Biophysics used widely and intensively in Clinical Medicine, nevertheless Clinical Biophysics branch is not yet established. We wish to establish Clinical Biophysics Subgroup under Biophysical Society and describe and establish “Clinical Biophysics” branch. Almost all life science research and development studies involve Biophysics. All Medical research, development and treatment approaches involve Biophysics. Gene therapy approaches and methods, chromosome mapping, electron microscopy, other advanced microscopic and spectroscopic applications, NMR applications, all kinds of radioactive beam imaging and therapies, tomographies, endoscopies, etc. medical imaging and scanning, principles, evaluation and interpretation of Biopotential measurements such ECG, EMG, EEG, ENG and other Electrograms, which are painless, easy, quick, cheap and practical diagnostic methods widely used in clinics are based on the laws of Biophysics. Applications of laser in medicine, production and application of medical devices, development, application and evaluation of diagnostic and treatment methods, Pharmacodynamics, Pharmacokinetics, Enzyme kinetics, pH balance, structure, properties, statics and dynamics of blood and other body fluids, structure of macromolecules that make up our cells and the body, structure and texture of the body, energy production, energy balance, bonds between atoms and molecules, bond energies and their calculations, single molecule structure, function, behavior, molecule-molecule interactions, all kinds of body functions and subsystem equlibriums, signaling, posture, movement and balance biomechanics, biosensing, physical therapy methods, all kind of clinical measurements, calculations, evaluations, analysis of all kinds of healthy conditions, diseased conditions, treatment suggestions and solutions for diseased conditions are among the essential tasks of Biophysics. As a result; Biophysics works in each fields that concerns life sciences without subject limitations and used widely in medicinal clinic. Diagnoses and treatments are based on Biophysical rules and almost all medical applications include Biophysics. We will explain the “Clinical Biophysics Approach” and classify and present Clinical Applications of Biophysics.
