Challenges, Opportunities, and Strategies of Pentahelix Stakeholders in Realizing Sustainable Supply Chains in Indonesia

The sustainable supply chain sector is increasingly becoming an important concern in Indonesia, especially amidst the threats of climate change, environmental degradation, and exploitation of natural resources. This study aims to identify the challenges, opportunities, and strategies faced by pentahelix stakeholders in realizing a sustainable supply chain in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection technique in this study is through literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that efforts to realize a sustainable supply chain in Indonesia require strong collaboration between the government, academics, business, society, and the media. Pentahelix is ??the right strategy to ensure that each stakeholder plays its role optimally. By taking advantage of existing opportunities, such as increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly products and strong government support and overcoming challenges through technological innovation and comprehensive policy development, Indonesia has great potential to become a leader in sustainable business practices at the global level.

Inhibitory effect of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in the case of stroke: literature study

Background: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a form of non-invasive brain stimulation with the capacity to modulate cortical excitability. Low-frequency TMS (1 Hz) inhibits regional brain activity and allows contralateral cortical excitability through modulation of interhemispheric inhibition. Until now, research on low-frequency TMS that shows its inhibition on regional brain and the possibility of contralateral cortical stimulation is still very limited and not widely known. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibitory effect of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in post-stroke patients. Methods: Literature review was conducted to identify all articles that discuss the use of low-frequency TMS to determine the inhibitory effect of post-stroke patients on non-lesion areas. Databases from Hindawi, PubMed, Science Direct, and Cochrane with research types of pilot studies and randomized controlled trials published in the last 10 years by entering the keywords “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation”, “Inhibition”, and “Stroke”. The research was conducted by systematically collecting, processing, and analyzing data. Results: Of the 505 articles identified, then selected according to the title there were 57 articles, obtained 10 articles that had abstracts according to the study. After that, the selection of articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by reading the full article, there were 4 studies selected for review. 4 articles were included in this study showing motor improvement, increased functional ability, and cognitive improvement in post-stroke patients. Conclusion: TMS has beneficial effects on motor recovery in post-stroke patients with lasting effects.

Evaluasi dan Perancangan Model Bisnis UMKM Miss Bluder dengan Business Model Canvas

Miss Bluder is an MSME that sells bluder bread in the city of Bandung. In recent times, Miss Bluder has experienced a significant decline in sales. This is due to limitations in human resource management, suboptimal partnerships, and lack of effectiveness in the sales media used. This research aims to evaluate and design a new business model for Miss Bluder using the Business Model Canvas method. The data used included current business models, customer profiles from interviews, as well as business environment data from literature studies and online research. A SWOT analysis was carried out to formulate an improvement strategy, followed by the design of a Value Proposition Canvas, Channels, and Customer Relationships. After the business model design is completed, verification, financial simulation, and validation processes are carried out through evaluations and interviews with business owners. With the implementation of the new business model, it is hoped that Miss Bluder can overcome the decline in sales, improve business performance, and strengthen its position in the market.

Analisis model kebijakan program penyaluran “KUR” dalam rangka meningkatkan perilaku kepatuhan wajib pajak pelaku “UMKM”

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector has long been a significant driver of Indonesia's economy, drawing considerable attention from the government. According to the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), various strategic measures have been implemented to promote the growth and resilience of MSMEs as a means to enhance national economic independence. However, despite their substantial economic contribution, MSMEs' tax compliance remains low, as reflected in their minimal contribution to tax revenue. The small contribution is an indication that the level of compliance of MSMEs actors in fulfilling their tax obligations is still very low. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and began by analyzing and evaluating the policy of the People's Business Credit (KUR) distribution program in relation to tax aspects. The analysis and evaluation were based on data sourced from literature studies and interviews with relevant resource persons from the point of view of technical feasibility, economic and financial possibility, political viability, and administrative operability. The results show that the existing policy has not fully accommodated taxation aspects. This is unfortunate considering that the KUR interest subsidy provided by the government to MSMEs actors is financed by the State Budget (APBN), which is mostly sourced from taxes. Furthermore, the study proposes policy model to encourage the development of the MSMEs actors.

Organological Study of Canang Kayu in Aceh Singkil

This study aimed to describe the organological aspects of making and playing the Canang kayu (wooden canang) instrument. Canang kayu is one of the local musical instruments from Aceh Singkil Regency. It is included as a percussion instrument and classified as an idiophone (a solid musical instrument whose sound comes from the instrument itself). This musical instrument is a form of xylophone (a percussion instrument consisting of a series of wooden blocks placed horizontally and struck with a unique beater). A qualitative method was applied in this study. Data were collected through observation participation, literature studies, and interviews with the Canang kayu makers, Canang kayu players, and staff in Majelis Adat Aceh Singkil (Aceh Singkil Traditional Council). The data source was pictures of Canang kayu and interview recordings with informants. The result of the study showed that the primary raw materials for canning kayu are bamboo and tree wood/Terentang putih tree (local people also call it cupping wood). Terentang putih tree (Campnosperma auriculatum) is a type of tree that grows in swamps. This tree can be found near Aceh Singkil forest. It is pretty difficult to find at present. The material for making Canang kayu should consider the size, tool used, raw material, and the making process. For playing technique, Canang kayu can be played by placing it on feet or a container. The Canang kayu instrument has a strong relationship with maintaining its material and local knowledge of making concepts that seize the cultural values of the Aceh Singkil people. It can be concluded that the making and playing technique is an effort to preserve one of Aceh Singkil's cultural heritages toward the identity and important insights in enriching knowledge about Canang kayu as an Aceh Singkil traditional art.

Calligraphy is an art in writing that produces beautiful writings. Calligraphy is nothing new especially in Islam. Calligraphy in Islam is used to write verses of the Quran in Arabic. In Arabic, calligraphy is known as Khat. Calligraphy consists of eight types, namely Tsulus, Naskhi, Farisi (Ta'liq), Diwani, Diwani Jali, Riq'ah, Ijazah, and Kufi. The purpose of this study was to find out which type of khat is used on the walls of mosques as decoration. This research uses the Library Research method or literature study. The data obtained is then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Of the eight types of khat, there are two types that are often used as mosque wall decorations, namely Naskhi and Kufi styles. Inovasi Parkir Cerdas: Prediksi Posisi Kendaraan dengan Teknologi RFID dan Arduino Mega 2560 R3

Urban parking management is an urgent challenge in an ever-increasing vehicle mobility era. This research develops an intelligent parking system that integrates RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology and Arduino Mega 2560 R3 to predict the vehicle's position in real time. The initial literature study identified various approaches to parking management, but none comprehensively combined RFID and Arduino Mega 2560 R3. Therefore, this study fills this gap. The research method involves literature study, system design, hardware and software development, and field testing. In the proposed system, vehicles are equipped with RFID cards, and the parking infrastructure is equipped with RFID readers. When the vehicle enters the parking area, the system reads the RFID card and predicts available parking positions. The results of field tests show an increase in the efficiency of parking space use of around 37% to 46%, and the accuracy of parking position prediction is above 90%. This research provides effective solutions for urban parking management, reducing traffic congestion and air pollution. This system also increases the driver's comfort in finding a suitable parking space. Thus, this research has the potential to support more sustainable urban development by optimizing the use of parking lots and reducing the negative impact of motorized vehicles in urban areas.

Civil Law in the Context of Inheritance: Drafting a Validand Functioning Will

This research aims to explore the aspects of civil law related to inheritance with a focus on the preparation of legal and functional wills in Indonesia. Wills are important documents in estate planning that can reduce potential disputes between heirs. However, public understanding of the importance of wills and the legal provisions that govern them is still low. Through a normative juridical approach, this study collects data from literature studies, analysis of laws and regulations, case studies, and interviews with legal practitioners and the public. The results of the study show that the involvement of notaries in the preparation of wills is very important to ensure the validity of documents and prevent disputes. Although there are various educational programs regarding wills, their effectiveness still needs to be improved. The recommendations resulting from this study include the need for increased cooperation between legal practitioners, educational institutions, and community organizations in educating the public on the importance of heritage planning. Thus, it is hoped that public awareness of the preparation of wills will increase, so that the practice of inheritance planning in Indonesia can be more effective and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

This study aims to analyze the legal responsibility of business owners in the case of work accidents and the implications of existing regulations on worker protection. Using a normative juridical approach, this study identifies and analyzes the legal provisions that govern the responsibilities of business owners based on applicable legislation, including the Manpower Law and related government regulations. Data was collected through literature studies that included legal literature, official documents, and analysis of court decisions relevant to work accident cases. The results of the study show that business owners have a significant responsibility in maintaining occupational safety, where a good understanding of regulations and the implementation of safety policies greatly affects the compliance of business owners. The study also identified that there are obstacles for business owners, especially small-scale ones, in meeting their legal obligations related to occupational safety. Therefore, this study recommends increased socialization regarding occupational safety regulations, as well as support for business owners to better understand and fulfill their legal obligations. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of labor laws that are more responsive and effective in protecting workers' rights, as well as creating a safer work environment

Bioregulatory event extraction using large language models: a case study of rice literature

The extraction of biological regulation events has been a key focus in the field of biomedical nature language processing (BioNLP). However, existing methods often encounter challenges such as cascading errors in text mining pipelines and limitations in topic coverage from the selected corpus. Fortunately, the emergence of large language models (LLMs) presents a potential solution due to their robust semantic understanding and extensive knowledge base. To explore this potential, our project at the Biomedical Linked Annotation Hackathon 8 (BLAH 8) investigates the feasibility of using LLMs to extract biological regulation events. Our findings, based on the analysis of rice literature, demonstrate the promising performance of LLMs in this task, while also highlighting several concerns that must be addressed in future LLM-based application in low-resource topic.

NoSQL Technologies in Big Data Ecosystems: a Comprehensive Review of Architectural Paradigms and Performance Metrics

The exponential growth of data in volume, velocity, and variety has challenged traditional relational database management systems, leading to the emergence and widespread adoption of NoSQL and other innovative database technologies. This article provides a comprehensive review of NoSQL databases and their role in modern Big Data infrastructure stacks. Through a systematic analysis of current literature and industry case studies, we explore the architectural paradigms, performance metrics, and use cases of various NoSQL database types, including document-based, key-value, column-family, and graph databases. Our findings indicate that NoSQL solutions offer significant advantages in scalability, flexibility, and real-time processing capabilities, particularly for unstructured and semi-structured data. However, challenges persist in areas such as data consistency, security, and interoperability with existing systems. We also examine emerging trends, including NewSQL, time-series databases, and the integration of artificial intelligence in database management. This article contributes to the understanding of how organizations can leverage NoSQL technologies to optimize their Big Data infrastructure, highlighting both the opportunities and considerations for implementation. Our conclusions underscore the transformative impact of NoSQL on data management practices and provide directions for future research in this rapidly evolving field.

Vertical Mobility and Mental Gap of Scheduled Caste Students in West Bengal

This study investigates the complex relationship between vertical mobility and the mental gap experienced by Scheduled Caste (SC) students in West Bengal. Vertical mobility refers to the process by which individuals or groups ascend the social hierarchy, while the mental gap represents psychological barriers that often impede SC students from realizing their full potential. This research aims to elucidate various aspects of vertical mobility, examine the factors contributing to the mental gap experienced by SC students in higher education, and explore strategies to address these challenges to promote both personal development and upward mobility. To accomplish this objective, we employed qualitative documentary analysis and conducted a comprehensive review of existing literature, policy documents, and relevant case studies to gain a deeper understanding of the socioeconomic realities and educational trajectories of SC students. Our findings indicate that vertical mobility encompasses multiple dimensions, including educational attainment, career progression, and diverse social perspectives. Furthermore, we identified key contributors to the mental gap, such as internalized biases, economic constraints, and the pervasive influence of caste consciousness. By elucidating these critical factors, this study sought to propose effective strategies for bridging mental gaps and enhancing upward mobility among SC students. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding social equity and empowerment for marginalized communities, emphasizing the urgent need for targeted interventions that facilitate the full integration of SC students into mainstream educational and social spheres.

This essay examines what is known as mathematical formalism in the field of literary studies by providing a set of referneces from Pythagoras, Kant, Coleridge, Geoerge Boole, Augustus de Morgan, Andrea Henderson to Paul de Man. As varied as it seems, the center of the referential set is Kant. Kant’s aesthetics is one crucial reference in mathematical formalism. Mathematical formalism’s justification for its use of mathematics in the field of art is that Kantian aesthetic form is mathematical. This essay takes one step further from there. I argue that mathematical formalism reveals its true nature when we see that in Kant, there are two different types of mathematics, intuitive and formalist mathematics, and the former gives way to the latter due to its inherent limitations. The limitations of intuitive mathematics is that as it is based on the a priori framework of intuition, it does not allow for the empirical agency of matter. Kant solves the issue by formulating formalist mathematics in his third critique. This transition from intuitive to formalist mathematics makes a case for what can be called the Bildungsroman of matter: unlike mathematical formalism’s static understanding of Kant’s third critique, this essay’s approach captures the moment of formalist mathematics’s emergence from within matter.

An unmethodical method: Contextualising the critical essay

This paper charts a theoretical and literary genealogy for what I term the critical essay, which I define as a literary essay that includes analysis of an artwork amongst its objects of inquiry. After briefly outlining the increasing prevalence of the critical essay in contemporary letters, I review theoretical schemas surrounding the critical essay, and grapple with the terminological slippage of labels like “essay” and “criticism”. Drawing from Marxist and feminist schools of literary studies, I argue that alternative forms of critical writing have generally been propounded not as literary modes but rather as scholarly revolts against disciplinary strictures. I argue that such alternative forms of critical writing share a desire to invent modes of analysis and expression capable of challenging dominant class, race and/or gendered ideologies. I go on to propose that the critical essay may be capable of disrupting the epistemological frameworks undergirding public criticism, making space for writers who, due to their subject positions, have not historically been conferred critical authority.

This article explores the poetry of Jamal Assadi, a prominent Palestinian poet whose works delve into themes of identity, displacement, and cultural belonging. Using a biographical approach, the study analyzes how Assadis personal experiences, particularly as a Palestinian Arab living in Israel, inform his poetic voice. By drawing on Assadis own words from interviews and his body of work, the article examines key poems to highlight his reflection on time, memory, and the socio-political struggles of the Arab world. Assadis use of both classical Arabic poetic forms and modern free verse techniques enriches the Arab literary tradition, blending the old with the new to address contemporary concerns.The critical method employed in this article focuses on the relationship between Assadis life and his literary creations, emphasizing how his poetry acts as a mirror of personal and collective experiences of exile and cultural fragmentation. Additionally, the article explores Assadis engagement with global literary traditions, showing how intertextuality plays a role in his political critique. Ultimately, this article affirms Assadis significant contribution to modern Arab literature, arguing that his poetry serves as both a continuation of classical Arabic traditions and a platform for innovation. By addressing themes of cultural resilience and political critique, Assadis work provides a nuanced and powerful voice within the broader landscape of Arab poetry, making it an essential subject of literary study.

Konseling Keluarga Persfektif Q.S At-Tahrim Ayat 6 (Tafsir Al-Misbah, Ibnu Katsir, Kementerian Agama RI)

This article aims to discuss family counseling from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tahrim Verse 6, using the literature study research method. The findings of this research focus on the interpretation of Surah At-Tahrim verse 6, studied from the perspective of the Tafsir Al Misbah, Tafsir Ibnu Katsir and Tafsir of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, namely: family counseling, when viewed from the perspective of Surah At-Tahrim verse 6, has a significant role. crucial in forming a harmonious family, rooted in religious values, and preparing family members to follow God's commands. Through family counseling, family members can deepen their understanding of their duties and responsibilities in implementing religious teachings, while strengthening emotional and social ties between them.

Effectiveness Of Article 42 Sentence (1) Uu No. 6 Of 2023 On The Creation Of Work Regarding The Implementation Of The Basis Of Legal Certainty In The Mortgage Agreement By The Banks With The Act Of Binding Agreement Of Sale And Purchase

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (Bank BTN) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the banking sector, committed to being a bank that serves and supports housing sector financing. The mission carried out by Bank BTN is to actively support the government in advancing the welfare of the Indonesian people through home ownership and realizing the life that millions of Indonesians dream of through providing decent homes. One type of credit that is still in demand and needed by the public is KPR (Home Ownership Credit). Bank BTN as a bank that focuses on housing financing certainly fully supports the One Million Houses Program launched by the government. It is proven that currently Bank BTN is a bank with market share The largest Home Ownership Credit (KPR) in Indonesia. In order to improve and optimize services to the community with the development of the KPR business and support Bank operations both in terms of business processes and maintaining document quality, there are conditions where it is not possible to make a Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) so that a temporary binding agreement is needed, namely a Sale and Purchase Agreement ( PPJB). This research aims to determine the implementation of KPR agreements by Bank BTN with sale and purchase binding deeds (PPJB) according to Article 42 paragraph (1) of Law no. 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation at Bank BTN Kediri. This type of research is empirical juridical legal research and the specifications in this research are descriptive. The source and type of data in this research is primary data obtained from field studies in the form of interviews with Bank BTN Kediri employees. And secondary data was obtained from literature studies related to the theory of legal certainty. The results of this research are that the implementation of the KPR agreement by Bank BTN with the PPJB deed based on Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Job Creation Law does not fully meet the requirements stipulated in Article 42 paragraph (2) of the Job Creation Law.

ARRANGING REGULATORY POLICIES TO SUPPORT ECONOMIC GROWTH, INVESTMENT, INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0, SOCIETY 5.0, AND THE GLOBAL ECONOMY WITH OMNIBUS LAW

<p>Arranging regulatory policies to support economic growth, investment, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Society 5.0, and the global economy using the omnibus law turned out to be problematic. Among the people, there are pros and cons because it is not following the Indonesian legal system, which follows the "civil law" tradition. It is necessary to research the pros and cons of this research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the omnibus law policy in managing regulations to support economic growth, investment, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Society 5.0, and the global economy. The research method used is normative legal research with a literature study approach. This study concludes that implementing the omnibus law policy in managing regulations to support economic growth, investment, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Society 5.0, and the global economy is very effective and efficient because the formation is cheaper, faster, and avoids various political conflicts. Law policies formed using the omnibus law method are part of the national legal system. Therefore, the omnibus law policy in managing regulations must refer to the provisions and principles regulated in Law Number 12 of 2011 on the Establishment of Legislation as amended by Law Number 15 of 2019 and Law Number 13 of 2022 and its implementing regulations, Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2014 and Number 76 of 2021, as well as general and universal principles, the principles and concepts of customary law or, in some instances, the principles and concepts of Islamic law. Everything is elaborated in a direction based on the omnibus law method so that the law developed based on the omnibus law method can create happiness for the Indonesian people, as mandated in the fourth paragraph of the opening of the 1945 Constitution.</p>

This research also highlights the ethical challenges that arise from the use of technology in HRM, including the potential for algorithmic bias and unfairness in decision making. The results of this research suggest strategies for sustainable employee skills development, creating an inclusive work culture, and ethical technology integration to support organizational sustainability in the future. This research makes an important contribution to the literature highlighting the long-term impact of technology adoption in HRM as well as offering practical recommendations for organizations in facing global change.

Analyzing the Impact of Learning Technology on the Quality of Education in Schools: Potential and Risks

This research examines the impact of learning technologies on the quality of education in schools, focusing on the potential and associated risks. In the digital era, the integration of technology in the teaching and learning process is becoming increasingly important. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study techniques to analyze and understand the impact of learning technology on the quality of education. Learning technology contributes significantly to improving the quality of education in schools, both in terms of accessibility and quality of learning processes. Technology allows students to access a wide range of information sources and learning materials and supports more flexible and interactive learning. With educational apps, learning videos and online platforms, students can study independently outside of school hours and adapt learning to their own style and pace. This helps to create a more personalized and adaptive learning experience, which results in increased student motivation and understanding of the material. However, the application of technology in education also brings a number of risks that need to be taken seriously. One of the main risks is that students' dependence on technological devices can reduce their ability to think critically and solve problems independently. This implies that schools and governments need to develop policies that support the effective application of technology, including teacher training in integrating technology with the curriculum, provision of adequate infrastructure, and efforts to ensure equal access for all students.
