of stability of the superhydrophobic surface. Microgrid grooves and layered nanoparticles were structurally responsible for the variation in wettability. The formation mechanism and composition of the prepared coatings were further analyzed. Electrochemical corrosion experiments were conducted on the surface in simulating body fluid and saliva environments, which showed the enhanced corrosion resistance of the prepared surface in the human body. These findings can further develop the surface functional modification of Co28Cr6Mo, accelerating basic and applied research studies on artificial human components.

Correlation between Convolution Kernel Function and Error Function of Bone Fractal Operators

This article studies the convolutional kernel function of fractal operators in bone fibers. On the basis of the micro-nano composite structure of compact bone, we abstracted the physical fractal space of bone fibers and derived the fractal operators. The article aims to construct the convolutional analytical expression of bone fractal operators and proves that the error function is the core component of the convolution kernel function in the fractal operators. In other words, bone mechanics is the fractional mechanics controlled by error function.

Fabrication of a micro/nanocomposite structure on the surface of high oxygen concentration titanium to promote bone formation

This study investigated the properties of the micro/nano composite structure on the surface of high oxygen concentration titanium (HOC-Ti) after anodic oxidation modification (HOC-NT) and evaluated its biocompatibility as a dental implant material in vitro and in vivo. HOC-Ti was produced by titanium powders and rutile powders using the powder metallurgy method. Its surface was modified by anodic oxidation. After detecting the electrochemical characteristics, the surface properties of HOC-NT were investigated. MC3T3 and MLO-Y4 cells were employed to evaluate the biocompatibility of HOC-NT and cocultured to study the effects of the changes in osteocytes induced by HOC-NT on osteoblasts. While, its possible mechanism was investigated. In addition, osseointegration around the HOC-NT implant was investigated through in vivo experiments. The results showed that a unique micronano composite structure on the HOC-Ti surface with excellent hydrophilicity and suitable surface roughness was created after anodic oxidation promoted by its electrochemical characteristics. The YAP protein may play an important role in regulating bone remodeling by β-catenin and Rankl/OPG Signaling Pathways. An in vivo study also revealed an accelerated formation rate of new bone and more stable osseointegration around the HOC-NT implant. In view of all experimental results, it could be concluded that the unique morphology of HOC-NT has enhanced physicochemical and biological properties. The promotion of bone formation around implants indicated the feasibility of HOC-NT for applications in oral implants.

Progress in Superhydrophobic Structure Optimisation and Performance Enhancement: A Review

background: Superhydrophobic surfaces have broad application prospects in several fields due to their excellent hydrophobic properties, but the traditional methods of manufacturing superhydrophobic surfaces are time-consuming and laborious, the surface wear resistance is poor, and the chemical reagents contain toxic substances, making it difficult to promote the use of superhydrophobicity inexpensively. objective: To solve the problems of high cost, instability, and poor mechanical properties of superhydrophobic structures, we explore the preparation methods of superhydrophobic surface structures to improve the surface superhydrophobicity and reduce manufacturing and usage costs. methods: This paper provides an overview of the literature on preparing superhydrophobic structures and improving superhydrophobic properties. Based on the summary of the research results of other scholars, this paper focuses on the preparation of superhydrophobic surfaces by carbine-co-polymerization covalent grafting chemical reactions and the improvement of superhydrophobic properties by durable opaque coatings with vacuum-deposited layers. results: These two methods are simple to operate and circumvent the problem of oxidative degradation of compounds in the natural environment to produce environmental pollutants. The method I produces a low surface energy stratified micro-nano composite structure on the fiber surface of the fabric by carbon copolymerization covalent grafting reaction. The method II prepares a durable opaque coating with a vacuum-deposited layer, particularly useful on mechanical components or for any other applications not requiring an optically clear coating. conclusion: This paper provides an important basis for optimizing the preparation process of superhydrophobic structures, synthesizing and developing environmentally friendly superhydrophobic materials, extending the service life of superhydrophobic materials, and provides specific guidance for improving the superhydrophobic properties and durability and enhancing the combination of superhydrophobic surfaces with additional functions.

Long-Range Uniform SiCxOy Beaded Carbon Fibers for Efficient Microwave Absorption.

SiCxOy beaded carbon fibers were successfully fabricated for the first time using a facile and stable electrospinning and temperature process. The resulting fibers showcase a unique micro-nanocomposite structure, in which β-SiC beads with a silica-enriched surface are strung together with defect carbon fibers, as confirmed by XRD, XPS, and HRTEM investigation. The SiCxOy beaded carbon fibers display efficient microwave absorption performance, with a minimum reflection loss of -58.53 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.92 GHz. A modified Drude-Lorentz model was developed for SiCxOy beaded carbon fibers to reveal the double-peaked feature of the permittivity of these fibers, which is in good agreement with experimental measurements. Moreover, simulations were performed to extract polarized electric fields and microwave energy volume losses within a typical distribution of SiCxOy beaded carbon fibers. It is concluded that the dipole relaxation and hopping migration of localized electrons give a superior contribution to the overall decay of the microwave energy. This study indicates that SiCxOy beaded carbon fibers with a unique micro-nanocomposite structure hold great promise for microwave absorption applications. Additionally, this fabrication strategy offers a unique approach to producing micro-nanocomposite structures and highlights their potential applications.

An investigation on the adhesion of dual-scale micro-nano composite structure on the surface of aluminum

Adhesion is a crucial characteristic of hydrophobic surfaces that significantly impacts their practical applications. This paper proposes an innovative method for preparing a dual-scale micro-nano composite structure surface by combining mechanical ruling and anodic oxidation, which demonstrates great potential in enhancing hydrophobic surface properties. Through the analysis of the influence of micro-groove depth on the adhesion of hydrophobic surfaces, it has been discovered that micro-groove dimensions can be used to control surface adhesion while maintaining hydrophobicity, without complex chemical modifications. These findings present a promising approach for tailoring the properties of hydrophobic surfaces to suit specific applications. Compared with the single-scale micro-groove array structures, the surface roughness of the dual-scale micro-nano composite structures is significantly increased, and the contact angle of the water droplet is significantly increased. At the same time, the hydrophobicity and adhesion of the surface of the dual-scale micro-nano composite structures were analyzed. The results show that after anodizing, the contact angle of the dual-scale micro-nano composite structure surface increases, and the surface adhesion can be controlled by adjusting the structural parameters of the micro-groove and the anodizing process parameters, to ensure that the surface presents hydrophobic property while realizing the controllable adhesion of the hydrophobic surface. In this paper, dual-scale micro-nano composite structures fabricated by the composite method have achieved hydrophobic properties, and the surface adhesion can be effectively controlled by adjusting the processing parameters. This method has certain reference significance for the preparation of the controllable adhesive hydrophobic surface and lays a foundation for the further study of the controllable adhesive hydrophobic surface.

A new TiBN conductive ceramic powder and its application in copper-based electrical contact materials

In this paper, a new TiBN micro-nano powder was synthesized by boronizing sintering method. The TiBN powder exhibits specific micro-nano composite structure, which is composed of TiBN crystal and amorphous layer of nanometer size. The amorphous structure mostly distributes along particle boundary with minimum thickness of 2 nm. The TiBN powder shows combined ceramic and metallic properties with an exordinary electrical conductivity, having an electrical resistivity of 2.655 × 10−5 Ωm (much better than that of TiN, TiCN, TiB2 and TiC). Solid dissolution of B into TiN decreases the number electron of the system and pull down the Fermi level, making the electron present a quasi-linear dispersion contributing to excellent electrical conductivity of TiBN powder. Such TiBN can be used as conductive phase and reinforcing phase in electrical contact materials. Additionally, the TiBN significantly improve the arc erosion resistance of copper-based electrical contact without reducing the electrical conductivity of copper. When the reinforced phase content was 2.5 wt%, the resistivity of Cu/TiBN was 0.26 × 10−6 Ωm, which was only 20.5% that of Cu/TiN. TiO2, Ti3O5, B2O3 and N2 were formed on the surface of Cu/TiBN samples during arc erosion. Such products can significantly enhance the arc erosion resistance of Cu/TiBN electrical contact materials. This TiBN powder synthesis route can be used to prepare bulk materials in engineering materials industry. In addition, it has attractive research value and broad application prospects in photovoltaic cells and energy storage collector applications including lithium batteries, supercapacitors, and fuel cells.

Electrospun Nanocomposite Fibrous Membranes for Sustainable Face Mask Based on Triboelectric Nanogenerator with High Air Filtration Efficiency.

Air pollution caused by the rapid development of industry has always been a great issue to the environment and human being's health. However, the efficient and persistent filtration to PM0.3 remains a great challenge. Herein, a self-powered filter with micro-nano composite structure composed of polybutanediol succinate (PBS) nanofiber membrane and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber/polystyrene (PS) microfiber hybrid mats was prepared by electrospinning. The balance between pressure drop and filtration efficiency was achieved through the combination of PAN and PS. In addition, an arched TENG structure was created using the PAN nanofiber/PS microfiber composite mat and PBS fiber membrane. Driven by respiration, the two fiber membranes with large difference in electronegativity achieved contact friction charging cycles. The open-circuit voltage of the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) can reach to about 8V, and thus the high filtration efficiency for particles was achieved by the electrostatic capturing. After contact charging, the filtration efficiency of the fiber membrane for PM0.3 can reach more than 98% in harsh environments with a PM2.5 mass concentration of 23,000µg/m3, and the pressure drop is about 50Pa, which doesn't affect people's normal breathing. Meanwhile, the TENG can realize self-powered supply by continuously contacting and separating the fiber membrane driven by respiration, which can ensure the long-term stability of filtration efficiency. The filter mask can maintain a high filtration efficiency (99.4%) of PM0.3 for 48 consecutive hours in daily environments. Construction of layered double hydroxides on wood surfaces for wood coloring

Wood dyeing usually requires a large concentration of metal solution, which when released to the atmosphere as waste liquid, causes pollution. In this study, a metal-organic framework (MOF) with micron-size structure was in-situ grown on a wood surface as a template and precursor for a layered double hydroxide (LDH). The LDH had a nanoscale structure and was generated on the wood surface from ultra-low concentration NiCl2 solution. The generation was based on a hydrolytically induced exchange process between the MOF and hydroxide ions. The results of following this procedure showed that petal-like Co/Ni-LDH with micro-nano composite structure was formed on the wood surface. Due to the LDH, a uniform light green color was formed on the wood surface at a reaction temperature and time of 60 ℃ in 34 min, respectively. To improve the hydrophobicity of the LDH layer, a long chain alkyl with low surface energy was introduced into the lamellae from a sodium stearate solution, constructing a superhydrophobic layer on the wood surface. The modified wood surface showed excellent UV light aging and water resistances. Moreover, Ni2+ was replaced with Mn2+, Fe3+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ ions and dark brown, yellow, blue, and white colors, respectively, were formed on wood. The present method is also suitable for other wood. Wood surface color adjusted by LDH uses low concentration of metal salt solution and proved to be a mild and green wood color toning method.

Ultra-fast synthesis of Bi2Te3−xSex based compounds with micro-nano composite structure at room temperature by reactive flash sintering

The synthesis of Bi2Te3−xSex (x = 0 and 0.3) compounds in a few seconds at room temperature was realized by reactive flash sintering method using Bi, Te and Se raw powders. The phase transition and microstructure evolution during flash sintering were systematically studied relating to the duration time, power density and sample temperature. The synthesized Bi2Te3−xSex compounds have micro-nano composite structure, which are composed of 5–10 μm lamellar crystal and 10–20 nm nanograin. It is suggested that the instantaneously generated local Joule heat throughout the sample and the resulted ultra-high self-heating rate approaching tens of thousands K/min are responsible for the synthesis of highly crystalline Bi2Te3−xSex. The synthesis mechanism is proposed, including Joule heating, melting, chemical reaction, nucleation and grain growth. This highly efficient and economic synthesis method of Bi2Te3−xSex compounds with micro-nano composite structure has great potential for application in the field of thermoelectric industry.

MOF-derived LDH modified flame-retardant polyurethane sponge for high-performance oil-water separation: Interface engineering design based on bioinspiration.

Frequent petrochemical spill accidents and secondary fire hazards have threatened the ecological environment and environmental safety. The traditional purification technology has the problems of high energy consumption and secondary pollution, which also brings new challenges to spill disposal. Herein, we demonstrate a biomimetic structure-based flame-retardant polyurethane (PU) sponge (FPUF@MOF-LDH@HDTMS) for continuous oil-water separation. Inspired by desert beetle and lotus leaf, the biomimetic micro-nano composite structure was constructed by in-situ growth of metal-organic framework-derived layered double hydroxide (MOF-LDH) on the surface of the PU sponge. After grafting MOF-LDH with hexadecyltrimethoxysilane, FPUF@MOF-LDH@HDTMS showed excellent superhydrophobic/superoleophilic performance (water contact angle=153° and oil contact angle=0°). FPUF@MOF-LDH@HDTMS can easily and quickly adsorb oily liquids suspended/settled in the water thanks to the unique bionic structure. FPUF@MOF-LDH@HDTMS has excellent oil/organic solvents absorption capacity; even after 20 cycles of use still maintains high adsorption capacity. More importantly, the continuous oil-water separation through FPUF@MOF-LDH@HTMS has achieved a separation efficiency of up to 99.1%. In addition, the bionic superhydrophobic sponge has excellent flame retardancy, which reduces the possibility of secondary fire caused by PU sponges. Thus, the biomimetic micro-nano composite structure provides a new design strategy for the more high-performance oil-water separation sponges.

Fabrication of superhydrophobic concrete with stable mechanical properties and self-cleaning properties

Superhydrophobic concrete has the ability to remove surface stains and resist water erosion. In this paper, a fabrication medium of self-cleaning concrete with green environmental protection and stable mechanical properties is proposed. Hierarchical micro-nano composite structure was obtained by directly copying the micro-nano composite structure from the modified copper mesh to the surface of the newly poured concrete and then using octadecylamine-grafted humic acid to obtain low surface energy. Moreover, the microstructure and chemical composition of the fabricated concrete were characterized. The superhydrophobicity, wetting durability, and self-cleaning performance of the fabricated concrete were studied. Results indicated that the water contact angle of the prepared S-concrete reaches 158° and the water sliding angle were as low as 5°. In addition, due to the successful replication of the micro-nano composite structure, the precast concrete has good mechanical stability and self-cleaning performance compared with ordinary concrete.

Simple anodic oxidation method for the preparation of superhydrophobic stainless-steel mesh for oil-water separation

Nowadays, all kinds of oil products have become an important pillar of human economic development. The generation and leakage of oily wastewater in the process of oil collection, processing and transportation will have a bad impact on human and nature. Oil-water separation has become a research hotspot. Materials with special wettability have attracted great attention. In this work, 316L stainless-steel mesh with micro-nano composite structure on the surface was obtained by a simple anodic oxidation method. After perfluorooctanoic acid modification, superhydrophobicity was obtained, which showed reverse affinity to oil and water, and could realize the separation and collection of oil in oil-water mixture. The separation efficiency of various oils was above 95 %. After 15 separation cycles for N-hexane and water mixture, the separation efficiency was still above 96 %. The simple anodic oxidation method can complete the construction of micro-nano composite structure of 316L stainless-steel mesh within 5 min, which has high preparation efficiency, and the superhydrophobic stainless-steel mesh can also be reused.

Superhydrophobic coatings based on bionic mineralization for improving the durability of marine concrete

Designing a stable superhydrophobic surface has been a current research focus. A functional bionic mineralized layer is introduced into the coating system to enhance the applicability. In the process of bionic mineralization induced by dopamine, silver ions were in situ reduced to nanosilver by dopamine in the interstices of mineralization products, forming a micro-nano composite structure by the mineralized grains and nanosilver microspheres. Then the superhydrophobic (CA = 153°) antibacterial coating was obtained by silane modification. The characterization of the coating shows that it can significantly improve the antibacterial effect, the mineralization layer and the silane molecular network can delay nanosilver loss. Furthermore, the superhydrophobic coating has extreme stability and its wettability hardly changes under abrasion, biological environment and freeze–thaw conditions, obtaining higher superhydrophobic, antibacterial and anti-icing performance. Considering the above properties, this novel superhydrophobic coating is anticipated to be a promising protective material which solves the corrosion, biofouling and freeze–thaw problems confronting marine concrete.

Electrochemical polishing assisted selective laser melting of biomimetic superhydrophobic metallic parts

Metallic superhydrophobic surfaces can be widely used in pipeline transportation, oil–water separation, anti-icing, biomedicine and industrial production owing to their excellent properties. The biologically non-smooth superhydrophobic structure provides a biomimetic prototype for superhydrophobic metal surface processing. However, processing micro-nano biomimetic structures on the internal surface of complex pipelines is difficult because of the limitations of traditional molding processes. Herein, a superhydrophobic butterfly wing is imitated via the selective laser melting technology to print a pit prototype on the surface during the complex parts forming, and then the bio-inspired superhydrophobic internal surface of the 316L stainless steel is successfully prepared by the processes of electrochemical polishing, chemical etching, fluorosilane modification, and low temperature drying, sequentially. The morphology, wettability, corrosion resistance, and elemental composition of the obtained surface are characterized. The results show that a uniform pit-shaped micro-nano composite structure is formed on the surface, the contact angle is up to 155°, the rolling angle is less than 10°, and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved. Finally, a complex superhydrophobic inner surface square tube with application value is successfully prepared, and its excellent superhydrophobicity and self-cleaning properties are verified. This fabrication method provides an idea for the complication of metal superhydrophobic structures, and will promote the application of additive manufacturing in the engineering field.
