The Modern Agriculture Development of Arid and Semi-Arid Areas in China

It was very important to study the agricultural development of arid and semi-arid areas in China for national food security. This area accounts for about 1/3 of China's land area. However, due to long-term water scarcity, strong sandstorms, and severe soil salinization, local agricultural development was limited.Nowadays, with the continuous development of agricultural technology in arid and semi-arid areas, the agricultural development in arid and semi-arid areas of our country had undergone earth-shaking changes. In this paper, from the initial unification of plastic film cover in arid and semi-arid areas to the normalization of greenhouses and solar greenhouses, and with the development of electrification technology and the gradual maturity of information technology, agricultural development has gradually moved from traditional to the era of modernization, information and intelligence, the above four aspects to discuss the agricultural development process in arid and semi-arid areas of our country.

The Influence of Relational Intellectual Capital and Information Technology on Hospital Efficiency

Knowledge management and building intellectual capital are essential for effectively operating healthcare entities. Modern information and communication technologies have an increasing impact on the activities of healthcare entities, which is attributable to the relationship of ICT and purely medical technologies with the use of ICT in knowledge and intellectual capital management. Proper management of the areas of hospital activity mentioned above significantly impacts its effectiveness and efficiency. This paper aims to present and verify a model for determining the impact of the level of relational intellectual capital and the degree of maturity of information and communication technology on the quality and effectiveness of medical services provided by hospitals in Poland. The research model was created using structural equation modelling (SEM). The basic structural model consists of four constructs corresponding to the phenomena studied and the relationships between these constructs. Each construct, as a latent variable, has its measurement model. The measurement models use a survey conducted among the management staff of Polish hospitals. The questionnaires contain carefully selected questions that are indicators of SEM measurement models. The estimation of the model parameters and accuracy was assessed using the partial least squares structural equation modelling (SEM-PLS) methodology. The hypotheses proposed in the paper were verified positively. The model meets the required quality criteria, and all parameters are statistically significant. The level of relational intellectual capital and the degree of maturity of information and communication technology positively and significantly impact the quality and effectiveness of medical services provided in hospitals. The research findings may be helpful for hospital management at the strategic management level.

Approaches to Building AC and AC–DC Microgrids on Top of Existing Passive Distribution Networks

The process of building microgrids on top of existing passive distribution networks warrants a multi-criteria analysis. Besides the calculation of the investment outlays needed for the modernization of distribution networks, such an analysis covers an assessment of the technological and economic effects of building microgrids. The resulting effects depend on the topology and configuration of distribution networks, specific microgrid features, the choice of the current type for the entire microgrid or its individual parts, the methods of connecting distributed energy resources (DERs), the availability and maturity of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure, and other factors. Comprehensive input data allow for designing an optimal microgrid configuration, but the main technological and economic effects are determined by the algorithms of operation and the parameter settings of the automatic control system (ACS) and the protection system. The known approaches to designing microgrids focus on addressing basic tasks while minimizing the investment required for their implementation. The above is fully justified when constructing new microgrids, but building microgrids on top of existing distribution networks, given the uniqueness of their topology and configuration, does not allow the use of standardized solutions. The development of approaches to the design of microgrids under such constraints, with minimized investment in the modernization of existing distribution networks, is an urgent task. The use of different types of current for individual microgrid segments determines the choice of the particular ACS and protection system, which depends on the availability of information and communications technology infrastructure. This article contributes a review of approaches to designing AC and AC–DC microgrids so as to maximize their technological and economic effects. We review techniques for analyzing the existing distribution networks aimed at choosing the type of current for the entire microgrid or its individual parts, the optimal points for the connection of microgrids to distribution networks, and the mix and capacity of DERs, with such choices informed by the conditions of the switching devices and information and communications technology infrastructure. This article presents the results of the analysis of approaches to choosing the optimal configuration of microgrids, microgrid ACS, and protection system, with an evaluation of the technological and economic effects subject to the minimization of investment in the modernization of the existing distribution networks.

Prospects for using blockchain technology in transportation and supply chain management

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the blockchain technology tools used in the supply chain industry. To achieve this aim, a detailed analysis of the individual technologies is made, and practical examples of their use are given, proving the usefulness of their integration. The spread and maturity of information technology are facts of life today. In the last few decades, it has been a major determinant of economic, industrial, and social development, which has led to huge changes in technological progress. The formation and development of the digital environment are one of the top priorities for most developed countries, including the USA, Germany, and others. Modern technological progress is characterized by the development of different information technologies that help improve the rational use of resources and increase the efficiency of modern enterprises. Currently, there are a lot of applied and professional tasks, the most effective solution to which involves using various kinds of information technology.

Utilizing the collective wisdom of fintech in the gcc region: A systematic mapping approach

Globally, with the maturity of information technology, society is now in the information age, magnifying the significance of integrating innovative applications in different financial and other regulatory arenas. The emergence of financial technology (FinTech) based applications has transformed the traditional banking and regulatory systems and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing a balanced environment for protecting its customers from risky behavior or other potential disruptions. Besides these critical applications of FinTech in the financial industry, it is not developed in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region as in China, United States, and other developed countries. In order to bridge the gaps in the extant by identifying the critical factors involved, this research work presents a systematic analysis of the available literature reported during the period ranging from 2016 to 2021. This systematic mapping of the extant was performed by selecting five different research questions. The key objectives of this systematic research work are, (1) To identify the barriers that restrict the rise of FinTech in the GCC region, (2) Analyze the behavior of different communities regarding the adaptation of FinTech by evaluating the case studies reported, (3) the impacts of FinTech on different communities in the GCC region. (4) The findings of this research work will not only help the state development bodies by encouraging its stakeholders to use FinTech-driven applications in banking, markets, etc. but it will also help the people in maintaining long-term connection with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch regulators, Economic Affairs, the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), as well as with the Authority on Financial Markets (AFM), and (5) this study work will present new research directions for the research community to explore in the near future.

The Components of Smart Sports in Universities with the Assistance of Smart Devices

With the continuous maturity of information technology, the cause of intelligent sports continues to innovate and develop. By comparing and analyzing the relevant contents of intelligent sports and traditional sports in colleges and universities, this paper fully demonstrates the unique advantages brought by the development of concepts, basic technologies, educational resources, and intelligent applications in colleges and universities under the construction of intelligent sports and provides a feasible basis for the extensive development of intelligent sports. In order to solve the problems of multiparty data collection, equipment availability, and accuracy of knowledge formation caused by the interdisciplinary nature of sports science, it is necessary to establish an integrated system that can effectively support sports information analysis. In this paper, we propose an intelligent sports information analysis system architecture supported by SmartDev technology, design and implement the SmartDev intelligent sports information analysis system and apply it to university sports training. The practical results show that the use of this system can support multisource data collection, high accuracy of analysis results, and availability of equipment, which is beneficial to the development of sports.

AUDIT KEAMANAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN: STUDI KASUS DI UNIVERSITAS NAHDLATUL ULAMA AL GHAZALI CILACAP

Nahdlatul Ulama University Al Ghazali Cilacap began to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support existing processes so as to produce accurate and fast information. In the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) governance, information is a very important asset for a company, both information related to management, finance, reports and other information. Leaks, damage, inaccuracies. The aim is to find out the extent of the completeness and maturity of Information Technology at Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University, Cilacap. However, they do not yet know whether their framework has met the requirements for the level of completeness and maturity of the application of the ISO 27001 standard. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an information system security audit to determine the current condition compared to the expected condition. In the process, the audit is carried out based on the ISO 27001 Standard which is applied in the form of an evaluation of the KAMI Index. A thorough assessment was carried out on five areas of information security using the US Index version 2.3 template from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kominfo). The audit results are in the form of recommendations for evaluating the completeness and maturity of the information security framework based on the ISO 27001 standard.

Thinking about the response and optimization of enterprise human resource management under the influence of information technology

With the continuous development and maturity of information technology, its application scope in enterprise human resource management has become more and more extensive. However, most thesis currently holds overly positive views and expectations about the participation of information technology in human resource management. However, in fact, as the use of information technology continues to deepen, the excessive development of information technology for corporate human capital often leads to irreconcilable conflicts between the company itself and its employees. Therefore, this article will take the delivery platform as an example. Starting from real events, through the analysis of data, it is proved that the application of information technology has brought great efficiency improvements to enterprise human resource management. But at the same time, a series of problems have emerged, and we are trying to find reasonable solutions to these problems.

The Influence of Online Teaching Interactive Behaviors on Sustained Learning Results of Learners

Along with the increasing maturity of mobile information technology, mobile-based online learning has become one of the main teaching methods that all kinds of schools should adapt themselves to during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, online education physically isolates teachers from their students, hence weakening their interactions. In the context of this spatial isolation, the frequency of interactive behaviors and quality of communication in online education should be strengthened to improve the sustained learning results of learners. After reviewing the previous literature, a questionnaire investigating the influence of online instructional interaction level on sustained learning results was designed. By considering self-efficacy as a mediating variable, the mediating effect of self-efficacy on sustained learning results at the interactive level of online teaching was analyzed and the difference in sustained learning results that can be attributed to years of familiarity with online learning was measured. Results show that teacher-student interaction has significant positive effects on sustained learning results, whereas student-student interaction has significant positive effects on sustained learning results. Self-efficacy completely mediates the role of teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction in effectively and significantly improving sustained learning results. The duration of online learning has a significant effect on sustained learning results. Conclusions provide an important reference for enriching the learning activity design principles of instructional interaction level.

Prevention of Business Risks of Internet Information Security Platforms Based on Blockchain Technology.

The increasing maturity of Internet information technology has led to the rapid rise of blockchain technology. In essence, a blockchain is a shared database. In recent years, blockchain technology has attracted the attention of the public and society. With the continuous development of the market economy, many domestic enterprises have grown in size. At the same time, companies are also faced with various risks, and business risks will have a great impact on the company's production. This article aims to prevent the business risk of Internet information security platform enterprises based on blockchain technology. Through the PoS algorithm, PoW algorithm, secure hash algorithm, and the principle of direct trust, the Internet information security platform is designed. Firstly, the platform is used for a business risk test with a small company, and the platform satisfaction survey is conducted on the employees of the company. The test results show that the subplatform design reduces the business risk of the company by 5%–10%, and employee satisfaction is high. The signature simulation of this algorithm under the same conditions as the SMRA and RSAR methods is also carried out. The results show that the performance of this algorithm is better. This study opens up a new path for small and medium-sized enterprises to prevent business risks.

Collaborative Software Engineering Model Dependent on Deep Recursive Least Squares

With the continuous development and maturity of information technology, the open methods and development results of software are enriched constantly. There are uncertain factors that may affect the cost of software development. The control of demand, the determination of the logical framework, and the vagueness and inaccuracy of business logic can all affect the development cycle of software. In this paper, the bit error rate and complexity are calculated by using the related algorithm based on the deep recursive least squares algorithm through the establishment of a collaborative engineering tool evaluation system. Under the same preconditions, the estimation performance of the deep recursive least squares algorithm is compared with that of the ideal channel based on the same foundation, and the deep recursive least squares algorithm is simulated through the simulation curve. In addition, the performance of the algorithm is analyzed. The evaluation criteria of four indexes for perception, synchronization, product, and coordination were put forward. The results of the study indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective and can support the engineering modeling of collaborative software.

Researchers use the COBIT 5 framework in 1 domain, namely the Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) domain to conduct research on academic information system capabilities. The results of this study indicate that the maturity level of Information Technology (IT) in the MEA01 sub domain has an index of 3,72, the MEA02 sub domain is 3,78 and the MEA03 sub domain is 3,80 so that the average maturity level in the MEA domain currently reaches a maturity value of 3,77 (Predictable). Determinant of business intelligence systems quality on Indonesian higher education information center

PDDIKTI Feeder as a business intelligence application is used as an information center in higher education, containing master data of each student and lecturer, learning process data, reporting graduate data and lecturer activities in teaching for decision making. Paradoxically, through the empirical data there are many problems in implementing business intelligence systems in private universities, related to the maturity of information technology, data quality and information culture. Addressing this gap, we present a descriptive verification analysis research on 40 private universities in Bandung city, Indonesia, using the Partial Least Square Model. We conclude there is a positive influence of information technology maturity, data quality and information culture on the quality of the business intelligence system.

Human Behavior Recognition Method Based on Edge Intelligence

The increasingly intelligent video surveillance system is the certain result of the gradual maturity of information technology. Human behavior recognition is one of the important tasks in the area of intelligent security monitoring. This paper proposes a human behavior recognition mechanism that uses edge‐cloud collaborative computing. Firstly, at the edge node N0, the video is preprocessed to remove similar frames and the extracted skeleton sequence is expressed in multiple levels. Then the cloud trains the spatial‐temporal graph ConvNet model and deploys it to the edge nodes N1 ~ Nm. The edge uses the trained model to complete behavior recognition tasks and uploads the results to the cloud for fusion to obtain the final behavior category. The experimental results prove that the advantages of edge‐cloud collaboration have made the model recognition accuracy rate steadily increase by more than 2.2%.

Research and Practice of MOOC Based Innovative Education in Universities under the Background of “Internet Plus”

Under the background of “Internet plus”, the emerging open education resource MOOC (Mogao) has increasingly become the focus of attention worldwide. The advantages of MOOC, the maturity of Internet and information technology, the strong attack of famous universities and the huge market demand have become the reasons for the rapid development of MOOC. Through the analysis, we can see that MOOC has certain influence on the improvement of teachers’ teaching methods, the change of students’ learning methods, the expansion of education objects and the improvement of higher education quality.

Sports training big data integration and optimization based on block-chain technology

The increasing maturity of Internet information technology has led to the rapid rise of block-chain technology. In essence, the block-chain is a shared database. In recent years, block-chain technology has attracted the attention of the public and society. This paper mainly conducts systematic research and analysis on the integration and optimization of big data in sports training by block-chain, and achieves large-scale consensus in the case of decentralization, therefore, the information of the network will not be tampered with and forged, thus crossing the boundary of the bottom layer of the information system. This paper is based on the integration and optimization of sports training is big data. With the help of block-chain technology, each module is designed and implemented according to the needs. At the same time, the pow algorithm inside the block-chain is improved. The research results show that it is based on the block-chain. The integration and optimization of technical sports training big data can reduce the number of sports training injuries of sports school students by 10% -20%, which is very conducive to the healthy growth and development of sports school students.

Tourism safety monitoring information service system based on internet of things and block-chain

Tourism safety is the lifeblood of national tourism development, and tourism safety information monitoring is an important foundation for tourism safety management. The maturity of Internet information technology has led to the rapid rise of blockchain and the Internet of Things. In essence, the blockchain is a shared database. The Internet of Things can access all kinds of necessary information through various networks, such as heat, electricity, dynamics, chemistry, biology, realize the ubiquitous connection between things and people, and realize the recognition and intelligent perception of objects. This article aims to study a tourism safety monitoring information service system based on the Internet of Things and blockchain. This paper uses the principle of sensor ranging and electromagnetic induction, acoustic calculation, sensor calculation, and RFID tag distance to measure the real-time position of the person’s RFID tag information and continuous monitoring information of infrasound intensity to monitor and pre-warn natural disasters in the scenic area. Research results, it shows that this system can monitor disaster information in time and can effectively reduce the risk of injury by 10% –20% of tourists.
