(eds.), Global Topics and New Trends in Coastal Research: Port, Coastal and Ocean Engineering. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 103, pp. 1089–1092. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The leisure tourism marine space planning is an effective tool to solve the contradiction between various human activities in the sea area as well as between human activities and marine ecological environment protection. It is a multi-purpose sea area usage management method based on TPB expansion model. In view of the low efficiency of traditional planning methods, the research on leisure tourism marine space planning based on TPB expansion model is put forward. According to the current situation and problems of leisure tourism marine space planning, the practice trends of space planning are studied, the comprehensive evaluation function of leisure tourism marine space planning path is constructed, and the fuzzy mathematical weigh are determined. On the basis of the length of marine space planning, the planning objective function is constructed. Based on the theory of planning behavior and the introduction of ethics variables, this paper constructs the leisure tourism marine space planning model from the perspective of TPB, which determines the types and contents of leisure tourism marine space planning. The results show that the method is efficient and in line with the actual planning environment.
