Polyaniline/Cu2ZnSnS4 (PANI/CZTS) hetrojunction is fabricated by electrodepositing PANI on spray deposited CZTS film. The PANI/CZTS hetrojunction is characterized for its structural and surface morphological properties by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy techniques. Forward biased PANI/CZTS heterojunction is used for detecting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at room temperature. The maximum LPG response of 79 % is observed for 780 ppm of LPG with 120 and 125 s response and recovery time periods, respectively with 92.6 % sensing stability.
