DESENVOLVIMENTO DO HOME EASY: SISTEMA DE SOLICITAÇÕES DE SERVIÇOS

This article describes Home Easy, a platform built for both web and mobile, created to simplify the hiring of services, focusing on manual services. Its main objective is to increase the visibility of professionals while simplifying the hiring process for clients. To achieve an intuitive and accessible interface for all users, the platform was developed using ASP.NET Core MVC and SQL Server. The results showed that Home Easy has the potential to significantly change the recruitment market, especially for services that are traditionally less visible or poorly perceived. The platform not only meets the current market needs but also creates new business opportunities for both clients and professionals. We conclude that Home Easy not only satisfies an ever-evolving market but also offers new possibilities for professionals to stand out and expand their work, while providing clients with a more efficient and reliable way to hire services.

Selling mode selection and AI service strategy in an E-commerce platform supply chain

With the advancement and wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, various industries have recognized its immense potential and significance, especially in the e-commerce sector. This study considers an E-commerce Platform Supply Chain (EPSC) consisting of a manufacturer and a platform that may provide AI service. The primary purpose of this research is to explore the strategic interaction between different customer service strategies (i.e., Manual or AI service) and different selling modes (i.e., Agency or reselling mode). The research results show that if the manual service sensitivity is relatively high, the manufacturer is more willing to set a higher wholesale price. When the service efficiency attenuation effect of the manual customer towards demand is stronger, AI service would bring about more demand. Additionally, when the service efficiency attenuation effect is stronger, or it is weaker but the AI service efficiency is higher, the EPSC could utilize AI service to obtain more profit under reselling mode. Under agency mode, AI service can benefit the EPSC more when the service effect attenuation coefficient is relatively larger. Last but not least, we find that when the AI service cost coefficient is relatively small, the reselling mode can benefit the EPSC more. Most importantly, compared with manual service, AI service provides the EPSC with a new opportunity to embrace the reselling mode more.

Implementation of the SIAP Desa Application To Improve Public Services In Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency

This research aims to determine: Implementation of public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. And to find out the supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, data collection techniques consist of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the ease of use of the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village can reduce manual service procedures that can take hours to just a few minutes. The supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application are training in application operation, community participation, government support, the existence of computer equipment and a WiFi network at the village office.

Rural Journey: A Rural Tourism Planning Platform

The report from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China highlighted the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization by maintaining the priority of agricultural and rural development, consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation, accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country, and solidly promoting the revitalization of rural industries, talent, culture, ecology, and organizations. Rural Journey is a rural tourism planning platform designed specifically for rural traveling that aims to better integrate the three main groups of travel planners, customers, and villagers. It provides a platform for those aspiring to become travel planners and allows local villagers to join in serving travelers, adding distinctiveness to their services. Vigorously developing rural revitalization through this platform can expand income sources for residents and contribute to local poverty alleviation and income creation. The platform emphasizes manual services to address the inaccessibility of the elderly and youth in using online software by offering more detailed, one-on-one services to better meet the diverse requirements and preferences of travelers. The platform can create personalized travel plans tailored to different requirements by understanding the users better. Travel planners conduct comprehensive planning to develop optimal solutions, reducing financial expenditure and innovating a model for travel planning in rural areas.

Service Quality and Residents' Preferences for Facilitated Self-Service Fundus Disease Screening: Cross-Sectional Study.

Fundus photography is the most important examination in eye disease screening. A facilitated self-service eye screening pattern based on the fully automatic fundus camera was developed in 2022 in Shanghai, China; it may help solve the problem of insufficient human resources in primary health care institutions. However, the service quality and residents' preference for this new pattern are unclear. This study aimed to compare the service quality and residents' preferences between facilitated self-service eye screening and traditional manual screening and to explore the relationships between the screening service's quality and residents' preferences. We conducted a cross-sectional study in Shanghai, China. Residents who underwent facilitated self-service fundus disease screening at one of the screening sites were assigned to the exposure group; those who were screened with a traditional fundus camera operated by an optometrist at an adjacent site comprised the control group. The primary outcome was the screening service quality, including effectiveness (image quality and screening efficiency), physiological discomfort, safety, convenience, and trustworthiness. The secondary outcome was the participants' preferences. Differences in service quality and the participants' preferences between the 2 groups were compared using chi-square tests separately. Subgroup analyses for exploring the relationships between the screening service's quality and residents' preference were conducted using generalized logit models. A total of 358 residents enrolled; among them, 176 (49.16%) were included in the exposure group and the remaining 182 (50.84%) in the control group. Residents' basic characteristics were balanced between the 2 groups. There was no significant difference in service quality between the 2 groups (image quality pass rate: P=.79; average screening time: P=.57; no physiological discomfort rate: P=.92; safety rate: P=.78; convenience rate: P=.95; trustworthiness rate: P=.20). However, the proportion of participants who were willing to use the same technology for their next screening was significantly lower in the exposure group than in the control group (P<.001). Subgroup analyses suggest that distrust in the facilitated self-service eye screening might increase the probability of refusal to undergo screening (P=.02). This study confirms that the facilitated self-service fundus disease screening pattern could achieve good service quality. However, it was difficult to reverse residents' preferences for manual screening in a short period, especially when the original manual service was already excellent. Therefore, the digital transformation of health care must be cautious. We suggest that attention be paid to the residents' individual needs. More efficient man-machine collaboration and personalized health management solutions based on large language models are both needed.

Use of ICT and the Application of E-Governance Strategies in Service Delivery by Local Councils in Cameroon: The Case of Local Councils in the Bamenda Municipality

The increasing use of information and communication technology (ICT) by Cameroonians has brought changes in citizen's needs and demands and has raised expectations on how services should be provided. Citizens need to carry out transactions (transactional services) conveniently and obtain accessible, reliable, and sustainable information (information services) from their local government. Unfortunately, this is still far from the reality in some selected local councils in Cameroon, given that they use ICT mainly for administrative and not service delivery purposes. Therefore, this paper's main objective is to establish a link between ICT usage and the empowerment of local councils in the application of e-governance strategies for information and transaction services delivery. The theoretical framework used in the paper included Technology Acceptance, Wider Dissemination, and e-governance Models. The stratified purposive and systematic random sampling techniques were employed to obtain needed data from the Bamenda I, II, and III municipalities in the North West Region. The findings of this paper revealed that a significant number of local councils are already using their ICTs to provide information services. However, none of them so far are using ICT for transactional service delivery purposes. Also, we observed a gap between citizen expectations and local council provision of information and transactional services. This paper found that the use of ICT to apply e-governance strategies would improve local council service delivery in terms of accessibility to information by citizens and sustainability of council information services, also promote transparency in transactions between the council and the citizens, and ease transactions between citizens and local councils in terms of time and cost. Thus, this paper recommends that local councils digitalize manual service delivery processes through their operational IT units. Also, for the Cameroon government to achieve the goals stated in the NDS30 Plan for a Digital Cameroon, it must consider effectively involving local councils in the national digitalization initiatives. This can be done by encouraging them to adapt their information and transactional service delivery procedures to more ICT-based strategies despite the challenges involved.

Penegakan Hukum Pungutan Liar di Jawa Barat dalam Pelayanan Publik Pasca Covid-19

This research analyzes the urgency of developing electronic-based public services in preventing criminal acts of illegal levies (extortion) to support transparent and good quality government governance and offers ideas for law enforcement to eradicate extortion, which is remains considerably lacking in West Java Province, especially after Covid-19. Hence the problem formulation focuses on the issue of how to develop public services to prevent the practice of extortion and how to build law enforcement to eradicate extortion in West Java Province. This paper is normative legal research using statutory approach and conceptual approaches that uses secondary data in the form of books, law journals, research reports, magazines, statutory regulations, and recapitulation of agency performance data to produce accurate and accountable conclusions. The results of the research conclude that the development of electronic-based services can be realized by changing manual services to digital ones, upgrading digital services with new features that accommodate people's needs, increasing e-money payments that are connected to the banking system followed by developing the Public Service Mall (MPP) concept that is accessible to the public. Law enforcement overcomes extortion by building reporting system connectivity that is directly connected between SiBerli and the extortion reporting system in agencies/institutions/units providing public services, implementing a reward and punishment system objectively as well as applying administrative sanctions for officials who abuse their authority and criminal sanctions as the ultimum remedium if other legal instruments are unable to resolve the crisis.

Implementation of the One-Stop Subdistrict Application (ASAKU) for Realizing Good Governance and Increasing Welfare Communities in Sidikalang Village

Local government agencies at the sub-district level are also instructed to optimize the use of ICT in e-government development. Local government at the Kelurahan level is the basic foundation of public services and is the gateway for administrative processing up to the higher government levels. So local government at the sub-district level must continually improve satisfactory and good public services. This service is a community need that must be met. The still manual service system in sub-districts is the main problem that leads to community dissatisfaction and discomfort. So the innovation solution offered is to develop an integrated system (one-stop application). One application includes all the necessary systems and can be run online. The urgency of using information technology for the one-stop village application (ASAKU) at the Sidikalang village office, not only has implications for the field of communication but also influences every decision-making through automation and speed in data processing which ultimately affects services) District Office. The ASAKU application has several main features: e-government, e-archives, and e-commerce. These digital e-government services help improve government performance. With the implemented e-government, the Sidikalang sub-district wants to provide services without the intervention of public institution employees and support good governance. Through e-ASIP, all data and documents can be managed well, safely, and protected from loss. In addition, ASAKU is also a forum for the community to market agricultural products and products from MSMEs as well as products from social institutions such as youth organizations and PKK. Combining service providers (kelurahan) and the community with the proper adaptation of technology can create effectiveness and efficiency in managing areas at the kelurahan level. The main objective of the activity is the implementation and application of ASAKU so that local government institutions at the sub-district level can provide better (effective and efficient) public services by providing convenience for the community so that they can realize good governance. With this service activity, the Sidikalang sub-district can provide more optimal services. The public can submit letters in the Sidikalang sub-district using the ASAKU application which can be accessed anywhere and anytime. So that in the end it can realize good governance and improve the community's welfare in the Sidikalang sub-district.

Assessing the efficacy of ChatGPT in addressing Chinese financial conundrums: An in-depth comparative analysis of human and AI-generated responses

ChatGPT, the latest iteration of OpenAI's natural language generation model, has found applications in a wide range of tasks such as question answering, text summarization, machine translation, classification, code generation, and dialogue A.I. Its potential in the financial industry has garnered significant attention. This paper aims to bridge the gap between chatGPT and human services in the financial domain, while also exploring the opportunities and challenges it presents in this industry. To comprehensively evaluate the processing capabilities of chatGPT in the financial field, we collected a dataset of n = 7165 financial questions and analyzed the perplexity value, emotion value, accuracy, professionalism, and real-time performance of both human-generated and chatGPT-generated content using machine learning algorithms and evaluation tests. The experimental results indicate that chatGPT exhibits higher levels of professionalism and accuracy compared to manual services, leading to improved efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction, thereby boosting the competitiveness and profitability of financial institutions. However, challenges such as a lack of emotional value in its responses, potential bias from one-sided training data, information errors, and the risk of job displacement need to be addressed. These findings provide theoretical and data-driven support for the future implementation of chatGPT in financial innovation and development.

Hybrid Library Service Policy Implementation at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo

Bina Mandiri University Library (UBM) Gorontalo has made progress in terms of services both conventionally and digitally. However, not all academic communities are interested in using the system, in the sense that there are still library users who need a conventional or manual service system. Therefore, a Hybrid library service policy is needed that combines the two systems. This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction as service users for the implementation of the Hybrid Library service policy at UBM Gorontalo. The method used is quantitative descriptive using the General Guideline approach for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Survey by Permenpan RB 2017. The results showed that the implementation of the Hybrid library service policy at UBM Gorontalo as a whole, the assessment of service elements was on average assessed by respondents with good and very good categories. The dominant service element is the compatibility between the service product and the service aspect; The competence of service personnel is quite adequate and has experience in various libraries; and prompt and precise handling of complaints

One Medicine for All

Innovation in pharmaceutical science has become a particular concern for individual health. For a long time, the practice of "One-Size-Fits-All" medication has been common in healthcare services worldwide, making analytical methods crucial to drug analysis in biological matrices. Suitable methods for determining drug levels in biological matrices aim to prevent medication dosage errors. Every person's condition is different, and their diseases vary, caused by genetics, environment, and lifestyle. Personalized medicine is often described as "the right patient, the right drug, at the right dose, at the right time." This study used a qualitative literature review method, where sources or literature in national and international journals were searched through online media. The analysis results explain that the role of the biological environment is more significant than others in vector-borne diseases, and the role of the genetic nucleus is more significant than others in hereditary diseases. Due to the numerous ecological interactions, we can often change the spread of disease by changing certain aspects of human interaction with their environment without direct intervention in the cause of the disease. The implementation of the science from "Bench to bedside" and "From clinic to community" assumes the provision of long-distance healthcare services by healthcare professionals using information technology, where the implementation of telemedicine (Systematic Review) in healthcare services is crucial, considering some of the problems that arise from manual services. One of the technical implementations of telemedicine is to optimize personalized medicine, which also involves implementing pharmacogenetics approaches in hospitals.

Analisis Efektivitas Pelayanan E-Ktp Melalui Aplikasi Sibisa ( Studi Kasus Kantor Kecamatan Medan Marelan )

The SIBISA application is a digital population administration and civil registration service application system using a papaerless office (PLO) and can integrate several service systems that have been built to become a synergistic and integrated service process based on the legal basis of Law no. 24 of 2013 related to the amendment of Law no. 23 of 2006 concerning population administration and civil registration. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of SIBISA services and the obstacles in implementing services in the Medan Marelan sub-district. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that provides a clear description of the problems studied using Zeithaml's theory of public services with five service indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the E-KTP service through the SIBISA application in the Medan Marelan sub-district is quite effective compared to manual services starting from the services provided, the responsiveness of an employee to the community and the guarantee provided from the sub-district to the community through the management of the E-KTP. cannot be faked. The factors that affect the effectiveness of SIBISA services are computer networks, technical capabilities/skills of service providers and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Peranan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi Sebagai Media Pelayanan di Perpustakaan INSTIDLA

This Study aims to describe role of Information Communication Technology (ICT) as a Library Service Media began to be carried out by the Diniyyah Lampung Institute of Technology and Science (INSTIDLA) as a form of adjustment to the development and needs of students in the current era of Society 5.0. This study aims to determine the influence of information and communication technology on INSTIDLA library services. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach where the role of ICT is explained comprehensively in the INSTIDLA Library as a Library Service Media. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The object of this study is instidla's library and social media services. INSTIDLA Library Services is a combination of manual services and information and communication technology (ICT) based services that support library professionalism in improving INSTIDLA library services. The result of this study is a significant influence between the development of ICT and library services through social media, including helping and facilitating the work of library staff, attracting visitors to the library, and facilitating the communication of librarians with library visitors and finally, the library information base via social media

A theoretical framework based on the needs of smart aged care for Chinese community-dwelling older adults: A grounded theory study.

With technological progress, the integration of aged care with technology is a new challenge. This study developed a theoretical model of smart aged care in the community to meet the diverse needs of community-dwelling older adults. This qualitative study recruited 22 participants from three communities in Chongqing, China. Through semi-structured interviews and grounded theory, this study analyzed the needs of community-dwelling older adults for smart aged care and identified strategies. Nine categories were identified, including five need categories, three important factors, and one outcome objective. Furthermore, four health provider topics were proposed. Although the application of information technology has enhanced convenience and possibilities, its popularity and satisfaction are low. Information technology can be successfully introduced into the lives of community-dwelling older adults only by truly understanding their needs. Smart aged care in the community has positive effects on nursing outcomes for older adults. This study's findings can help caregivers understand the various dimensions of the needs of community-dwelling older adults and relevant influencing factors under smart aged care to increase its popularity and satisfaction. Furthermore, this can promote the integration of intelligent technology and manual services in nursing practice.

IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN BERBASIS APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI DAN KONEKSITAS DESA (SIKDES) DI KANTOR KEPALA DESA TAMPIRWETAN

People as citizens have the right to optimally obtain services from the government, such as administrative services, goods and services. The most basic service organized by the village government is service in the field of population administration, this is because it involves legitimacy as a citizen and is an inherent identity in one's life. In 2017, the Magelang Regency government provided free facilities in the form of an Information System and Village Connectivity application or commonly called SIKDES. The SIKDES application is based on the main data of the Magelang Regency Population and Civil Registry Office which aims to provide accurate and effective population data services because the system is based on information technology. This study aims to examine and determine administrative services through the SIKDES application as well as the obstacles and levels of community satisfaction with administrative services in Tampirwetan Village, Candimulyo District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection in the form of documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The results showed that the use of the SIKDES application greatly facilitated village officials in serving the community more efficiently. So that it creates community satisfaction, compared to the manual service process.

Inovasi Pelayanan Pencatatan Pernikahan Melalui E-Kartu Nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Kota Palembang

This research was conducted at KUA Ilir Timur II Palembang City. This study aims to find out how the E-Marriage Card Innovation is at the Religious Affairs Office of Ilir Timur II District. Those who have implemented the E-Marriage Card innovation since 2019. The research method is a aqulitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and interviews. Documentation. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Article 21 paragraph 1 20/2019, the husband and wife get a marriage regitration book and marrige card. This marriage registration innovation is called E-Marriage Card. The results of the study indicate that, when viewed as a whole, the 5 innovation indicators are relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, variability, observability. The researcher concludes that the E-Marriage Card innovation has good innovation characteristics. Able to provide marriage registration services in accordance with the needs of the community. The government has succeeded in replacing manual services with technology-based innovations. However, if viewed from several aspects, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the innovation, namely the lack of understanding of some people regarding the procedure or flow of marriage registration through E-Marriage Cards. So that it becomes an obstacle for the process of making E-Marriage Card. Because basically all contents of the E-Marriage Card innovation data are managed to be recorded and connected to the Simkah Web which is then also integrated with the civil registry. So if there is an error or data change, it must be changed first in the capil because the data cannot be changed through the SIMKAH WEB application. In addition, network problems are also one of the obstacles in implementing these innovations.

Efektivitas E-Lampid sebagai Inovasi Pelayanan Publik di Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Kota Surabaya

Public services for every citizen is an important role in human life from they are born until die. Effective public service is a hope for the community. Like the case at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya, Surabaya residents expect the service process to be effective. However, the service process at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya gave birth to problems and ended up with complaints and disappointments from Surabaya residents. Therefore, Dispendukcapil Surabaya tried to overcome this problem by giving birth to an innovation, namely E-LAMPID (Electronic, Born, Died, Moved, Came). This article aims to know how the effectiveness of E-LAMPID innovation in the Dispendukcapil Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method by utilizing secondary data sources. These resources have been very helpful in supporting the analysis of the authors in this article. The result achieved is the ease of public services at the Surabaya Civil Registration Office because of the E-LAMPID innovation. The conclusion is that by implementing E-LAMPID, services at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya can be more effective than the manual service model.

Technology Acceptance Factors for Implementing the E-Government Systems in Saudi Arabia

Governments are implementing E-Government systems to match the other services due to the rapid worldwide development. Therefore, public sectors interact with many individuals; utilizing this technology lowers costs, enhances services, boosts efficiency, and saves time. The Government of Saudi Arabia has had various obstacles in serving its populace. Poor service delivery and excessive Government operating costs resulted from this manual service delivery. As a result, the Government launched the E-Government systems, which provide services more quickly. As a result, the report covered Saudi Arabia’s efforts to adopt E-Government, its difficulties, and its objectives to advance the 2030 vision. This study examined the adoption of E-Government systems using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) in Saudi Arabia. A sample size of 200 was estimated using the Convenience approach and received 58% of the response from employees and end-users of the E-Government systems. Data were analyzed using MS-Excel and SMART PLS for testing the hypothesis and applying the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the hypothesis testing reveal several meaningful relationships, including relative benefits, compatibility, security, management support, performance expectations, perceived Usefulness of E-Government, ease of use by reducing uncertainty to E-Government, and IT infrastructure by reducing language on E-Government adoption.

Suitability of self-organizing service composition approach for smart healthcare ecosystem: A study

Future IoT systems will be deployed in open environments where the functionality of millions of IoT devices that are heterogeneous will be abstracted. In such a large scale system manual service composition is not feasible and often erroneous. A self-organizing service composition is a well known approach to deal with the problems in IoT systems. In a self-organizing service composition, the service composition is a runtime and autonomous process and human intervention is minimal. The atomic components will interact among themselves in a decentralized manner to form complex composites according to a set of self-organizing rules. The features of a self-organizing software composition are aptly suitable for the IoT domain. Smart healthcare has provided affordable healthcare for patients and enables them to self manage emergencies. This paper aims to establish the suitability of a self-organizing service composition for the smart healthcare ecosystem with special focus on real time monitoring applications.

Development of a Structured Query Language and Natural Language Processing Algorithm to Identify Lung Nodules in a Cancer Centre.

Importance: The stratification of indeterminate lung nodules is a growing problem, but the burden of lung nodules on healthcare services is not well-described. Manual service evaluation and research cohort curation can be time-consuming and potentially improved by automation.Objective: To automate lung nodule identification in a tertiary cancer centre.Methods: This retrospective cohort study used Electronic Healthcare Records to identify CT reports generated between 31st October 2011 and 24th July 2020. A structured query language/natural language processing tool was developed to classify reports according to lung nodule status. Performance was externally validated. Sentences were used to train machine-learning classifiers to predict concerning nodule features in 2,000 patients.Results: 14,586 patients with lung nodules were identified. The cancer types most commonly associated with lung nodules were lung (39%), neuro-endocrine (38%), skin (35%), colorectal (33%) and sarcoma (33%). Lung nodule patients had a greater proportion of metastatic diagnoses (45 vs. 23%, p < 0.001), a higher mean post-baseline scan number (6.56 vs. 1.93, p < 0.001), and a shorter mean scan interval (4.1 vs. 5.9 months, p < 0.001) than those without nodules. Inter-observer agreement for sentence classification was 0.94 internally and 0.98 externally. Sensitivity and specificity for nodule identification were 93 and 99% internally, and 100 and 100% at external validation, respectively. A linear-support vector machine model predicted concerning sentence features with 94% accuracy.Conclusion: We have developed and validated an accurate tool for automated lung nodule identification that is valuable for service evaluation and research data acquisition.
