Trends in Sustainable Banking Practices: A Bibliometric Review of Green Financial Services and Risk Management Strategies

Sustainable banking practices and environmentally friendly financial services are becoming an increasing research focus in the modern financial era. This article performs a bibliometric review of trends and strategies in this domain. It was found that green finance concepts, such as green bonds and environmentally friendly banking practices, as well as the integration of financial technology (fintech), were in the main spotlight. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has also influenced green investment trends and environmental risk management strategies. In conclusion, this article highlights future challenges and opportunities, including the integration of fintech in green finance, green banking practices in various countries, and the contribution of the financial sector to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Financial Literacy of Microentrepreneurs and its Effect on the Business Performance and Innovativeness: Empirical Evidence from India

Micro-entrepreneurs are the strategic assets of the nation, given their mammoth share in maintaining the socio-economic equilibrium and inclusive growth of the economy. Despite their contribution to India’s economy, they are still confronted with several on-ground hurdles, such as inadequate financial literacy among entrepreneurs, inaccessibility to affordable credit, financial mismanagement and lack of innovation. The extant literature has revealed that financial illiteracy and lack of innovation have raised pertinent concerns across the world, given the increasing rate of business failures. Nonetheless, the effect of financial literacy on organisational performance and innovativeness remains underexplored and fragmented. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on the business performance and innovativeness of the micro-entrepreneurs in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) in India. Primary data were gathered from around 302 micro-entrepreneurs registered in Delhi-NCR through self-administered questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicated that financial literacy significantly impacts business performance and innovativeness among micro-entrepreneurs. Therefore, the study advocates wider participation of policymakers, financial service providers and managers in designing tailored strategies aimed to enhance the financial education of micro-entrepreneurs.

The Analysis Of Performance Quality And Human Resource Communication In The Regional Finance And Asset Management Office Of Semarang City

The implementation of regional autonomy as an embodiment of the concept of decentralization is intended so that regional governments can further increase their efficiency and effectiveness in administering government, carrying out development, and providing services to the community more optimally by the characteristics of their region. A communication gap between superiors and subordinates occurs, triggering the emergence of negative Human Resource (HR) perceptions regarding the communication mechanisms between superiors and subordinates in the organization. This research used an explanatory research method, namely explaining the relationship between performance quality variables and communication quality. The sample selection used was stratified random sampling. The sample used was 100 Regional Financial and Asset Management Service (RFAMS) officers. The data analysis method in this research used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The research results show that performance and communication quality greatly influence commitment. Therefore, management should be able to design a sophisticated information system so that the performance and the communication of existing HR can be appropriately monitored.

Cash Wakaf Cash Waqf Behavior Supports Mental Health And Community Economy

Cash waqf is the main potential in driving people's economic behavior. Its presence is also a solution in overcoming all mental health and economic problems of the ummah. Various Muslim countries in the world have implemented the potential of this cash waqf to overcome various healthy dan economic problems. Utilization of cash waqf can be carried out both productively and non-productively in various interests for the healthy and welfare of the community in general. Nazhir's role is central in cash waqf. The nature of cash waqf is not an obligation. Money as a basic asset (ashal/mauquf alaih) cannot be reduced or used up. Money must be transferred into productive assets that flow many benefits in a sustainable manner.
 This qualitative research seeks to provide a descriptive discourse on the application of contemporary fiqh. Where cash waqf can be managed with productive investment schemes such as mudharabah, musyarakah, ijârah and murabaha. All of this with the intention of profitably benefiting both parties. Then this profit will be used for the mental health and benefit of society at large while maintaining the basic value of the waqf property. While non-productive management can be carried out by constructing buildings/buildings as socio-religious infrastructure, such as places of worship, educational facilities, health, plantations, fisheries and other social facilities. While the management of financial services can be collaborated with other public financial sources such as the use of zakat, infaq and alms funds whose management is utilized for the benefit of increasing the welfare of the community in general.

Quality of Service in Providing Financial Management Services for Public Service Agency at Universitas Negeri Manado

The quality of the financial services of the Public Service Agency (BLU) at Universitas Negeri Manado should be able to provide good results wherever possible. The State Civil Apparatus within the Universitas Negeri Manado Personnel, Finance, and General Bureau has a very strategic role as the spearhead of public planning. The aim of this research is to determine, describe, and analyze the Quality of Financial Management Services for the Universitas Negeri Manado Public Service Agency (BLU) in 2022. The method used is a qualitative research method. Based on research in the field, it can be concluded that the 5 indicators of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which were researched at the Universitas Negeri Manado Personnel, Finance and General Bureau (BKKU), have gone well. This can be seen from the answers of the informants and documentary evidence as well as the circumstances studied. However, there are several things that need to be improved so that service users can be more satisfied in the future.

Optimalisasi Pembentukan Desa Anti Korupsi Desa Senduro Kabupaten Lumajang Jawa Timur

Anti-corruption village is a program that aims to create a village that is free from corruption. Community service was carried out in Senduro Lumajang Village, East Java Province. Senduro Village is a village with unique culture and traditions, such as Javanese customs and the unique customs of the Tengger Tribe. Senduro Village has attractive tourism potential, such as Tancak Waterfall, Banyu Anjlok Waterfall, and Coban Rondo Senduro Waterfall. The potential of the village provides a lot of income for Senduro village so the management of natural resource products must be monitored so that their utilization is for the welfare of the people and not for corruption. Therefore this community service aims to prevent acts of corruption within the Senduro village government and promote transparency, accountability, community participation, and integrity in financial management and public services. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing knowledge of corruption actions to become an anti-corruption village. In the future, it is suggested that more routine related pieces of training be carried out in maintaining an anti-corruption village because these activities have a significant impact on building an independent and integrated village.

Financial sustainability in agri-food supply chains: A system approach

Historically, both governmental and private sectors have significantly underinvested in the agriculture industry.Increasing agricultural and food system investments is necessary to enhance food security and nutrition, reduce poverty, and adapt to climate change. To achieve long-term benefits, it is crucial to ensure not only that more investments are made, but also that these investments are responsible.The purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review of financial sustainability and ethical investing in the agriculture industry. The findings indicate that the academic community has begun to focus on these concerns in recent years. Specifically, issues concerning finance in developing nations and the management of irrigation systems are attracting attention.This paper's goal is to encourage more financial institutions, financial services managers, policymakers, and universities to participate in sustainable development projects in the financial services sector.

Effectiveness of Computer-Assisted Visual Multimedia Instructions on Improvement in Business Administration Skills Among Widows in Rural Communities

This study determined the impact of computer-assisted visual multimedia instructions (CAMI) on improvement in business administration skills among widows in rural areas using a quasi-experimental design. The result showed that at Time 1, the widows in both the control and CAMI groups reported low knowledge of business administration skills such as teamwork, delegation, supervision, financial management and customer service skills. After CAMI, the widows significantly differed with those in the treatment group reporting significantly higher mean scores on all the measures of business administration. Widows in CAMI group (unlike the control group) also reported an improvement in their business start-up intentions.

Analyzing the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Poverty Reduction: A Study Based on System GMM in China

This study investigates the potential of digital financial inclusion to reduce regional poverty in China, an issue that has received varying opinions from the academic community. Using panel data from 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions (2011–2020) and employing the system GMM, this paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between regional poverty and the growth of digital financial inclusion, as measured by the ‘Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index’. Controlling for factors such as the Gini coefficient, industrial structure, financial support for agriculture and education, and economic openness, this research finds that digital financial inclusion has a marked ability to reduce poverty rates. Moreover, our results indicate an intergenerational transmission characteristic in poverty, where prior levels significantly influence current poverty incidence. The study concludes that the recent acceleration of digital financial inclusion can be harnessed for meaningful poverty reduction. This study’s policy recommendations highlight the need for financial development to foster industrial and social growth and stress the importance of financial education for low-income populations. Additionally, it calls for increased management and oversight of inclusive and agricultural digital financial products and services.

In this work, artificial intelligence as a veritable tool in the deployment of financial management services by accounting professionals was studied. Extensive literature analysis with a robust constructive discussion was used to x-ray the impact artificial intelligence is having in financial management and accounting profession. The outcome of the discussions revealed that artificial intelligence has created sustainable financial productivity and more employment opportunities for the engagement of accounting professionals in providing cutting edge solutions in the delivery of quality financial services in different organizations.

Implementasi Model Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi UMKM

This research focuses on developing a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Information System architecture using the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices approach. This study successfully integrated SME system services and functionalities encompassing accounting management, financial management, product analysis, stock management, invoicing, and taxation services within an SOA structure. Adopting the principles of microservices, each service was able to isolate information and ensure consistency within its scope. Using CI/CD, service mesh, and the Kubernetes platform facilitated efficient and secure code delivery and effective inter-service communication management. This research demonstrates the importance of service-oriented architecture and microservices in building a modular, flexible, and customizable SME information system that can reuse resources and reduce dependency on back-end applications. As a result, the system produced can be easily adapted and enhanced to meet changing policy and business needs.

PATTERNS OF ISLAMIC FINTECH IMPLEMENTATION: PROBLEMS AND IMPLICATIONS FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

The development of fintech or financial technology is increasingly developing over time, this has caused public interest, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be interested in using it. Fintech is a phenomenon due to an innovation that introduces practicality, convenience, and economical costs. Similar to Sharia fintech which is currently being intensified by the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) together with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the MUI issued a sharia-based product offer from sharia business startups to MSME players. On the other hand, this fintech phenomenon has problems in its application to MSMEs. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, where a study is descriptive. The results of this study are that Islamic fintech can be a solution, especially for MSME actors by facilitating financial services, fintech is an innovation that aims to provide convenience, speed, and convenience in providing financial assistance. Fintech industry players need to educate the public about legal products and services to protect society from fraud and financial crime. The financial services authority (OJK) will assist regulators in developing and overseeing sharia fintech services. In Islamic fintech, several applications provide MSME financial management service offerings in business whose aim is to increase efficiency in terms of customer service.

An Overview of Intelligent Parking Systems

With the development of Internet technology, intelligent parking system has been developed. China's intelligent parking management platform has been connected to the front-end parking points, integrating the parking points of the original information island into a parking network. Optimization of Digital Information Management of Financial Services Based on Artificial Intelligence in the Digital Financial Environment

At present, society has entered the era of digital finance, and the information management system (IMS) of financial services has been developing rapidly, so the security of data has become particularly important. Firstly, some security techniques in IMS of financial services are introduced. Secondly, this study analyzes how to combine secure muti-party computation with blockchain technology to enhance the security of IMS. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the scheme are verified by a comparative test. The experimental results reveal that the evaluation index score of the optimized scheme is higher than that of the traditional scheme. Meanwhile, in the comparative experiment of information data encryption, it can be seen that the running time of all schemes will improve with the increase of data. However, the increase rate of the optimized model in this study is much slower than that of the traditional model.

Barriers to COVID-19 vaccine uptake among resource-limited adults diagnosed with chronic illness.

Despite the use of interventions (e.g., monetary incentives, educational campaigns, on-site workplace vaccination) to increase COVID-19 vaccination, differences in uptake persist by poverty level, insurance status, geography, race, and ethnicity, suggesting that these interventions may not be adequately addressing the barriers faced by these populations. Among a sample of resource-limited individuals with chronic illnesses, we (1) described the prevalence of different types of barriers to the COVID-19 vaccination and (2) identified associations between patients' sociodemographic characteristics and barriers to vaccination. We surveyed a national sample of patients with chronic illness and demonstrated healthcare affordability and/or access challenges about barriers to COVID-19 vaccination in July 2021. We categorized participant responses into cost, transportation, informational, and attitudinal barrier domains and assessed the prevalence of each domain, both overall and by self-reported vaccination status. Using logistic regression models, we examined unadjusted and adjusted associations between respondent characteristics (sociodemographic, geographic, and healthcare access) and self-reported barriers to vaccination. Of 1,342 respondents in the analytic sample, 20% (264/1,342) reported informational barriers and 9% (126/1,342) reported attitudinal barriers to COVID-19 vaccination. Transportation and cost barriers were reported much less commonly, by only 1.1% (15/1,342) and 0.7% (10/1,342) of the sample, respectively. Controlling for all other characteristics, respondents with either a specialist as their usual source of care or no usual source of care had an 8.4 (95% CI: 1.7-15.1) and 18.1 (95% CI: 4.3-32.0) percentage point higher predicted probability, respectively, of reporting informational barriers to care. Compared to females, males had an 8.4% point (95% CI: 5.5-11.4) lower predicted probability of reporting attitudinal barriers. Only attitudinal barriers were associated with COVID-19 vaccine uptake. Among a sample of adults with chronic illnesses who had received financial assistance and case management services from a national non-profit, informational and attitudinal barriers were more commonly reported than logistical or structural access barriers (i.e., transportation and cost barriers). Interventions should target attitudinal barriers among patients with chronic illness, who may have particular concerns about the interaction of the vaccine with ongoing medical care. Additionally, interventions targeting informational barriers are particularly needed among individuals without a usual source of care.

The results of operations can be gleaned from the balance sheet, income statement and other forms of reporting. But you need not only to see this data and know what report you can take it from, but also be able to analyze it. Therefore, when building an effective financial management system, it is necessary to ensure the maximum information content of the reporting forms used.

An Integrated and Comprehensive Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Model for Electronic Wallet Selection

Electronic wallet (E-wallet), which combines software, hardware, and human interaction, is a modern platform for electronic payment. Financial services managers can create more effective strategies for advancing existing positions by evaluating the success of e-wallet services. The objective of this research is to create an integrated model for assessing E-wallet services using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) in conjunction with a technique for extent analysis and the ARAS approach (Additive Ratio Assessment). In this study, E-wallet service providers are ranked and evaluated using the ARAS approach and the FAHP priority weights. In addition, a case study from Vietnam illustrates how the methodology is used. The data shows that perceived usefulness, perceived usability, perceived simplicity of use, and perceived threat have the least impact on how acceptable an E-wallet is. As a result, the suggested model improves the efficiency of E-wallet service operations and assists in overcoming the challenges associated with the evaluation of E-wallet services. The case finding demonstrates that the suggested model is a reliable and useful tool for making decisions when assessing E-wallet service providers functioning in a complex and changing environment.

The Impact of Internet Finance on the Profit Efficiency of Commercial Banks: Theory and Evidence From China

According to the reality of China, we divide Internet finance into four parts as Internet payment services, Internet financing services, Internet financial management services, and online banking business of traditional commercial banks, to discuss the impact of Internet finance on the profit efficiency of commercial banks. Our theoretical analysis shows that the external impact of Internet finance will reduce the profit of commercial banks, but Internet financing and Internet financial management have less influence, and the financial Internet business can improve the profit efficiency of commercial banks to some extent. An empirical test of Chinese data provides support for these predictions, it suggests that the estimated impact is significant and robust. Furthermore, differences in ownerships and profit efficiency of commercial banks will be at work.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI PEMUNGUTAN RETRIBUSI PASAR DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of collecting market retribution in Sumbawa Regency. This research is a descriptive research that aims to study descriptively the effectiveness and efficiency of collecting market retribution in Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of revenue target data, revenue realization, and market retribution collection costs in Sumbawa Regency for 2015-2021 obtained from documents and archives available at the Sumbawa Regency Revenue and Financial Management Service. To measure the performance of local governments in mobilizing PAD revenues originating from market levies, it is carried out by using the effectiveness and efficiency ratios of market retribution receipts. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the ratio of the effectiveness of collecting market retribution for Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021 is in the very effective category. This level of performance effectiveness shows the success of the local government in achieving the goals that have been set. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio for collecting market levies for Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021 is in the fairly efficient category. The local government of Sumbawa Regency spends relatively low costs to realize the revenue target it receives so that it can be said that the performance of the local government in mobilizing PAD revenues originating from market retribution collection is quite efficient.
