Discoid lateral meniscus is a well-studied and documented entity of the knee whereas discoid medial meniscus is an extremely rare pathology. There are no more than 25 cases of medial discoid menisci reported in the literature. Some articles report bilateral lateral menisci as well as bilateral medial menisci, but there are no publications about medial and lateral discoid menisci in the same knee with lateral discoid meniscus in the contralateral side. This is a report of a case of bilateral discoid lateral menisci and unilateral discoid medial meniscus. Both arthroscopy and magnetic resonance imaging views are presented.Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery, Vol 17, No 7 (September), 2001: pp 772–775
