New accents of security-oriented management of logistics activity entities in the conditions of digitalization

The paper focuses on management issues in the field of sustainable functioning and development of business entities on the basis of guaranteeing their economic security. The industry specialization of entities specializing in logistics activities is taken into account. New aspects of security-oriented management of logistics entities are defined and taken into account, in particular in the languages of digitalization, which bring to the fore the issues of information and cyber security, digital communications, as well as cashless electronic payments. On this basis, the purpose of the research is to identify new accents of security-oriented management of logistics entities in the conditions of digitalization. The components of the economic security of logistics entities that require priority attention in terms of strengthening during the digital transformation of the economy and society have been determined. The toolkit of safety-oriented management under modern conditions for subjects of logistics activity is indicated. It is shown that under modern conditions, business entities specializing in logistics activities should focus on two mega aspects when forming their own security-oriented management systems. These are: (1) operational challenges caused by critical instability and the consequences of a full-scale war; (2) new opportunities, realities, as well as challenges of global and comprehensive digital transformation of economic relations. It was concluded that the new emphasis of security-oriented management of logistics entities concerns all the leading components of their economic security.

Viðhorf íslenskra og danskra stjórnenda til starfsumhverfis í ljósi norrænna gilda

Norræn forysta byggir á gildum sem notið hafa aukinnar athygli og vinsælda. Viðfangsefni greinarinnar er að fjalla um opinbera stjórnun á Íslandi og skoða hvort og þá með hvaða hætti íslenskir stjórnendur falla að gildum norrænnar forystu. Gerð var rannsókn að danskri fyrirmynd sem nefnist Opinberir stjórnendur – verkefni og viðhorf. Spurningalisti í formi vefkönnunar var lagður fyrir 1.685 opinbera stjórnendur, 524 svör bárust eða 31%. Megintilgangur rannsóknarinnar var að draga fram áherslur íslenskra stjórnenda í daglegum störfum, viðhorfum til starfsumhverfis og þess ramma sem unnið er í. Skoðað var starfsumhverfi íslenskra og danskra stjórnenda í samhengi við norræn gildi. Helstu niðurstöður benda til þess að opinber stjórnun á Íslandi einkennist af trausti, skýrum verkferlum, stuttum boðleiðum og litlu skrifræði. Helstu hindranir voru lítil áhrif á löggjöf og pólitískt bakland, tækifæri felast hins vegar í að hafa meiri áhrif og auka árangur í starfseminni. Samstarf og tengslanet var gott á vinnustaðnum og sanngjarnar kröfur voru gerðar til stjórnenda. Sérstaða hvors hóps fólst í því að danskir stjórnendur töldu skrifræði vera of mikið og að einfalda mætti verkferla í því sambandi. Íslenskir stjórnendur virtust hins vegar almennt hafa minni áhrif á starfsumhverfið en danskir starfsfélagar. Verkefni og viðhorf íslenskra opinberra stjórnenda ríma við norræn gildi þar sem opin samskipti, gagnrýni í hugsun og umhyggja eru helstu einkennin.

Conceptualization of ESG Management Values of Professional Sports Clubs: From Consumers’ Perspective

Discussions and practices of sustainability are actively underway around the world. In this social context, this study conceptualized ESG management values focused on sports organizations, especially professional sports clubs in Korea. Utilizing Q methodology, which is suitable for research on individuals’ subjectivity, we explored ESG management values accepted by consumers of Korean professional sports. As a result, the ESG management values were confirmed as follows: “Type I: Trust Management Emphasis”, “Type II: Local Community Emphasis”, and “Type III: Safety–Respect Culture Emphasis”. While each of the three types accepted governance, social responsibility, safety, and respect culture as their main values, they tended to deny environment-related values. Accordingly, this study provided two discussions: “professional sports consumers’ low awareness of the environment” and “reinterpretation of environmental values among the ESG management values of professional sports clubs”. In conclusion, the three types are significant in that (1) they reflect well the social and cultural context of Korean professional sports and consumers’ perceptions, and (2) they provide a new perspective on the ESG management value of professional sports teams.

Knowledge status of skin tear prevention and its demographic and occupational influencing factors: A National cross-sectional survey among nurses.

A skin tear (ST) is a common skin injury that is often misdiagnosed or overlooked. This study examined the current state of nurses' ST knowledge and its influencing factors. A national cross-sectional survey combined with a quantitative analysis was used to provide evidence of poor ST knowledge among nurses and its influencing factors. An electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among 1293 nurses from 32 hospitals in 18 provinces across China, including a General Information Questionnaire, ST Knowledge Assessment Instrument (OASES) and a Self-directed Learning Competence Scale for Nurses (SLCS-N). The mean OASES score was 9.51 ± 3.15, with a score rate of 47.55%. Pearson's correlation analysis showed positive correlations, ranging from none to strong, between every dimension in the OASES and from strong to extremely strong between every dimension in the SLCS-N. Multivariate analysis revealed multiple independent factors influencing ST knowledge, such as hospital tier, specialized nurses in wound/ostomy/incontinence care, participation in training for wound/ostomy/incontinence management, willingness to undergo ST training, self-assessed grade in ST care and the degree of emphasis of managers. ST knowledge status was generally poor among nurses nationwide. Managers should establish a comprehensive and specialized curriculum-based system, develop evidence-based standardized nursing processes, and provide tailored training programs to address nurses' unique characteristics and individualized needs, thereby enhancing their proficiency in ST-related knowledge and skills. This study is the first to identify a poor level of ST knowledge among nurses nationwide, particularly in the four dimensions of risk assessment: prevention, treatment, classification, and observation. Based on the findings regarding demographic factors and ST experiences, an integrated management system and educational program should be implemented to improve nurses' awareness and knowledge in this field. A picture fuzzy CIMAS-ARTASI model for website performance analysis in human resource management

The central emphasis of human resource management resides in the precise delineation of job responsibilities, engaging in systematic inquiry to identify well-suited candidates, and discerningly electing the most qualified individual from the pool whose qualifications align with the job description. The selection of a well-suited candidate is dependent on the creation of an appropriate candidate pool. Digital platforms are preferred over traditional approaches to reach human resources. The main objective of this research is to identify the most suitable digital platform for posting job advertisements based on website performance. The multiple-attribute group decision-making approach is adopted in this research, considering both qualitative and quantitative criteria. A decision support system for website selection is developed, where expert importance levels are calculated based on picture fuzzy sets (PFS). The weight levels of criteria are determined using the introduced PFS-based criteria importance assessment (CIMAS) method. The ranking of websites is calculated using the proposed PFS-based alternative ranking technique based on adaptive standardized intervals (ARTASI) method. These methods are hybridized into the PFS-CIMAS-ARTASI model. Additionally, an algorithm for this hybrid model is developed. A case study is conducted to demonstrate the applicability of the PFS-CIMAS-ARTASI hybrid model for website performance calculations. Robustness tests based on various sensitivity analysis scenarios are performed. The research results indicate that PFS-CIMAS-ARTASI is both applicable and robust. Comprehensive managerial implications are presented and elaborated on.

유통산업의 ESG경영을 위한 임파워링리더십, 안전문화, 안전행동, 조직신뢰관계 연구

ESG management, which considers non-financial elements of companies, is the current emphasis of corporate management. To sustain development in the shifting business landscape, the distribution industry is exploring digital transformation(DX) initiatives like AI and robotics. However, to ensure environmental, social, and governance(ESG) safety, industry-specific precautions must be taken. This study focused on the ESG safety management in the distribution industry. It aimed to identify the mechanisms of empowering leadership, safety culture, safety behavior, and organizational trust. The study also empirically confirmed that safety culture acts as a mediator between empowering leadership and safety behavior. Additionally, it found that organizational trust plays a moderating role between safety culture and safety behavior. In order to achieve this objective, a survey was performed online with a sample size of 400 workers in the distribution industry. Out of the 400 replies, 384 were considered reliable for analysis after eliminating 16 dishonest responses. The data was then analyzed using SPSS 25.0 Process Macro and AMOS 22.0 to check the link between the main variables and test the hypotheses. The study revealed that empowering leadership had a large and beneficial impact on safety behavior and safety culture. Furthermore, research has demonstrated that the implementation of empowered leadership has a positive impact on safety culture, hence strengthening and initiating safety-related actions among individuals. Furthermore, it was discovered that organizational trust acts as a moderating mediator between empowering leadership and safety behavior, specifically through safety culture. The study confirmed that as the level of organizational trust increases, the positive impact of empowering leadership on safety behavior is enhanced through the mediating role of safety culture. The given findings provide theoretical and practical recommendations for implementing ESG safety compliance response systems and safety processes in the distribution industry.

Biogeomorphological response to river restoration of a suburban river with large wood: Creating a restoration vision and cost‐effectively monitoring the response trajectory using the citizen science MoRPh survey

AbstractBiogeomorphological responses to river restoration are rarely reported. Despite a transition in the emphasis and priorities of river management over the last 40 years from controlling river channel forms and processes to restoring and supporting natural processes, forms and functions, remarkably little information is available on project outcomes. Here, using the example of Beverley Brook within Wimbledon Common, Greater London, UK, we illustrate how standardised detailed monitoring information can be assembled at a very low cost using the citizen science MoRPh survey and we demonstrate the importance of having a pre‐project vision of likely outcomes that can be tracked by the monitoring programme. We show how a pre‐project and five post‐project surveys undertaken over 4 years according to a before‐after‐control‐impact (BACI) design provides scientifically robust data. Analysis of the survey data quantifies the nature, abundance and spatial distribution of restoration interventions, the immediate responses to those interventions, and the ensuing trajectory of biogeomorphological adjustments. Changes in the persistence, size, position, abundance and evolution of habitats reveal the degree to which the restoration achieved the pre‐project biogeomorphological vision and why the recovery trajectory progressed at the observed rate and to the observed end point over 4 years. Our approach has enormous potential for monitoring the outcomes of river interventions. Whilst our project was limited in its spatial scale and focus on physical habitats, we suggest how these limitations could be overcome whilst still containing costs.

ПОТЕНЦІАЛ ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ СУЧАСНИМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ

The article is devoted to topical issues of studying theoretical and practical aspects of human capital management in today’s conditions. The study defines the features of human capital in the management system of a modern enterprise, defines the concept of human capital, defines the main types and structure of human capital management. The relevance of the study is determined by the changes taking place in the personnel management system and the emphasis on the development of human capital as a driving force for improving the efficiency of enterprises. The practice of human capital management has become more and more relevant in recent times, the reason for such attention and relevance is that managers (managers) recognize that the greatest asset of a modern enterprise is human capital (personnel), which, in turn, is the most expensive part for the enterprise. The apotheosis of modern enterprise management is that human capital management becomes the driving force of modern business. The introduction of digital technologies and the increase in the number of software solutions for human capital management and the emphasis of managers on human capital as a competitive advantage is becoming a priority for the modern enterprise. Research methodology. A combination of analysis, comparison and synthesis methods was used in the research process. According to the results of the study, it was established that human capital management is a set of organizational practices related to the recruitment, management and development of human labor – or human capital – within the organization. Тhe purpose of the article is to study the theoretical base and identify the meaningfulness of the category of human capital management of an enterprise in the conditions of a changing environment, to investigate the main types of human capital in modern conditions, to determine the interpretation of the category "human capital" and to determine the conceptual provisions of the foundations of human capital management of enterprises. Тhe practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the obtained research results in the practice of Ukrainian enterprises.

Utility of Agri Clinic and Agricultural Business Center Training contents for Agripreneurs in Uttar Pradesh

Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare in India, aims to empower rural youth with agricultural backgrounds to establish their own agricultural enterprises and support farmers. The research, conducted from March to September 2021, focused on assessing the effectiveness of training courses offered by the nodal institute, Shree-Maa-Guru Gramodhyog Sansthan in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. A total of 100 respondents were selected for this study and data were collected through a pre-tested structured interview schedule. It was found high utility indices in the entrepreneurial development phase for characteristics and presentation skills (52.0), entrepreneurial management phase for case studies (65.2), and enterprise planning phase for exposure visits and type of organization was perceived high utility (66.2). Animal husbandry comprised 46 per cent of established enterprises, while crop production and nursery activities constituted 20 per cent. Most agripreneurs had little to no work experience (55%). Major challenges included social stigma (60%), market fluctuations (59%), price factors (40%), and unpredictable climatic conditions (33%). The study suggests a holistic approach to refining the ACABC program, ensuring it aligns with the dynamic requirements of agripreneurs in Uttar Pradesh. This approach involves content enrichment, digital literacy promotion, strategic management emphasis, experiential learning, local opportunities exploration, resource mobilization enhancement, customization, and continuous evaluation.

Risky decision-making in major depressive disorder: A three-level meta-analysis

BackgroundIndividuals with major depressive disorder (MDD) are usually observed making inappropriate risky decisions. However, whether and to what extent MDD is associated with impairments in risky decision-making remains unclear. We performed a three-level meta-analysis to explore the relationship between risky decision-making and MDD. MethodWe searched the Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and PsycINFO databases up to February 7, 2023, and calculated Hedges' g to demonstrate the difference in risky decision-making between MDD patients and healthy controls (HCs). The moderating effect of sample and task characteristics were also revealed. ResultsAcross 73 effect sizes in 39 cross-sectional studies, MDD patients exhibited greater risk-seeking than HCs (Hedges' g = 0.187, p = .030). Furthermore, age (p = .068), region (p = .005), and task type (p < .001) were found to have moderating effects. Specifically, patients preferred risk-seeking over HCs as age increased. European patients showed significantly increased risk-seeking compared to American and Asian patients. Patients in the Iowa Gambling Task (IGT) exhibited a notable rise in risk-seeking compared to other tasks, along with an increased risk aversion in the Balloon Analogue Risk Task (BART). The multiple-moderator analysis showed that only task type had significant effects, which may be explained by a tentative framework of "operationalization-mechanism-measure" specificity. ConclusionsMDD patients generally exhibit higher risk-seeking than HCs. It implies that impaired risky decision-making might be a noteworthy symptom of depression, which should be placed more emphasis for clinical management and psycho-education.

A Comprehensive Survey of Machine Learning Methodologies with Emphasis in Water Resources Management

This paper offers a comprehensive overview of machine learning (ML) methodologies and algorithms, highlighting their practical applications in the critical domain of water resource management. Environmental issues, such as climate change and ecosystem destruction, pose significant threats to humanity and the planet. Addressing these challenges necessitates sustainable resource management and increased efficiency. Artificial intelligence (AI) and ML technologies present promising solutions in this regard. By harnessing AI and ML, we can collect and analyze vast amounts of data from diverse sources, such as remote sensing, smart sensors, and social media. This enables real-time monitoring and decision making in water resource management. AI applications, including irrigation optimization, water quality monitoring, flood forecasting, and water demand forecasting, enhance agricultural practices, water distribution models, and decision making in desalination plants. Furthermore, AI facilitates data integration, supports decision-making processes, and enhances overall water management sustainability. However, the wider adoption of AI in water resource management faces challenges, such as data heterogeneity, stakeholder education, and high costs. To provide an overview of ML applications in water resource management, this research focuses on core fundamentals, major applications (prediction, clustering, and reinforcement learning), and ongoing issues to offer new insights. More specifically, after the in-depth illustration of the ML algorithmic taxonomy, we provide a comparative mapping of all ML methodologies to specific water management tasks. At the same time, we include a tabulation of such research works along with some concrete, yet compact, descriptions of their objectives at hand. By leveraging ML tools, we can develop sustainable water resource management plans and address the world’s water supply concerns effectively.

Power of competition: Unraveling the impact of China's fair competition review system implementation on firm innovation

This paper exploits the introduction of China's Fair Competition Review System in 2016 as a quasi-natural experiment to analyze the impact of changes in market competition on firm innovation. Our findings illustrate that heightened competition fosters innovation at the firm level. After the implementation of the Fair Competition Review System, monopolistic firms face enhanced financing constraints and reduced free cash flows, while their degree of financialization is also curbed. Furthermore, the management's emphasis on innovation strengthens the motivational effect of competition on innovation. The results from heterogeneity analysis suggest that the Fair Competition Review System's stimulating effect on innovation is especially salient for state-owned enterprise, non-high-tech enterprises, large firms, and those located in regions with lower levels of marketization.

Towards accountability-centred practices: governance in OSCEs subordinating patient and practitioner clinical experience

New public management ideals and standards have become increasingly adhered to in health professions education; this is particularly apparent in high-stakes assessment, as a gateway to practice. Using an Institutional Ethnographic approach, we looked at the work involved in running high-stakes Objective Structured Clinical Exams (OSCEs) throughout an academic year including use of observations, interviews and textual analysis. In our results, we describe three types of ‘work’—standardising work, defensibility work and accountability work–summarising these in the discussion as an Accountability Circuit, which shows the organising role of texts on people’s work processes. We show how this form of governance mandates a shift towards accountability-centred practices, away from practices which are person-centred; this lens on accountability-centring during high-stakes assessments invites critique of the often-unquestioned emphasis of new public management in health professions education.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF PUBLISHING TEXTBOOKS, PEDAGOGICAL/TEACHING AND METHODOLOGICAL GUIDES AND NORMALIZING THE COST OF MATERIALS

Taking into account the society's demand on the efficiency of budget funds management, further optimization of budget expenditures, improvement of the quality of educational services, the strategy of providing textbooks and manuals for students of general secondary education and teachers should be developed and approved, the problem of development of standards of paper consumption for the production of textbooks was solved. manuals for modern printing equipment and their approval. The research was carried out using general scientific methods, in particular, theoretical generalization, methods of statistical analysis, graphic method of visualization of research results. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of development of directions of regulation of publishing of educational literature in Ukraine on the basis of adaptation of European experience, to develop approaches to creation of a system of standardization of production costs of printed materials. It was found out that in modern scientific literature the debate on the justification of the ways of development of the publishing and printing sphere, the necessity of real state support and standardization of production costs of printed products continues. The authors studied the trends in book publishing in countries with a high level of education and a developed educational literature publishing industry, which determines the demand for books and the development of the publishing industry. Systematized and analyzed information on the printing of textbooks and teaching aids in Ukraine, outlined the problems associated with the need to control the spending of budget funds. It was found that the current system of publishing educational literature in Ukraine is characterized by an insufficient level of achievement of target indicators in the use of state budget funds intended for the production of book products. Characterization of the main principles of activity of the largest publishing houses of educational literature in Ukraine was carried out on the basis of the indicators of the total circulation of books and by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation for the domestic book publishing industry are analyzed, which require a shift of the emphasis of effective management to optimization and cost minimization. Due to the outdated and imperfect system of rationing, the necessity of the scientific institution to carry out complex preparatory work on the legislative regulation of technical standards of costs and standards of material waste in the production of textbooks and educational-methodical aids has been determined.

The Genetic Composition of Wild Steelhead Based on Spatial Proximity to a Hatchery

AbstractManagement of hatchery and wild stocks of steelhead Oncorhynchus mykiss within the same watershed requires careful consideration when management objectives include the use of the hatchery stock to meet fishery objectives while maintaining the genetic integrity of coexisting wild stocks. This scenario can be further complicated when management objectives for the hatchery stock include supplementation of natural production. The lower Clearwater River in Idaho provided an ideal location to evaluate hatchery steelhead genetic influence within a drainage with separate wild steelhead and supplementation management emphasis areas. We collected 813 genetic samples from wild juvenile steelhead from two sample years in 10 tributaries to the lower Clearwater River to explore genetic structure and assess hatchery influence. Overall, levels of genetic diversity of wild groups were comparable with those observed elsewhere in the Snake River basin. Estimates of effective population size of sample tributaries ranged from 22 to 198 spawners, with a median of 84. All but two tributaries had &gt;50 spawners, and evidence of natural gene flow from other stocks was observed. Results of the study display three zones of hatchery influence in the lower Clearwater River: (1) no influence in lower tributaries with wild steelhead emphasis, (2) moderate influence in wild steelhead tributaries in close proximity to the hatchery facility, and (3) significant influence in hatchery‐supplementation tributaries. Interestingly, a number of wild steelhead reporting groups from elsewhere in the Snake River basin were observed in the assignments of study fish, suggesting movement of wild steelhead among larger drainage areas. Techniques outlined in this study can be used to monitor future hatchery influence in the Clearwater River drainage, track historic versus contemporary genetic influence in the drainage, and apply to other watersheds with hatchery and wild steelhead management objectives.

The rise and rise of predator control: a panacea, or a distraction from conservation goals?

We review the recent rise to prominence in Aotearoa New Zealand of predation-focused conservation management, critically assessing the likelihood that this will deliver outcomes consistent with national biodiversity goals. Using a review of literature describing the impacts and control of three groups of introduced mammals (wild ungulates, brushtail possums, and predators), we identify shifts in management emphasis over a century of conservation decision-making in Aotearoa.

A BRIEF REVIEW ON THE INFLUENCE OF FLAG LEAF ON CEREALS PRODUCTION

Production in cereal crops is due to some complex physiological and biochemical processes, but is essentially associated with the process of carbohydrate accumulation in the grain filling phase which in turn is attributed to leaf functionalities. A critical stage in the development of wheat plants is the emergence of the final leaf called the flag leaf. At this point the emphasis of management needs to shift to its protection as the flag leaf is critical for attaining high grain yields. Unlike other leaves in the reproductive phase, flag leaves are the main organ for photosynthesis, providing the main assimilated source for plant growth and spike development and also for sensing environmental conditions conducive to adaptation. This short review aims to analyse some of the most important results from the specialized literature regarding the influence of the flag leaf on cereal production. The main documentation platforms were Google Scholar and Web of Science. The importance of the flag leaf in generating yield in grains is without dispute. Protecting the flag leaf is critical to attaining high yields. The vigil starts as soon as growers are able to recognize when the flag begins to emerge.

ВАРТІСНООРІЄНТОВАНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ: ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА ПРОБЛЕМИ

The article discloses the peculiarities of the concept formation of value-oriented management of en-terprise and its transformations in modern conditions. The author substantiates the need to shift the em-phasis of such management to the financial component of business entities' activities, which is associated with the direct and indirect interests of business owners and the peculiarities of management under martial law. The author defines the transformed concepts of value-based management, which, in addition to the classical approach, also include value-based management based on stakeholders' interests and strategic value-based management. As a result of the systematization of the latest factors of value-based manage-ment of an enterprise, which are caused by wartime conditions, it was possible to propose its structure depending on the types of enterprise activity. The general concept of value-based management includes a focus on several key aspects of the enterprise's activities, such as interaction with shareholders, stakehold-ers and achievement of the entity's strategic goals. At the same time, this approach involves the implemen-tation of a set of measures aimed at managing specific aspects of the enterprise's operation or individual business processes. The use of the income approach to business valuation is currently the most effective, as it allows the management of an enterprise to obtain reliable and accurate results. Ensuring effective value-based management of an enterprise must necessarily include a proper and effective business valu-ation system, since it is on its basis that the primary formation of strategies for managing the financial activities of a business entity takes place. It is important to bear in mind that the choice of a particular business valuation method depends, in particular, on the specifics of the company's activities and the mar-ket conditions in which it carries out its main and related activities.

Development of corporate treasury operations in russian leasing companies

In the context of the digital economy small Russian companies with several settlement accounts, minimal currency risks, and the absence of the need to control credit resources and investments, practically do not create an autonomous treasury department. Treasury functions are performed by an accountant and are controlled and managed by a chief financial officer. With the expansion of the company’s activities, in order to create a unified strategy for the policy in the field of cash flow control and the development of financial risk management procedures, a centralized treasury is formed. According to research by the largest international audit companies, due to the strengthening of strategic emphasis in cash management, the role, degree of centralization, and importance of corporate treasury in Russian financial management have been growing significantly over the past 10 years. The study examines the development of the corporate treasury in leasing companies in Russia; the authors propose several ways of managing corporate treasury operations in leasing companies, in particular, development and application of a cash flow management system, and outline a methodology of separate accounting of the results of corporate treasury activities. It is concluded that the use of information support, based on big data analysis and machine learning, contributing to the consolidation of all the company’s cash flows in a single database, is required. In this regard, the results obtained can be useful to organizations that use corporate treasury in their activities.

The rapid growth of the medical industry has resulted in a tremendous increase in medical record data, which can be utilized for hospital management, aiding in diagnosis and treatment, medical research, and other purposes. For data management and analysis, medical institutions require more qualified medical record information managers. In light of this, we conducted an analysis of the qualifications, abilities, and job emphasis of medical record information managers in order to propose training recommendations. From online job posting sites, a sample of 241 job advertisements for medical record information management positions posted by Chinese healthcare institutions were collected. We conducted word frequency and keyword co-occurrence analysis to uncover overall demands at the macro level, and job analysis to investigate job-specific disparities at the micro level. Based on content analysis and job analysis, a competency framework was designed for medical record information managers. The most frequent keywords were "code," "job experience," and "coding certification," according to the word frequency analysis. The competency framework for managers of medical record information is comprised of seven domains: essential knowledge, medical knowledge, computer expertise, problem-solving skills, leadership, innovation, and attitude and literacy. One of the fundamental skills required of medical record information managers is coordination and communication. Similarly, knowledge and skill requirements emphasize theoretical knowledge, managerial techniques, performance enhancement, and innovation development. According to organization type and job differences, the most crucial feature of the job duties of medical record information managers is cross-fertilization. The findings can be utilized by various healthcare organizations for strategic talent planning, by the field of education for medical record information managers for qualification and education emphasis adjustment, and by job seekers to enhance their grasp of the profession and self-evaluation.
