RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN ON ENTERPRISE OPERATION PERFORMANCE

This study primarily contributes theoretically in three areas: firstly, it enhances the understanding of supply chain digitalization, develops a conceptual model, and broadens the scope of empirical research on this topic. Secondly, the micro-mechanism of manufacturing enterprise supply chain digitalization has improved enterprise operation performance; Thirdly, this study introduces three innovative multi-angle research viewpoints, based on the supply chain's structural composition of point, line, and surface. These viewpoints aim to comprehensively summarize and deeply explore the deep-rooted implications and diverse performance of the supply chain, while also developing a comprehensive measurement index system and method for supply chain flexibility. This study offers practical insights in four key areas: This study identifies an effective starting point for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China, offers innovative ideas to enhance their operational performance, and lays the groundwork for those preparing to digitize their supply chains in the era of the digital economy. (3) It is beneficial for manufacturing enterprises to prioritize the development of supply chain flexibility. (4) It assists the leaders of manufacturing enterprises in recognising the role of environmental turbulence, enabling them to seize more opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Hybrid cascade failures in supply chain networks: Robustness, node protection and recovery strategies

This study investigates the influence of mixed cascade failures on the resilience of manufacturing enterprise supply chain networks, which are susceptible to disruptions from upstream and downstream enterprises due to external uncertainties. We propose a single-layer directed network model to examine mixed cascade failures and analyze the effectiveness of protection and recovery strategies for improving network resilience through extensive simulation experiments. The numerical analysis yields the following key findings: (i) Under targeted attacks, the Erdős–Rényi (ER) network exhibits marginally enhanced robustness, whereas the Barabási–Albert (BA) network proves to be more resilient against random attacks. (ii) Effectively mitigating failure risk and reducing the likelihood of failure can be accomplished by increasing the upper load capacity limit and decreasing the lower load capacity limit for manufacturing firms. Furthermore, a comprehensive approach to protection and recovery measures strengthens the stability of supply chain networks in the face of external risks. (iii) Constraints, such as epidemic control measures and infrastructure damage, may impede the recovery process of manufacturing firms’ supply chains when addressing external uncertainties.

Evaluation on Risks of Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain based on BP Neural Networks

In order to improve the evaluation and management of manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk and enhance the resilience of supply chain, this study evaluates enterprise supply chain risk from the perspective of sustainable development. Firstly, the risk factors that may exist in the supply chain are identified, and the supply chain risk evaluation index system is proposed. Then the risk evaluation model based on BP neural network is established, and the neural network model is trained, tested and evaluated by using the survey data. The survey and test results show that the overall risk of the enterprising is at a low level, and the risks of each link are different, among which, the financial risk, logistics risk and cooperation risk are at a high level, and the other risk factors are at a low level. The risk factors contributing the most to the enterprise supply chain risk were extracted. This paper theoretically enriches the supply chain risk evaluation methods, and puts forward feasible suggestions for enterprises to prevent supply chain risks and optimize and stabilize supply chain.

Enterprise Collaboration Optimization in China Based on Supply Chain Resilience Enhancement

With the promotion of the new round of industrial revolution, the development environment of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. Collaboration among enterprises has become crucial for enhancing core competitiveness, with the concept of the supply chain playing a key role. However, the complex and vulnerable nature of the supply chain operation environment poses various risks, hampering effective cooperative relationships between enterprises. This article proposed integrating the partial least-squares-artificial neural network (PLS-ANN) method to address this issue and optimize collaborative enterprise practices. The study examined enterprise collaboration optimization. This article uses used artificial neural network (ANN) to classify various complex data, implement an intelligent algorithm model for synchronous processing, and combine partial least squares (PLS) to classify and process the data information generated by collaborative networks to find the best match, minimizing the negative impact of multiple correlations of variables on enterprise collaboration. An empirical analysis was conducted in 2022, focusing on a manufacturing enterprise's supply chain and external cooperation management. The analysis examined two aspects: the supply chain's risk resistance level and the effectiveness of enterprise cooperation. Results showed that after implementing the PLS-ANN model, the average trust index between the enterprise and eight cooperative partners increased to approximately 0.652, compared to the initial average trust index of only 0.528. Detailed data analysis indicated that the PLS-ANN method effectively improved the supply chain's risk resistance capability while optimizing the cooperative relationships among all participating enterprises.

Research on Financing Efficiency of Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain——Empirical Analysis Based on the DEA Model

In recent years, the global economy is sluggish. China's manufacturing technology is restricted by foreign countries, and the advantage of low cost and multi-labor force is gradually disappearing. The overall benefits of the manufacturing industry are not optimistic. Financing, providing basic power for enterprise technological innovation and transformation, is crucial to the manufacturing industry’s future development. In this paper, the data envelopment method (DEA) is used to select 356 enterprises in the manufacturing industry to conduct empirical research on financing efficiency. According to the research results, relevant conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are proposed.

Multi-Objective Negotiation Mechanism in Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain Based on Multi-Agent

In the operation of manufacturing enterprise supply chain, there are lots of conflicts and differences between the node enterprises because of the different demands on the price, quality, cost, and other factors. These conflicts and differences can be effectively solved by negotiation. In this paper, the authors will abstract different entities in manufacturing enterprise supply chain as agents, and present a negotiation mode, and then discuss the negotiation tactics and procedures between the purchasing agent and supplier agent. Next, a practical example will be discussed and simulated for validating the negotiation model. Application of negotiation tactics and models will be helpful for resolving differences and conflicts, and improving negotiation efficiency. That will be used for optimizing the supply chain management, maximizing the benefits, and improving the operational efficiency of manufacturing enterprise supply chain.

Negotiation model and tactics of manufacturing enterprise supply chain based on multi-agent

The negotiation between agent and multi-agent is an important method for solving the conflict and realizing the cooperation in the multi-agent system of manufacturing enterprise supply chain. In this article, we will take manufacturing enterprise supply chain as the research object, analyze negotiation process of multi-agent, study the negotiating model and tactics as well as the steps, and then an illustration is discussed for validating the negotiation model. The research can provide theoretical and operational methods for manufacturing enterprise supply chain management, is helpful to coordinate and control the manufacturing enterprise supply chain, and realize the efficient, flexible, and quick operation of manufacturing enterprise supply chain.
