Bullying in the Perspective of the Quran

This research is motivated by Muslims who lack ethics and misbehave, such as in cases of Bullying, which are still underestimated by the general public. This is very contrary to Islamic teachings. This research uses descriptive qualitative research analysis, namely an effort to collect data, first compiled, explained, and then analyzed. This type of research is library research, which makes library material the primary data source in this study. The data collection technique in the research is searching and observing the verses of the Qur'an related to Bullying and the interpretations related to the verse. Then, review books, journals, articles, and previous theses/theses that match the theme to be studied. Then, all the data obtained will be collected and analyzed using the maudu'i interpretation method. The result of this study is that Bullying is a form of injustice, which is a real enemy of Islam. Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of compassion and doing good and prohibit actions that denounce, rebuke, or demean others. As creatures of Allah SWT, we should help each other in goodness and not demean or put down each other. Islam emphasizes the values of tolerance, cooperation, and mutual respect for all humans, without exception, who must be treated with respect and respect and respect each other.

Programmable Electromagnetic Wave Absorption via Tailored Metal Single Atom-Support Interactions.

Metal single atoms (SA)-support interactions inherently exhibit significant electrochemical activity, demonstrating potential in energy catalysis. However, leveraging these interactions to modulate electronic properties and extend application fields is a formidable challenge, demanding in-depth understanding and quantitative control of atomic-scale interactions. Herein, in situ, off-axis electron holography technique is utilized to directly visualize the interactions between SAs and the graphene surface. These interactions facilitate the formation of dispersed nanoscale regions with high charge density and are highly sensitive to external electromagnetic (EM) fields, resulting in controllable dynamic relaxation processes for charge accumulation and restoration. This leads to customized dielectric relaxation, which is difficult to achieve with current band engineering methods. Moreover, these electronic behaviors are insensitive to elevated temperatures, having characteristics distinct from those of typical metallic or semiconducting materials. Based on these results, programmable EM wave absorption properties are achieved by developing a library of SA-graphene materials and precisely controlling SA-support interactions to tailor their responses to EM waves in terms of frequency and intensity. This advancement addresses the customized anti-EM interference requirements of electronic components, greatly enhancing the development of integrated circuits and micro-nano chips. Future efforts will concentrate on manipulating atomic interactions in SA-support, potentially revolutionizing nanoelectronics and optoelectronics.

An Automated Workflow to Discover the Structure-Stability Relations for Radiation Hard Molecular Semiconductors.

Emerging photovoltaics for outer space applications are one of the many examples where radiation hard molecular semiconductors are essential. However, due to a lack of general design principles, their resilience against extra-terrestrial high-energy radiation can currently not be predicted. In this work, the discovery of radiation hard materials is accelerated by combining the strengths of high-throughput, lab automation and machine learning. This way, a large material library of more than 130 organic hole transport materials is automatically processed, degraded, and measured. The materials are degraded under ultraviolet-C (UVC) light in a nitrogen atmosphere, serving as the conditions for electromagnetic radiation hardness tests. A value closely related to the differential quantum yield for photodegradation is extracted from the evolution of the UV-visible (UV-vis) spectra over time and used as a stability target. Following this procedure, a stability ranking spanning over 3 orders of magnitude was obtained. Combining Gaussian Process Regression based on predictors from structural fingerprints and manual filtering of the materials by features, structure-stability relations for UVC stable materials could be found: Fused aromatic ring clusters are beneficial, whereas thiophene, methoxy and vinylene groups are detrimental. Comparing the UV-vis spectra of the degraded material in film and solution, bond cleavage could be made out as the leading degradation mechanism. Even though UVC light can in principle break most organic bonds, the stable materials are able to distribute and dissipate the energy well enough so that the chemical structures remain stable. The established predictive model quantifies the effect of specific molecular features on UVC stability, allowing chemists to consider UVC stability in their molecular design strategy. In the future, a larger data set will allow to inversely design molecular semiconductors which show high performance and radiation hardness at the same time.

Regulasi Pertanggungjawaban Hukum Pelaku Tindak Pidana Pembalakan Liar dan Penyelundupan Ekspor Kayu Bakau

Mangrove forests in Indonesia constitute 23% of the world's mangrove ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the Regulation of Legal Responsibility of Criminal Acts of Illegal Logging and Smuggling of Mangrove Wood Exports in Indonesia. This research method is a doctrinal legal research with a case approach; secondary data sources are obtained from library materials; data collection techniques are carried out by literature studies; all data collected will be analyzed deductively. The results of the study are the Regulation of Legal Responsibility of Criminal Acts of Illegal Logging and Smuggling of Mangrove Wood Exports in Indonesia in Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Customs. Law No. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry. Law No. 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction. The conclusion is that the regulations regarding illegal logging and smuggling of mangrove wood exports are complete. The judge's suggestion has considered the sustainability of Natural Resources but has not been oriented towards the preservation of the mangrove ecosystem and the criminal penalties applied must be maximal.

Gender Integration in Islamic Politics: Fiqh Siyasah on Women's Political Rights since Classical to Contemporary Interpretations

This study examines the controversy surrounding gender equality in women's political rights in the public sphere. This discussion arises from differing interpretations of existing texts, which have persisted from the classical era to the contemporary period. This study employs normative legal research, utilizing library materials and secondary data as primary sources. It involves reviewing literature, including articles, books, and other relevant resources. The collected data, comprising primary and secondary legal materials, is analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. The study finds that Islam upholds gender equality by placing women in a noble and honorable position and affirming their rights and roles as stated in the words of Allah. Among classical Islamic scholars, there is debate about whether women are permitted to hold leadership roles. Imam Malik, Imam Shafi'i, and Ahmad Ibn Hanbal prohibited it, while Imam Abu Hanifah allowed women to lead if they possessed adequate capability and competence. Scholars like Ibn Jarir Al-Tabari and Ibn Hazm also allowed women to assume leadership positions without any conditions. Contemporary scholars, including Ibn Ashur, Yusuf al-Qaradawi, and Quraish Shihab, support women's participation in politics, both in voting and being elected. Yusuf al-Qaradawi, however, set conditions, emphasizing that women must adhere to Islamic ethics, fulfill their duties as wives and mothers, and not violate Sharia principles. If the exercise of women's political rights leads to harm, it is prohibited based on the principle of sadd al-zari'ah. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic perspectives on gender equality in politics, examining viewpoints from both classical and contemporary scholars. It also provides a discourse on the conditions required for women to exercise their political rights within the framework of Islamic law.

Paradigma Mubadalah sebagai Solusi Relasi Keluarga dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024

The Mubadalah paradigm emphasizes equality, justice, reciprocity, and cooperation between husband and wife in family relationships. It holds significant potential to address various social-political issues, including the challenges faced in the 2024 elections. This study aims to explore how the application of the Mubadalah paradigm in family life can contribute positively in facing the dynamics and complexities that emerge during the election process. This research uses a library research method, which involves activities related to data collection from library materials, reading, noting, and processing relevant books, research, and journals without requiring field research. Data collection was carried out through documentation, and for data analysis, content analysis was used. The results of the study show that Mubadalah, which prioritizes equality and mutual respect, can help create constructive dialogue between family members with differing political views. By applying the principles of Mubadalah, families can maintain harmony, overcome differences, and build resilience in facing political challenges without sacrificing family integrity.

This study aims to describe the direct method (al-Tar?qah al-Mub?syarah); definition, characteristics, application steps, division, advantages and disadvantages as well as how to overcome obstacles in its application. This type of research is included in the category of library research, which is a research activity carried out by collecting information and data with the help of various library materials such as books, results of previous similar studies, articles, notes, and various journals related to the problem under study. Through this method, it is expected to make it easier for a teacher to teach Arabic to students, so that students become more confident to communicate in Arabic.

Legal Certainty Regarding Multiple Land Rights Certificates In Indonesia

This study explains and informs about the legal certainty of double land certificates in Indonesia, because this is a legal problem that often arises especially in Indonesia. The research method is by researching sources from Google Scholar, library materials, and secondary materials. The results of the study indicate that the resolution of disputes over double land certificates is prioritized through a mediation process (non-litigation) if it is not proven then it is continued through the court process

Harmonization of Legislation in the Framework of ImplementationCyber Notary din Indonesia

The writing of the law on Cyber Notary analyzes and aims at the current technological developments that will later affect the making of notarial deeds into electronic deeds but require a strong legal basis so that the deed has strong evidentiary power in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that the principle of facing a notary is stated in Article 16 paragraph (1) letter m while cyber notary is in Article 15 paragraph 3 of the UUJN. The principle of facing in the Cyber Notary concept is a consideration for utilizing electronic media via teleconference (virtual). The principle of facing virtually can be applied by considering the authority and obligations of the notary. With technology, everyone can face each other virtually. So that not only facing is interpreted conventionally but virtually using applications and still on the principle of caution so that the meaning of facing virtually can be applied in the Cyber Notary concept in Indonesia. The making of notarial deeds using the cyber notary concept has not yet obtained a legal basis so that it does not provide a guarantee of legal certainty. This legal research is included in normative legal research which is descriptive analytical in nature. The data sources used are secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques by systematically collecting, reviewing and processing data originating from library materials and normative-qualitative data analysis documents.

Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Terhadap Pelaku yang Mempromosikan Judi Online

Indonesia as a country of law prohibits gambling, including the promotion of online gambling, because it is contrary to religious values, Pancasila morals, and endangers society. Criminal provisions related to gambling are regulated in the Criminal Code and the ITE Law, including sanctions for promotion through electronic media. Online gambling is increasingly rampant along with technological advances, driven by promotions by influencers who violate ethics and the law. An example of a case is two celebrities who were arrested for promoting gambling sites. The law strictly prohibits the distribution of gambling content in any form, as regulated in the ITE Law and other regulations. This study uses a normative juridical method, namely a method that emphasizes research on library materials as the main basis. This approach is carried out by analyzing legal regulations, relevant literature, and expert views or theories related to the problems studied. The results of this Online gambling and its promotion are regulated in the ITE Law which prohibits the distribution of gambling information with a criminal penalty of up to 6 years in prison and a fine of IDR 1 billion, as well as the Criminal Code which punishes online gambling promotion with the same criminal penalty. Law enforcement involves digital forensics to collect evidence and provide a deterrent effect, protecting the public from the negative impacts of online gambling.

The green libraries in digital environment: Conceptualization and study vectors. (Part 1. Theory)

What the library in the future will look like? What the modern library has to be to have a future? To answer these questions, we are to imagine the library of the future based on modern realty and prospects for social advancement. Today, the concept of “green libraries” as the libraries of the future has become increasingly popular in the world. The researchers discuss enthusiastically and conceptualize the key ideas and characteristics of “green libraries”.The article logically breaks up into two parts. In Part 1, the authors discuss the key lines and findings of their study of global trends of developing “green libraries’, as well as the related practice specific for Russia. They analyze the libraries’ efforts in ecological education and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and examine the approaches to establishing “green libraries” in the Russian Federation with the examples provided. Through monitoring accessible materials (library websites and subject-related digital resources in ecology and sustainable development), and survey analysis, the authors conclude on the need for the list of “green libraries”, e-libraries and digital information resources on ecology and sustainable development, and, in the long run, the national standard for “green libraries”, and professional development educational course.

From the Bosniak Collection to the Central Library of the Bosniak National Minority (Caprag Department of the Vlado Gotovac Sisak Public Library)

Aim: It is to show how, on the basis of several dozen books by Bosniak authors and titles that analyze topics from various areas of Islamic culture, science and art, a rich library emerged. Approach/methodology/design: The article is chronological – it tracks, from its early days, the changes in the collection, the space and the events, i.e., programs and activities. In its first part, the article describes the foundation of the Bosniak collection. The second part elaborates the development of the Bosniak library through establishing, acquiring and analyzing library material, as well as organizing programs and events. Results: The article displays the realization of the Bosniak Library’s main task, which is to carry out cultural activities purposed for the users of the Bosniak minority, the preservation and advancement of their national and cultural achievements, and cooperation with other communities, contributing to their active involvement into the cultural and public life of the city of Sisak. Practical use: The article can serve as a reminder and impetus for further quality work of the Bosniak Library, its recognition in other libraries in Croatia and beyond. Originality/value: This is the first article discussing the foundation and development of the Central Library of the Bosniak National Minority, opened with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia in 2012, as part of the Caprag branch of the Vlado Gotovac Sisak Public Library. The Library is one of ten central libraries of national minorities in the Republic of Croatia.

Sustainable Digital Technology in Supporting Social Recovery in the Post-COVID-19 Pandemic Era: Political Policy Perspective

From a political policy perspective, this research aims to analyze sustainable digital technology in supporting social recovery in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. The resilience of most countries has been weakened by the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in severe health and social and economic disruption. This research method is included in the category of normative research, also called library research, which looks at library materials or secondary data provided by online media, social media, and related journals. Apart from using the literature study method, this research also uses a questionnaire to collect comprehensive data. Next, content analysis using the computer-assisted qualitative document analysis tool NVivo 12 with data processing programs is used in the analysis process. Based on study findings regarding the role of sustainable digital technology in encouraging social recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, political movements can be influenced by sustainable digital technology at the national and international levels. This is proven by the results of data analysis carried out by researchers. Even though the impact is quite felt in various sectors, with the right policies, it is hoped that all sectors can improve and recover, uniting to restore the country. The corporate and economic fields are also the same. Understanding and using technology responsibly in this digital era is essential to adapt to the ongoing digital changes.

A music concerts are business prospects int the filed of entertainment, which can be held in various places because of promising business oportinity in there. A music concert Music concerts require careful planning, good organization, and implementation in accordance with the schedule that has been determined, therefore the organizers are obliged to fulfill their rights and obligations to consumers or in this case music concert goers. In this study the authors will raise two problems, namely how the legal protection of consumers who buy tickets online, and how the problem resolution efforts by the organizing committee of the music concert to the audience who buy tickets online. This study using normative legal research, of whom the data used in this study are library material, namely material that contains new or cutting-edge scientific knowledge, or a new understanding of facts that are known or about Ideas (Ideas), in this case covering books, journals, dissertations or theses and other legal materials. This study of normative legal materials fully uses premier legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study concludes that online concert ticket buyers have the right to get goods and/or services, specifically the ability to access the musical venue in accordance with the claimed exchange value, conditions, and guarantees. The concert organizer's failure to allow online ticket buyers into the musical venue constitutes a breach of contract for which restitution can be sought through either litigation or non-litigation procedures.

LEGAL CERTAINTY OF NOTARY POSITION REGARDING AUTHORITY TO CERTIFY ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

Article 15 paragraph (3) UUJN states that Notaries have other regulated authorities apart from those contained in Articles (1) and (2) which are regulated in statutory regulations. In the Elucidation to Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public, it is stated "What is meant by other authority regulated in statutory regulations", among other things, the authority to certify transactions carried out electronically (cyber). notary), making deeds of waqf pledges, and airplane mortgages. The author found that there is a vagueness of norms (vague van normen). This condition of norms, which is called vagueness of norms, occurs because statutory regulations are available but the formulation of the words or sentences is not clear, giving rise to multiple interpretations. The research method used is normative legal research using primary legal material sources and secondary legal material sources. Legal materials obtained from library materials are analyzed qualitatively using the deductive method of analysis. The research results obtained are that the legal position of electronic transaction certification is a function of electronic legalization of private deeds. Certification of transactions carried out electronically only refers to private deeds that are legalized by a Notary, therefore certification of electronic transactions will still be recognized in law, but the legal force in court is weakened because it is limited to private deeds only.

Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kinerja (SiManja) pada Bidang Penyimpanan, Pengolahan, dan Pelestarian Bahan Perpustakaan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Aceh

This study aims to examine the implementation of SiManja in the field of storage, processing, and preservation of library materials at the Aceh Library and Archives Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews with 10 employees, field observations, and internal document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SiManja helps improve employee discipline by filling in Employee Performance Targets (SKP) more systematically and organized. However, some technical obstacles such as difficulty understanding the application are still found. With continuous training and simpler guidance, the effectiveness of the system can be further improved.

The Urgency of Cybercrime Law Reform in Indonesia: Resolving Artificial Intelligence Criminal Liability

The existence of AI is a separate system based on logic, where the information entered into the system will be processed with a programmed algorithm to determine a predetermined result. AI can cause various forms of harm to everyone, including its creator, and the harm it causes can have a long-lasting impact, considering that AI can make decisions similar to humans. The application of AI in the industrial sector will impact all existing systems, including the criminal justice system in all countries. Therefore, the legal regulation of cybercrime in Indonesia needs to be reformed to resolve criminal liability for criminal acts that AI can carry out. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the urgency of updating cybercrime law in Indonesia. Furthermore, how is the legal policy on criminal liability for artificial intelligence resolved it. Thus, this study normative such as legal research carried out by examining library materials or data using statutory and analytical approaches. This study concludes and suggests that responsibility must be imposed on AI users and legal entities whose responsible parties are company directors. AI creators must also be responsible for the AI's actions. The renewal of cyber law in Indonesia is significant and should be done immediately, even in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. Almost all institutional and personal documents are stored electronically; the state must also protect them. Other parties can then misuse these documents, which can be traded on the cyber black market and used irresponsibly. Illegal activities in cyberspace are also increasing, and the diversity of their actions with various skills is constantly increasing.

Methodology for selecting energy-efficient thermal insulation materials using the Dynamo visual programming environment

Purpose of research: development of a methodology for selecting energy-efficient thermal insulation materials using the Dynamo visual programming environment in order to increase the energy efficiency of building envelopes and structures.Methods. The study was carried out using theoretical and practical methods. The theoretical study was carried out based on an analysis of scientific publications, as well as regulatory requirements in the field of energy efficiency. The practical study was carried out using the implementation of the methodology for selecting thermal insulation materials in the Revit software package using the Dynamo visual programming environment.Results. The capabilities of the visual programming environment Dynamo have been studied, allowing to automate the modeling and development of design documentation in the Revit software package, automate the process of reinforcing structures, designing utility networks and systems, creating automated quality control systems for BIM models, etc. Particular attention in the work is paid to the capabilities of Dynamo for automation performing thermal engineering calculations and selecting energy-efficient thermal insulation materials. A library of thermal insulation materials has been created, which can be supplemented and copied from one project to another using standard Revit functionality. Two Dynamo scripts have been created. The result of the work of the first is the complete automation of thermal engineering calculations in Revit, the result of the work of the second is the selection of thermal insulation material taking into account the requirements for thermal protection of buildings. A methodology has been developed for selecting energy-efficient thermal insulation materials using the Dynamo visual programming environment. The reliability of calculations obtained on the basis of developed scripts is confirmed by the results of manual calculations.Conclusion. The use of modern BIM technologies when choosing energy-efficient thermal insulation materials allows you to optimize the calculation process, and also makes it possible to find the most cost-effective solutions to reduce costs and increases design speed.

Strategic Contributions of FinTech Professionals to Risk Management and Nation-Building

The expertise of FinTech professionals is critical to every nation’s wellbeing, risk and financial management, technology leadership, and nation-building. This study aims to explore the crucial role played by the FinTech professional in risk management and nation-building. The study is rooted in three theories of strategic management and integrated functionality, which offer valuable insights into the functional connectivity between finance and technology sectors, economy and management, and the FinTech professional and other professionals in collaborative risk management and nation-building. Data are obtained from survey questionnaires, observation, and selected library and internet materials. Mixed methods alongside its associated techniques, content and thematic analyses, systematic review, and interpretative tools are employed. The analysis shows that the FinTech professional expertly and diversely contributes significantly to risk management and nation-building by playing strategic roles in various spheres. The study concludes that the FinTech professional is a strategic risk manager, leader, builder and an agent of change in society. It recommends that this unique professional should be consistently consulted, partnered with, and involved in all public activities of every society and organisation.

Application of Principles and Rules for Non-Cash Transactions Using QRIS Services Maqāṣid Al-Sharīʿah Perspective

Widespread digital technology and financial technology (fintech) have made non-cash transactions increasingly popular and accepted by society. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a form of non-cash transaction that is expected to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and security in terms of transactions. The research aims to analyze the principles and rules of non-cash transactions using QRIS Services from an Islamic economic perspective so that people can experience non-cash transactions safely while integrating with the ethical values of the Islamic economic system. The research method used is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach in the form of a literature study sourced from primary and secondary book sources, consisting of a collection of primary theories and books, journal articles, and various kinds of relevant library materials. The results of this research explain that non-cash transactions using QRIS services are generally by Islamic economic principles, such as fairness, and consent, not containing elements of usury, gharar and maysir, transaction transparency, and halal. However, it should be noted that the use of QRIS must be done wisely and by Sharia corridors.
