Upaya Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Metode Mind Mapping Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Kabupaten Majene

This research aims to improve students' speaking skills through the mind mapping method for fifth grade students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency. The subjects used in this research were 15 students. This research procedure consists of 4 stages per cycle, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The indicator of learning outcomes in this research is increasing speaking skills. The data collection was carried out using observation, evaluation and documentation techniques. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in student activity, namely in the first cycle 61.9%, an increase in the second cycle to 82.4%. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I, obtaining an average score of 61.06% with learning completeness of 53.33%. In cycle II the average score was 75.4% with learning completeness 86.67%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the mind mapping method can improve speaking skills in class V students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency.

Analysis of Leading Sectors in Driving the Economy of Majene Regency

West Sulawesi is the province with the lowest unemployment rate in Indonesia. Majene is a regency in West Sulawesi with increasing economic growth. This research aims to analyze the typology and leading sectors in Majene regency. This research uses the LQ, Shift Share, and Klassen Typology analysis methods. The data used is secondary data in the form of GRDP of Majene regency and West Sulawesi province for 2018-2022 which is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis is carried out by determining the base sector, then determining the progressive sector, and finally formulating a sector typology using the Klassen Typology. The research results show that those included in the leading sectors are the mining sector, electricity and gas procurement, transportation, accommodation provision, information, financial services, real estate, government administration, educational services and other services. This sector has the potential to be developed. It is hoped that the results of this research can become the basis for an economic development strategy by looking at the potential of each sector typology

KARAKTERISASI INDIKATOR KESESUAIAN LAHAN KOMODITI NANAS LOKAL (Ananas comosus) KABUPATEN MAJENE

Indonesia boasts a high biodiversity, intricately linked to the various ecosystems within its territories. In Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, for instance, there is a unique commodity in the form of pineapple, locally known as 'pondang'. One of the efforts to preserve this unique pineapple commodity is to understand the characteristics of the cultivation land that has sustained it over time. This research aimed to characterize the land in the cultivation areas of Majene's local pineapple as fundamental information for farmers to comprehend the plant growth ecosystem and manage the land optimally. The research utilized purposive random sampling based on the cultivation locations of Majene's local pineapple. Observations revealed that the cultivation land conditions for Majene's local pineapple had an average temperature ranging from 25.65 to 29.75 ºC, rainfall between 1,488.05 and 2,820.50 mm, with humidity ranging from 63.38 to 89.00%. Additionally, soil fertility conditions in the research locations indicated high nutrient retention, as shown by slightly acidic to neutral soil pH values and high Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), although some available nutrients indicated very low to low soil fertility levels, such as potassium. Soil management significantly influenced nutrient availability, soil salinity, and alkalinity in the research locations.

Providing Health Education Salt Dietary to Hypertension Patients

Hypertension is still a big health problem. It needs treatment in other forms besides medication, namely increasing understanding regarding salt or natrium consumption. Providing information can be done with various approaches, one of which is by using the health education method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing health education on salt dietary on hypertensive patients in Majene Regency. This research was an experimental research with a One-group pre-post test design with a sample of 32 subjects who met the inclusion criteria. This study used the wilcoxon signed rank test with a significance level of $\alpha$< 0,05. The results of this study indicated that after conducting health education, most of the subjects experienced increased knowledge about dietary salt through the provision of health education information. There were differences in knowledge about the Salt diet before and after being given health education with a p-value of 0,003. Based on the results of this study, researchers recommend that nurses master several learning methods in implementing health education. Maintain the BPJS health prolanis community as a forum for communication with the same problem and become a medium for providing mutual support in improving the quality of life for people with hypertension. Nurses should continue to respect the patient's salt consumption habits slowly. Structured and scheduled in changing the client's salt consumption habits.

Cox Extended Regression Method in Survival Analysis; Case Study of Diarrhea Patients

The study aims to implement survival analysis at the healing rate of a diarrhea patient using the cox extended regression method and estimate the parameters of the cox extended regression model with variables that affect diarrhoea. The data on this study USES the data of diarrhea patients at the PKM Sendana of Majene Regency 2022. Analysis of variable body temperature and vomiting variables does not meeththe assumption of proportiontional hazard, this indicates that variable body temperature and puke variables are time-consuming. The best model of the regression cox extended model is a model based onhthe akaike informationccriterion value (AIC) of 500.4363. The factors of body temperature and vomiting, where patients who haven't had a change in body temperature have a probability of healing 2.27 times faster than those who have a temperature change. Whereas diarrhea patients who do not experience vomiting during treatment have a probability of recovery of 2.72 times faster than those who experience vomiting during the treatment.

Problematika Pencegahan Perkawinan Anak di Desa Pamboborang

This research is qualitative research taking the research location in Pamboborang village, Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. A normative juridical and sociological research approach where the primary data sources for this research are parents and Pamboborang village officials. The results of this research state that promiscuity, pregnancy out of wedlock, culture and legal awareness are factors that greatly influence the high rate of child marriage in Pamboborang village. The role of law enforcers such as local government, the courts, the Regional Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBD) and the Health Service are institutions that also have an important role in overcoming these factors. Socialization can be carried out well to educate and provide understanding about the positive and negative impacts of child marriage that occurs in Pamboborang village. It is hoped that the target of this education will be more focused on parents in Pamboborang village because parents should have the greatest role and responsibility to look after and protect their children from all negative actions and actions outside the home. Based on several factors that are the cause of the high rate of child marriage in Pamboborang village, it is hoped that the role of parents will be maximized, so that children who have fallen into promiscuity and juvenile delinquency will be taken in and educated better, rather than resorting to marriage. If the child is pregnant out of wedlock then the role of the parents is not only to get the child married, but the parents have a role to continue to provide advice and assistance to the child of the young couple, so that the marriage they build can create a happy and eternal marriage based on the Almighty God One.

Analysis of The Pentahelix Model on The Development of The Tourism Sector on Majene West Sulawesi

The aim of this research is to analyze the pentahelix model in the development of the tourism sector in Majene regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of secondary literature studies with qualitative analysis techniques. The end result of this research is a description of the causal context or cause-and-effect relationships. The results of this research show this. The tourism sector in Majene Regency requires the participation of five stakeholders, including: government, private sector, academia, community and media, each of which has a role that, if collaborated well, will produce world-class tourism destinations. However, these five actors need space and regulations formulated in a patented way so that a series of activities can be created as a sustainable program in the context of the development of the tourism sector in Majene Regency

The Role of Human Resource Management in Enhancing the Professionalism of Educators

It is important to reexamine the enhancement of human resource professionalism, particularly in the field of education, specifically for academics. The aim of this research is to determine the application of human resource management in improving professionalism and the influencing factors related to the application of human resource management in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. This qualitative study investigates a social phenomenon, utilizing initial observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions from the description of the human resource role. The research was conducted in several public high schools in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. The research findings reveal that enhancing teacher professionalism requires training and enhancing the competencies of each individual involved in teaching activities. The implications of this research can provide insights to schools to offer training for every teacher, focusing on learning attitudes, skills, specific knowledge, and behaviors related to their profession

Development of Storynomics Based on Digital Information Systems as a Medium for Promoting Tourist Attractions

This research uses a qualitative research approach, which aims to find out the development of storynomics using English-based digital information systems as a medium for promoting tourist attractions in Majene Regency, as well as how the actual condition of Dato Beach in Majene Regency as a location for making promotional videos of tourist attractions and how human resources for information techniques and English, and how the form of promotion used by the Tourism Office to promote tourist attractions in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the actual condition of Dato Beach as an example of making promotional videos in Majene Regency in order to increase the number of tourist visits after being hit by a global problem, namely the impact of Covid 19. It seems that the government has made promotions in written form in the form of tourist attraction brochures, but the making of Digital-Based storynomics videos has not been implemented, so that the number of tourist visits has not increased, and there are still many tourist attractions that are not yet known by tourists to be visited by both local and foreign tourists, therefore with this storynomics video, hopefully Majene Regency will be better known and the number of tourist visits can increase in the future.

Analysis of Islamic Law Regarding Aqiqah Custody in Wedding Ceremonies in Banua Sendana Village, Majene

Discusses the analysis of Islamic law regarding leaving aqiqah at weddings in Banua Sendana Village, Majene Regency. The object of this research is the aqiqah entrustment in the Islamic legal analysis of wedding ceremonies. This research aims to find out what the aqiqah deposit system is like in Banua Sendana Village, Majene Regency and what the analysis of Islamic law regarding aqiqah deposits in marriage is.
 This type of research is a field study that uses qualitative descriptive data. The method used is a normative sociology approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include data identification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
 The results of the research show that the implementation of the aqiqah entrustment was carried out by the people of Banua Sendana Village, namely where they or parents who wanted to perform their child's aqiqah came to the family who would be holding the wedding and brought a certain amount of money. money to be handed over to the family who will be getting married, although there are some families who are getting married who are reluctant to accept gifts of money and at the aqiqah entrustment event it is usually done without any family relations and at the aqiqah event they only slaughter one cow for seven children, where the cow is intended for for aqiqah. and The aqiqah deposit system implemented by the Banua Sendana Village community is in accordance with the views of Islamic law. 

Analisis Transformasi Digital Pelayanan Publik Menggunakan Metode Gartner Analytic Asceedency (Studi Kasus : Pelayanan Perizinan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Majene

Public service is one of the activities carried out to fulfill the need for services to the community or individuals. With the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus some time ago, it demands public service delivery to innovate so that public services can run well and optimally even in a situation of physical distancing. One of the innovations was utilizing technology or digital transformation in public services. The aim of this study is to analyze the role and influence of digital transformation in improving licensing services in Majene Regency through the use of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and the SiCantik Cloud application. The method used in this study is explanatory research with analytical techniques using Gartner Analytic Ascendency. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government of Majene Regency needs to take persuasive approaches to remove existing obstacles to the use of digitalization in licensing services, such as regulating the use of regional digital-based licensing services in a binding regulation, conducting thorough education for users of licensing services, conduct outreach regarding the importance of this digital-based licensing service and expand the reach of fixed broadband and mobile broadband networks in Majene Regency. These things can be done by involving the cooperation of related agencies such as the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding Services (Dinas Kominfo) of Majene Regency.

The meaning of the local value of Sandeq Boat in the Banggae Community of Majene Regency

This study aims to find out, how passandeq and the community interpret the local values of sandeq boats today. To achieve this goal, this study uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained by researchers from the results of the study were processed by methods used through purposive sampling where the key informant was a passandeq fisherman, then other informants comes from the Banggae community and culturalists. The results showed that the representation of passandeq fishermen and the community towards the local values of sandeq boat culture is still so poorly understood from the meaning of what is described by ancestors in Mandar on sandeq boat culture. The need for the important role of all elements of society to make efforts so that the famous culture in Indonesia from the Mandar tribe is preserved and its meanings Every value in it is able to be conveyed and understood to existing generations. Assessing food security post-earthquake in Majene, Indonesia: An analysis of food availability, consumption patterns, and dietary quality

This study examines food security in Majene, West Sulawesi, following the 2021 earthquake, focusing on food availability, consumption, and dietary patterns. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach and relies on secondary data from the Food Security Service Office of the Majene Regency. The data are supplemented by information from the Central Statistics Agency and interviews with informants. The findings reveal that the primary nutritional parameters—energy, protein, and fat—are adequately met. The availability of energy from vegetable sources exceeds the recommended 984 kcal/capita/day. Protein availability, mainly from animal sources, meets the 63 grams/capita/day guideline. Fat availability, primarily from vegetable fats, also aligns with the recommended 72.17 grams/capita/day. During the earthquake, food supplies, which included 11 staple types, were sufficient, evidenced by available quantities surpassing consumption levels. For instance, rice availability stood at 29,277 tons against a consumption level of 20,084.70 tons. The study also assesses dietary patterns, finding that grains, oils, fats, oily fruits/seeds, sugars, and vegetables meet desirable dietary scores, while tubers, animal products, and legumes fall short.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Pakan Fermentasi Dalam Penyediaan Pakan Fermentasi Di Kelompok Tani-Ternak Di Kabupaten Majene

Agricultural waste that is not processed properly will cause environmental pollution. in Banggae District, Majene Regency have agricultural waste that has not been utilized optimally and also farmers who own livestock, so the aim of this service is to provide education and training regarding fermented feed for livestock. This activity is carried outtake place in June 2023 in Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. Participants who took part in this activity were: member Livestock group in Banggae' District. The method used is socialization, training theory and practice, as well as assistance in making fermented feed. Results of activities shows that fermented feed is very useful for dealing with animal feed, especially in dry season. The training activities went well and were useful for realizing feed independence by utilizing local potential agricultural waste. Mentoring activities are still needed for program sustainability. Fermented feed has better nutritional value and preferably livestock so that it can increase livestock production.

Analysis of Teacher Interpretation of the Depth and Breadth of Middle School Level Global Warming Material using "Content Representation" (CoRe)

Global warming is a material presented at the VII grade junior high school level. This material is very complex so it causes different interpretations by everyone when teaching it. Therefore, this research aims to analyze teachers' interpretations of the depth and breadth of global warming material contained in KD 3.9 of the 2013 Curriculum. This research was conducted descriptively using the Content Representation instrument to obtain information about teachers' interpretations. Participants in this study were junior high school 11 science teachers who are members of the MGMP community in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate that teachers interpret KD 3.9 quite completely. This was obtained from the CoRe instrument where teachers fill in essential concepts to teach global warming material. The results show that teachers with more than 10 years of teaching experience have a greater variety of teaching methods and assessments in teaching global warming material. In addition, global warming materials were also obtained based on their depth and breadth.

The Influence of Education and Period of Work on Employee Performance in Regional Secretariat Offices Majene District

This research aims to determine whether education and work experience partially influence employee performance and whether education and work experience simultaneously influence employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. Because every agency, in carrying out its activities and achieving its goals, is constantly faced with problems both from within and outside the agency. The data used in this research is primary data, which was used by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the Slovin formula for 58 employees. The data is processed using a Likert scale as numerical data (numbers). Data collection methods in this research are questionnaires and literature study. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows. The data analysis method used quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis.

Parking Space Demand Analysis in Majene City Park

This research was conducted in Majene City Park which is located in Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province is a city park that is often used by many people because of its advantageous location. This research aims to 1. Analyze the need for parking space in Majene City Park, 2. Know the parking space pattern in Majene City Park. The method used in this research is a field survey based on existing conditions and recording vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot. To ensure the physical state of the site, field research methodology was used to collect data for this study. To provide a sense of security to visitors, data analysis was carried out by providing an overview of the area by identifying the variables required for parking spaces and parking space patterns. The data was analyzed by calculating the amount of parking space requirements in Majene City Park. This takes into account the volume and accumulation of parking. Based on the findings of the investigation, a parking lot was found. It is expected that the government makes strategic planning in the regulation and management of parking levies in Majene City Park because parking lots are needed there. The results showed that the characteristics of Majene City Park include parking volume and accumulation.1) The busiest time for parking is between 20:00 and21:00, 2). Pendampingan Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan dan Pembayaran Berbasis Digital pada Toko Kue Kasippi Kabupaten Majene

The use of QRIS has increased, but it differs from the 3T areas in Indonesia. One of the 3T areas is Majene Regency, located in West Sulawesi Province. Therefore, this Community Service activity (PKM) aims to assist in making financial reports and digital-based payments. The partner in this PKM activity is the Kasippi Mitra Sejahtera Cake Shop. Making a QRIS account in this activity uses the Bank Mandiri Livin'usaha application. For assistance in making financial reports using the Buku Warung application. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method approach is the type of method used in this PKM activity. This activity consists of the problem identification stage, the preparation stage, the program implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results obtained in this PKM activity are that Digital Payments using QRIS make it easy for the public to make transactions. The results of this PKM also provide knowledge about making digital financial reports. Therefore, this assistance activity for creating financial statements and digital-based payments can positively impact partners, namely implementing digital costs on their businesses and recording and making simple financial reports using an application. This aims to make partners better at managing their business.

The Role of the Majene District Inspectorate as Government Internal Supervision Apparatus [Apip] in Supervision of Village Financial Management

Village funds and their allocation are managed independently by the government of villages throughout Indonesia, including the villages in Majene District, West Sulawesi Province. However, the amount and allocation of village funds, managed by the village government apparatus, are prone to mismanagement or potential misuse, which necessitates proper supervision. The Inspectorate of Majene Regency, as the Apparatus District Government Internal Control (APIP), is tasked with overseeing the management of village funds for the 82 villages in Majene District. Internal constraints hinder the supervision of village funds, which is the main reason for the lack of budget inspection by the Inspectorate of Majene Regency, along with other constraints that will be revealed in this study. This research aims to analyze the extent of the role of the Apparatus Government Internal Oversight in the Inspectorate of Majene Regency in supervising the management of village finances throughout the district. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations as primary data, and document reviews as secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with ten informants, as well as observations and document reviews. Secondary data were gathered from existing data within the office of the Inspectorate of Majene Regency, as well as data from the villages. The data analysis process involved data collection, data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the Inspectorate of Majene Regency has not been able to audit all villages within a year due to budget limitations for inspection costs. As a result, inspections are conducted on a rotational basis. In terms of monitoring, the Inspectorate of Majene Regency has made significant efforts to monitor and provide guidance on governance issues related to village finances and other problems. Additionally, the Inspectorate has responded to all inputs concerning village issues, including conducting inspections, especially in villages nearing village head elections.
