Telagah Village is a producer of horticultural crops, such as shallots, rice, tomatoes, red chilies, green chilies, and others. Therefore, Telagah Village which is a producer of horticultural crops has the potential to be a driving force for horticultural plant growth and become one of the centers for the development of horticultural crops, especially shallots. In moving this, there needs to be a partnership between farmers and entrepreneurs. The implementation of the partnership program that occurs is the contribution of PT Berkah Rosul Brothers to the income of shallot farmers in Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. The location of this research is in Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency from 17 February to 18 March 2022 which was carried out intentionally. This research method uses a qualitative research method approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques from this research are observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this study is the contribution made by PT Berkah Rosul Brothers as a working partner to the income of onion farmers in Telagah Village, which is located in Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. It was found that the harvest from shallot farmers with an area of 8 hectares was declared accomplished. Therefore, through this contribution, the income of shallot farmers who are members of the Bekancan farmer group in Telagah Village increased by an average of 50%. Where, the previous total net profit was Rp156,000,000, an increase of Rp312,000,000 per year.
