Background. Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin (LELCS) is a rare cutaneous tumor of low malignant potential which is histologically similar to high-grade carcinomas with lymphoid stroma in other anatomic sites, including the nasopharynx, salivary glands, and tonsils. LELCS presents as flesh-colored firm nodules or plaques on the face, scalp, or shoulder of middle-aged to elderly individuals.
