The purpose. The research is devoted to generalization of existing approaches to analysis of management personnel effectiveness and rationale for its assessment tools. Because management personnel have some features in the work which are the reason of certain difficulties in application of the standard methods of the analysis and assessment of efficiency of enterprises activity. Method. In work it is offered to apply system approach, methods of systematization, group and generalization of the corresponding indicators to the solution of problems of such class. Results. In research is given methodical approach, which considers a problem of systematization of groups of indicators for assessment of efficiency of activity of administrative personnel and also their quantitative and high-quality filling. Scientific novelty. It is offered, considering complexity of measurement of concrete quality indicators of activity of administrative personnel and also need of her objective estimation, to apply the qualimetrical method allowing to express quality indicators of assessment of activity of managers in concrete numerical indicators. Practical significance. Use of the offered methodical approach will allow to carry out systematization of indicators which will allow to estimate comprehensively efficiency and effectiveness of activity of administrative personnel.
