Heavy security regulations combined with a general policy of not committing industry to production of any weapon until the political and military situation absolutely requires it has opened Britain to charges that it is doing 'practically nothing in the way of missile development. Leonard Berlin, science correspondent of London's The Daily Telegraph and Morning Post, refutes these charges.
