Optimization of Gold Pawn Product Advantages to Increase Customer Base

The objective of this study is to examine the main characteristics that impact customer satisfaction with pawn products at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, with a specific focus on its Waru Branch. Data for this study were gathered using a qualitative descriptive approach, through interviews conducted with the management, employees, and customers of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar's Waru Branch. In addition, supplementary data were acquired from papers, journals, and internal records of the bank. The research aims to maximize the benefits of gold pawn products in order to broaden the consumer base. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, previously named BPR Bhakti Sumekar, is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) located in Sumenep Regency. It was founded on September 16, 2002, first as a limited liability company (PT) before converting to a BUMD status. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar has a notable presence in the local financial sector with two Cash Offices and 28 Branch Offices, one of which is the Waru Branch.

The surgical management of frontal branch of the facial nerve injuries

Aim: The frontal branch of the facial nerve is particularly vulnerable to traumatic injury or during surgery. While the larger branches of the facial nerve, such as the buccal branch, are more easily identifiable and amenable to repair, the repair of the frontal branch is not common due to its complex branching pattern and smaller size. The description of the surgical approach to repair the frontal branch of the facial nerve is limited in the literature. In this study, we aim to explore the outcomes of patients who underwent frontal branch facial nerve repair in our centre. Method: In a retrospective case review at a single, tertiary Plastic Surgery centre, we performed frontal branch repair for eight patients (n = 8) who sustained complete or partial division of the frontal branch of the facial nerves. These patients were followed up postoperatively and assessed with the Sunnybrook Facial Grading System. Results: Using super microsurgical techniques, primary nerve coaptations, fascicular nerve flaps, and direct neurotisations were performed. All eight patients (100%) demonstrated improvements in terms of resting brow symmetry. There was a significant improvement in brow and frontalis function following surgical repair of the frontal branch, with 87.5% (seven patients) demonstrating improvement in forehead movement. Conclusion: In this case series, we demonstrated that the repair of the frontal branch of the facial nerve is relevant, with reasonably good functional outcomes. Repair of the frontal branch of the facial nerve should ideally be done as early as possible following the injury. Nevertheless, delayed repair may still be beneficial within 18 months after the injury.

In Indonesia, citrus fruits occupy the second level, which is the most consumed fruit with an average of 12.57 grams/capita/day. Lately the type of orange that is popular in Indonesia is wokam orange. Wokam oranges are citrus fruits imported from China. This type of orange can only be found in large fruit stores or supermarkets. Total Buah Segar is a large fruit shop that has several branches, one of which is Total Buah Segar Cikarang branch. Total Buah Segar Cikarang branch sells a variety of quality fruits, one of which is the popular wokam orange. Of course, its popularity can also cause problems in terms of stock inventory, namely there is often a shortage of wokam orange stock in Total Buah Segar Cikarang branch. Therefore, the management of Total Buah Segar Cikarang branch needs a sales forecast in order to determine the supply of wokam oranges in order to meet consumer demand. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The calculation of forecasting the sales of wokam oranges uses the MOVA and WMA methods. Precise forecasting results are obtained, namely the WMA method from determining the smallest MAD, MSE, and MAPE values. So that Total Buah Segar Cikarang branch can consider the results of forecasting to make decisions regarding the supply of wokam oranges in the future.

The multiple regression equation formed is significant between the variables of the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tigaraksa branch pawnshop, Tangerang, of Y = 41,520 + 040 + 034, the significance value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05, so F count 2.24 > 3.44. then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning accepted, in the multiple regression equation test formed between the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at branch the Tigaraksa, Tangerang

Analysis of Improving Employee Performance at the BTN Sharia Semarang Branch through Career Adaptability and Work Engagement

<p>The roles of career adaptability and work engagement are very important for the performance of banking employees so that companies can compete. This study aimed to analyze the factors of increasing employee performance at the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch through career adaptability and work engagement. This study uses an explanatory analysis approach. Census was used to obtain 70 employees as samples. Multiple regression was used to examine the role of these factors. The results found that career adaptability and work engagement variables can explain employee performance variables of 72.9%. Career adaptability and work engagement are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the Management of BTN Sharia Semarang Branch will continue to improve the career adaptability and work engagement of employees by continuing to provide enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and trying seriously to be able to improve employee performance.</p>

The problem of the bank's business processes digitalization

In the current conditions of fierce competition for the customer, the digital transformation of bank business processes has become a necessity. The article represents the results of competitive marketing analysis of the regional banking sector, as well as internal analysis of the regional office of VTB Bank in Kaliningrad. The analysis shows the current business process structures and reveals the potential for digitalization of individual business processes of the bank. The article proposes an approach to reorganize the business process of opening a current account for corporate clients. The proposed approach is based on the analysis of the way the business process is organized, the problems identified, expert assessments of its effectiveness conducted, as well as benchmarking. During the analysis, a field study was conducted, timing of the business process of opening a current account was done, as well as several proposals for the digitalization of one of its stages were made. A framework for the digital transformation of the organization business process was developed. The implementation of proposals for the digitalization of the business process of opening a current account will reduce time cost, optimize the work of the office staff, and will create additional profits. The proposed solution has been submitted to the management of the regional branch of the bank and sent for implementation to the IT-department at the head office of VTB Bank in Moscow.

S2809 Detection and Management of an Intact Splenic Artery Branch Within a Pancreatic Pseudocyst During EUS-Guided Cystogastrostomy

Introduction: Peripancreatic arteries are highly susceptible to pseudoaneurysm formation in chronic pancreatitis (CP) due to exposure to auto-digestive enzymes. Pseudoaneurysm incidence in CP is estimated between 10% - 17%, with rupture associated with a mortality rate of 40%.1 This case report describes the event of an endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) guided cystogastrostomy of a pancreatic pseudocyst within which an intact splenic artery branch was discovered after stent deployment, despite preceding EUS not revealing intervening vessels. Case Description/Methods: A 22-year-old man with a history of chronic pancreatitis presented for epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting. CT abdomen and pelvis (CTAP) revealed a large necrotic area within the pancreas. Initial EUS demonstrated chronic pancreatitis along with an adjacent large fluid collection with surrounding collateral vessels. As flow doppler did not reveal internal vasculature, a lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) was placed. Insufflation of the now collapsed pseudocyst and repeat EUS revealed an 8mm vessel with notable pulsation. Following consultation with the hepatobiliary surgery service and repeat review of CTAP, the team determined that this vessel was a distal branch of the splenic artery. An 11 mm Conmed clip was then placed at the origin of the vessel for interventional radiological localization. The LAMS was removed, and the tract was closed to prevent the risk of catastrophic hemorrhage. Arterial embolization of the splenic artery branch with an 8 mm Amplatzer Family of Vascular Plug 4 and Azur coils was performed, with angiogram revealing occlusion of the artery. Subsequent EUS and gastroscopic visualization revealed negative flow on Doppler and no evidence of active bleeding, respectively. The LAMS and two double pigtail stents were replaced. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was transferred back to the referring facility. Discussion: Despite close inspection of the pseudocyst with doppler and B-mode evaluation prior to LAMS deployment an internal vessel was not seen and at risk of transection during LAMS placement. Careful review of CT imaging and detailed evaluation of cysts should be undertaken prior to therapeutic intervention. Multidisciplinary consultation with hepatobiliary surgery and interventional radiology is critical when high-risk anatomy is discovered to coordinate care. Prevention of hemorrhage should be the priority and once obtained, further therapy of fluid collections can be attempted. (Figure)Figure 1.: A. Assessment of Asset Management Practice in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in Case Study of Kebri Dehar Branch

Banking in Ethiopia has a hundred years of history that back the Ethiopia economic environment through various mechanisms. One of the mechanisms is through asset management, which is helpful for planning and controlling of the bank to maintain its liquidity. As far as the information and knowledge of the researcher is concerned, no further study was conducted on asset management practice in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Kebridehar Branch. Thus, there are literature gaps. Thus the study focused on asset management practice in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Kebridehar Branch. The study was organized into five chapters. The research design is of the descriptive type and the researcher will use a qualitative research approach to assess asset management of CBE Kebridehar branch. The study used primary and secondary data. In terms of primary data, the research was used 12samples distributed for the bank manager, vice-managers and officers. Besides, the secondary data such as annual reports and manuals of the bank and NBE, Journal articles and books were reviewed. The data collected via primary and secondary sources were analyzed critically. In addition to this the internal control system of asset management and saving campaigns should get high priority in order to enhance asset management. In addition to this, the bank should employ by far asset exploitation (use of the asset to meet some corporate objective. The findings of the study revealed that there is no uniform (standardized) asset management policy and procedure in the banking industry which is in commercial banks in Ethiopia, kebri dehar branch. The directives issued by NBE have no significant impact that will affect the performance of commercial banks instead they are important for the normal operations of banks and the industry in general. This study aims to determine the management of athletes with disabilities in sitting volleyball. The research method used is an interpretive study research on the Coaching Activities of Athletes with Disabilities in the Indonesian National Pelatnas Volleyball Sports Branch in Surakarta. The population of this study were athletes, coaches and administrators of the Indonesian NPC. The data collection techniques used by the researcher are active observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. In this study, researchers used two triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. Data analysis was carried out in four stages, namely: the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. The results showed that the athletes in the seated volleyball sport were quite good. Communication between athletes, administrators and coaches is very good because they always approach each other emotionally. Coaches in coaching athletes with disabilities in the Indonesian seated volleyball sport must have a minimum national license. The condition of good facilities and infrastructure will provide convenience in the process of coaching athletes with disabilities in sitting volleyball. The funding system for the coaching of athletes with disabilities in sitting volleyball from the Ministry of Youth and Sports as a whole with the financial system set for coaching athletes with disabilities in sitting volleyball from the APBN budget. The implementation of the training method for coaching athletes with disabilities in the seated volleyball sport is well programmed. This can be seen from the preparation of a written training program, the training schedule is in accordance with the national level training schedule, the division of short-term periodization, medium-term periodization, and long-term periodization.Keywords: Management, Athletes Disabilities, Sitting Volleyball

AbstractThe administration of President Donald Trump caused widespread damage to administrative capabilities of the American federal government. Actions of the administration can be attributed to several causes, including character weaknesses of the President himself, the disadvantages of a political insurgent, and the challenges faced by every president in an era of divided government. The actions of the administration also reflect a governing strategy we categorize as Trumpism. Important elements of Trumpism will continue to have political force in the coming years. Attempts by the Biden administration to restore administrative capabilities will be constrained by these political realities.Evidence for Practice Trumpism was a governing strategy that was associated with a distinctive approach toward the reconstruction of federal administrative capacities. Trumpism revived and reinvented old strands in American political thought, such as populism, conspiracism, isolationism, and white nationalism. Trumpism as an administrative doctrine included delegitimization of the public service, a politicized and personalized management of the executive branch, a demand for loyalty over competence among public servants, a blurring of roles between Trump and the office of the President, and a disregard for traditional forms of accountability. As a means of managing public services, Trumpism could be judged a failure. Mismanagement of the COVID pandemic likely cost Trump his re‐election. However, his attacks on public service itself drew broad support. While Trump is a unique political figure, elements of Trumpism will remain influential in American politics. Attempts to reconstruct and expand federal administrative capacities will be constrained by this political reality.

A Novel Technique for Management of Simultaneous Fibro-Epithelial Polyp and Blind-Ending Branch in a Duplicated Ureter: A Case Report With 23-year Follow-Up

Ureteral duplication with a blind-ending branch (BEB) is rare anomaly. The presence of fibro-epithelial polyps in duplicated ureters is also infrequent. Despite the noticeability of endoscopic polypectomy, further recurrence of polyps and persistence of pain increase the probability of further ureteral resection with surgical procedures. In such cases, BEB of duplicated ureter is an excellent reservoir to save the function of the kidney. This is the first case with concomitant presence of fibro-epithelial polyps and BEB in duplicated ureter managed with novel surgical technique of uretero-pelvic junction and BEB branch anastomosis. We followed-up the patient for 23 years.

The diagonal branches and outcomes in patients with anterior ST- elevation myocardial infarction

BackgroundThe management of diagonal branch (D) occlusion is still controversary. The association between the flow loss of D and the prognosis remains unclear. We aim to detect the impact of D flow on cardiac function and clinical outcomes in patients with anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).MethodsPatients with anterior STEMI undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) at our clinic between October 2015 and October 2018were reviewed. Anterior STEMI due to left anterior descending artery (LAD) occlusion with or without loss of the main D flow (TIMI grade 0–1 or 2–3) was enrolled in the analysis. The short- and long-term incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACEs, a composite of all-cause death, target vessel revascularization and reinfarction) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were analyzed.ResultsA total of 392 patients (mean age of 63.9 years) with anterior STEMI treated with primary PCI was enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups, loss (TIMI grade 0–1, n = 69) and no loss (TIMI grade2–3, n = 323) of D flow, before primary PCI. Compared with the group without loss of D flow, the group with loss of D flow showed a lower LVEF post PCI (41.0% vs. 48.8%, p = 0.003). Meanwhile, loss of D flow resulted in the higher in-hospital, one-month, and 18-month incidence of MACEs, especially in all-cause mortality (all p < 0.05). Landmark analysis further indicated that the significant differences in 18-month outcomes between the two groups mainly resulted from the differences during the hospitalization. In addition, multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis found that D flow loss before primary PCI was independent factor predicting short- and long-term outcomes in patients with anterior STEMI.ConclusionLoss of the main D flow in anterior STEMI patients was independently associated with the higher in-hospital incidences of MACEs and all-cause death as well as the lower LVEF.

The goal of this research is to determineif intellectual capital could mediate the influence of knowledge management on the branch performance offices of state-owned banks. If we compare to the ASEAN banks, the performance of state-owned banks is weak, especially in the case of operational cost efficiency depressing the potential for large profits. The low level of performance cannotbeseparatedfrom of the low performance of branch offices. BI's expectation as stipulated in the BI Regulation of 2010 is that the banking sector should perform the maximum role of branch offices because if the management of branch offices understandknow more than head officedoes.The improvement in knowledge management should be made by state-owned banks at branch offices.Beside, it is necessary that aggregation of all knowledge and employee competence that allows companies to gain competitive advantage. In my research, the method of research used is explanatory survey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL was chosen to test the hypothesis.152 pieces of sample were taken from the whole state-owned banksoffices in West Java. The focus of the assessment is the branch officees of state-owned banks located in the region of West Java because the industry's contribution in the region to GRDP is relatively large. My research concluded that the effect of Knowledge Management on Intellectual Capital was significant. The effect of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital on the performance of each Branch Office is significant. In this case intellectual capital played a role in mediating the effect of Knowledge Management to the Branch performance Offices of state-owned banks in West Java. The Branch offices conducting knowledge management continuously resulted the good intellectual capital, which would strengthen the role of knowledge management in improving the branch performance.

The basic tendencies of information and marketing development of the heavy engineering industry are analyzed and the peculiarities of their growth are revealed. The basic principles of the creation of a unified information management system in the field of marketing which is based on the conceptual provisions of the strategy for the development of the heavy engineering industry have been formulated. The creation of a center for management of branch marketing information flows based on vertical and horizontal interaction between the industry levels and contributing to the increase in the effectiveness of information support for the enterprises of the machine-building complex at the industry level has been proposed.

EVALUATION OF REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER PROGRAM (PUSLATDA) KONI SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE TO FACE UPON PON XIX JAWA BARAT

The purpose of this study was to evaluate context, input, process, and product of Puslatda program in South Sumatra at PON XIX 2016 in West Java. This research was an evaluation research. The subject of research, namely management of KONI south Sumatra, sport branch, trainers, and athletes of sports included in Puslatda program South Sumatra with the amount of 137 people. Data collection techniques used in this study was using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Sampling technique used for this study was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.The result of this study was concluded that the overall result of the evaluation ofPuslatdaprogram in South Sumatra to face upon PON XIX 2016 in West Java is in sufficient category. The explanation of the resultsare: (1) Context evaluation shows good category, clear program planning, presence of goals and objectives in Puslatda program, and vision and mission during Puslatda. (2) the evaluation of inputs is in sufficient category, (3) the evaluation of the process is in sufficient category, the suitability of implementation details of the program and many implementation activities are not in accordance with description of the program tasks; and (4) the evaluation of the products are showing the achievement of the overall Puslatda program is considered in poor category, judged from the achievements of South Sumatra athletes in PON XIX West Java which is not in accordance with the target.&#x0D; &#x0D; Keywords: Program Evaluation, Regional Training Center (PUSLATDA).
