The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the concept pursued by corporate vision and the financial performance of a company, focusing on digital transformation(DT). Prior research on business administration contributed to the development of business administration by emphasizing the importance of vision in terms of entrepreneurship and management strategy and emphasizing the influence of vision on corporate performance. However, this study differentiated itself from previous studies by clarifying the relationship between vision and the financial performance of a company, and it was significant in verifying the effect of vision on the financial performance of a company. The research method quantitatively identified and analyzed the financial performance of a company for 331 companies registered in the KOSPI in Korea, and analyzed the vision and correlation of each company based on this. As a result of the analysis according to the above research purpose, it was found that the variables related to the financial performance of a company (digital, innovation, ICT, innovator, new business) had a positive (+) correlation, and specific target related variables also had a positive (+) correlation. Through this result, the following management implications can be derived. digital technology itself is an important factor in determining corporate competitiveness, and utilizing it is the driving force behind corporate growth, indicating that active use of digital technology to solve organizational or customer problems can be a positive factor in a company's financial performance. In addition, it can be seen that abstract and unclear vision contents such as growth, future, and value do not help a company's management performance, and when setting vision attributes, specific targets must be presented to have a positive effect on management performance.
