Development and Application of Sporadic Material Inventory Optimization Management System based on Artificial Intelligence

This paper introduces the overall framework of the intelligent electrical sporadic materials management system based on the ubiquitous Internet of Things. The system includes storage equipment and an intelligent management terminal. It makes optimal design for storage equipment and intelligent management terminals. The dynamic modeling of a three-layer supply chain system of power materials is constructed and composed of manufacturers, suppliers, and raw materials. The inventory control strategy of each link in the supply chain of power materials under different cooperation levels is studied by introducing the corresponding adjustment variables. Through the experiment and analysis of the system, it is proved that the system has good performance in label management, resource management, inventory management, disposal management, system management and essential management. The number of concurrent users, response speed, stability and other aspects of the system are excellent. The database is complete, independent, and secure. And the data is objectively reasonable and repairable. The system can lay a specific technical foundation for intelligent management of electrical sporadic materials.

However, small pharmacies face high implementation costs and a lack of technological expertise. Despite these challenges, the potential for growth remains substantial. Pharmacies can leverage these tools to increase efficiency, customer retention, and revenue. The Application of BMS in Electrical Energy Management and Carbon Emission Reduction

This article presents the application of Building Management System (BMS) in electrical load management. The BMS system in this article structure includes DDC, IOT 2050 Siemens, sensors, inverters and loads. Implementing this system in buildings saves energy, reduces operating costs and reduces CO2 emissions. A comparative analysis was conducted between projects with and without BMS implementation. The investment in the BMS incurs an additional capital expenditure, with a payback period of 7.3 years and a system lifespan of 20 years, providing a return of more than 13% on the investment. The results show significant energy savings with total consumption reduced by 13%. These findings highlight the effectiveness of BMS in optimizing energy use across different areas of a building, providing significant financial and environmental benefits. This research contributes to understanding the economic and environmental implications of integrating BMS into infrastructure development, creating favorable conditions for stakeholders in the construction and energy sectors.

Desain UI/UX Aplikasi Mobile LMS dengan Metode Design Thinking untuk Efektifitas Pembelajaran Mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi

This research seeks to develop the UI/UX of the Mobile Learning Management System (LMS) application by utilizing the Design Thinking methodology to improve the effectiveness of student learning in higher education. Design Thinking is used because of its user-centric methodology, guaranteeing that LMS apps align with the preferences and behaviors of students who are increasingly relying on mobile devices in their daily routines. Application development goes through the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, with validation carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The assessment involved five students from various academic fields who are proficient in desktop-based Learning Management Systems (LMS). The test results showed a SUS score of 78, categorized as "Good" and close to "Very Good". This score signifies the program's excellent usability, easy navigation, and functions that encourage learning flexibility, including content access, assignment submission, and discussion forums. This study shows that the mobile Learning Management System created using the Design Thinking methodology significantly increases student access to lecture materials and encourages the efficacy of learning in higher education. Suggestions for improvements include conducting assessments with a wider group of participants and implementing design iterations to refine features based on user feedback.

Long Short-Term Memory Approach to Predict Battery SOC

Estimating the ‘State of Charge’ (SOC) is a complex endeavour. Data-driven techniques for SOC estimation tend to offer higher prediction accuracy compared to traditional methods. With the progression of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning has found extensive applications across various fields such as infotainment, driver assistance systems, and autonomous vehicles. This paper categorizes the machine learning techniques utilized in Battery Management System (BMS) applications and employs a modern supervised neural network approach to predict SOC. Accurate SOC estimation is crucial to prevent battery failures in critical situations, such as during heavy traffic or when traveling with limited access to charging stations. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks are particularly adept at classifying, processing, and predicting based on time series data. These models are capable of capturing and retaining features over time, making them suitable for this study. The model's predicted SOC closely matches the true SOC, and the SOC prediction error remains nearly zero even with a large sample of input data.

In the current digital financial environment, portfolio management is highly valued, but traditional approaches face challenges. This study aims to explore the application of intelligent portfolio management systems in the financial field and design the system through accounting and financial knowledge to improve the efficiency of decision-making. Comprehensive research methods were adopted to collect financial and market data, and tools such as machine learning and data mining were used for in-depth analysis. Finally, an intelligent portfolio management system was designed and constructed, and its application effect was verified through empirical research. The research objects are financial market participants, and the data comes from the real market. This study chooses JPMorgan Chase and BlackRock as the research objects. These two well-known financial institutions have rich experience and resources in portfolio management, which will provide in-depth case analysis and data support for this study. The results show that the intelligent system can improve the decision-making efficiency, and put forward the technical challenges and countermeasures to promote the further development of the system.

Digitalization of information systems and educational laboratory management in higher education institutions

This study aims to develop an Information and Educational Laboratory Management System application based on SIONLAP. SIONLAP is designed and developed following educational institution elements' duties, needs, and functions. The system is developed to convert manual procedures, forms, and workflows into digital formats. Workflow processes can be optimized and automated through the implementation of SIONLAP. Documents and records generated by SIONLAP will be in digital data form, which can facilitate data processing and strategic analysis for planning, organizing, implementing, documenting, monitoring, reporting, evaluating, and developing educational laboratories, thereby improving management and continuous services in support of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The research method refers to the waterfall method, with testing using the black box method. The results of the SIONLAP 2.0 application research show that it 1) provides more user-friendly user access management capabilities to facilitate users in higher education institutions with multi-role functions; 2) simplifies the data management and information workflow of equipment inventory; and 3) offers a laboratory asset rental feature as a means for higher education institutions to generate revenue from their laboratory assets

Abstract: This research introduces a novel locomotionalgorithm for autonomous on-road robots that are intended to realtime garbage collection from dustbins.The proposed system incorporates a cutting-edge object identification framework called YOLO (You Only Look Once) to recognise roadways, obstructions, and dustbins. The autonomous robot, equipped with a robust hardware platform and a camera, navigates urban environments efficiently, ensuring seamless obstacle avoidance and precise dustbin localization.Our method makes use of real-time processing to facilitate adaptive decision-making and dynamic path planning, which improves the robot's operational effectiveness. The algorithm's efficacy in varioussettings is illustrated by the experimental findings, underscoring its potential for scalable implementation in smart city endeavours. Recent advances in autonomous urban cleaning systems form the basis for this study, which focuses on real-time processing capabilities to enable adaptive decisionmaking and smooth navigation. Experimental validation illustratesthe suggested locomotion algorithm's performance in avariety of urban environments, highlighting its practical application in autonomous garbage management systems. This research aims to address waste management difficulties and contribute to the development of autonomous urban cleaning technology, thereby supporting the realisation of smarter and cleaner cities. Development of Financial Management Application Model for MSME-Based Laundry Business Using Waterfall Methodology

The laundry business is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME). However, currently, transaction handling, and financial tracking systems in MSME businesses are still manual, namely by writing in books or face-to-face communication. This research aims to develop a laundry service management system application using the waterfall method that can make it easier for owners to receive income and expense reports, transaction processes, and obtain information on business places digitally. The research stage consists of problem analysis, design, implementation and testing. The development method used is the waterfall method and application implementation using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and bootstrap as a framework. Based on the results of the research, the application supports users in viewing reports from each input from the user page, customer page, laundry data, and transaction page. More specifically, the application supports user data management, customer data management (unique codes, customer names, addresses, and mobile phone numbers), transaction data management (number of clothes weight, nominal, laundry status, and other records), report management (transaction notes, income reports, and expense reports) and based on measurements using the blackbox method produces 100% accuracy.

Characteristics of OP35E-based phase-change emulsion and its potential applications in thermal management

ABSTRACT A phase-change emulsion was prepared using OP35E (melting peak at 36.58 ℃) as the phase-change material and Span60-PEG600 blend as a compound emulsifier. This phase-change emulsion exhibited low viscosity, low subcooling, low electrical conductivity, high heat capacity, non-corrosiveness, and high stability.The viscosity, subcooling, electrical conductivity, and pH value of the emulsion were 2.67 mPa∙s, 1.03°C, 99.3 us/cm, and 7.80, respectively. No phase separation occurred after the emulsion was left to stand for 1 month. The volume average particle size increased by only 0.14 μm, Neither agglomeration nor stratification of the emulsion occurred after 400 high/low-temperature cycles. The electrical conductivity and pH value of the emulsion were determined to be 150.5 µs/cm and 7.23, respectively, indicating small variations. In the 60-day static corrosion test, the emulsion exhibited low corrosiveness to 304 stainless steel, T2 copper, and H62 brass, with corrosion amounts of 0.240 g/m2, 0.719 g/m2, and 1.438 g/m2, respectively.The melting peak of the emulsion occurred at the temperature of 35.45°C, and the enthalpy of melting was 35.28 J/g. The maximum apparent specific heat capacity of emulsion is 9.94 J/(g∙K), which is more than twice that of conventional coolants such as water and ethylene glycol. In conclusion, the OP35E-based phase-change emulsion has a high heat storage capacity and exhibits great potential application in lithium battery thermal management systems.

Research on a fault-diagnosis strategy of lithium iron phosphate battery in an energy-storage system based on multi-feature fusion

Quickly and accurately detecting the voltage abnormality of lithium-ion batteries in battery energy storage systems (BESS) can avoid accidents caused by battery faults. A triple-layer battery fault diagnosis strategy is proposed based on multi-feature fusion. The threshold are mainly based on the dynamic quartile method and the adaptive multiple is automatically adjusted according to the data situation. The first layer fault is based on the frequency of voltage values exceeding the limit to detect over-charge or over-discharge faults. The features such as improved stack autoencoder, improved standard deviation and improved Shannon entropy of the voltage sequences in a sliding-time window are mutually validated to identify open circuit or short circuit fault batteries in the second layer. The above features are input into the sliding local outlier factor (SLOF) method in the third layer to obtain the fused outlier factors. The grades of inconsistency are divided by fused outlier factor and verify the fault diagnosis results of the first two layers. Finally, validation is carried out using battery data from two actual operating BESSs. Moreover, a comparative analysis with existing methods has been executed. This proposed method can determine the type and severity of battery faults, which is conducive to the practical fault diagnosis application of battery management system in BESSs.

Numerical Analysis of Enhanced Subcooled Boiling Heat Transfer in a Twisted Tri-Lobed Tube

This study presents a detailed investigation of subcooled boiling phenomenon in a twisted tri-lobed tube, aiming to elucidate its role in tube design and application in thermal management systems. Integrating the Eulerian two-fluid model with the RPI wall boiling model, this study examines the influence of geometric parameters and boundary conditions in a twisted tri-lobed tube on heat transfer. Following validation with experimental data, the study spans a range of mass flux G=500-800 kg/(m²∙s), inlet subcooling ΔTsub,inlet=25-55 K, heat flux qw=0.3-0.6 MW/m², and outlet pressure Poutlet=5-8 MPa. Results show that increasing the minor radius (r) and straight segment length (l) and decreasing the transition radius (R), boosts secondary and helical flows but does not significantly affect the increase in wall void fraction. Furthermore, elevating the wall heat flux and outlet pressure, coupled with decreasing the inlet subcooling degree and mass flow flux, promotes subcooled boiling, thereby enhancing the average void fraction and convective heat transfer coefficient. Significantly, reducing ΔTsub,inlet to 25 K allows the performance evaluation criterion (PEC) of the twisted tri-lobed tube to reach 2.18. The methodologies and findings of this study contribute significantly to a deeper understanding of subcooled boiling process in a twisted tri-lobed tube.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia Interaktif di SMK

The training program at SMK Negeri 2 Dompu aims to improve teachers' abilities in developing interactive multimedia-based learning media. This training was held to overcome the challenges of using conventional learning media which is less attractive to students, as well as teachers' lack of understanding regarding educational technology which affects learning effectiveness. This program is designed so that teachers can utilize digital technology to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and create interactive learning that is relevant to the digital era. Program implementation includes three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring. In the preparation stage, a teacher needs survey was carried out and training materials were prepared which included the creation of multimedia learning media and the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) application. The implementation phase includes training in creating interactive multimedia learning media, developing materials in line with the Independent Curriculum, training in using the LMS, as well as assistance in creating interactive media using the Canva and LMS applications. Monitoring is carried out after training to evaluate the success of the program through assessing participant performance and measuring results through questionnaires and analysis. Program results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding regarding the use of multimedia in learning, with 90% of participants reporting increased understanding and 80% successfully developing multimedia-based modules. In terms of LMS usage, 70% of participants successfully created an account and started using the platform. Increasing teachers' understanding and skills in interactive multimedia and LMS technology is very positive, helping teachers utilize technology to create more interesting and effective learning, as well as monitor student progress digitally, showing great potential in developing teacher competence to face educational challenges in the technological era.

Evaluation and Improving Treatment Plans of Gated Radiotherapy in Left-Sided Breast Cancer Patients Using Respiratory Motion Management System for Deep Inspiration Breath-Hold (DIBH)

Background: One essential part of treating breast cancer is radiation therapy. Patients with breast cancer are more likely to develop cardiac problems and die if they accidentally expose their hearts to radiation. In order to minimize radiation exposure to the heart, the deep inspiration breath-hold technique (DIBH) has been implemented into clinical practice. This study aimed to assess the use of the Varian Respiratory Motion Management System (RGSC) for radiation application in DIBH, with a focus on dosimetric plan comparison and treatment planning during free breathing (FB) and DIBH Methods and Material: This prospective clinical trial comprised 100 patients with left-sided breast cancer who had undergone breast-conserving surgery. Gating control and the RGS system were employed for therapy application. Analytical anisotropic algorithm (AAA) was used to generate dual treatment plans after CT data were obtained in FB and DIBH. Using the Dose Volume Histogram (DVH), dosimetric output parameters of organs at risk were compared. Results: The RGSC is connected to the LINAC systems and enables con- tinuous, touchless respiratory motion tracking using a camera. After each patient underwent dual treatment planning, 50 patients received treatment in Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) using DIBH, while 50 more patients received treatment in IMRT using Free Breath (FB). The mean cardiac dose reduction for DIBH in these patients was 7.23 to 3.41 Gy when compared to FB. Conclusion: The current data demonstrate that RT could greatly lower mean doses to the heart and high-dose locations by implementing the DIBH approach.

A Brief Discussion on Innovations in Student Fee Management Systems in Higher Education Institutions Under the Network Environment
