God created human being in His Image and endowed them with the holy dignity. The women has a special call to be a mother. This vocation united with noble aspects of motherhood and virginity. The understanding of motherhood and virginity is sometimes not appreciated as a special gift. Consequently, the vocation of motherhood is marked by discrimination and violence against women. The aim of writing this research is to explore the noble aspects of women as motherhood and the virginity. This will open new understanding and awareness to respect women on their vocation as a mother or a nun. To explore this research, the researcher uses library research method. The researcher collects various sources and analyzes them systematically. The researcher explores aspects of motherhood and virginity and relates it to the figure of Mary both mother and virgin. These two dimensions unite in the person of Mary who was chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus. To explain aspects of motherhood and virginity, the researcher explores the document Mulieris Dignitatem. Women as the image of God have the privilege of motherhood and virginity like Mary. This dimensions of Mary are important spirituality on this present time. The implication of this research will open new understanding and awareness on dimension of motherhood and virginity which often underappreciated and abused. This research aim will empower the spirit of the dimensions of motherhood and virginity as the dignity of women and measured of image of God.

Pendidikan Keluarga Dalam Budaya Melayu: Telaah Dari Perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadits

The importance of family education is a sentence that always comes to mind every time we see various cases and problems that occur in this era. Starting from cases of divorce, murder, suicide, bullying, to juvenile delinquency. It is not uncommon for various cases of these problems to occur as a result of a lack of family education. Therefore, this research aims to find out how family education is in Malay culture, and whether family education in Malay culture is in accordance with the Koran and hadith which are the basis of Malay cultural customs. This research uses a library research method which uses reading references from both libraries and online media to obtain the required information data. The results of this research include the obligation of husbands to educate their wives and the obligations of parents to educate their children. Through proper understanding and implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an and hadith, it is hoped that family education in Malay culture can become a strong foundation for building a harmonious family and preventing cases of detrimental problems in society.

Democratic Values ​​in Education: A Study of Islamic Religious Higher Education in Indonesia

The reform era followed by the era of globalization and digitalization can affect the values of democracy in education, so special treatment is needed so that the values of democratization in education can be in line with the nation's ideals. The Independent Learning Curriculum is an innovation by the government to respond to challenges, adjust to the times, and implement democratic values effectively. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focuses on the facts in the field. Apart from that, the theoretical basis is also helpful in providing a general overview of the setting research and as material for discussing research results. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The library research method is used for data collection techniques. The research results show that the democratic values ​​implemented in higher education continue to be carried out by improving various academic and non-academic activities to improve the quality of learning. Democratic values ​​are not only implemented in curriculum innovation. Still, they are also implemented in student organizational structures and learning processes so that applicable legal regulations can run the implementation of democracy and the direction of education.

Pemikiran Etika Perang Imām al-Shawkānī: Analisis Teori Just War dan Relevansi Konflik Israel-Palestina

This research analyzes Imām al-Shawkānī’s thoughts on war ethics within the Just War theory perspective, using the book “Nayl al-Awṭār.” The Israel-Palestine conflict is seen as an example of the abuse of power in just war ethics to the detriment of Palestinian civilians. Just War theory emphasises justice, proportionality and protection of civilians, yet Israel's military operations often violate these principles. Imām al-Shawkānī's thought in Nayl al-Awṭār had an Islamic perspective that emphasised justice and humanity in war. Integrating Just War principles with al-Shawkānī's ethics of war can provide a strong ethical framework to evaluate military actions in the Israel-Palestine conflict and seek a more just solution. Through a library research method and descriptive analysis, this study aims to contribute to the explanation of the connection between religion, ethics, and armed conflict, while promoting international peace and justice. Its practical implications highlight the significance of strengthening Islamic values in facing foreign cultural dominance, while its contemporary relevance underscores the necessity of upholding international law and human rights conventions in addressing armed conflicts. Thus, this research not only provides new insights into the ethics of war in Islam but also highlights the importance of actions to uphold humanity and justice in global armed conflicts.

Competency and recognition of the halal supervisor in Brunei Darussalam

Inefficient and inadequate qualification assessment for the requirements of halal supervisors has attracted more attention in the halal industry field, which led to the withdrawal of the halal certificate following the discovery that the restaurant violated halal certification requirements. Furthermore, there is a lack of research discussing the halal supervisor's credibility procedure in Brunei Darussalam. This research aims to identify the efficiency and adequacy of the current qualification assessment for the requirements for halal supervisors by Syariah principles and laws in Brunei. This research adopted a qualitative method, using a semi-structured interview and library research method. The finding reveals that a halal supervisor is qualified by passing a written and oral test prepared by the Halal Food Control Division (HFCD), with supplementary talks or briefings given. However, no specific halal training is offered to halal supervisors. This finding indicated the need to improve the qualification system. It can aid in suggesting the necessary ecosystem for the credibility of the competency and recognition of the qualification of a halal food supervisor. This study can benefit future research and industrial players and improve the qualification procedure for halal supervisor.

Dimensions of Sutism in Strengthening the Value of Religious Moderation in Indonesia Buya Arrazy's Perspective

In religious moderation, in fact, a major aspect strengthens the key to creating tolerance and harmony that must be mutually maintained. With the creation of peace, each of the religious communities can treat other people with respect. Religious moderation is a middle way in the midst of religious diversity in Indonesia. Indonesia which has the largest number of muslims in te world is a imprtant example of islamic moderation. In islam moderation is a teaching. Respect for each other in social settings, not in worship, is what we mean when we talk about tolerance is the most important factor. The purpose of this research is to explore a religious moderation that should be developed as a joint commitment to maintain a balance where every tribe, ethnicity and cultural maintain harmony with each other. Researchers use the library research method. The result of this paper are first, the moderation of the core teachings in the Islamic population in Indonesia. Second, tolerance will have a positive attitude between religions, races, etc. third, the existence of religious moderation will strengthen a multiculturalism.

Pengaruh Metode Langsung Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Bagi Siswa MI Sebagai Pembelajar Pemula

This article aims to analyze the effect of direct method in Arabic language learning for MI students as beginner learners. In general, the Arabic language education system in Indonesia from the past until today there are still many educational institutions, including pesantren, which use similar methods and skills, not developing. In the current era of globalization, Arabic language skills offer many opportunities and are increasingly needed in various fields such as in education, business, and diplomacy. By learning Arabic early on, MI students will be better prepared to face future opportunities and challenges. One method that can be used to learn Arabic is the direct method. The research method used in this article is a library research method with a qualitative description method. The research data were collected from various sources, such as scientific journals, books, articles, and research reports. The results show that the direct method has a positive and significant effect on the Arabic language skills of MI students as beginner learners. This is shown by the students' ability to communicate orally in Arabic, understanding the structure of Arabic, and being motivated to learn Arabic.

Otoritas Alkitab: Tinjauan Teologi Sistematis Pemikiran Luther Menjawab Skeptisisme Teologi Kontemporer Tentang Alkitab Sebagai Firman Allah

The purpose of writing this article is to explore Martin Luther's view of the Bible as the authoritative Word of God as a critical answer to the doubts of contemporary groups. This article refers to the results of Luther's thoughts in documents and systematic theology classroom notes. The meaning of what and how the Bible is for Luther is the most fundamental thing that is intertwined with history, travel, and church growth. By using library research methods, the author finds Luther's critical thoughts regarding the Bible his criticism of the Roman Catholic Church, to the doubts of contemporary groups regarding the Bible which is understood as God's Word in all centuries throughout life.

IMPROVING STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY THROUGH WORDWALL APPLICATION

This article used the library research method to gather information by understanding and researching theories from various sources such as books, journals, and existing studies. The method used qualitative research that focuses on gathering information about the natural environment and using researchers as the main instrument. This study aims to analyze the responses and experiences of first-year high school students and how the Wordwall application helps them improve their English vocabulary during their studies. Literary research method is used. The data collection method used is the documentation method. Content analysis was used as a data analysis technique. In order to maintain the accuracy of the evaluation and avoid false information, the material was analyzed by cross-checking and re-reading the literature, and the evaluator's comments were taken into account. The result of this study is that Wordwall proves to be an effective teaching method that helps improve students' vocabulary in preparation for future assignments. Word wall apps can also be used while studying, which is very useful for developing students' vocabulary

Menggadaikan Kembali Tanah Gadai

This research discusses the practice of re-mortgaging pawned land according to Islamic law and positive law in Simpang Tiga District. This study is a type of qualitative research using field research and library research methods. The results of the research show that the practice of re-mortgaging land in Simpang Tiga District is common, especially when the land owner needs money urgently, but the land owner has not been able to pay off the loan, so the pawner pawns the land to another party without prior notification. first to the land owner because the agreement mechanism tends to be done verbally, which can cause risk and confusion. According to Islamic law, it is largely in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, especially because it is carried out on the basis of mutual assistance in society and in urgent situations. However, there are some issues to be aware of. One of them is re-mortgaging land without the land owner's permission, which may violate the principle of the validity of pawn transactions. The principles of Islamic law, such as agreements, rights and obligations, and collateral management, should be taken into account in implementing pawning practices. And positive law is permissible (legal), the pawn right can be transferred by the pledgor to another party with or without the land owner's consent, based on the regulations on the transfer of land use rights with reference to Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation no. 24 since 1997.

PENYALURAN ZAKAT SECARA LANGSUNG KEPADA MUSTAHIK

This study aims to determine the distribution of zakat directly to mustahik. The research method used is qualitative method, in obtaining data using library research method, by collecting data through literature. The results of this study show that zakat is a pillar of Islam that has two dimensions, worship and social, the collection, management and distribution of zakat are carried out by official institutions that have been established by the government. The distribution of zakat by unjust rulers is valid, according to the opinion of some scholars. Amil is an officer who takes, manages and distributes zakat to mustahik zakat which has been determined in the text of the Qur'an and hadith.

Kehujjahan Maslahah Mursalah Dalam Perspektif Imam Al-Ghazali Dan Najm Al-Din Al-Tufi

This study examines the authority of maslahah mursalah according to Imam Al-Ghazali and Najm al-Din al-Tufi, two scholars with differing views on applying the concept of public interest in Islamic law. Al-Ghazali is known for his conservative approach, while Al-Tufi is more flexible and progressive. The research uses the library research method. Data were collected from primary sources, namely the works of Al-Ghazali and Al-Tufi, as well as relevant secondary literature. Descriptive-qualitative and comparative analysis techniques were used to evaluate and compare the views of both scholars. The study found that Al-Ghazali requires maslahah to align with maqasid al-shariah and not contradict nash. Al-Tufi, on the other hand, emphasizes flexibility in prioritizing maslahah, especially when dealing with nash dzanni. Both scholars contribute significantly to the understanding and application of the concept of maslahah in contemporary Islamic law.

Sistem Cash on Delivery (COD) dalam Jual Beli Online Menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Online buying and selling are transactions carried out by parties using the internet network. The payment method that is often used today is the COD system. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the mechanism of the Cash On Delivery (COD) system in online buying and selling according to an Islamic economic perspective. In this research the researcher used a library research method with descriptive qualitative analysis using a deductive method regarding the cash on delivery (COD) system and analyzed using an Islamic economics approach. The results of this research include the following: 1) the online buying and selling mechanism with the COD system in the marketplace can be implemented by selecting the goods first and then payment is made in cash when the goods arrive. To purchase products, you can order them via the website or application. 2) (2) Based on the analysis of online buying and selling using the COD system carried out by the marketplace, it is in accordance with Islamic economic principles, such as aspects of justice, transparency and compliance. So online buying and selling using the COD system is permitted from a Sharia Economic perspective.

Utilization of Twitter as an Educational Tool to Improve Reading Literacy in Indonesian Language Students

Digital power and lack of access to relevant literature. Twitter, as one of the most popular applications in the era of digital culture, can be used as an educational tool to increase the reading literacy of Indonesian language study program students. The integration of Twitter in the learning of Indonesian language study program students can facilitate access to information, increase creativity, develop reading literacy skills, expand social networks, and encourage student participation. The library research method is used to analyze secondary data from published research articles. The research question raised was, "How can the use of Twitter as an educational tool increase reading literacy among Indonesian language study program students in the era of digital culture?" The findings show that the integration of social media, especially through Twitter, can make a positive contribution to Indonesian language learning by utilizing its features to facilitate access to information, increase creativity, develop reading literacy skills, expand social networks, and encourage student participation. Overall, the use of Twitter in Indonesian language learning promises to significantly increase student reading literacy while building engagement, motivation and a strong learning community.

RELEVANSI PRINSIP-PRINSIP EKONOMI DAN AKUNTANSI TERHADAP QS. AL-BAQARAH AYAT 282

This article explains that Islam has a significant role in regulating the relationship and interaction between humans and God as well as fellow humans, other creatures, and the environment through the rules of muamalah. The concept of accounting in Islam, known as al-muhasābah, is included in the realm of muamalah which is related to the ability of the human mind. Accounting is the measurement, description, or provision of certainty regarding financial information that helps decision-making in companies, organizations, and government agencies. The Qur'an has explained the basic concept of accounting long before the introduction of the concept of double-entry bookkeeping economic and accounting by Lucas Pacioli. Surah Al-Baqarah verse 282 outlines the concept of accounting which emphasizes responsibility or accountability in muamalah. This verse emphasizes the importance of recording transactions correctly, openness, and justice between the two parties. This research uses library research method to identify and analyze the relevance of economic and accounting principles with verse 282 in the Qur'an. In the letter, there are three relevant accounting principles: accountability, fairness, and truth. The principle of accountability emphasizes the importance of each party involved in the transaction to be responsible for their actions. The principle of justice emphasizes correct and fair recording, while the principle of truth creates fairness in recognizing, measuring, and reporting economic transactions. Thus, the relationship of economic accounting principles with verse 282 of the Qur'an confirms the importance of integrity, fairness, and obedience in economic activities in accordance with Islamic values. This study aims to strengthen the understanding of the relevance of accounting principles to Islamic teachings, so as to contribute to the development of business practices that are in accordance with Islamic value

Pengaruh Mengintegrasikan Gadget dalam Praktik Parenting Modern Perspektif Al-Qur’an

Considering the development of very sophisticated technology, there are many tasks for parents in implementing parenting patterns for children. One of the problems in the current digital era is children's use of gadgets which affects their growth and development. Parents need to monitor and guide children in their use of digital devices to ensure that this does not interfere with their overall development. Children's problems are not new problems, but digital developments (information and communication technology) are believed to have a big influence on children's problems, including children's behavior. The digital era has an impact on easy access to information for children, including their curiosity about current technology. Children's problems are identified in a generation that is familiar with technological developments in the form of gadgets. The use of gadgets by children has positive and negative consequences. So this article aims to examine the positive and negative impacts of integrating gadgets in parenting, as well as solutions for parental supervision of children. The research uses the library research method, which is an approach to collecting data by reading books, magazines, journals, quoting the opinions of various tafsir scholars and other sources of information available in the library. Researchers used qualitative methods to collect existing data until finally it was discovered that integrating gadgets had a lot of influence on the continuity of parenting. In this case, the parenting process must also balance its practice with world and religious concepts. The Al-Qur'an itself provides many instructions regarding parenting patterns in the family. Therefore, integrating gadgets in parenting without being guided by the Koran will cause harm to parents. Islam illustrates that whether good or bad really depends on the parents' efforts in educating their children. Integrating gadgets in parenting practices can help parents provide modern education, but it also has bad effects if they are implemented incorrectly, therefore it requires effective supervision of children in today's digital era.

KONSEP DALAM MERUMUSKAN VISI, MISI, TUJUAN DAN PROGRAM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

The era of Society 5.0 and Industrial Revolution 4.0 brought fundamental changes to the educational landscape, requiring Islamic educational institutions to adapt without losing their identity. This article examines the concept of formulating the vision, mission, goals and programs of Islamic educational institutions in the context of the digital era. This research uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was obtained from primary sources in the form of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and the latest publications from reputable Islamic education journals, as well as relevant secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of categorization, contextual interpretation and conceptual synthesis. The research results show that these four elements must be formulated based on the integration of modern management and Islamic values ​​interpreted contextually. The main finding is the concept of "technological ijtihad", namely an effort to reinterpret classical Islamic concepts to make them relevant to the digital era. The vision must respond to global issues, the mission includes Islamic "digital citizenship", the goals are formulated using SMART and VUCA Prime principles, while the program integrates Islamic boarding school values ​​with technology. This approach resulted in a creative synthesis between tradition and modernity, which gave birth to a "techno-spiritual" generation. This article contributes to providing a conceptual framework for Islamic educational institutions to formulate strategic directions that are in line with Islamic identity and the demands of the times, so that they can produce graduates who are superior intellectually, technologically and spiritually.

Analysis of Sharia Economic Development in the Era of Globalization in Indonesia: Opportunities & Challenges

Sharia economics has become a topic that has attracted attention in the development of the global economy, especially in the current era of globalization. This article highlights basic principles such as monotheism, balance, benefit, taawun, and justice in the context of sharia economics, taking into account the prohibitions on usury, maysir, and gharar. The research was carried out through a qualitative descriptive approach using library research methods. This article also discusses the history and development of sharia economics in Indonesia, including the challenges faced and the government's efforts to develop it. This article emphasizes the importance of developing sharia economics as a relevant alternative in achieving sustainable and equitable development.

Strategi Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Qur’ani dalam Pendidikan Akhlaq dan Adab Santri

Education is the educator's conscious guidance towards the physical and spiritual development of the educated towards the formation of the primary personality. The formation of a noble personality is proof of success in Islamic education. This research is aimed at digging out the various strategies that can be done in the education of akhlaq and adab for pupils as well as any factors that affect the development of akhlak and the behavior of pupils. This research uses the library research method, which means the collection of data and information is carried out through the study of literature from various written sources. The results of the research show that many strategies can be done in the process of education akhlaq and adab either the strategy is done directly or indirectly. As well as found some influential factors so that there needs to be attention to such factors in the educational process of akhlak and adab.

Urgensi Mutu Pelayanan Customer Service Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Nasabah

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.
