ASSESSING THE DYNAMICS OF CHANGES IN ROAD SAFETY INDICATORS IN UKRAINE

Purpose. A study of road traffic in Ukraine shows that despite several legislative and regulatory documents aimed at improving road safety, the total number of road traffic accidents (RTAs) is increasing from 2015 to 2021. According to statistical data, each road traffic accident involves more than one injured person on average. A significant reduction in the accident rate can be achieved by developing a national action programme to improve road safety, which should be based on a systematic analysis of the nature and causes of road accidents. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive study of the level of road safety in Ukraine based on a systematic approach to assessing road accident data. Methodology. In the course of the research, the methods of regression analysis were used to study the absolute, specific and relative accident rates and the causes of accidents. All calculations were performed using Excel software. Results. This paper studies the international regulatory framework and national legislative documents aimed at improving traffic safety. An analysis of changes in absolute, specific and relative accident rates in 22 regions of the country is carried out. The general trends in accident rates in Ukraine from 2015 to 2021 are identified. The total number of road accidents in Ukraine, with some fluctuations in some years, has been increasing from 2015 to 2021. However, the percentage of road accidents with victims in the total number of accidents is decreasing. The social risk indicator in 2021 decreased by 15.86% compared to 2015. However, this figure remains almost twice as high as in top countries, where even those who died within 30 days of being injured in a road accident are taken into account. The scientific novelty. Based on the methods of mathematical statistics and regression analysis, the methods of estimating absolute, specific and relative accident rates, which take into account the number of victims, injured and killed in road accidents in the study of different regions of Ukraine, have been further developed. The practical significance. The obtained regression dependencies of accident rates can be used to formulate the provisions of an effective national road safety system aimed at significantly reducing the number of people killed and injured in road accidents, as well as reducing the economic losses caused by them.

Coordination of movements: identification of age-related dynamics of its development in karate boys 7-11 years old

The purpose of the study is to identify the age-related dynamics of the manifestation of coordination among junior and pre-pubescent karate boys (7-11 years old) training in the karate section at the initial stage of preparation. Materials and methods. The study involved 65 children of younger and prepubertal age. They underwent testing of coordination abilities in order to determine the level of development and identify the features of their manifestation in accordance with age and skill level. The selected sample was divided into five ages 7, 8, 9, 10 11 years old, with 13 children in each group. The children and their parents were aware of all the features of the study and gave their consent to participate in the experiment. The technical level of the children corresponded to the students of the 10th, 9th, 8th grades of Kyu (orange, orange with a blue stripe and blue belt color). To solve the tasks, the following research methods were used: study and analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, timing of educational tasks, testing of coordination abilities, pedagogical ascertaining experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed a significant effect of the age factor on the level of indicators of coordination abilities for: differentiation of spatial-dynamic parameters of movements (F = 95.712; p = 0.000); reorganization of motor actions (F = 111.410; p = 0.000); differentiation of spatial-temporal parameters (F = 50.863; p = 0.000); coordination of hand movements (F = 96.764; p = 0.000); maintaining postural stability (F = 38.274; p = 0.000); maintaining vestibular stability (F = 61.291; p = 0.000). Conclusions. Based on the results of studies indicators of various manifestations of coordination, statistically significant age differences are observed between groups of boys aged 7 to 10 years (p < 0.05). At 10-11 years old, there are no significant statistically significant differences in all indicators (p > 0.05), except for dynamic balance (p < 0.05).

Assessment of the functional capabilities of the heart and the severity of the stress response in women 30-49 years old who are starting to engage in fitness

In this article, based on the results of scientific publications, the current state of the fitness industry development in Kazakhstan in terms of the volume of fitness services and the number of people involved is studied. The results of our own research are presented using modern technologies: in particular, using the method of cardioscanning of cardiovascular system indicators, assessing the fitness level and cardiostress index, as well as based on bioimpedance analysis, the body mass index of untrained women (30-49 years old) of the Royal Club Bukhar Zhyrau fitness club in Almaty in a state of relative rest was determined. The bicycle ergometry method was used to assess the response of hemodynamic indicators of the surveyed contingent to standard physical activity of subthreshold intensity. The obtained data were processed using the methods of mathematical statistics and correlation analysis, analyzed, summarized and formulated in the research results.

The readiness of physical education and sports professionals to participate in educational activities for sustainable development of society

Purpose. To demonstrate the influence of the author’s methodological system on the formation of future specialists in physical culture and sports and their readiness for educational activities for sustainable development of society. Material and methods. The study involved 390 students from the faculties of physical education of T. H. Shevchenko National University "Chernihiv Colehium", the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Sumy State University, and Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, future specialists in physical culture and sports. Students were informed about the features of the study and voluntarily participated in the pedagogical experiment. The participants of the study are represented by both sexes of different courses, from which the control and experimental groups were formed. Methods used: pedagogical experiments, surveys, questionnaires, testing, analysis, synthesis and generalisation of information; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. At the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, the indicator of readiness for educational activities for sustainable development of society in the control and experimental groups was almost the same at all levels, with a significant predominance of low levels. 69.35% and 65.09% of respondents in the control and experimental groups had a low level of the studied indicator, 18.06% and 19.08% –satisfactory level, 9.81% and 10.44% – average level, and 2.78% and 5.42% – high level, respectively. At the end of the experiment, a positive impact of the methodological training system on the studied quality was observed. At the final stage of the study, Pearson's correlation coefficient was χ2empirical = 22.67, with a critical value χ2critical = 5.99 (p < 0.05). The most significant changes were observed in the cognitive and practical components of readiness. The number of students with low levels decreased by 2.8 times and almost 2 times, the number of students with satisfactory levels increased by 6.8 times and 2.8 times, and the number of students with average levels of cognitive and practical components increased by 14.8 and 6.5 times, respectively. The number of students with a high level of development in the practical component of readiness for educational activities for sustainable development of society increased by 2.5 times. In the control group, at the end of the pedagogical experiment, there were no significant changes in the indicators of any of the studied components of physical education and sports specialists’ readiness for educational activities for sustainable development. Conclusions. The experimental methodological system has a positive impact on the formation of future physical education and sport specialists’ readiness to participate in educational activities for sustainable development of society. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment in both groups, on average, 68.56% respondents had a low, 19.49% satisfactory, 9.12% average, and 2.83% high level of readiness for educational activities for sustainable development. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, the indicators in the experimental group improved significantly: the number of students with a low level of the studied indicator (30.18%) decreased by 2.3 times; the number of students with a satisfactory level increased by 1.8 times (35.37%); and the number of students with medium (26.11%) and high (8.33%) levels of readiness for educational activities for sustainable development of society increased by 2.9 times.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FORMING TECHNOLOGY MULTI-GROUP TRAINS ON DIFFERENT SORTING DEVICES

Purpose. The purpose of the work is a comparative analysis of the multi-group trains forming technology on various sorting devices for solve the task of choosing the best sorting device depending on the initial conditions (combination of train and sorting devices parameters) using both one-sided and two-sided methods of forming such trains. Method. The methods of combinatorics, mathematical statistics and simulation modeling were used for comparative analysis of the of forming multigroup trains methods. The formalization of both classical one-sided and adapted two-sided formation methods was taken from published scientific publications. Results. An illustration of the use of one-sided and two-sided forming methods for real trains allows a better understanding of the reason for the superiority of some methods over others for certain initial conditions. As a result, with the help of a simulation model, the time indicators of the formation of multi-group trains were obtained for various initial conditions, the comparison of which allows to establish the best option for the implementation of the technology of the formation of multi-group trains. Practical importance. The performed analysis allows to choose the best method for each specific case of the initial conditions which will speed up the formation process and reduce the idling time of local cars at the stations. For this purpose, it is advisable to include the specified forming algorithm in the station dispatching staff decision-making support system, which based on the data about the cars parameters and given classification tracks specialization that used to form such trains, will allow to obtain the time parameters of train forming in different ways and choose the best of them (for example, with the minimum duration of the train formation), for which a shunting work plan will be offered.

RESEARCH AND EVALUATION OF LOGISTICS SCHEMES EFFICIENCY FOR THE GRAIN LOADS TRANSPORTATION FOR EXPORT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MILITARY STATE

Purpose. The aim of the work is to study the effectiveness of various logistics schemes for the delivery of grain cargoes for export from production sites to its transshipment points - to sea ports and to border terminals on the border with the countries of the European Union. Methodology. In the research process analysis and synthesis methods were used to study the content and main provisions of scientific publications on the state of the logistic system of transporting Ukrainian grain for export, the theory of operational work of railways for the development of logistics schemes for the delivery of grain cargoes, methods of mathematical statistics for the analysis of tariffs for road transportation, methods of technical economic calculations and determination of transportation tariffs. Results. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of grain delivery logistics schemes, the routes from one of the areas with the largest concentration of grain loading to a large seaport and to a railway and road border checkpoint were considered. At the same time, the following logistics schemes of grain delivery were chosen: automobile transportation by grain trucks and in containers, railway transportation by wagons and route shipments in grain wagons and in containers on fitting platforms. Calculations showed that transportation costs in the direction of ports are 10...15% lower than for transportation to land checkpoints; rail transportation is generally 30...40% cheaper than road transportation, and transportation in containers allows to save 20...25% of the cost of transportation. Scientific novelty. The obtained results make it possible to provide a scientific and economic basis for the development and improvement of the grain cargo transportation system, as well as for the optimization of the parameters of its individual links. Practical significance. Analysis and improvement of grain transportation logistics schemes will increase the efficiency of grain export logistics, reduce the share of the logistics component in the final cost of Ukrainian grain and, accordingly, increase both its competitiveness on foreign markets and foreign currency revenues to the state budget.

Setting of seeds during Agrobacterium-mediated winter wheat transformation by in planta method

Aim. To investigate the frequency of seeds setting and the formation of transgenic plants during Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of winter wheat by the in planta method using different methods of applying agrobacteria and the composition of inoculation media. Methods. Agrobacterium-mediated transformation by in planta method, molecular genetic analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. A significant difference was found in the studied genotypes of winter wheat according to the indicator seed setting depending on the A. tumefaciens strain used and the inoculation medium. When comparing the effect of different strains of agrobacteria on this indicator, no significant differences between them were established, however, a tendency to increase the frequency of seed formation was observed when using the LBA4404 strain. When using the MS-22 inoculation medium, which additionally contained 12.5 mM MES, 4 mM NH4CI, 5.5 mM MgSO4, a certain increase in the number of formed seeds was also observed compared to the MS-21 medium supplemented with sodium thiosulfate, the frequency of seed setting increased in on average by 5 %. Conclusions. The genotypic dependence of the frequency of seed setting and the formation of transgenic plants with the use of different inoculation media and the method of the transformation procedure was established.

Program for forming psychological readiness for professional communication in future pre-school education teachers during the process of studying at university

Introduction. The article deals with the problem of preparing specialists of the preschool education system for future professional activity in the process of studying at higher school. The authors present the basic concept for the creation and implementation of the main stages of the program for the formation of psychological readiness among students of preschool education for professional communication with all subjects of the educational process. The modular principle of designing a program based on the main components of the structure of psychological readiness is discussed, and the need to increase the practical training of future teachers of preschool education is noted. Materials and Methods. The research used: theoretical methods: analysis of scientific publications, psychological and pedagogical literature; synthesis and interpretation, method of generalization and systematization of information, modeling of the process of formation of psychological readiness for professional communication; empirical research methods: psychological and pedagogical experiment, testing, direct and indirect observation, proximetric techniques; data analysis methods: methods of mathematical statistics, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results. Results. The authors substantiate and concretize the scientific and theoretical foundations, approaches and principles, organizational, psychodidactic and psychological-pedagogical conditions, present a detailed approbation of the program, assess the dynamics of the formation of psychological readiness for professional communication among future teachers of preschool education. The program allows undergraduate students to consistently master general cultural and general psychological communicative competencies; skills, abilities, actions of planning, designing, building, accumulating individual experience of interpersonal and professional communication with different subjects of the educational process; building personalized communication models with different target groups and subjects of education; to form the initial style of professional communication of the future teacher, his value-semantic, a substantial and structural-organizationaloutline. Discussion and Conclusions. The performed research has shown the need and possibility of systematic and systematic formation of psychological readiness for professional communication among students of preschool education in the process of studying at a university. The psychological readiness of students of preschool education has its own characteristics and correlates with the requirements for the professional competencies of a future teacher of preschool education.

Formation of professional identity and motivation among future primary school teachers in the process of educational practice

Introduction. The article examines the problem of forming professional identity and motivation among students in the process of mastering the discipline “Educational practice (research work (obtaining primary skills in research work))”. The current stage of professional training of future teachers is focused on mastering the methods of integrating educational subjects for organizing developmental research activities, which is reflected in the “Core of Higher Pedagogical Education.” The purpose of the article is to substantiate the way of formation of professional identity and motivation of future teachers in the process of educational practice (research work (obtaining primary research skills)”. Materials and Methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis, a method of diagnostic analysis, including a questionnaire of professional identity of students (U. S. Rodygina), diagnosing the internal position of students in relation to their future profession, the components of which are the characteristics of the professional identity of students “Emotional attitude” and “ Conscious activity"; a methodology for determining motivation for vocational training (V.G. Katashev), which allows one to study and analyze the level of motivation of students in the context of their vocational education; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Testing students – future primary school teachers in the process of educational practice to obtain primary skills in research work allowed us to conclude that the motivation of future primary school teachers is normal. As a result of the study, it was revealed that according to the questionnaire “Professional Identity of Students” (U. S. Rodygina), the highest average score was noted on the scale “positive emotions associated with meeting a person’s needs in the profession”, the lowest average score corresponds to the scale “position of a student’s passive attitude” to the acquired profession”. The results obtained from the diagnostic “Methodology for determining motivation for vocational training” showed that the highest average score corresponds to the normal level of motivation, the lowest – to the average level of motivation. Discussion and Conclusions. The obtained results of the study substantiate the relevance of the problem of forming professional identity and motivation among students of the faculty of primary school teacher training in the process of educational practice. The educational practice carried out at the faculty plays a key role in the formation of students’ primary research skills. The peculiarities of the implementation of this type of practice is that the process of training future teachers consists of three modules: methodological foundations of scientific knowledge; methods of psychological and pedagogical research; registration of the results of scientific work. Each module is aimed at achieving the goal of practice: obtaining primary research skills in organizing and conducting psychological and pedagogical research in education, processing and presenting its results. The module tasks are aimed at students performing a number of practical actions: studying the fundamentals of the scientific method; choosing a topic and research question; literature review; data collection and analysis; interpretation of results; writing a scientific article or report; preparing a presentation; public speaking practice; cooperation with the scientific supervisor; publication and feedback. The authors emphasize the effectiveness of the tasks used in the process of developing students’ research skills.

Sports injury research of basketball specialized college students

Based on the investigation of basketball sports injury of the students in University, the questionnaire was collected, and the location and incidence rate of students in basketball were: finger(26.42%),ankle joint(22.54%),knee joint(11.92%),wrist(10.10%) and back(8.81%).The cause and incidence of damage are: to prepare activities(30.9%),to break the rules(25.13%), the technical error (19.43%),and the site(13.47%).Through literature review, interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method, the conclusion is that college students in basketball sports injury, because they do not seriously do the preparatory activities, technical differences, poor thinking, self-protection awareness, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the student injury in basketball.

New compounds with a dihydropyridine framework as promising hypolipidemic and hepatoprotective agents

Introduction: To solve the problem of complex and safe pharmacological correction of metabolic disorders, including hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and liver lesions is currently very important. With this in mind, the new derivatives of cyanothioacetamide with a dihydropyridine framework, with a potential effect on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and the functioning of the liver are of great interest. Materials and Methods: To conduct an experiment, three samples were selected from an extensive library of new cyanothioacetamide derivatives, which, according to in silico studies, proved promising towards the positive effect on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as towards the protective effect on the liver. To study the compounds in vivo, metabolic disorders were simulated in Wistar rats by long -term alimentary and subsequent dexamethasone loads. The pharmacological efficacy of new compounds AZ-383, AZ-257, AZ-020 (administered in a dose of 1 mg/kg for 14 days) was assessed in comparison with metformin (300 mg/kg for 14 days) and vildagliptin (8 mg/kg for 14 days) by determining the biochemical indicators of blood (ALT, AST, total bilirubin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose), morphological and morphometric studies of the liver sections, and the study of immunohistochemical indicators of hepatocyte proliferation. The experimental results were statistically processed using the recognized methods of mathematical statistics. When processing the experimental data, the average arithmetic (AA) was determined. The statistical significance of the compared options was determined on the basis of the Student’s t-test, with the critical value of the Student’s t-test equal to 2.101 and the significance level α = 0.05. Results: The study shows that all the new compounds studied in the experiment – AZ-383, AZ-257, AZ-020 – have hypolipidemic and hepatoprotective properties, which manifested in the reduced levels of liver biochemical markers of blood, which had increased after simulating metabolic disorders, in the reduced concentration of total cholesterol and triglycerides in blood, in the normalization of liver microarchitecture, as well as in the proliferative activity of hepatocytes. Discussion: The hepatoprotective and hypolypidemic properties of the new derivatives of cyanothioacetamide with a dihydropyridine framework, which were determined while conducting the experiment, can be accounted for by their effects on the biotargets, identified for AZ-383, AZ-257, and AZ-020 in silico. According to the results, the most pronounced hepatoprotective activity was found in AZ-383 (intragastrically, 1 mg/kg for 14 days). The Ki-67 proliferation index under the influence of this compound was registered at the level of 1.48±0.03%, which exceeds this indicator in the control animals and proves a significant hepatoprotective activity of AZ-383. Conclusion: The results show good prospects and high efficacy of the new studied cyanothioacetamide derivatives, such as AZ-383, AZ-257, AZ-020 (in a dose of 1 mg/kg), in terms of comprehensive correction of metabolic disorders. Further study is needed for this class of compounds.

Optimization of Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction of Phenolics from Satureja hortensis L. and Antioxidant Activity: Response Surface Methodology Approach

The extract of the plant species Satureja hortensis L. (often used as traditional ethno-therapy and in food processing) was prepared using the ultrasonic extraction technique, and contains a large quantity of secondary metabolites, with scientific evidence for antioxidant, antimicrobial, sedative, antispastic and antidiarrheal activities. Process optimization was carried out using a mathematical–statistical method (response surface methodology—RSM), which models and examines the effects of three levels and three variables on the observed response. The investigated responses were the content of total phenolic components (TPC) and total flavonoids (TFC), as well as tests of antioxidant activity at the level of radicals. The independent variables were ethanol concentration (40–80%), temperature (40–80 °C) and the liquid–solid ratio (10–30 mL/g). Results from this study were entered into a second-degree polynomial with multiple non-linear regression. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to find the most favorable environment for assessing the model’s performance and effectiveness with an ethanol concentration of 20%, temperature of 80 °C and LSR of 21.4 mL/g. ANOVA assessed the model’s significance, and a second-order polynomial model described the relationships between variables and responses. Diagnostic plots confirmed the model’s adequacy and reliability. The estimated values were 4.11 mg chlorogenic acid equivalents per gram of dry weight (CEA/g), 2.18 mg of rutin equivalents per gram of dry weight (RE/g), and 0.030 mg/mL and 0.030 mg/mL for TPC, TFC, IC50 and EC50, respectively. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) examination revealed that the prominent substance in the tested extract is rosmarinic acid (46,172 µg/mL), followed by chlorogenic acid (1519 µg/mL).

Air pollution and grouping of cities according to their environmental status

In the article, the ecological situation of the cities located in the Kura-Araz plain is analyzed. Our study area is the most populated and most important agricultural region in the country. The possibility of environmental pollution is also high in the area located on the east- west roads. In particular, the pollutants released into the atmosphere were analyzed and the results were determined. During the research, the atmospheric pollution in the cities during the historical period was studied using the mathematical-statistical method. Ecological zoning of cities was carried out using GIS technologies. The main source of air pollution in cities is cars, their number, and the use of outdated cars. Another reason is the important industrial cities located in the study area. Substances released into the air from industrial enterprises pollute the atmosphere of the cities. It was determined that the environmental situation is more intense in cities where large industrial enterprises are located. There are large, medium and small cities in the study area. The main polluting cities are the cities of Mingachevir and Shirvan, which belong to the group of large and medium cities because the most important industrial enterprises of the country are located here. Also, these cities are important power centers of the country. These cities differ from others in terms of population. At the same time, we have included the city of Yevlakh in the group of cities with an important role in atmospheric pollution. As a result of the analysis, ecological zoning of cities was carried out. At this time, 3 gradations were used. During this zoning, the pollution of the atmosphere was taken into account. The influence of carbon monoxide CO2, carbon oxides CHx, nitrogen oxides NOx and sulfur oxides SOx on atmospheric air in cities was analyzed. The main cause of pollution is the location at the intersection of highways. The location on the east-west roads has made the ecological situation in the cities even more tense. Especially in Mingachevir and Shirvan, the environmental situation is more intense.

Socio-psychological characteristics of psychoemotional states of Ukrainians during the first week of the Russian-Ukrainian war

Introduction: Analysing the current conditions associated with the influence of the Russian invasion, one can observe the spread of dramatic changes in the mental and emotional manifestations of the Ukrainian population. In this context, the study of social and psychological factors that directly provoke the spread of so-called psychoemotional deviations becomes particularly relevant. The purpose is to investigate and analyse Ukrainians' socio-psychological behaviour in the early days of a full-scale invasion and identify factors that explain the population's high psychoemotional variability during the war's most critical stage.Methods: Among the research methods used were the method of generalised and comparative system analysis and synthesis, a hidden survey of the population of Ukraine, and the methods of mathematical statistics and modelling.Results: Based on scientific sources and empirical material analysis, the authors investigated the psychoemotional states of the Ukrainian population during the first week of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The problem is the excessive detection of crisis psychoemotional states and the inability to provide timely psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance, which can lead to chronic psychosomatic manifestations and somatic and mental illnesses. To this purpose, it is vital to understand what psychoemotional difficulties Ukrainians most commonly face, especially in the early days of the conflict, when panic attacks, escapes, anger, a lack of empathy, and emotions are common.Conclusions: This implies the practical significance of the conducted research, which includes the use of various psychological techniques for both self-help and mutual assistance in some cases of psychoemotional disorders

Analysis on typical characteristics and causes of coal mine gas explosion accidents in China.

Large-scale coal mine gas explosion (CMGE) accidents have occurred occasionally and exerted a devastating effect on society. Therefore, it is essential to systematically identify the characteristics and association rules of causes of CMGE accidents through analysis on large-scale CMGE accident reports. In this study, 298 large-scale CMGE accidents in China from 2000 to 2021 were taken as the data sample, and mathematical statistical methods were adopted to analyze their general characteristics, coupling cross characteristics, and characteristics of gas accumulation and ignition sources. Moreover, the text mining technology and the Apriori algorithm were used for exploring the formation mechanism of CMGE accidents, during which 46 main causal factors were identified and 59 strong association rules were obtained. Furthermore, an accident causation network was constructed based on the co-occurrence matrix. The key causal items and sets of CMGE accidents were clarified through network centrality analysis. According to the research results, electrical equipment failure, cable short circuit, mine lamp misfire, hot-line work, and blasting spark are the key ignition sources of CMGE. Fan failure, airflow short circuit, and local ventilation fan damage are the main causes of gas accumulation. Besides, the confidence levels of two association rules of "static spark-fan failure" and "blasting spark-airflow short circuit" are higher than 70%, indicating that they are the two dominant risk-coupling paths of gas explosions. In addition, six causes appear frequently in the shortest risk paths of gas explosion and are closely related to other causes, i.e., fan failure, local ventilation fan damage, static sparks, electrical equipment failure, self-heating ignition, and friction impact sparks. This study provides a new perspective on identifying causes of accidents and their complex association mechanisms from accident report data for practical guidance in risk assessment and accident prevention.

Organizing physical education and sports within the framework of a school sports club based on the trainees’ needs and interests

Introduction. The report of the latest study of the World Health Organization ‘Health Behavior in School-Aged Children’, aimed to gain an understanding of the adolescents’ health in Europe and North America, presents the results on the health and well-being of adolescents from 45 countries and regions; it revealed that only 19% of adolescents comply with recommendations regarding one-hour daily physical activity. The study aims to practically substantiate the organization of physical education and sports within the framework of a school sports club based on the trainees’ needs and interests. Materials and methods. The experiment involved 78 students aged 10-17. The research was carried out at the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution ‘P.P. Balyuk Secondary School No. 56’ in Grozny, Chechen Republic (Russian Federation). From the students of 3 experimental groups (13 people each), educational and training groups were formed, which (in addition to the school PE program) attended sections at the school sports club. Methods of mathematical statistics were: arithmetic mean, Student's t-test. Research results. The experimental methodology was developed as programs of educational and training sessions for football, volleyball and basketball as the most popular and attractive sports for schoolchildren. Comparative analysis and mathematical processing of the experimental results showed statistically significant changes in the indicators of younger schoolchildren in agility (t=3; p <0.05), speed (t=5.9; p <0.05), strength (t=2.9; p <0.05) and flexibility (t=8.9; p <0.05), in middle school students in agility (t=10.2; p <0.05), speed (t=7.3; p <0.05), strength (t=4.9; p <0.05) and flexibility (t=9.4; p <0.05), and in high school students in agility (t=7.3; p <0.05), speed (t=7.3; p <0.05), strength (t=4.3; p <0.05) and flexibility (t=9.3; p <0.05). Conclusion. The obtained data demonstrate the positive dynamics provided by the methodology of organizing PE and sports within the framework of a school sports club based on the trainees’ needs and interests. This proves the chosen method effective, namely, in increasing the scope of physical activity and developing the physical qualities of schoolchildren – the most reliable indicators of their involvement in PE and sports.

Implementation of the practice-oriented mathematics teaching methodology to future rescue engineers

Introduction. In modern conditions, the practice-oriented training of rescue engineers, whose professional activities are associated with high-risk situations, is being updated. The purpose of the study is to describe the implementation of the author's methodology of practical-oriented training in mathematics of future specialists in fire and technosphere safety and experimental verification of efficiency. Materials and methods. The experimental training was attended by 685 students of the Donetsk Institute of the State Fire Service (Russian Federation), studying in the specialty "Fire safety" and the areas of training "Technosphere safety" (321 students in experimental groups, 347 in control groups). Methods of mathematical statistics: Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Fisher's exact test, Chi square test, Student's t-test. Results. The methodology of practice-oriented teaching mathematics to future rescue engineers has been developed. Mathematical training of students based on a practice-oriented approach ensures the formation of students' practice-oriented skills and mathematical modeling skills in the field of civil protection, as well as the development of personal qualities of a rescuer. Practice-oriented learning technologies are used: integration of educational and future professional activities of students, educational and practice-oriented research activities. Practice-oriented teaching methods are used (imitation of the practical activities of rescue engineers, "rapid response" and practice-oriented visualization of mathematical objects). The implementation of the developed teaching methodology contributes to the effective formation of practice-oriented mathematical competence among students (T = 0.32, α = 0.05). Conclusions. The implementation of practical-oriented training in mathematics of future specialists methodology in fire and technosphere safety contributes to increasing the level of development of practical-oriented mathematical competence due to the formation of personal qualities of the rescue engineer and his value orientations, knowledge of mathematical and practical-oriented knowledge, skills and methods of activity in mathematical and computer modeling.

Influence of Personal, Psychofunctional Qualities Students for the Formation of Professional Artistic Skills

Problem and goal. The article presents materials from a study of the problem of the influence of personal, psychofunctional qualities of students on the effectiveness of the formation of professional skills in visual activity. The study of the innate psycho-functional inclinations of perceptual perception on the process of forming students’ imaginative thinking makes it possible to improve the quality of learning and effectively implement the acquired skills to create an artistic image. The development of students’ creative abilities in the process of professional training allows them to develop an interest in independent intellectual activity and improve professional skills in creative activities. The purpose of the article is to study the influence of personal, psychofunctional qualities of students in the “Design” direction on the formation of professional skills in visual arts. Methodology. The study used methods for assessing the creative thinking of students: Personal creative characteristics of F. Williams (1980), E. E. Tunik. Self-organization of activities Mandrikova E. Yu. Assessment of students’ mastery of graphic skills was carried out according to generally accepted criteria for visual activity. The results obtained were processed by methods of mathematical statistics using the software package “Statistica 10.0 for Windows”. Studying the problem of developing the creative potential of the innate, creative inclinations of the individual allows us to solve the problem of developing professional skills in visual arts. The results of the study indicate that the formation of professional skills in visual arts is determined by individual, innate inclinations of creative thinking; imagination, curiosity, the ability to find new solutions and apply complex techniques when performing a drawing. At the same time, determination in combination with self-organization of educational activities is the basis for the effective development of artistic and professional skills. Conclusion. As a result of the study, it was found that the effectiveness of the formation of professional skills in visual arts among students is determined by the innate inclinations of creative thinking: purposefulness, focus on the present, attentive attitude to the technique of representation, in combination with self-organization of educational activities, such as a necessary condition for the effectiveness of mastering professional skills, at the same time, for students with a dominant, passive, sensory-emotional perception of the world around them, orderliness and perseverance, as indicators of self-organization of activity, have a relatively subjective nature of application in the process of visual activity.

Job satisfaction as a condition for teachers’ psychological well-being: An empirical study

Introduction. The article examines the problem of the correlations between teachers’ psychological well-being and job satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to identify the components of teachers’ psychological well-being and compare the level of psychological well-being of teachers with different attitudes towards the profession. Materials and Methods. The methodological basis of the study includes research articles by Russian and international scholars in the field of psychological well-being as a general scientific phenomenon and psychological well-being of teachers in particular. In order to collect empirical data, surveys were conducted in three municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region (N=1484 teachers) in 2021-2022 using the five-factor questionnaire TIPI-RU, the Meaning-in-Life Orientations test, the Muddy’s Resilience test, the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale, the Positive and Negative Affect Scale, and the Life Satisfaction Scale (E. Diener). Methods of mathematical statistics were used to process the results obtained. Results. The main results of the study consist in identification of several regularities that influence the state of teachers’ psychological well-being in the surveyed municipalities. The authors found that the use of various sets of techniques gives comparable results on the phenomenon under study, and the key component of the psychological well-being of respondents is their attitude towards their work. The identified set of personal qualities is decisive for the analysis of the relationship between attitude towards the profession and the level of satisfaction with it. It is also shown that satisfaction with the teaching profession increases in proportion to the length of teaching experience. Conclusions. The article concludes about the correlation between the status of teachers’ psychological well-being and their job satisfaction. The presented results can be used in the development of measures aimed at professional burnout prevention and increasing meaningful attitudes towards teaching profession at both regional and federal levels.
