Order Management in the Era of Customization

The economic growth and development of the country largely depends on success in the main industries, where mechanical engineering plays a key role. The economies of different countries rely on industrial enterprises that satisfy people’s needs through the production of goods and services. To ensure competitiveness in a dynamically changing market, continuous improvement and development of enterprises is required. In the current conditions, mechanical engineering enterprises increasingly need to adapt to each individual customer, which in turn forces them to rebuild enterprises to the parameters typical for single or small-scale production. The production process is the joint work of tools, equipment and personnel through which products are produced. The complexity of the process of releasing new products is due to the involvement of a large number of departments involved in this process. Order execution is based primarily on the management of production systems. One of the most important processes in enterprise management is the order management process.The purpose of this study is to determine the methods of optimizing the order management process and reducing the influence of the internal cooperation factor on the increase of the period of its implementation at machine-building enterprises. As a methodological basis such general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison and contrast were used. As the information base, the article analyzes the works of modern authors who consider the issues of order management and such an element of the organizational structure as internal cooperation between departments, their influence on the internal processes of the enterprise and the timing of order execution. The features of the planning process for a single type of production are considered. In the course of the work, the main reasons for the shift in previously determined order completion dates, the most important indicators for order fulfillment, the peculiarities of the planning process at the unit type of production were considered, as well as the most frequently encountered problems during project implementation were identified. In connection with the trend towards changes and development of enterprises, in terms of changes in order management processes for customized products, an increase in the number of created enterprises and an increase in the share of customized products, a conclusion was made about the relevance of studying the order management process in a single type of production at machine-building enterprises. Conclusions are drawn about the need for further study of the issues under consideration. The materials can be used in companies in the real sector of the economy, in administrative structures and in the educational process.

Using the Altman’s Z-score formula to assess the bankruptcy risk of state - owned construction enterprises in Vietnam

In the current economic situation affected by epidemics, wars, recessions, etc., construction enterprises in Vietnam in general and state – owned construction enterprises in particular face many difficulties to maintain performance efficiency. On the other hand, the policies of restructuring and equitization of state-owned enterprises also have a strong impact on the financial management of construction enterprises in Vietnam. This study uses data from financial statements of 22 state-owned construction enterprises in Hanoi from 2017 to 2021 to calculate the Altman Z-score formula. The Altman Z-score is a linear combination of four or five common business ratios, weighted by coefficients. Z-scores are used to predict corporate defaults and an easy-to-calculate control measure for the financial distress status of enterprises with high reliability. The research results show that a few enterprises are in the "safe" zone and "grey" one while most are in "distress" zone. The cause of inefficient business performance is that the revenue and profit ratio to total assets of state-owned construction enterprises to decrease sharply, the ratio of working capital to total assets is low. Moreover, the ratio of equity to total debt is the most important reason for the low Z-score, which means predicting a high risk of bankruptcy in state-owned construction enterprises. The evidence base from the research results is used to propose 5 solutions to reduce the risk of bankruptcy and improve the efficiency of financial management of enterprises.

A path analysis study on decarbonization management and determinant stakeholder of small and medium-sized enterprises in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan

The purpose of this study is to identify SMEs' understanding of decarbonization management and identify stakeholders who have an impact on the CEO who plays a decisive role in carbon strategy. In this study, a structural equation model was constructed and empirically tested to evaluate associations between CEOs and pre-selected stakeholders. For the data, 41 valid responses were used from a survey targeting small and medium-sized enterprises in Nagasaki Prefecture. As a result of analysis, it was confirmed that decarbonization management had not penetrated other than in the initial stage in the SMEs in Nagasaki prefecture. The top manager's willingness is the main factor determining the companies’ level of carbon management. It is noteworthy that there is growing interest in carbon offsetting using local natural-based credits, which some companies are using to achieve carbon neutrality. This study suggests policy implications for SMEs to improve and promote interest in carbon management.

INTELLIGENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR PROACTIVE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Industrial enterprises are essential to a country’s economy, providing diverse, high-quality goods, technologies, and services. To remain sustainable and efficient amidst rising production demands and stiff competition, these enterprises must adopt innovative management techniques. Each enterprise has a mission, resources, technologies, and strategies to achieve its varied goals, with dominant economic goals like income, profitability, and market share interlinked and affecting one another. A competitive enterprise’s overall goal should align its growth with market trends while proactively managing its operations. Proactive management involves either passively aligning with market trends or actively influencing them by introducing new products and services. The mismatch between an enterprise’s growth and market trends can flag potential problems or crises, underscoring proactive management’s role in preempting issues. This strategy, though simple, is vital for an enterprise’s survival, sustainable operation, and efficient growth in a fiercely competitive environment with escalating production of quality goods and services. Therefore, an urgent issue is developing an information platform based on appropriate mathematical models and methods that facilitate the implementation of proactive management of industrial enterprises and create the basis for predicting possible problems in production and taking measures to prevent them. Integrating advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and the Internet of Things enhances the proactive management system’s capability. These technologies enable real-time data collection and analysis, providing enterprises with critical insights and allowing them to anticipate market shifts and operational challenges. By leveraging these tools, enterprises can make more informed decisions, streamline their processes, and achieve higher operational resilience and flexibility. Industry 4.0 and 5.0 can significantly support Ukrainian manufacturing during the war. Thanks to automation and robotics, it is possible to maintain production even in the face of limited access to labour or hazardous working conditions. Artificial intelligence and advanced analytical systems can help optimise logistics, inventory management, and production processes despite disruptions caused by military actions. In conclusion, proactive management is not just a strategic choice but a need for industrial enterprises aiming to thrive in today’s fast-paced and highly competitive market. By incorporating cutting-edge technologies and adopting a forward-thinking approach, enterprises can ensure long-term sustainability, improved performance, and a better competitive edge. Servitization and product service system: A literature review on value creation

In recent years, the concept of servitization has been widely applied in the management of enterprises. However, changing customer demands and competitive pressures of the market have compelled enterprises to seek innovation. Simultaneously, in the context of the Industry 4.0 trend, the rapid development of digital technologies has led to an increasing number of studies on the integration of servitization and digitization. Therefore, this study, based on VOSviewer, Gephi, Scimago Graphica, and Histcite, analyzes the current state and development trends of research on servitization and product service system innovation from the perspective of value creation. Initially, basic statistical characteristics such as the influential author, geographical cooperation, and highly cited papers are presented by collecting relevant data from the Web of Science core collection database. Subsequently, this study explores the research hotspots and evolutionary trends in servitization and product service system innovation through keyword co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis. Lastly, from a literature analysis perspective, the application of advanced technologies in servitization, digital servitization from an ecosystem perspective, and the innovative use of microservices architecture in product service systems are summarized and forecasted as research directions, providing theoretical guidance for future research in servitization.

A conceptual approach to the construction of information technology for monitoring products, products and components at industrial enterprises is proposed. The accounting of product movement is considered as a task of monitoring in logistics, which means the information flow corresponding to the product about the condition and movement of products, the management of which allows to achieve new competitive advantages for enterprises in the market. Design and technological solutions were used in the form of information technology elements for solving the monitoring problem, which is the novelty of the work. Conclusions are drawn about the need to create a unified information space and information technology for monitoring products, products and components as a tool for logistical support of industrial enterprise management processes.

Rethinking contexts and institutions for research on human resource management in multinational enterprises in an age of polycrisis: reflections and suggestions

International human resource management (IHRM) has covered two very distinct areas: comparative HRM (comparing HRM between national settings) and HRM in multinational enterprises (MNEs). Existing research has pointed to the multifaceted nature of contextual effects, and how they may differ qualitatively according to locale. This perspective article argues that a distinct and shared theme across this literature is much more than a recognition that many different sets of institutions and/or cultural features can make for viable alternative HRM models. We also consider whether or not MNEs seek to accommodate local realities or work to change them. Developing and broadening inquiry around these concerns may represent a solid way for researching IHRM in an age of polycrisis. Such understandings may be of great value in exploring the relationship between the present global polycrisis and HRM practice. We highlight potential concerns and opportunities for theorizing around the same.

The Moderated Mediation of Product Innovation and New Product Development in Relationship Between Organizational Learning and Marketing Capability, in Community Enterprise Management of Khid Clothing: Upper Northeastern of Thailand

Objective: The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of the organizational learning (OL) on marketing capability (MC), the mediating of product innovation on the relationship between OL and MC, and the moderated mediation of product innovation and new product development in the relationship between OL and MC in community enterprise of Khid clothing in Thailand. Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework for this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between organizational learning, product innovation, new product development and marketing capability within the context of community enterprises. Method: This report is a part of a larger exploratory study. Information was gathered from 389 people involved in silk-weaving cooperatives in the provinces of UdonThani and Nong Bua Lamphu through the use of questionnaires. Results and Discussion: The data demonstrates a link between strategic organizational learning and competitive advantage. Product innovation and the knowledge gained by an organization about how the market works go hand in hand. Lastly, the impact of product innovation on the link between organizational learning and market capability was tempered by the introduction of a new product. Research Implications: For Khid Clothing, integrating these theoretical perspectives can provide a comprehensive strategy for sustained growth and competitive advantage. The interplay between organizational learning, product innovation, new product development, and marketing capabilities creates a robust framework for the company to thrive in the competitive fashion industry. Originality/Value: The theoretical contributions of organizational learning, product innovation, new product development, and marketing capabilities provide Khid Clothing with a comprehensive approach to enhance its competitive edge, adapt to market changes, and achieve long-term success. By leveraging these theories, Khid Clothing can strategically position itself in the fashion industry, meet evolving customer demands, and drive sustainable growth.

Review on the application of data security in the enterprise management

In recent decades, cybersecurity has become a crucial topic in business management, centred around the three core elements of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (C.I.A.) of information technology. Cybersecurity aims to protect IT systems and networks from cyberattacks, with data as the primary focus. In business management, strategies for addressing potential threats vary depending on the size and type of business. This writing explores the preferences for implementing cybersecurity strategies in business management and trends in the development of data security mitigation. It analyses the mitigation strategies adopted by different enterprises, identifies patterns between data security strategies and enterprise attributes, and examines the preferences and constraints faced by enterprises in developing cybersecurity programs. The study highlights trends in the implementation of data security strategies, emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity, and provides insights into future trends in digital security within enterprise management and development. It also addresses the challenges faced by businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, in implementing effective cybersecurity measures due to limited resources.

Research on Innovation Strategy of Supply Chain Management of Agricultural Enterprises Under the Background of Big Data

With the rapid development and widespread application of Big Data technology, the supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises is facing unprecedented reform and challenges. This study takes the perspective of Big Data technology and collects relevant information on the application of supply chain management in 100 agricultural product enterprises through a survey questionnaire. The study found that the use of Big Data can effectively improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, inventory management efficiency, optimize logistics costs, improve supplier management efficiency, enhance the overall level of supply chain management of enterprises, and propose innovative strategies for supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises based on this. Big Data technology brings a new solution for agricultural products enterprises to enhance their supply chain management level, making the supply chain smarter and more efficient.

Financial Analysis of Enterprises in Pharmaceutical Industry Based on the Harvard Analytical Framework —— Take TongRenTang, Guangzhou Baiyunshan, Yunnan Baiyao as Example

Study of the Impact of Private Equity Involvement on Corporate IPO Decisions

At present, private equity investment has become a relatively popular option for financing enterprises of unlisted companies. This paper conducts a case study on the changes in profitability, development, and technological innovation ability of NAIXUE before and after its listing. Tiantu invests in this famous listed catering company to explore the issue of how private equity intervention affects the decision-making of enterprises to go public. The single-case study found that personal equity intervention can help enterprises accelerate the speed of financing, improve their soft power, profitability, and competitiveness, and accelerate the listing process. They proposed a profitable way for private equity firms to continue to hold shares after listing. Under its unique operation mode and management ability, private equity supports enterprises in management, technology, resources, and other aspects. Resource integration helps solve the difficulties in developing enterprises before going public so that they can concentrate on technological innovation.

Exploring the Impact of Private Equity Investment on Corporate Performance: A Case Study Pharmablock

Reasonable use of private equity investment not only effectively solves the problem of corporate funds, but also rapidly enhances the expansion of enterprises; Equity participation in enterprise management and decision-making can also make the development of enterprises more scientific and efficient. Research on the identification and detection technology of electricity theft in power distribution areas under a smart grid environment

Abstract With the extensive application of smart meters, power companies can access a wealth of customer electricity usage data, which has not yet been fully utilized. This paper proposes a substation area user identification and electricity theft detection method based on smart meter data, aiming to enhance the level of intelligent management of power grid enterprises and reduce operational costs. By using the grey relational analysis method, analyzing the measurement data collected by smart meters at different time points, it is possible to determine the substation area and phase to which the user belongs and to detect electricity theft behavior. Finally, through simulation, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

The Strategy of Human Resource Management Based on the K-Means Clustering Algorithm

With the continuous accumulation of enterprise data and the continuous development of technology, data-driven decision-making has become an important trend in enterprise management. Human resource management, as an important component of enterprise management, also requires the use of data analysis tools to optimize the decision-making process. Traditional human resource management strategy algorithms are often based on experience and intuition, lacking scientific data support. These algorithms often struggle to achieve ideal results when dealing with large and complex human resource data. This study aims to provide more scientific and accurate data support for human resource management by introducing the K-means algorithm. The main research purpose of this paper is to detect and identify the data in enterprise human resource management. Data mining can realize the comprehensive detection and analysis of poetry, but the application of data mining algorithms in human resource management data processing is not much. This paper hopes to analyze the anomaly of human resource data statistics by data mining method. According to the characteristics of the K-means algorithm and DBSCAN algorithm, a hybrid K-means algorithm is proposed in this study, which can automatically generate a more appropriate K value and realize parameter self-adaptation with less manual intervention. The optimized clustering K-means algorithm obtains the initial value of DBSCAN through calculation, and then the abnormal data of human resources statistics can be obtained through the second clustering calculation. The optimized K-means algorithm can detect human resource statistics data in real time, and give a new idea for human resource analysis of data anomalies.

Legal Policy Recommendations for Fostering Green Business Development: A Case Study of Enterprises in Vietnam

Green growth is one of the development trends many countries worldwide aim for Vietnam; green growth is also gradually becoming inevitable. However, businesses are among the critical subjects contributing to green growth and are still not interested in this trend. Objective: The article aimed to identify the key factors affecting green business development and proposed legal policy implications for green business development. Methodology: The author applied quality and quantitative methods; based on the study goal, the author surveyed 800 managers of green enterprises in five provinces and three cities in Vietnam and used structural equation modelling based on the quantitative research method. Result: The findings explored five critical factors affecting green business development: (1) financial capacity, (2) corporate culture, (3) leadership and business management capacity, (4) mechanisms and policies of the government and localities, and (5) the interaction of components in the business ecosystem. This comprehensive set of recommendations provides a strategic roadmap for Vietnam to foster green business development through effective legal policies. Conclusion: The article's contributions proposed recommendations to management agencies in developing and implementing mechanisms and policies to support and promote businesses to build in a green direction. Implementing these legal policy recommendations can significantly enhance the development of green enterprises in Vietnam. Unique Contribution: The novelty of this study was to supplement and complete the system of criteria for evaluating green business development, which is also the basis for businesses to recognize the effectiveness of current activities. Key Recommendation: From the above results, the author proposed to establish green financing programs, including low-interest loans, grants, and subsidies for green business initiatives to make improvements in each stage of the production process to increase efficiency while minimizing negative impacts on the environment.

MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES IN CONDUCTING FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES: ENSURING FINANCIAL SECURITY IN TOURISM INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Within the scope of this article, it is proposed to evaluate human resource management in the context of ensuring financial security at tourism industry enterprises. Accordingly, it is noted that the object of study is the human resource management system and the financial security system. The task is to present a methodological approach that, through surveying, calculating an integral indicator, and evaluating the most significant components, can effectively assess the level of human resource management in tourism enterprises. For this purpose, the methodology adopts several methods including expert analysis and integral evaluation. It is proven that the formation of an appropriate group of indicators and their subsequent grouping will facilitate an effective reflection of a single integral indicator for evaluating human resource management in the context of ensuring financial security at tourism industry enterprises. It is established that tourism industry enterprises are highly active in foreign economic activities, and in this context, the issue of financial security and management systems plays a paramount role. As a result, a group of experts and tourism industry enterprises were selected. The most significant indicators were distinguished and the corresponding calculations were conducted. As a result, it was established that a significant number of tourism industry enterprises fall short of a high level of human resource management, which poses a direct threat to their financial security during foreign economic activities. The presented process of evaluating human resource management in the context of ensuring financial security at tourism industry enterprises may find its practical application in the context of the activities of key security subjects. Limitations include not considering all possible indicators and focusing only on one industry, specifically the tourism industry.

To What Extend Does Jewish Business Thinking Model and Practise Affect Modern Enterprise Management in Chinese Fashion Industry

Jewish is famous for its business tradition, wisdom and creativity. According to Forbes' Rich list published in 2022, the total number of people on the list in 2022 is 2,668, of which 267 are Jewish. It is reported that 11.6 percent of the world's billionaires have Jewish backgrounds and they take up about 13 percent of the wealth in the world. Advantages such as focus on education and learning, concentrating on budget conscious and stimulate innovation, and focusing on corporate social responsibility are worth learning for Chinese fashion industry practitioners. This is because the lack of fashion design innovation, workers comprehensive ability, education and training system, and corporate social responsibility are the most important weaknesses for Chinese fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the Jewish business tradition and characteristics, deeply understand their business concepts and behavior, and use their essence to provide insights for Chinese fashion business practitioners to improve the above weaknesses.

FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF CREATING SOURCES OF SHARED WATER USE IN RURAL COMMUNITIES

The purpose of the article is to study the financial and economic aspects of creating sources of shared water use in rural communities, substantiating their feasibility, importance for providing the population with high-quality drinking water and sustainable economic growth.|The article states the fact of deterioration of water supply in rural areas both in quantitative and qualitative aspects. The way out can be seen in the solution of issues regarding the use of underground water, which is better protected than surface water resources, by increasing the number of sources of shared water supply. It has been substantiated that as a result of free water use, rural communities can receive such advantages as the improvement of the quality of drinking water, the efficiency of water resources, use the reliability, security and stability of the water supply source. The measures of financial and economic regulation of the use of groundwater, among which the diversification of funding sources for the renewal of water management infrastructure facilities, the attraction of credit and grant funds to renew the technical and technological base of water management enterprises, and to improve monitoring procedure for the extraction of groundwater from deep wells, have been systematized.The article reflects the results of a survey conducted in order to find out the opinion of the respondents regarding the sources of water intake, the presence of interruptions in the water supply of populated areas of Chernihiv Oblast, the need to create shared water use facilities in the community and the sources of funding for their creation. The vast majority of respondents have reported that in their communities they use wells, their own boreholes and there are interruptions in water supply, there are problems with wells drying up.
