The study employed the TOE framework to identify factors that have great influence in cloud implementation through a literature review and a survey of selected SMEs. A closed ended questionnaire was developed to ascertain these factors within the context of Bolgatanga by engaging key stakeholders, including ICT managers, CEOs/General Managers, and Admin/Accounts personnel, of selected SMEs to provide insights into the study.
