Some aspects of the project feasibility study (F/S) are discussed by using the methods of system engineering. F/S is regarded as multilevel optimization under some constraints. The adjacent matrix analysis, decision tree and random test approach (Monte carlo method) are presented. In the random test approach we discussed specially the stopping problem, the risk and sensitivity analyses for various benefits of the project. These methods are proved useful in practical cases when we are working on.
