This study aims: 1) to find out managerial supervision, 2) to find out the quality of education, and 3) to find out the implementation of managerial supervision for madrasah supervisors in private MTs Pekanbaru City. This type of research is field research with a qualitative research method approach and using descriptive data analysis. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and data validation techniques. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: 1) Managerial supervision of madrasa supervisors has not run in accordance with the managerial competence of supervisors, 2) The quality of private madrasahs in Pekanbaru City is still below standard, 3) Implementation of Managerial Supervision of madrasa supervisors has not proceeded according to the regulations of the Minister of Education National Regulation Number 12 of 2007 concerning School/Madrasah Supervisory Standards and Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 21 of 2010 concerning the position of supervisor and credit score
