A thorough review of the literature reveals that only five cases of secondary tumors in the heart and pericardium have been diagnosed ante mortem. In one of the four cases which we are reporting in this paper the diagnosis was made during the life of the patient.CASE IA white man, 42 years of age, was admitted to Charity Hospital complaining of pain and swelling of the left side of the chest.
